    Small and sophisticated, this place feels more like a lounge than a full-fledged restaurant, even though they do serve mains. Their cocktails come highly recommended and pair beautifully with the food, which seems designed more as accompaniments to drinks. I visited for dinner, and while the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented, the portions were quite modest. Two of us ordered six dishes and still felt a bit hungry. The zucchini and duck dishes were especially memorable, leaving a lasting impression with their flavors.

    Really great place with excellent atmosphere, service and vibe, and an incredible view. Overall 5 stars although the food was a little weak. The Japanese eggplant was served like sushi rolls and just wasn’t that tasty. The duck was too fatty. The burger was not great, the brioche bun was stale and these cheese was tasteless. The olive oil cake dessert was also surprisingly tasteless. But still we ate everything, it was all very good 4 stars, just not great.But the ambiance and the view were incredible! And our server was amazing. Also if you care the best restrooms in NYC other than Fanelli.

    It’s in the equinox hotel and was a little hard to find but Staff was SO friendly and food was good.. the place is very chic.. drinks are delicious…I’d definitely go back .. price wasn’t even that high for city prices it was standard

    We went here for my birthday dinner and it was a wonderful option. We had made reservation weeks in advance and told the restaurant that we were celebrating a birthday. When we arrived, we checked in with the hostess, and they sat us at a table near the windows overlooking the vessel. They also gave me a card from the restaurant, wishing me a happy birthday. The ambience of the restaurant is very modern. They have large windows, a really sleek bar and a second floor for additional dining space. When it came time to order, I went with the pasture raised chicken, which was a large portion of chicken with a small amount of vegetables underneath. I also went with their take of the house martini, which was very good! Overall, this is a wonderful restaurant for a very modern and sleek dining experience in Hudson yards. I’d recommend coming here to celebrate a special occasion or to have a really sexy atmosphere at the bar.

    This is by far one of the best restaurant i have been to.The location was perfect - right in the heart of the Hudson Yard.The food was top tier, the service was super fast( the food kept coming and no long waiting periods), the ambience was gorgeous and the views were breathtaking from above.Our waiter Logan was the best.Definitely a must visit.

    My husband and I recently dined at Electric Lemon to celebrate an anniversary with a special guest- our 17 month old. ☺️ The staff was so kind and accomodating. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of chic and cozy, making it an ideal setting for a special occasion, a romantic date night, or drinks after work. The food was incredible.The menu features a variety of innovative dishes, each beautifully presented. We started with the charred octopus, japanese eggplant and cauliflower flatbread which were bursting with flavor. For the main course we did the branzino, steak, and mushroom pasta-all were cooked to perfection and complemented by creative sides. For dessert we had the cheesecake with cherries and lemon sorbet- so droolworthy and our baby-critic approved.

    We visited Electric Lemon for a date night and had a great time. The cocktails were tasty, though a bit on the sweet side. The entrées were delicious, but the portion of the duck I ordered was on the smaller side. Overall, the food and drinks were excellent, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and pleasant.

    I KNOWWW a fancy restaurant hates to see me and my friends coming LOL I love to go to expensive places just for the photos and they were honestly my number one priority and our waitress, Marie, was super nice and accommodating when we asked her about taking photos on the rooftop (NO SHAME HERE HAHAHA) Me and my friends were definitely a little TOO loud and taking pictures every chance we got but the staff were super nice about it. The atmosphere was on a 100 and the food was honestly so much better than I expected. So go and take those pictures and splurge for a night out here, it’s amazing 🫶🏻🫶🏻

    The absolute stunning location and picturesque ❤️The receptionist was very kind and helpful as we insisted on sitting outside she suggested to go out and check if we would be able to sit for long as the wind was gushing at noon.We did click some shots and rushed in 5 mins and settled on our table.We had a non vegetarian friend so asked loads of question and modifications and they were really helpful in every way.Food was very nicely presented and was pretty delicious and did give a rich experience in all.

    Came here on an early Saturday evening just as the sun was setting (highly recommend for those amazing backdrop pics). The decor and ambiance is warm and inviting - 10/10.The entire service staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, which I so appreciate because I like to ask questions of the food and presentation so I know exactly what I’m getting.The food was delicious. Fresh, seasonal items and artistically plated. We all ordered something different so we could sample among ourselves and every palate was pleased. I especially loved how there were a few vegetarian options for myself. My only issue was the mushroom soup wasn’t very warm but we were all pleased with our apps and entrees and would certainly go back.

    I absolutely loved this place! There is an indoor restaurant and a very nice rooftop area. They have a few good non-alcoholic cocktail options and the food is generally on the healthy side. We tried the burger, asparagus pasta, cauliflower flat bread and the side of fries and everything was delicious!

    One of my favorite brunch/breakfast spots in the city, great for meeting up with friends or for a business-related outing. The restaurant is on the quieter side compared to most places in the city, and the menu is excellent (especially for weekend brunch). Highly recommend for any occasion or any meal.

    I went last Thursday to Electric Lemon with two friends and we had such an amazing time!! 🌼Bailey- one of the managers- was a fantastic host and gave us amazing recommendations for cocktails, champagne and appetizers. The view is amazing and the atmosphere was super chill and nice. Definitely will be back soon 😄

    Swanky restaurant serving tasty, creative food on the 24th floor of the Equinox Hotel. Space has large floor to ceiling windows and nice views, and a deck for the warmer weather months. Presentation of the food was beautiful and the food itself was high quality. Staff was attentive.Several vegetarian options. Ordered a cocktail, the fancy vegetable + dip app, the grilled onions side, and the truffle pasta. All was super tasty.

    A must visit for sunset! Electric lemon rooftop is large with spectacular views. We arrived just before sunset for dinner. Our food was incredible and service was great. Electric lemon also offer gluten-free and dairy free options.I’d recommend a reservation before visiting especially for the outdoor rooftop area.

    You are really there for the view and the ambience - which is very nice. The upscale decor and the elevated view is making this place a true standout piece. But just as a lot of the reviews mentioned, the service is really lacking. The waitress missed one order of our entree and accused us of not placing it. The fact is if we never ordered it why would we remember the dish from the menu? They had no problem ridiculed you in front of your people and saying you didn’t whilst my friend even remembered we ordered the dish. Besides this everything comes extremely slow, even for checks. Food was just okay but drinks were exceptionally amazing, including the non-alcoholic choices. Had to ask for water too. But the busboy who showed us the restroom were the highlight of the night. In general the experience is great but service could really be better to not drag this place down.

    You dont need a reservation, but you should really make one if you can. Their only available seat was in the lounge at essentially kids tables, and the bar. The bartender was delightful though, and very helpful.The menu online said they could make most items vegan, but doesnt get specific. It turned out to only be a handful of options, mostly fruit and salad. But the bahn mi and chia seed bowl I got were delicious, and the view was beautiful even on a gloomy afternoon.

    Went on the 4th of July a few years ago. Looking back on it I think it was a date, but my dense ass had absolutely no idea. We couldnt see the fireworks so we left after two drinks. Good cocktails though, wish it was a bit brighter.

    Beautiful brunch spot with amazing views. Loved the ambience, vibe , and decor of Electric Lemon. Such tasteful decor of the restaurant. In love with this place.Went here for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed. Wanted to sit outdoors on the rooftop but it was raining so we sat indoors and loved it all the same. The food and service was outstanding. We had the Beauty Bowl, Avocado Toast, Flax Seed Pancake, Latte , and fresh orange juice. The beauty bowl was out of this world, it’s beet yogurt with honeycrisp apple, grapes, pistachio, bee pollen. It was so refreshing and colorful. The pancake and avocado toast were equally amazing. The pancake was so fluffy and moist. The spices and crunchy seeds on the avocado toast were just perfect. Latte was spot on . Strongly recommend this place for incredible food, service, presentation, and views.

    This restaurant is Located on the 24th floor in the equinox hotel in the Hudson Yards.There’s a full bar on the inside and the outside. If the weather is permitted, you want to sit outside.The view is breathtaking and feel like you left the city.The inside of the restaurant has wall to floor windows and the elevator opens up right into the restaurant.They serve breakfast, brunch and dinner.We tried the New new fashioned deviled crab,Tuna TaboulehMaple, glazed, turkey bacon with black pepper and an Electric lemon cheeseburger.

    I booked this place almost a month in advanced. I have been waiting for this because of the view. I didnt expect much about food or services.And when the time came, I wasnt so impress with the host who seated us, a little smile and some small chat would help to add some charms to her. I told my hubby that this place must be like the one in the hotel by the Highline...that was how I felt...but I didnt care. We are here for the view, but we were seated inside (the outside were booked out when we made the reservation).But when our waiter arrived, he is very friendly, giving info of food and drinks and not pressuring you. We ended up ordering Leak Dumplings, Fries, Rib Eyes Steak and some drinks.All the food were very delicious. EVERYTHING. Later, we order the Corn Creme Brule for dessert. My hubby was hesitant to take a bite even he loves Creme Brule. But after the 1st bite, he was surprise on how well the chef came up with the dish.We said that we would just come back for the food not the view anymore.

    Wow what a place.The rooftop is amazing. It is unique in the sense, the rooftop is surrounded by tall buildings on 2 sides, which is pretty cool view.The vibe, the service everything is great. We went there to celebrate out friends birthday. They have a regal collection of wines.There is a lot of wind on rooftop. Our wine bottle dropped and shattered due to wind. But host were gracious to take it off the bill.Highly recommended!!!

    We had a lovely dinner with my girlfriends at Electric Lemon. The atmosphere was perfect—quiet with soft background music. The food was delicious, especially the beef tartare, roasted Japanese eggplant, and the cauliflower flatbread with peaches, which was a unique combination. But the highlight of the evening was definitely the drink ‘In the Clouds’—the best cocktail I’ve had in a long time. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend this place.

    Yes people come here for the gram and yes its expensive but to my surprise it was a five star meal with gorgeous sunset views. The vibe here is very sexy and perfect for a date. All of the appetizers were delicious including the oysters. The cherry on top was the espresso martini. Service was on the slower side and we didn’t come on a super busy night but everyone was very nice. Overall I’d come back not only for the ambiance but the food as well.

    Celebrated a friends birthday here for dinner. Interior of this place was gorgeous with a nice view of the vessel. Upon getting there, we ordered a glass of wine to start with, following by few appetizers such as the chilled oysters, beef tartare, New-Fashioned Deviled Crab and the polenta fries. My absolute favorite would have to be the polenta fries, which came with a dipping sauce that tasted amazing!For entree, i tried their Lemon Pappardelle - it was very flavorful and tasted absolutely amazing (shrimps were definitely my favorite part of this pasta dish)! My friends ordered the chicken and halibut, which they all agreed were amazing and tasted delicious.Overall, they provided A+ service for my friends birthday and had a very good time! Would recommend for celebratory events!

    While some can be left to desired from the menu , this place offers a unique experience through its terrace set up. The views out over Hudson Yards and the city are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Service was a bit slow and it took some time for us to get our first round of drinks, but the distraction caused by the beauty of the surroundings offset the apparent delay. Definitely worth a visit for some sunset drinks and appetizers!

    We tried virgin mojitos here and they were alright. It was more about the ambience and the views. I had to reserve the table one month before. The bar was located near the vessel “building”. The vibe of the bar was very elegant. I went there with a colleague and we spent two hours there. Everything was carefully chosen in terms of the decor and it was looking all amazing. The place was a bit noisy, so not so good for a first date but if you’re planning to go with some friends, then definitely check it out.

    Great vibe, good music and nice staff. The duck dumplings, quail, duck and steak were all phenomenal. The “Just Frozen Yogurt” was my favorite dessert. Our waitress, Michelle, did a great job with recommendations. Definitely worth coming on a nice day so you can enjoy the terrace.

    I’ll start with the interior and the view — they are stunning and this is definitely a place that you wanna spend hours just enjoying the atmosphere. The disappointing part was the food. I am not saying it tasted terrible, but it just didn’t “measure up” to everything else that’s going on here. Note that the portion was on the smaller side, too, like it was prepared by someone who’s on a diet 🤣 and the coffee and cocktails were just okay. I’d give the food and drinks 2.5/5. Other than that the service was great!

    Love this place! Love the staff! Loved everything! It was my birthday dinner and they just made it beautiful by being nice and friendly!     Great vibe and food, but service is really bad and slow! I couldn’t even figure out who the server was since the server who got our order was never around after drinks were served, which took almost an hour. They also messed up with our order, so we had to wait hours for one of our main dishes. I assume that the serving system hasn’t been established yet because the restaurant is quite new, but still I would expect more than this; it’s a hotel restaurant. Except for the service, it is a great rooftop/restaurant in Hudson Yards.

    Good space and fun atmosphere. Reminds me of eating in parts of Asia. Nice wine selection and good drink menu (which I also enjoyed). Service was prompt and not too overbearing.     Amazing bougie rooftop in NYC. Specially for people from out of town this is amazing. The outside area is INSANELY WINDY so keep that in mind when planning your visit.

    Their five-star service was absolutely amazing and the food was delicious!     Electric lemon on the 24th floor of the new Equinox Hotel, Hudson Yards is a super slick, modern and very masculine space. Super sexy.The outdoor space is breathtaking with a ultra cool sculpture (first female form) from artist Jaume Plensa on top of a water feature.Chef Kyle Knall is serving really delicious food (make sure you order the razor clams!) but you can tell they are still trying get into the rhythm.On our 3rd visit we had a slow rough start but after we got over that hump we had a fantastic time. Especially with Angelina who gave us great feedback about the food menu and cocktails and made sure our bottles of wine were always full. Also busboy Luis.     I visited Electric Lemon on Memorial Day which turned out to be a beautiful sunny day. It was the perfect day for it because the restaurant has a rooftop section thats to die for! The views are what seals the deal and creates a wonderful Ambiance. We had the Snapper for two and they cook it split with each side seasoned with different spices so one side of the fish is green and the other side is red. They also give you warm tortillas so you can make fish tacos if you choose too. It also comes with grilled vegetables and fresh herbs like mint and dill. We also got a side of Asparagus. I enjoyed the flavors.The menu is eclectic so I have to say the Snapper was only thing that appealed to me so if I did go back it would be for the experience of the rooftop.

    Very pleasant surprise I have to admit!We came here without expectations, and left with an extremely good experience.The whole ambienth has a good vibe.Located on the 24th floor of the Equinox hotel, in Hudson Yards.They are open for brunch 8am-3pm and dinner 5pm-11pm, with a break in between.Reservations are highly appreciated, since they tend to be very busy. A few steps from Hudson Yards MTA Station (train 7), and close to other popular turistic destinations such as Vessel, Edge, Jacob Javits Convention Center, and many shopping malls nearby.The restaurant has small but specific menu. We had polenta fried stics as our appetizer and crispy chicken (very juicy, soft and tasty) + duck breasts (very well executed, perfectly cooked - kudos to chef - with onions and peaches in a sweet sauce) as a main course.For desert we had homemade cheesecake and chocolate cake with homemade ice cream. Both were very tasty, my strong recommendations (keep in mind that Im not a dessert person).The service was exactly how I like: attentive, fast, well spoken and with well balanced communication with guests.Our server knew perfectly when to be present and when to dissapear.Did I mention extremely affordable prices for this part of Manhhatan...?Since I pay attention to details a few of my impressions: Sambonet silverware + Jono Pandolfi plates = thumbs up for that, clean restrooms, not too loud music, friendly staff (floor manager approached to us several times), appropriate lighting. Maybe too small tables though. And I personally prefer tablecloths. Wine list could be better as well.On the top of that: an amazing rooftop terrace with magnificant view!!! Its a must.     To get to the Electric Lemon take the elevator up to the 24th floor of the Equinox Hotel. I had high expectations from the pictures I saw flooding the internet. The waiters were dressed elegantly and professional, my customer service experience was exceptional. Our waiter was continuously refreshing our drinks. Outside you’ll see the Vessel, a beautiful monument where you get a view of whether you eat in or outside. I of-course chose to eat outside. The scenery is gorgeous, and the view could be one of the best in New York City, you have clear views of the ocean. My high expectations were met! For my drink I ordered the Spicy Sunset. Last time I had a drink this good I was on a cruise it was exceptional, I loved it! The appetizer I ordered were the oysters, came with six, and served with radish, peppers & onions. I sparingly used some on my oysters & to my surprise it was delicious as long as you don’t over do the toppings. It gave the oysters a different tangy flavor that just removed the “fish” taste. My Entrée was the Dry Aged Duck. It was delicious and well served along with the perfect sauce and all the extras on the plate were obviously well planned because it’s not just for looks, dive all the way in trust me. My friend ordered the electric lemon burger, medium rare, which I enjoyed sampling, was cooked to perfection and very juicy. Reservations are required and well worth it! Would definitely recommend it.

The food tastes good and it isnt too expensive for the location.ps: they have a 12$ cake cutting charge per person in the group if you bring a cake for any occasion. BAILEY associates with patrons as well as the employees and makes certain that everyone is having an amazing experience.     Friends and I put in some hours and were able to get a reservation here outdoors for my friend close to sunset. The setting is gorgeous with a beautiful view over the city and Hudson River. The food was solid but on the pricier side. Would recommend the veggie tempura for sure. While the food was okay the atmosphere was truly the heart stealer. The service was very good and overall was a fun night. Highly recommend getting a reservation outside. The entrance can also be hard to find.

    Update 10/2023: Came again for brunch and had an amazing experience. Probably one of the best dining experiences Ive had.We popped in on a whim- no reservations and with a toddler+ stroller. They had a table for us quickly along with the cleanest high chair Ive seen. The hostess was super friendly and accommodating and the woman who checked our coats and stroller was incredible (she wiped down our stroller to clean up a bit of spilled snack). They had a coloring book and crayons at the ready and some fruit for my son.Food for the adults was delicious (went with the breakfast sandwich this time 10/10. The bread is really a standout).------------Food was good with sizeable portions. It was pretty empty when we went but the service (while lovely) was a bit slow.

    We were in NYC for memorial Day a few months ago and were looking for a special place for a fancier dinner, ended up selecting Electric Lemon and it was the best place Ive been in NYC after 4 times in the city.Its located on Hudson Yards right in front of the vessel, easy to find and all the experience since the entrance, really shows its upscale.The restaurant is beautiful, and theres an outside area more like a happy hour zone where you see more groups having drinks and enjoying the sunset. The view from the city is not great from there, but still quite a nice place.The food and the drinks I though would be inferior since locations, service and all were so good, but we were really surprised on how good everything wasI have only nice things to say about this place, the only thing that do not get 5-stars is the service, because it was just good, nothing particularly different that made it any better than the average restaurant service

Especially since they did not bring spoons with the squash soup.Overall, it was a very good experience, and the views are quite nice.     I just wanted take my time and thank this place and manager for helping me out with my proposal this weekend. Originally i had ressy for the terrace but due to the weather it was closed off. Once i heard that i had a panic attack. But with a great photographer and the manager there she helped me make the special night happen with letting me order drinks and using the private room upstairs. Now on to the restaurant itself, the atmosphere is amazing from the view to the food. The bar is very nice. The service was impeccable always checking on you but not in annoying way and making sure we’re good with our drinks and food. Just want to say the chicken mousse is something to die for.     From the beginning to the end of our night it was a wonderful experience.We arrived a little bite late due to heavy traffic but Nikela welcomed us all smiles making us feel at home.     It was easy to make a reservation for the same day, our reservation was on a Sunday at 5:45, there was not a lot of people that day. The place is beautiful, we sat outside on the terrace, the waiter was very nice and attentive, great place to take pictures but the bass fish was not very tasty or seasoned and menu said it was for two but I ate it all myself and was still hungry for $70. The burger tasted better and came with fries. Virgin pina coladas were not on the menu but the bartender made it specifically for us. It was very windy that day outside so we asked to be seated inside and they accommodated us.

    A great bar with view and outdoor area!The cocktail here is pretty decent around $18, it is also kind of cheap given it is some sort of rooftop bar!I would recommend the my sweet chamomile the most.The flavor is strong and spirit-forward, while the fragrance of Bourbon and Sherry are strong.The pea gimlet is also good, and the Mezcal cleanse is a bit special with lots of spices.A recommended bar here in the Hudson Yards!

    Dined here two days in a row-- once for dinner service in the dining room and the other for drinks at the bar. Pros: the ambiance, food was cooked to perfection, and the dessert was to die for (pumpkin cheesecake with marshmallow topping). Only downside is the cocktail menu was a little too eclectic for my taste. The next night at the bar, our bartender Evelina was super personable and went out of her way to make sure we had a great night-- apps, endless drinks and great conversation. Will definitely be back when in NYC next time!

    This place is amazing I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and the staff couldn’t have been more nice. The atmosphere is very chic but also super comfortable. The views are unbeatable and the food was delicious. Great portion sizes we left stuffed but not too stuffed.

    Very ritzy please located near Hudson yards. I will recommend if you want a showy place but The portions are very small. We went at night for a celebratory occasion and my wife ordered the Duck. She looked at me like This cant be it right?. I got an entree of fish and I thought it was great but definitely was going to hit a White Castles after.

    I booked a table on the terrace for my friends birthday. Blown away. The restaurant is pretty trendy - I could definitely see a lot of Instagrammers posing for the pics. The views are amazing. Make sure to get a dinner reservation that is timed for the sunset. Food was excellent - I had the salmon. Portions are not huge, which suits me perfectly because I have a small appetite. Our waiter was friendly and competent. Ill definitely return for a special occasion.
