My first time visiting this iconic place. The hospitality and friendliness of the hosts were incredible. This is an upscale place when it comes to this and culture, Harlems culture in particular and American culture ingeneral.The band was as good as it gets and you all should pay a visit once in a while.

Anyone who lives in morningside heights, or honestly in New York, should pay this institution a visit. The drinks are generous, the band is talented, the staff are friendly, the history is significant. What is not to love? Do yourself a favor and come checkout cotton club

It is very sad to see a once renowned Black establishment go down the drain. First and foremost, the establishment is not in ADA compliant. My uncle who is disabled to a wheelchair and other elders couldnt use the restroom due to it be located downstairs. Secondly, the restaurant has a horrible infestation problem. Guests witnessed roaches on and in the food and on the ceilings. OMG! Totally unacceptable. The establishment needs a new owner and major renovations.

We loved the gospel brunch. Food was delicious and the band was amazing and so friendly. We had a lovely time.

This place is legendary! The ambiance and crowd are epic! Musician King Solomon Hicks performed and boyyyyyyy did he put on show! The energy of music lives here

I went a while ago, just before Covid, but I see it’s revived and back to its old form. I’m not a jazz aficionado but the standard is pretty high, and the show and the dancing, which I know more about, were really great. Friendly, historic, unique, I highly recommend a visit, especially for NYers who worry the city’s traditional and famous haunts are in danger of slipping away. We must frequent them, or they will.

I visited on March 8, 2011.Was it Mr. Tommy Tomita?with his guidance.There were about 6 people in the store including us.Enjoyed live jazz music and tap dancingI vividly remember my wife getting a little drunk and really into dancing.It is a place of memories with my wife before she died.nostalgicI want to go again
