    When I went to pay the bartender gave us a free shot. My boy couldn’t handle it and threw up all over the bar. They charged my card twice but I deserved it, would come back again.

    Cool little tavern in Midtown. Definitely a good hangout spot for drinks. Not the best place for a family, especially with stool-type seating and a bit of a draft floating through. Food was very good though; between the loaded fries, quesadillas, pulled pork sliders and nachos. Homemade lemonade was great too! Would recommend for non-families.

    I was welcomed into the bar by Bishme he is the man! He was bussing tables all night to help the bartenders and Tyler my bartender was also amazing. She recommended a beer and got me hooked. The service was amazing tonight with a wedding party going on and i had no affiliation. They treated me as if i walked in as a new guest with out the wedding party. I was very impressed.

    Decent place for small gatherings. Always busy and some of the bartenders are on point.Sometimes there are issues with some bartenders where they dont know what is being asked and have to wait for another bartender to fulfill the order.Regardless, the food is a bit expensive and nothing really special. Overall it is a good place to hang out with friends and coworkers.Recommended.

    Came here on a whim while visiting NY and so glad we did. Our waiter/bartender ANTHONY was so great and we really enjoyed our conversations with him and other patrons while watching the us open on tv. Food and drinks were wonderful and I will look forward to going back again next year when we visit.

    Came here and it was a one stop evening! The Cornerstone Tavern has it all. Outdoor and protected seating. Multiple indoor bars, Food, Sports TV, the Works!I had a Cajun Caesar Salad that was excellent! Her French Fries were stolen by me so those were great as well.We enjoyed the company of friends and our bartender, Forest, was the best.I highly recommend the Cornerstone Tavern! Like Cheers.....its were everyone goes!

    GREAT fun, friendly bar always jumping with music and karaoke every night except Mondays and Tuesdays. Real sing-a-long friendly crowd. Wait staff is superb and so is the food!

    I had a great time on a football sunday. Devin, our bartender, was sweet and attentive. The host Chris was fun and also attentive. The food was really good. We came for brunch and stayed for late lunch. The egg scramble brunch was filling and delicious, and the hot wings were super tasty.

    Been here a couple of times and always satisfied. Its a no frills bar you can go for good food and good drinks. Staff go out of their way to make sure you have a good time and leave happy. I plan on returning in the future

    Team and I went for happy hour and trivia night. We couldnt stay for the whole trivia night but it is a lot of fun. Beer towers are a move before the $1 beers get started which make for a good time during trivia. Even though it is hectic, service is great throughout the night.

    First we had cocktails at another bar, then we fancied a beer. And when you fancy a beer why not add a pub atmosphere with outdoor seating? I had a left hand milk stout, which was both poured and enjoyed with finesse. When asked for another, it was an assumed yes. I ordered a cider. Which was prompt with promptness and a smile.Have been many times, and will be back many more.

    I usually pop in here on Wednesday nights for trivia.Tip: dont expect to win unless you have a bunch of friends spread out over 3 teams to place in the top 3 teams. Otherwise, the $1 bud lights and great staff are undeniable. Karaoke is super fun if you decide to stay after trivia.

    Nice place and not too crowded upstairs on a Saturday night, which is hard to find in NYC. They also have really decent drink specials and happy hour all night (at least on saturdays), also their seasonal cocktails are delicious! I just wish they wouldnt keep turning off the music and the volume up on the TV when the games are on, but thats bound to happen at any bar.

    The bartender Marie is incredibly attentive and provides a bubbling personality that facilitates the drunken festivities. The patrons seem to know one another and are very welcoming of first timers. Definitely make this a stop if you are in the neighborhood.

    Decent bar spot. I was there for a March Madness game (this is a U of Kansas bar) and the bar did a good job handling the game and the busy crowd. Cocktails were so-so -- Id stick with well drinks next time -- but the food was good. Also, the bathroom was surprisingly clean for a New York bar, which is always appreciated.

    What a great local gem. Came upon this while walking around that area on way to St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Many levels – the main level has a nice long bar. Good drink specials and their nachos were some of the best I’ve ever had. Our server, Pam, was very nice and gave us great local information. BTW, this place is the Kansas University local hangout for all you KU fans!Highly recommend!

    This pandemic has a lot of businesses struggling to make do with what they have adding to the small outdoor dining space businesses can do. Went here for a Sunday game and service was excellent, not to mention the abundance of outdoor seating they had , also a number of tvs were around that you can watch the game on. Our table service was quick and maintained constant contact if we need anything else. Highly recommend this place if you want to sit with friends, drinks, and watch a game

    Friendly bartenders, nice neighborhood place. But I moved to Brooklyn six months ago, so havent visited there much recently. Still do when visiting Manhattan though.

    Favorite bar to sing karaoke at. People are always cool. Great atmosphere for a fun night out. It is a two drink minimum per karaoke song.

    Someone made a suggestion to go the Cornstone after spending a evening at Upstairs at the Kimberly during a Saturday evening. I arrived there after 2am and there was still a lively crowd and the music was excellent. It was only a short walk from the Kimberly Hotel. This was during the middle of August.

    Loved the first few hours were it wasnt busy but once it got busy it was a little crazy and the service got a bit rude. Food was solid, drinks were good and the 90 min boozy brunch has a few rules but we enjoyed the experience.
