    Very average, no frills bar. But the service and drinks are great. Perfect for happy hour. Went in with a group of 20+ people and service was still good. The bartender was friendly (and easy on the eyes!).Basic menu, but decent choices.Definitely stop by for drinks.

    Very pleasant British-themed restaurant with some authentic touches - the baked beans were great and the curry & chips were almost too good to be a genuine replica. The indoor dining is very well spaced out and (as of Nov 2020) has large clear partitions between tables which adds a level of comfort to the experience. There is also plenty of outdoor seating on a newly pedestrian street.Beer options tend towards the standard American choices (which are good) although there are a couple of English beers in cans.

    Great space for 3 season drinking, on the outdoor sidewalk section. Staff is attentive and theres rarely a long wait to get served. Great place to meet up with friends or colleagues after work. My alumni group comes here once a month and its always easy to find space to drink, not crowded. If anything, we bring the crowd! Would recommend this bar for outside drinking, laid-back atmosphere.

    I LOVE this place. This is my go-to bar in the city for a chill drink and chat session with friends because theres nice seats both inside and out, the bar is usually busy but not overly crowded, and the staff are friendly and personable. During the day the bar is very dog friendly so brunch here is really fun, and on sports nights the bar is packed with fans and really festive. Honestly, this place is a local community gem and I cannot recommend it enough to others.

    Leaving this review solely based on appetizers and happy hour experience (great happy hour drink prices). The bartender is super friendly and the wine is heavily poured. The man next to me just complimented the bartender on a martini. So- apparently cocktails are worth it, too. Also, this place is very reasonable for Manhattan. I will definitely come back.

    Huge shoutout to Lee who always takes great care of us. We come here very often and all the bartenders always takes care of all of our needs. Very chill bar. Great food (especially finger foods). The drinks are off the hook. Great place to unwind after a long day with friends.

    Great quality of food and drinks. House cocktails use quality liquor, wines are noticeably better than anything you will get at another place for the price.The sausages here are killer. Get the sampler, perfect for two and will only set you back $22. The sausages are flavour packed, best in neighborhood. Perfect meal with drinks.

    Was here 4 weeks ago and forgot to leave a review. My girlfriend and i came because it allowed dogs! Huge bonus and has my loyalty. Great for tea & biscuits! Cute spot, decor and very friendly bartender. Felt like we were really in England.

    They have good beer and nice service. I have been two times and both experiences have been smooth. The food is really good—their Mac & Chesseis with sausages comes in a small portion but is very fullfilling.There are TVs for sports and they keep the volume at a decent level.

    On of the few bars in Manhattan that has on international cricket matches and tournaments.We there with my family to see the ICC T20 Cricket World Cup 2024 match between India and South Africa.Superb environment with full throated cheering by the Indian fans, the place was overflowing with lots of Indian fans and a couple of South Africans too.Great location, good food and reasonable prices.

    We were wondering the streets randomly for somewhere to have lunch and decided to try Dog & Bone since it also had outside seating, which we took.We had the poutine and the Irish breakfast for our mains. The former was a huge amount of food and the latter was in a soup bowl size. The soup bowl made it slightly hard to eat but it was tasty.Given it was the 4th of July there was only a skeleton crew running things. The bar tender/waitress seemed to be doing practically everything. Even with about 6 or 7 groups in the place it wasnt slow service, she did a great job.The music was loud inside, so Im not sure Id eat inside when the weather gets colder. Being outside allowed us to hear it as purely background music.Overall a good experience.

    I’ve been coming to this place since I was a student at Baruch College. I still come here when I am in the neighborhood and I always like to get a drink before heading back home. The service is great and the drinks are top notch. This place knows how to make a really good Manhattan or an Old Fashioned. I highly recommend this place.

    Decent, the food could have been better for the price point but it wasnt bad either just a little over priced for what it was. The atmosphere was cool, especially for dog lovers. Plenty of pups came by for a French fry and the place has dog bowls out etc for dog owners who want a drink. The bartender I had was super nice to so no complaints there. All in all it was pretty much what I expected.

    Logan goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. One of the best bartenders in NYC. He even personally goes to the outdoor table to make sure they’re provided the same great service. Amazing drinks and even better food. Cannot recommend this place enough!

    Been here a couple of times since it opened recently. Great happy hour drink specials (all drafts $6, special cocktail $8, also wine on the list). Brats/sausages, which are the main focus of their menu, are outstanding. Other food solid as well. Service is friendly and attentive but not overbearing. The owners are super warm and welcoming and are happy to hear feedback on the menu as they are still perfecting it. Also, bonus- kid friendly!

    I had the d&b burger and it was perfectly cooked and had a great spicy mayo. However, I found the cocktails not the best but its fine because its a pub and its moreso for beer. They always have dogs just vibing there, which is a plus.

    British, British and British! This is a British bar with British everything. With that being said the food, service and prices are fantastic. Also this is just a heads up this place gets packed when any type of European sport is on like soccer/football and rugby. So if you’re into that you’ll be home if not go anyway and enjoy... it just might be a little loud.

    Went here on a Saturday night for my birthday because the line somewhere else was so long. It was amazing. The atmosphere was super quiet and chill, everyone was able to stand around, chat and mingle happily and drink and be merry. People still ask me what that place was called because it was so chill.

    Weve been visiting in this hood for the past couple months and this is our go-to happy hour spot! The folks here, especially the manager Hailey & Elena are super nice and fun, the bevvies are tasty and strong and they are soo nice to our little pup Dwight. OK, we pretty much just drink here but the snacks weve had - artichoke fries, spinach & artichoke dip, country salad and the beed & guinness pot pit - are deelish. Go!

    Happy to see a restaurant in this neighborhood spot again. Stopped by last night and we tried the Keilbasa plate (with red cabbage and mashed that was to die for) and a fantastic smoked trout with arugala wrap. I love the atmosphere of the previous establishment (the short lived Rocky Slims) and I was happy to see that much of that is still in place with Dog and Bone. I look forward to future visits to try more of the menu, and the fun cocktail list.

    One of the few places in nyc that shows cricket on tv (at your request, as american sports still take precedence). wings and fries were good. went on a sunday night and only 2-5 other patrons at any given time.

    A pub where you can have a few beers or eat there. The decoration is elegant and very beautiful and the service very attentive and friendly.The establishment is on the corner of 3rd avenue and a pedestrian street and thus allows for a much-appreciated terrace.
