    I threw my girlfriend a surprise birthday dinner here, and the managers and staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The food was really good, and the service efficient. I called beforehand to discuss the menu, and the managers made a few adjustments for me, which I appreciated.Eleanor was a joy, and handled a crowd of 22 people seamlessly. I would absolutely dine here again.

    Bourbon street was once again the best place I have gone to. Me and my family went tonight for pizza night which I one hundred percent recommend on going to once they schedule their next event!my family and I had appetizers, salads, sangrias, pizza and desert all for only $50 per person!! My family enjoyed their night by customizing their own pizza and making it as cheesy as you’d like. The staff were super friendly to us and very welcoming. Sandra, Freddy and Marcelo did an amazing job making us feel like home and Gennaro the manager was very nice to us by helping us out with our pizza. Bourbon street is an amazing place to go out with friends and family! Thank you bourbon street for making us feel so welcomed, can’t wait for your next event!

    This is an excellent place with a variety of choices for all dietary preferences. Parking can be tough but well worth the wait. Appetizers were so good I couldn’t even finish my meal. Service was awesome - no issues at all. I have been here twice for Holiday Dinner with a big group and have not been disappointed. Hope to come back soon.

    I went on Sunday for the brunch. It was absolutely delicious. The bottomless mimosas were Divine and I had a really good time. They played live music which was great. It wasnt too loud and it was appropriate for the atmosphere.

    Service was awesome. Drinks are great. The Mac & cheese balls with pulled pork, so good. The blackened catfish and mashed potatoes were delicious. Corn bread bread basket and butter is yummy.

    Bourbon Street exceeded our expectations for our daughters sweet 16 birthday party. They held a great event in a legit party space.Options for event spaces in Queens are limited. We found ourselves scratching her heads after going to several area restaurants which held themselves out as being equipped to handle events.Bourbon Street has several event spaces with multiple options and a wide swarth of packages. They also have relationships with area vendors which virtually made Bourbon Street a one stop shop for our event.They also handled well logistical issues, such as changes with guests needs, which were abundant given the challenge of scheduling a party on the weekend before Christmas and one day after a mild snow event.They did a great job with the event. We would definitely return.

    Just had prime rib at Bourbon Street no one is as good it is absolutely the best and be sure to ask for Eleanor as your server because shes great I promise you will not be disappointed

    I havent been to this fine establishment in years. Im so happy theyve survived the pandemic and they upgraded! It was great dining on their rooftop. The atmosphere was nice, the drinks were awesome and the food was great! Had to take a star away because of the wait (waiting for drinks, food, etc...). Other than that, its a great place and would definitely come back!!

    Me and some friends went here on a Saturday night, the seafood gumbo was excellent, but before the seafood gumbo, I tried the spicy crab bisque, it was excellent. It was a special they had for that Saturday, I’ve yet to have their lobster bisque and try it. If you would like to try the lobster bisque, you would have to come here on a Friday or Saturday night, it wasn’t too busy where you had to wait for a seat everything was excellent

    I went there for Restaurant Week unexpectedly, so I was pleasantly surprised to get such a value meal. I was happy with all the offerings except for the main entree which was the preztal chicken. The only thing flavorful was the veggies. Everything else was fine or exceptional. The summer salad is awesome and their nut butter for the bread was exceptional. Customer service is top notch.

    My husband and I had dinner at Bourbon Street tonight for our wedding anniversary and we ordered from the restaurant week menu. The fresh breads and pecan butter was delicious, as well as everything we ordered from the appetizers to dessert was delicious too! Service was great! Our waitress and several other staff members were very attentive and kept checking on us to make sure we enjoyed our meal and all our needs were met. Will definitely be returning soon.

    Came here the first time on night of July 4th; it was a blast as the DJ in the house and guest could dance around.The second time in freezing early December; sitting at the same rooftop as cold as Himalayan mountain. No heating whatsoever.The foods are fine: taste good. We got nachos salmon and blackened crab cake. Tasty!

    I recently visited a charming restaurant in Bayside, Queens, for a high school reunion, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is great, with multiple floors available for events. We were on the rooftop, which was beautifully covered—a real plus since it rained that evening. The food was fantastic; I had the Cobb salad, which was so good I forgot to take a picture (a testament to how much I enjoyed it!). I highly recommend giving this place a try! After a certain time this particular Saturday, they moved the tables and the space became a dance floor/lounge atmosphere.

    I came here after a long day of travel, meaning to go somewhere else. I’m so glad I picked this Jem! The steak was charred and grilled to perfection. The French onion soup was amazing and the homemade Cajun butter and bread melt in your mouth. I will be back for the rooftop!

    So I love this place!We went to outdoor dine-in for my husband’s birthday and the weather was perfect too!! It was our first eat out in entire year since pandemic started. These are the three meals that we love to order and my kids love to eat.The servers are nice and polite.Sanitized carefully and restrooms are clean and nice.There’s paid parking lot near by, it is 1.50 per hour.Kid friendly!!My kids love the roll that was served and the server packed three of them just for my daughters in a favor.I will definitely go back again once the weather warms up and hopefully by then, we can dine-in regardless the weather allows.Stay strong and safe!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    As soon as we walked in there was a thermometer hanging on the wall we were required to use so they are taking precautions. The menu is somewhat small,the portions large and the prices reasonable. Bread and salads are served and the bread is delish but that pecan butter?,to die for! Service was fair, a bit slow to be honest.The food was tasty and we brought home one dessert.My husband wasnt happy he said they gave him a tiny piece of cake and left him wanting more, lol.

    Shhh...dont tell everyone but theres a happy hour deal on the rooftop for a $10 pizza and beer-- okay, the beer is a michelob ultra but whatever-- the pizza is actually good! And you know what-- michelob ultra actually isnt bad-- I never would have tried it if not for this deal. If youre drinking Heineken or something generic like that, save your calories for the pizza and get this deal. For non-happy hour, as lovely as the rooftop is, it does feel expensive-- probably worth the premium though, its a great space. The music is kind of loud but it fits and its well done-- just to say that its meant to be lively up there.

    Bourbon Street is one of my top favorite places to eat! ✅ They have a downstairs and rooftop. This is the rooftop area that has a cover over the roof during winter and it goes down for the spring. It’s cozy and warm while allowing tons of light in, making you feel like you’re outdoors😁 For those who are missing patio season👌. Each floor has its own separate menu to explore🤗 We have been to New Orleans and this place topped all the Gumbo I had. ( Gumbo served downstairs )⚜️Every drink was delicious and fun. The seafood tower is a must to start. 🦞The Burger was juicy and flavorful. 🍔Great sized lobster rolls! And top it off with their brand named sauce!!!! Definitely don’t forget dessert 🙌 The s’mores pizza was insane! We gotta go back 🤤 🎉

    Arrived with a party of 9 on my bday and the owner and staff accommodated us last minute. They were very thoughtful and kind constantly checked if we were ok. The food and drinks came out in a decent time. The owner G and staff were sooooo funny and caring and loving. We ended up going back to dance that night. I definitely enjoyed myself and will be back !!!

    Beautiful NOLA theme restaurant. I loved their rooftop. The rooftop menu seemed to have more vegetarian options. The watermelon feta salad was delicious (the dressing could have been more savory) and their Cajun fries were the best! They had mocktails as well. Great and friendly customer service upon entry, during the dinner and exit. They have a private room for events as well. I hope they can host live jazz music one day.

    I have been here several times, because of the great food, even better prices and the atmosphere. Makes a great place for a first date. Music always playing. The fun beads give you a Mardi Gras feel. In the summer you can enjoy the roof. Several catered rooms available for parties. You just cant go wrong.I highly recommend it.

    Bourbon street was a nice experience I would definitely go back. We went for brunch and chose to sit in the rooftop seating for the ambiance, however the brunch menu is limited compared to if you sit downstairs. However, I was able to find something tasty on the rooftop menu, I ordered the skirt steak, hashbrowns with a poached egg while I dont like poached eggs and this establishment adheres strictly to the brunch menu as I would have preferred to have my eggs scrambled and they will not let you make any alterations to the brunch menu my food was still tasty. My son ordered the pancakes and bacon which he said was good. In addition, I ordered the cider sangria which was delicious enough for me to order two however, it was weird to have a brunch menu without a complimentary mimosa. Anyhow, my waitress was nice and attentive and my food arrived quickly and was freshly cook. I will definitely try out this restaurant again however next time I will try downstairs as they offer a little more variety on their brunch menu.

    Pizza Making Class.What a wonderful experience! A fun-filled social event! The event was held on the rooftop of this Cajun inspired restaurant.The instructor for the class is Gennaro, who is also one of the managers. He is an old school, from Italy, pizza artisan. He is very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I had tons of questions about pizza styles and ingredients and he not only answered them, but demonstrated how they differ.This event is a tremendous value. You get an attentive, dedicated server team, great instruction, an artisian appetizer, a delicious large salad, bottomless beverages, dessert and you get to eat your pizza creations! All for $50 plus tax!The class this night was small, so we got to make two pizzas and share them around. I made a Margherita and a white pizza. There were a tremendous amount of toppings to choose from. After showing us how to handle and shape the dough and layer the toppings, Gennaro turned us loose to our creative imagination.The next time this event is offered, I plan on bringing a group of friends! This is a wonderful event for couples as well.FYI: the food on the restaurant menu is delicious.

    Had the rooftop bar dining. My waitress was super nice and helpful. Me and my friends ordered wings, raw oysters, ribeye sandwich, and chicken tacos. It’s definitely a bar experience in there but everything was delicious i loved the ribeye sandwich!!

    I love this spot. This place is amazing from when they open to when they close. What I love about this spot is that I can party here while sober ( yes, I drink Odoules). They do a great job hiring the right staff.I’ve had so much great times here from Halloween parties to Karaoke. Ohhhh and the food is amazing too. You got to try their happy hour specials.My only issue is I feel like I’m cheating on OSP every time I come here lol.

    Bourbon Street is a very nice place for an after work hang out. You have the option of hanging out on the top deck watching the latest sports, and i mean latest e.g. UFC kinda stuff. There is also a main restaurant where you can sit elegantly and have a nice dinner. Reservations recommended. Parking is on the street and very tough, since there are many restaurants on the strip. If you wanted to visit the deck, the elevator is highly recommended. Food was great as well. The only downside was the wait time since we didnt have reservations.

    They were very accommodating. We had an issue with being seated on the Rooftop, but they were able to get us a beautiful table downstairs where we practically had the whole room to ourselves.     Apparently this place is a favourite, I decided to give it a try and ordered their French quarter seafood boil. Consider me a convert, I was super impressed with the flavour, they dont skimp on the seafood either. The mussels were a little underwhelming and I would have liked to see some squid in there but the clams were plump and plump, the shrimps were de-veined and the mussels were cleaned and had their beards removed. The corn and potato had soaked up that delicious broth, so with each bite it was like mini explosions of flavour! The andouille sausage wasnt great but Im assuming it was their to bleed its flavours into the broth for which it had fulfilled its purpose.Will come back here to try the gumbo for sure! Keep up the great work! :)

    We ate on the terrace level because my nephew likes the pretzel they serve there. However, he doesn’t like the overwhelming loudness of the music and nor do I. You literally can not hear each other. He loved his pretzel, and I enjoyed my brisket sandwich.

    Bourbon is the to go place. Went today with family to see Santa. My son met him right off the Firetruck. After having the best brunch of the year we headed upstairs to meet the Big Guy.     A go to roof top in the summer! This restaurant offers a beautiful roof top that has amazing food and drinks! During happy hour, you can get a marg pizza and beer at a really good price. They also offer $1 oysters as well!

    Really great place. Found this place when looking for a late night place to eat as we were picking someone up from JFK, and we are from out of town. The website said open to 4am. We made a reservation for 11 and were told the kitchen closes at midnight. We were running late they called us and let us get there at 11:40. Theyre was 12 of us! Great food, and friendly even though they were closing. Would definitely come back if in the area. The entire party enjoyed. Special shoutout to Eleanor, she was amazing

From Kat, helping with booking the event, Gennaro floor manager taking care of all details while there, Sidney and Fredo our Awesome friendly servers! Food was super delish, drinks on point!     Fantastic service, amazing food, warm atmosphere. I dined for dinner today with my family to celebrate my uncles birthday and was beyond impressed. The chicken quesadillas, salmon, lobster, crab cakes, chipotle burgers, etc absolutely rocked! Ill definitely be back again!

    Great local place which we have been going to for drinks for years. First time in a long time we came for food and I was pleasantly surprised. Food looked and tasted very good. Nothing was outstanding BUT there was nothing I ate that was even remotely disappointing. I love Cajun food which is their forté and they do a very good job!!

    My friend surprised and treated me to this awesome place. I loved that the manager checked in on us several times. The restaurant was lovely very nice ambiance. I ordered from the menu that had a full course meal. I enjoyed the Shrimp Salad, Salmon and vegetables. My friend got an appetizer with Calamari and I loved the Calamari. I also had Riesling wine that was very nice as well. I saw that there were kids there as well, so I do plan to bring my daughter here as well to enjoy.

    Fantastic bar. Went there on a Thursday night and the bartender was a real pro (I didnt get her name) I spent my entire career in the bar business and it was a pleasure to watch someone do their job so efficiently and professional. Especially these days where there are too many people working in this business who just dont care. Great service and I look forward to going back next time in town. Food was great too. Owner even stopped by and bought us a drink. Rare these days

    Cool spot on the bayside strip. The place has an upstairs and downstairs, if you’re looking for more of a lively vibe definitely recommend sitting upstairs. The drinks were okay. The appetizers were great, both (wings and steak) hit the spot. My entree was delicious, had more than enough to take home too.

    TL;DR: Amazing place, fantastic food, good vibes.FULL REVIEW: Came here after a trip to the beach. Only visited the rooftop but I can tell you the place was fantastic.Its called Bourbon Street, and although Ive been to the real Bourbon Street a few times, this was NOT a 100% Bourbon vibe, simply because of the music (I would have expected more cajun or jazz). It was more chic NYC vibes with a Bourbon Street APPEARANCE. The decor was awesome. The retractable roof let in just the right amount of sun vs. shade. Our table was VERY wobbly, but the chairs were comfortable.Shawn, our server was super awesome. He was quick, polite, and always checked up on us when drinks were low. He made sure to keep us updated on the status of our meals, which I would say took an average to SLIGHTLY longer-than-expected wait time, given how busy the restaurant was. Overall, very pleased with speed of service.The food was AMAZING. I had a classic hamburger and fries. The burger was cooked to PERFECTION. I requested medium and it was spot-on. SUPERIOR beef flavor and VERY juicy. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and crisp. It was by far one of the best hamburgers Ive had the pleasure of enjoying in my lifetime.. at least top 3.The fries were excellent. Freshly-fried, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were a grade somewhere between frozen and fresh-cut. At first the quantity looked small on the tray, but by the time I was done I was very full.Prices were average for this type of fare in this type of establishment. I had a great time at Bourbon Street, and will definitely be back in the future.

    We came here to celebrate our anniversary. It was an excellent choice. The food was delicious, the ambience great, the server and service wonderful and the flood delicious and plentiful! I would definitely come back here! The meal began with a complimentary bread basket, all the contents of which were out of this world. We ordered Cajun dry rub Wings, Cajun sampler, cedar plank salmon with asparagus, Louisiana Chicken Burger and chicken fingers for the kids. The food was so much that we even had enough for dinner the next day!!

They were very transparent and gave appropriate guidance that was suitable for our party’s need.A week before the event, I chose my menu and shared my concerns. I was provided information that allowed me to navigate a successful celebration.Day of the party. I was greeted by Freddy and I was asked if I needed help. It started off in a relaxed and stress free environment due to staff proactive approach in making sure we were taken cared of. Juan our waiter was quick and courteous… he made sure all our needs were met. Thank you to both Freddy and Juan who was a big part of why our event was a success.Lastly, one that impressed me was Mr G. He was the manager who knows how to lead a team, instead of delegating some activities… he helped his staff serve us to make sure everything was done in a timely manner.From start to end, it was a well delivered event.     We ordered the lobster pasta (something like that, as I cannot remember the name correctly. It was in the special of the day menu) and steak. The portion was enough for us three (include a toddler) and the pasta was better than we thought, as it is, by far, one of the best. Steak was good but some portion was too well-doned, so medium should be fine if you normally have well-done steak. It was bit pricey, as the total was almost $100 (including a tip), but if you want to celebrate for the certain occasions (in mu case, Mother’s Day for my wife), it was a good place to go.By the way, the pecan butter that came with bread was really good.

    Came here to celebrate my wifes birthday. If you have been here before, the portion sizes are a good size. We ordered the blackened shrimp with a bed of fresh diced tomatoes. The service was a bit slow. The half rack of baby back ribs was juicy soft and delicous. My skirt steak was a little bit over done, making for a smaller presentation on the plate. Otherwise lunch service was great. We received a twenty dollar discount from our bill. Dinner set meals are hard to beat!

    It was my first time at Bourbon Street, for a formal engagement event on the 2nd floor. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was tasty, served hot and on time & the portion sizes are satisfying. The ambience and atmosphere on that floor are simple, just enough for any casual events. The restroom stalls are a bit tight & could use some upgrading, with better stall doors. Finding parking isnt easy, however, on my date of event there were offering valet parking.

    Great vibe to watch the Rangers game and eat good food! (Even though they lost, lol). My girlfriend and I sat on the high top tables next to the projector screen with the game on. We started with the Captain Crunch chicken fingers, which I recommend. Then she had a cheeseburger and I had the skirt steak. They had big portions and I took some of the steak home for lunch the next day. Overall great experience and I can’t wait to go back.

    This place is fantastic! Everything we had was outstanding and came out fast, hot, and accurate. Buffalo shrimp mac and cheese was PHENOMENAL! Portion was huge.     So first off I love this place, the drinks are just amazing and hit the spot and the chicken fingers appetizer are just hands down the most amazing they have the right amount of crisp and taste to them. Now service Could be better to be honest. You have to waive someone down and ask for common things that should be supplied when your seated but I wont hold that against them guess everyone still adjusting to post covid. The mussels, crab cake, buffalo wings, and summer vegetables were all fantastic, perfectly complemented by their specialty drinks. I enjoyed an American Mule with Titos vodka from the rooftop bar, as well as a refreshing Nola Paloma.The outdoor rooftop was awesome—spacious with great seating, a full bar, and music that enhanced the atmosphere.     Nice ambiance, very nice food, full liquor bar, with upstairs and down stairs seating. I long straight bar with seating just for drinks. Drink and happy hour specials as well as food specials during the week. They also have brunch specials on the weekend. When I went the brunch time was still on and I had steak and eggs. It was very well prepared and cooked. I had a mimosa which was nice and well made. The drink menu is extensive and not to expensive for food or drinks. Its a large space and good for groups as well.

    This restaurant has everything you are looking for in a place to go eat and drink. I always measure my satisfaction in a place based on whether or not I go back. The experience had its ups and downs.The food was a mixed bag—lobster Benedict was plentiful and delish, but the poached eggs were overcooked, no eggs on the table had that perfect runny center. The steak with chimichurri, however, was a hit! Mimosas were a letdown, overly orange juiced, very inconsistent.Service was the highlight—our waitress was a rockstar, handling our large group with grace. A shame they didnt play music on the rooftop; it would’ve definitely amped up the vibes on a hot day. Overall, decent but with room for improvement.

It was a little cold and once the management was informed they were quick to Rectify it. They closed the doors by the bar and it warmed up. Since we were a party of 11. We had 1 waiter but two ppl to help clear off the table. Everything was happening in a timely manner. All the food was A-mazing. We went on a Sunday at 4pm. They had the regular menu and a Prefixed menu which was $26 and included a starter, salad,main Entree, & Dessert. Some of us opted for that and other opted for the main menu. They also have a childrens menu Which includes the main Entree, dessert, and a drink.Side note: the drinks are good.     The management and employees of this idyllic place are truly amazing. Ive had the good fortune to dine in the restaurant or enjoy a cocktail at the bar over the years. However the relatively recent rooftop addition replete with skyline views of Manhattan makes Bourbon Street an absolutely unique and must-have experience.Recently, we were in need of a location on short notice for a family reunion of sorts. The rooftop deck which comfortably accommodated more than 100 people was perfect and even included a musician. A buffet that featured a wide variety of offerings was enviable, whether skirt steak, grilled salmon, Caesar salad, dessert, or the bountiful childrens offerings, everyone who attended was simply blown away at how indescribably positive their experience was.I am deeply grateful to the thoughtful staff and management of this wonderful place and look forward to seeing it continue to flourish. TVs, a comfortable bar, casual seating and dining tables abound on the roof. Will always make it a must see when in Queens.
