    From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated so fantastic by everyone who worked there. The host Jill made me feel welcome and special. I was able to watch the Mets and basketball at the same time. The place was totally packed, yet my waitress brought me a taste of an amazing ipa and the best wings in NYC. Stephanie and Chloe never let my beer go empty. Amazing experience in every way. Highly recommended.

    Definitely a divey scene, but came in to watch a basketball game and there was a good crowd. Plus, if you are in search of the perfect Buffalo wings, I highly recommend this place. They were crispy without being dry, generously sauced, and great flavor wing sauce. 10/10 would come back for more

    Blondies Sports bar, having been around since 1979, is the most popular establishment on the Upper West Side to watch live sporting events. On Sundays during football season, this place gets jam-packed during lunchtime. Also, aside from watching live sporting events, Blondies is known for their chicken wings, which are awesome!

    Blondies is the shit. My brother and I shared a plate of twenty or so extra crispy wings on medium heat and them things were bangin. I cant speak to any of the other levels of heat, but Im glad we stuck with medium and not more because that heat builds. Its a genuine buffalo wing and still to this day we talk about flying back to NYC just to hit Blondies again.

    Recommended for wings, sports and groups! This is a great local establishment, it is relaxed, tons of seating (with a backroom) and leaps of TVs to watch any game thats on (ask the friendly staff for your pick!). The wings continue to be crispy. The bucket of 50 you can split into 2 flavors, we did mild and medium, but so many more and spicy levels. We enjoyed the new fried cheese curds, omg the aioli sauce is the best, sweet potato fries, soft pretzels and chicken fingers. Enjoy, I always look forward to coming back here!!

    Went here after one of my american friend suggested with my girlfriend and we loved it! The woman on the bar welcomed us and was very friendly! Service was great and the food was even better! If you like wings, this is definitely your place. Best wings Ive ever had! I will definitely come again when visitin NYC.

    We love Blondies and have been there plenty of times with incredible service but Joel served us tonight and was THE BEST. He was so attentive is the exact type of server you need in a restaurant.

    Tried the garlic wings with teriyaki sauce on the side and the wings tasted sooo good I really wish we had a blondies in my area. Also the wings were a pretty good size as well and they were cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

    Blondies is the place to be on NFL sundays. Slightly more of a giants bar but youll find plenty of jet fans and multiple tvs to watch all the games. Its a bro bar, with good bar food. The wings in particular stand out. Maybe staffing is tight with hiring being tough in nyc during covid but service was definitely super slow during this Sunday i went. We almost never saw our waitress and our food came 45 minutes after we ordered. Blondies is worth traveling for but read the room and plan accordingly if youre showing up hungry. Dont forget - ton of tables, indoors and outdoors, but only one kitchen.

    Have been coming here 10+ years and the wings never disappoint. For wing lovers who want the full breakdown - always super crispy - not dry which is the most important. Great sauce to wing ratio and they’re fresh, never soggy. Dine in is always better than take out (this is a general rule for wings) and they have a large scale of heat levels to choose from. A bit pricey but worth it - the more you buy, the better the deal (ranges from 10-full buckets etc.Otherwise - staff is friendly and the big scale sports games are usually on all the time, if not, there’s music playing. They have wing specials throughout the week and a pretty extensive menu outside of wings as well. You can sit at the bar or at tables, nothing fancy but that’s part of the charm.

    I loved this restaurant ever since I entered. The food is amazing along with the drinks. But ever since I entered this sports bar I fell in love with soccer and which is why I spent 1 full year practicing every day and getting into an academy, if I ever go pro I will bless this restaurant. Right now I play for a mls next academy but some higher clubs including Barcelona are interested in me. Thank you, blondies. Thank you.

    I was at Blondies last night for a private event. I have to say, coming from up up upstate NY, their wings were cooked PERFECTLY. Plenty of space here to dine, hang at the bar or have a private event. Bartenders and staff were very friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend you check out this great sports bar on the Upper West Side.

    Weve always liked the food but tonight was all about service. We ordered through Uber Eats and there was a comms issue between them. I reached out to UE who refunded us $2 and brushed us off.I reached out to Blondies and they rushed together what we needed for the order to be right and had one of the staff hand deliver it directly.     This place is so awesome. Wings are great and you have so many choices. The menu itself is a great mix of bar food and regular menu items. Definitely try the pretzel. Jeffrey is a giant douche and you shouldnt even read his review. Just look at him, hes obviously a douche snob that has no business being in this place.     Was in The City for a comedy show at the Beacon and just happened upon this place. Although the place looked closed (construction outside, sort of dim lighting inside), we were pleasantly surprised at our experience. Food was pretty good as was the service. A couple of regulars engaged us in conversation so we didnt feel out of place. Another young couple, who happened to be going to the same comedy show, happened upon this place as well and seemed to enjoy their experience. Overall, a decent time to decompress from NYC traffic prior to walking over to the show.

    I love the wings from here but their fries are AMAZING!!!! The fries are my favorite part and that’s tough to say when the wings are awesome!! You can order over the phone and pay once you arrive and order is usually done before the estimated pick up time. Great, quick service. Love this place!!

    Nice place, low-key, happens to be right across the street from where Ive been staying recently. Tonight just had their slightly different version of shrimp cocktail (battered and presumably deep-fried) and a slice of cheesecake (they only have plain, no fruit-topped ones). Both good, and friendly, attentive service. Not cheap considering the atmosphere or lack thereof. (Tanqueray & tonic $10, as was the cheesecake -- and not a particularly large slice at that.)So in a nutshell, pleasant, convenient if you live nearby, but I wouldnt go far out of my way to eat there.

    Friday night bar trivia at Blondies was a good time! This place is a classic sports bar with friendly service. The food is what you’d expect at a sports bar but gets the job done. The waffle fries were seasoned and crispy 💯 the Blondie with ice cream was similar to a pizookie. Not bad! Fun times at Blondies!

    Love this sports bar. Really casual and laid back with multiple TVs. Bartenders are nice and willing to change the channel to a sports event you want to see. My roommate and I used to go a lot when we were bored. Great spot on the UWS and solid drink/beer selection.

    Five stars if your a northwestern fan. Three stars for everyone else. It’s just the way it works at a big ten place like this. The menu is just what you expected and the pitchers of bud light sufficiently cheap to make watching any Cats game worth the trip to the upper west side.

    Blondies is a fun & high energy basement bar, fantastic for watching games or eating out with friends. Monday they have a 20 wings for $20 deal that’s worth every dollar! ( They say you can’t split them but it’s worth asking :) ). The Pretzels were delicious, and the beer was fairly priced($7-$9).Watched a knicks playoff game in the back room, service was active and fantastic. The vibe here is great, give it a visit!

    Hands down, one of the best places in NYC for Steelers fans on game day. This bar has been catering to the Black and Gold faithful for years, dedicating many of their TVs and tables to them and playing the sound of the Steelers broadcast. Fans of other teams and/or fantasy football team owners root on their favorites across dozens of other screens. The wings are good, the waffle fries are amazing, and the staff is friendly. Make table reservations a week in advance for Fall and Winter weekends, as rowdy college and NFL fans book them up every Saturday and Sunday.

    I come in often with my roommates, and Denny and Jill are nothing but excellent every time.There was once an issue with our bill and they remedied it immediately and with a smile.The service here is unmatched, every time we come in we have an excellent experience. From wait times to staff demeanor, to food quality everything is genuinely top tier. Atmosphere is fun, especially trivia on Friday nights!The wings are absolutely stellar, every flavor slaps - without fail - and the onion rings are excellent! The philly cheesesteak is a pass but the fries that come with it are also out of this world.You would be remiss not to try this local spot!

    I dined there last night during the Michigan vs Alabama National Football playoff game; they didnt skip a beat, food wad delicious and timely. Didnt think I would be able to be seated because the bar was full but they brought me to a back room that was filled with Michigan fans and it was festive and lively. The waitress was assigned that entire room and she was attentive and responsive to all. The food, the fried onions are a MUST have in New York City. The chill was good, but the garlic parm bread that came with the chill will make you speak in tongues......

    My partner had the medium wings and gave them a thirsty 5/5 stars. Nice place to watch football, they have more than 30 TVs and the sound was on, what most places don’t do and is super annoying to not hear, so thank you so the amazing time!

    Blondies Sports is an Upper West Side staple, opening its doors in 1979.     A cozy sports bar with quite the atmosphere. Patrons can sit in two sections either the bar or the dining area.     Blondies in known for their chicken wings and they certainly do not disappoint, fried crispy while maintaining delicacy underneath the outer layer of delicious favor (I typically go for medium but, all dressings are delicious). Always a sporting event playing and plenty of beers on tap – only wish they would support more local breweries and keep some NYC brewers on tap. Though, that will not stop me from frequenting often – looking forward to the next visit.

    Cool interesting outdoor set up. You can watch TVs they flipped from the inside when seating outside like an outdoor movie theater. Pretty cool. Bar food is served, wings and fries I had. It was descent. No temperature check but because only outside was opened and the inside was closed.
