    Astonishing food, service and setting! El Tanque Trattoria is a find!We were warmly greeted as soon as we entered and seated at a cozy table with a window view. This sweetly decorated, intimate, unassuming spot, exudes tons of charm and serves up perfectly prepared food.I ordered a pizza, which was delicious, and paired perfectly with a skillfully prepared, Dirty Martini. Mr. Wonderful had a hamburger with hot, crisp fries and a draft beer. We also shared a house salad with two delectable dressings.Note: Check out the books on the ceiling and the secret bookcase door to the restroom = charming!El Tanque Trattoria has a place in our hearts and a spot on our “favorites place” list, for when we return.

    The restaurant itself is one of a kind the concept is amazing I felt in love with it. We choose the Dominican power and tanque 56 pizzas. It was on a other word !! Our server Luis took goood care of us. I recommend the restaurant 100%

    I really loved this place the food was a 10/10‼️ I tried the Dominican Power Pizza and it was delicious as well as the Salmon with Mashed Potatoes, drinks were also a 10/10 I really enjoyed the Luna di mielle, Desserts were amazing as well & a big shoutout to our Server Katherine who took very good care of us very attentive and super nice!     Excellent service, came from NJ just to try their pizzas, Miguel and Adonis are the best! Drinks are 20/10, the place is beautiful for social media photos! And the Creme Brulee was so good!

    I loved the service, Luis is such a great server, he is one of the best assets of this place and the bartender!! Such a great energy he cares about his customers! lots of details, carefully picked and everything is well thought every cocktail is an experience!! Adonis is undoubtedly a gem of a bartender, and I highly recommend paying him a visit for an unforgettable experience.     Loved the the bohemme drink! Made by the bartender Adonis. Also the pizza “el Tanque 56” was so yummy. It’s a Dominican style pizza. The waiter Luis was so nice and made sure me and my family were accommodated. Loved the ambiance and the place itself it’s very cozy and pretty 🥰

The main course featured a pizza that was simply divine; unfortunately, its deliciousness left me too captivated to remember to snap a photo! Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with a perfectly crispy crust and fresh, quality toppings. And what is the most important I can customize pizza with cauliflower crust ! 🤗As if that wasnt enough, the burger was a revelation, juicy and bursting with savory goodness. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff immediately made me feel at home. The menu offered a wide variety of mouthwatering pizzas, pastas each as delicious as the next. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience.     Fantastic pizza joint, only a bloxk from the train station. As soon as you step inside, the environment is completely transformed from your surrounding. A beautiful floral chandelier lights up arches of lemon garland which form a canopy leading to the bar. You can choose from table seats or booths near the entrance, or have a seat at the bar- and thr bar has convenient hooks which keep your bags off the floor. The service is fantastic and the pizza is the absolute best. You do not want to miss this experience if you find yourself on this side of town. We ordered Ortolana, rem9ved the artichokes and added mushrooms instead. They were very accommodating.

    Delicious pizza we tried the meat lovers and the calamari appetizers. Would def return, my only complaint is the complimentary bread served…. Dry bread with no butter or sauced, might as well not serve anything.

    Given the location of the establishment, my expectations were pretty low for an Italian restaurant but everything from the service, to the ambiance and the FOOD was amazing! I love the fact that they have a balance between traditional Italian dishes, and Dominican-influenced fusions as well, making this my new go to spot regardless of what I’m craving. Can’t wait to go back and try another Boheme!

    Absolutely loved El Tanque Trattoria! Went to try their famous El Tanque 56 Pizza and ended up having a couple of other dishes. Their Ultimate Hawaiian is a must. Their carbonara and churrasco were 10/10, but my favorite was their cocktails which were a full experience. I tried their Turandot, Madame Butterfly and the Luni Di Miele! No detail was missed at this cozy restaurant which makes you feel like you’ve stepped into an Italian Trattoria. Perfect restaurant for a date night or a family dinner! Def would go back again!

    This past weekend we spent an evening El Tanque Trattoria and had the most amazing time alongside some friends !From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm & that vibe in itself, flowed through the entire evening.The food was beyond incredible, each bite bursting with authentic flavors! They offer a delectable menu with pizza, pastas, burgers, salads & more. They also offer specialty pizzas that you HAVE to try next time youre in!We tried the classic Margherita but the stars of the show were the DOMINICAN POWER (Chimi style pizza) & the EL TANQUE 56 pizza - thank me later.They also have whole wheat, cauliflower (5) & gluten free dough if you have any dietary restrictions.The service was top-notch ; the staff made me feel like a valued guest throughout the entire meal and time we spent there. They were quick on their feet and informative as well. Any questions we had, they were 100% committed to making sure we were all set !The atmosphere was inviting and cozy with a beautifully decorated space that added to the overall charm of the restaurant.I was absolutely blown away by my experience here and cant wait to visit again!I was absolutely blown away by my experience at El Tanque Trattoria and I cant wait to go back and indulge in their amazing food once again!

    I love the chill cozy vibes. The food was delicious I loved the pasta Linguine Di frutte de Mare it was very fresh, good portions even to share for 2, drinks were very good. They have happy hour during the week from 2 PM to 9 PM which is awesome, Our waitress Vicenny was friendly, informative and attentive. I love that the place does not have hookah which makes it so much more unique and convenient for people who just want to relax and enjoy a good meal. I can’t wait to go back!

    Very dope and unique bar in Dyckman. Loved the vibe and Aesthetics. You can chill there and have a conversation without the super loud music and hookah. Cristian at the bar was really great with the drinks and fun talk too. Showed us a special drink as well. I didnt get to try the food, but looked very good and will be going back for sure!!

    El Tanque is a hidden gem of Inwood! I took my family here on Christmas weekend and it was a true delight. The colorfully curated decor makes for an ambience where we felt both comfortable and ready to celebrate!The food was 10/10. I tried both the Diavolo and the Dominican Power pizzas. These dishes were flavorful and just the right amount of a twist on traditional Italian pizza. I also tried the Luna de Miele cocktail which was superb AND it came in an adorable mug.Service was impeccable. Our lovely server made us feel at home and taken care of.I can’t wait to go back😊

    I was blown away with this restaurant. Food is delicious, please try the fritura a mix of shrimp, calamari and zucchini- to die for. Drinks are amazing and Christian, the bartender, is the great at what he does. He even named a drink for the day after me “The Niki” lol see photo. The secret weapon to this restaurant in addition to the ambience, food and drinks is the extraordinary service that Ray offers.     I’d give this restaurant 10 stars if I could! The food is incredibly delicious, the service is impeccable and Luis & Adonis made us the best drinks - we ordered the Boheme and Turandot.     Adonis is the man!! I’m big on customer service and I’ll say the servers were all friendly and made sure we were good at all times.     The drinks made by Eddie was by far one of the best. I had the Margarita Watermelon and it was amazing. Luis, our server, was superb with his attention and recommendations. I got the prosciutto crudo and rucoia pizza and the pasta carbonara- all I can say it was DELICIOUS. This place is now my new spot.

    I visited El Tanque Trattoria for drinks and apps, the place is very unique. The sangria and margaritas were GREAT & the pasta (penne in vodka sauce) was DELICIOUS. Adonis our waiter/bartender was friendly, very attentive and made AMAZING drinks. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant/bar. HH specials and drinks are well worth it! I did not take a picture of it but the Creme Brulee dessert is to die for!

Good music that allows you to have a conversation.The drinks are cute we had Luna the Miel, la Boheme and a classy dirty martini although it was not on the menu they made it for me, which was great. Both kinda de miel and La Boheme are very girl refreshing satisfying drinks.The pizza portions are are good for two is you are not too hungry.The pasta Carbonata was satisfying as well very subtle flavor and good portion. The Funghi pizza was amazing. The Dominican Power was good although I wish it had a lil more of the chimi sauce.Over all a place I recommend work, family or friends. Will definitely come back.

    If you are looking for a a cozy, low key place for a date this is your spot. My boyfriend and I were looking for quiet place to have a quick bite. We were taken by surprise of how delightful our culinary experience was. We shared a traditional Dominican pizza with corn and a Spaghetti Carbonara which was very flavorful. The staff was very attentive and our server recommended us the home made meatballs and let me tell you…it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back with family and friends to try more items from the menu.

    Upon entering, Adony received us with a smile and attended us. He started my group of ten with a tasty lemonade and then recommended that we try the Dominican power pizza and because I had vegetarians with us he also recommended the 4 formaggi pizza. They were great, but his service was the best. We will be coming back tomorrow and I loved that he was giving out free pizza to the children afterschool.

Drinks are amazing Miguel made me a Espresso martini not on the menu but the guy knows what he’s doing trust me I’m a bartender myself.     First time at El Tanque and will definitely come back. I love this new addition to Inwood, well crafted cocktails along with an extensive menu with plenty to choose from. I had their Signature Pizza and it did not dissapoint; although the focus is mainly italian cuisine, the ham, pepper and corn pizza transported me straight to the Motherland (DR) and I relived my childhood memories! For my first cocktail I had Tosca I really enjoyed the peculiar taste of Hibiscus mixed with pineapple, it had a little kick to it towards the end but absolutely delicious. For my second cocktail I chose Luna di Miel which was done was also very delicious and refreshing! My server Vicenny was very knowledgeable, warm and accomodating making the experience even more memorable! Thank you for a great time! Will be back 🙏🏼

Ordered drinks luna di miele was my favorite 10/10 For food we started with the bruschetta, followed by pizza el tanque 56 which was amazing tasted just like a pizza in Dominican Republic would, the crust was my FAVORITE. The grilled octopus tasted amazing as well. To end the night we got the Nutella pizza with was the perfect amount of sweetness.
