This place is such a vibe! My friend and I stumbled upon this gem while searching for a good cocktail bar, and this spot popped up. It’s located inside a hotel, and once we made our way to the back, we were greeted by the fabulous Alonzo. Their energy was amazing—truly the perfect person to be a host!The bar itself was beautifully decorated for the holidays, bringing all the Christmas spirit, which is always a treat to see. Jasmine welcomed us warmly as we sat at the bar, setting the tone for a great experience.As for the menu, I loved how unique their cocktail options were—it gave me so many choices! Santiago, our bartender, was friendly, easygoing, and super attentive. The drinks he made were delicious. I especially loved the Guava Punch, a warm drink with just the right amount of sweetness. My friend ordered the Mexican hot chocolate, which was also fantastic.For food, I highly recommend the crispy oyster mushrooms—they were so good! My only gripe was the complimentary popcorn, which was a bit too salty. Granted, we still ate it, but less salt would definitely be better in the future.Overall, my friend and I had a great experience here, and I’ll definitely be back again!This version is concise, keeps your tone, and improves sentence structure. We loved our first experience at Foxtail. We have a friend nearby and we wanted to give it a try — Santiago and Alonzo made our experience amazing and super memorable. Drinks were solid and service even better.

Crazy good. Very impressed with the mixology.I must make special mention to Ronald, who went above and beyond to give my wife and I excellent service.If you like anejo and things a bit sweet, I’d highly recommend the ambrosia salad (it’s a drink).Either way, every drink I had was unique and incredible. I’d rate this 6/5 stars if I could.

Very nice cozy spot for an evening of cocktails and music. A live jazz band, The Bailsmen, were playing a lovely repertoire of jazz standards and not to standards with excellent tone and musicality. The bartender expertly mixed our mezcal and whisky drinks and we enjoyed both of them. We even enjoyed a slow dance in the modern and comfortable atmosphere.

One of the best cocktails i’ve tried in NYC. I think the bartenders define the soul of the place. The drinks are fantastic with taste and style. Razzl, Maddie and Kevin are just so amazing and dedicated to their craft and being so friendly and welcoming. A hidden gem 💎

Kevin was absolutely wonderful. I came with my boyfriend for a romantic night in Soho and we wandered our way into Arlo and the Foxtail. His drink recommendations were absolutely wonderful and the conversation was wholesome and immaculate. As a New Yorker I am so glad to find a new regular spot nestled into my favorite neighborhood with personable service. Will be recommending to friends and visiting family alike. Kevin truly provided the best service Ive found in lower Manhattan, hands down. The pineapple upside down cake? DELISH. Also recommend the Fabulous Fox.

Great venue at the Arlo - the vibe is suoer fun. Food and libations are good. Had the fabulous fox and spirited fox. Overflow is given to you in a pour. Great place to pitch

The drinks here are absolutely delicious and they have a great burlesque show from time to time. you should definitely never miss out on the coconut oil popcorn! Brittany was an amazing hostess and server and she made the experience a night worth remembering!

I came here with a party of 3 for their winter special reservation so Im not sure if there is a separate regular section.The bar is inside the Arlo hotel in Soho. Once inside the hotel, you walk a bit in until you see a host who will guide you to wherever you are going.The section we were in was in full holiday mode. I thought the decorations were magical!Our waitress was super nice and knowledgeable about the drinks. They also have complimentary popcorn!They were serving drinks from both their regular and holiday menus. We all thought the drinks were very interesting and creative. The online menu (as of this review) shows the prices to be $16/cocktail but when we went recently, they were $18/cocktail. We got one drink (the one in the tea cup) but I cant remember the name!Regular menu:Pretty Rickey - so refreshing! big grapefruit flavorSmoke Show - quite the show indeed! nice smoky flavor combined with apple and bourbon flavorsPineapple upside-down cake - very sweet, almost desert-like (not the best drink we had but still good!)Holiday menu:- Tree topper: lovely bubbly drink with elderflower and a touch of sweetness. Really liked itI think some might pass on this place because its a hotel bar but honestly, it was on par with other cocktail bars. Id go again for sure!

Foxtails Holiday Hideaway is the perfect pop up bar to visit this holiday season. Cozy seating, festive lights, creative cocktails and a friendly staff in perfect combination. Be sure to start with their cranberry hot toddy on a cold night and the Naughty Gingerbread Man was dessert in a glass and it also packed a punch.

The drinks are good but its a very small space. The seating is a little bit awkward The tables are very big so youre far away from the party that youre with when sitting at the tables. live music is really fun. The staff was really friendly and p pleasant in the bar.

Great vibes all over. The bartender Diego was amazing, very attentive and helpful. The punch was delicious, so was the hummus plate! The live jazz added a lot to the experience. Small, intimate and certainly sweet.

We had a wonderful evening at Foxtail. We were staying at the Arlo Soho and arrived late so wanted a chilled evening with some cocktails. Epic speakeasy in the Arlo SoHo.Atmosphere is cozy and quirky. Music is great and the cocktails are delicious. Opt for one of their signature Fox cocktails and its served in a very cool little teacup with a mini pitcher with extra bev.Would also recommend the rotating special punch. It is homemade and so refreshing.They give you popcorn when you get to your seat and its unreal. Paired with your drinks, youre bound to have a fantastic time here.

I’ve been coming to Arlo in general for years- mainly to grab drinks on the rooftop, but as they are renovating, I couldn’t just stop coming!And thankfully so I didn’t stop coming to Arlo, because I would’ve never been introduced to Foxtail- this amazing speakeasy, hidden right in the lobby!Anywho, after introduced…LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!!Roxy shined bright from Hello!! Her customer service was AMAZING, and I believe that’s from her intuitiveness.Please go check out Foxtail folks…ask for Roxy!!! My fiance and I had an early 5:30PM dinner reservation, so we needed a spot for a nightcap. I started researching options for jazz and came across Prohibition Productions page, which pointed me to Foxtail. To my delight, Gordon Webster was leading a quartet. Its rare to see the most in-demand musician for swing dancing in the world at a small cocktail bar, and its doubly rare to catch him playing a more bebop-infused set. We both loved the music, especially the hard-swinging rhythms laid down by a drummer who was only playing a snare and a ride cymbal! The cocktails were creative, the complimentary popcorn was a nice touch, and the crowd was the right mix of social yet respectful to the musicians without being stuffy. As a frequent solo traveler for work, this kind of jazz night is exactly what Im looking for in a hotel bar. I will definitely be back!

I cant express enough how amazing this bar is. The atmosphere, the crew running the bar, the drinks. All of it. Simply amazing. Shout out to Kevin and Kenny for providing an absolutely amazing experience. Not only in keeping up with the amount of people coming through, but their knowledge on each speciality drink. My recommendation will be the Baked Apple Pie cocktail. Make sure Kevin makes it for you!

Went there for the 1st time to check out their live music on Saturdays and the jazz band was fantastic - I felt transported to the 1920s. :)The service staff was kind, attentive, and their customer service was on point. Kudos to the management on their staff.From Omas friendly greeting, to Rolandos fab service of their delicious cheese plate and fries and Razzles excellent mixology - they all made sure that I had an experience that will definitely have me come back again!
