    We held our team holiday party at GST (Greenwich Street Tavern), and it was absolutely wonderful! We can’t believe this little gem, so close by, had been hidden from our team for so long. The staff was perfect, and the food was outstanding. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

    We came here for a semi private brunch event after our wedding. Very reasonable prices, great indoor / outdoor space, and Joe and the staff were extremely accommodating. We always come here for games / beers with friends and it always hits.

    We hosted an open bar at Greenwich Street Tavern with family and friends and could not recommend this place more! Joe was so beyond amazing to work with and made sure the whole night went smoothly. The food was delicious and I absolutely loved the cucumber vodka they make in house! The service was incredible and we had such a fun night.

    We were visiting from Australia. We stumbled upon this gem as we were walking back to our hotel and we are glad we did! It was raining so we got in to get out of the rain and have something to eat. The service from the get go was amazing, staff and servers as well as the owner were all friendly, talkative, had smiles on their faces and kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay. The steak and mushroom burger was the BEST!! Waiters kept filling our water glasses without asking which was good. Drinks were on point. We loved it so much we ordered on Grubhub 2 more time after this before we left NYC. This place is a MUST visit and definitely recommend.

    Visiting from Nashville. Headed towards wall street and stopped by here to grab a bite to eat. Nice atmosphere. Got a chance to watch The Vols play on TV. It made the visit even better. good music. good vibes. Great food.I got the brunch burger but I know all the burgers are good based off just this one.wife got the nachos. Huge. Taste good.

    Perfect sports bar atmosphere with great service and food! Espresso martinis are best in the city. Highly recommend the French onion soup, burgers, and buffalo chicken dip. Love that they play the audio of the games too.

    I hosted a fundraiser here for an organization I support and the staff was phenomenal! Joe was really easy to work and plan with via email. The team was really accommodating to my party the entire night and allowed us to use two credit cards, which made the event seamless. We had a front section and the windows were open to create a memorable and rewarding evening for all!

    This spot has a nice vibe. The music selection was great, a lot of 90s/early 2000s R&B and hip hop but also some pop. Marcia was our bartender and she was the best part of the experience. Very friendly and made good drinks. Definitely coming back when I’m in the area!

    I never write reviews. If I love the place I come back. But, I can’t resist. I need to shout this place out. Joe (owner) and the entire staff where top notch people. Welcoming, attentive, warm, and helpful with questions I had in regards to the drink and food menu. It’s a slick upscale sports bar with amazing comfort food. Must get their buffalo chicken dip (which is referred as “crack-dip” | rightly so lol). It gets busy for sports and has been a neighborhood spot for many years. I’d get a reservation if you’re planning on seeing a big game. Come hungry and thirsty. Joe and his team will take care of the rest.

    Hands down great service and great food every time. Definitely my go-to lively spot to hang. Love love love their brunch too. Ive coordinated events here as well and it was so easy, they were super accommodating with the decorations, floor plan, menu and kept it professional.

    I’ve been a regular at GST for many years and can say hands down it’s one of my favorite bars to visit in the city. The staff is exceptional and the food is excellent - highly recommend the Tavern Burger. It’s the ideal atmosphere to catch a game or kick back with a group of friends or coworkers.

    I was looking for the perfect spot for a low key company celebration. Greenwich street tavern was just that, cozy quaint and relaxing. Atmosphere is chill and the staff is also really friendly and accommodating. I was able to custom design a menu with the manager who was so easy to work with and happy to make last minute adjustments.Food was on point . My team is still talking about the Buffalo chicken dip and some crafty cocktails. Everything was delicious and just what I was looking for to cater a small event. Highly recommend!

    Couldnt be a bigger fan of this place. Joe, one of the owners, is super kind, fun, and responsive. I recently rented out the space on a Friday night for a birthday/Philadelphia Eagles watch party and the entire event was a huge success. Win was also a nice bonus! Everyone invited raved about the environment, attentive service, open bar pricing, and quality of food. Place feels like a second home as everyone is incredibly nice and welcoming.     Greenwich Street Tavern was the perfect spot for a surprise engagement party for my fiancé and I and all our friends and family! They made planning for the event as easy as possible and executed perfectly, providing us our own semi-private area as well as food and drinks! All of our guests had an amazing time. I would recommend GST to anyone looking to plan a private or semi-private event downtown!

    We rented the entire bar for an engagement party. Joe and his staff were incredibly accommodating and pleasant. The food, which was set up as a buffet, and the open bar were terrific.     ✨Best Bar in Tribeca! My friend kept raving about this place and now i understand why. If you’re looking for a spot with great drinks, food, and atmosphere, this place is a winner.I came in to watch the baseball game with friends, and everything was spot on. The TVs are perfectly placed so you can see the game from anywhere, and the music between innings was on point. Shoutout to the staff—super friendly, chill, and attentive.Overall a cool vibe, and we’ll definitely be back!P.S. Highly recommend getting the Iced Bee and Mozzarella Sticks (they were perfectly crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside… Yummm).

    I have been going to GST for a couple years now. It is a great spot to grab a drink or food with many TVs to watch any game! Highly recommend the Wings!     GST is one of the best bars in NYC. Our beach Volleyball team comes here every Wednesday night and it has become a mainstay for us. Elena is potentially the best server in NYC and they always accommodate us no matter how large our group is. Food is delicious, drinks are cold. I highly recommend GST to anyone looking for a good time in Tribeca.

    I hosted my birthday open bar here and it was an amazing experience!! Joe, the manager, was very accommodating and helpful when organizing the event. The open bar package was a great price for 3 hours with a semi private area and appetizers included. They even let me use my own playlist. The staff was so sweet on the day off, letting me control the volume and told me they just wanted me to have the best day. Highly recommend hosting at GST!!

    Had my birthday party here last week. I worked with the owner to come up with an open bar deal that worked for my group. We went over all of the details beforehand and felt very confident the night would be a success. It was amazing and even better than I expected. The food was top notch and the staff made sure everyone had full drinks at all times. Definitely a great place to host parties for either corporate or personal events. Cant wait to plan my next birthday there.Also not to mention - a staple local joint with good vibes only!

    Came here to hang with friends/watch the game and had a great time! Wonderful, lively environment with great service. Drinks were incredible (tried the bellini, white sangria, and an espresso martini), as were the veggie spring rolls. Looking forward to coming back and exploring the rest of the menu!

    Greenwich Tavern is a local hangout for Citi bankers and others in the neighborhood. Staff is always great, has a very friendly vibe, sports on in the background, and everyone always seems very relaxed. Never had a bad time there. Food is quite good. Buffalo Chicken Dip is top notch.

    Fantastic service, some of the best pub food I’ve had in years. I highly recommend the Judy Cutlet sandwich it was delicious. Staff truly goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. Owner is very friendly and makes sure all his customers oare well taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough.

    Love this place. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Food is nicely done, even tho it sounds like regular fare. Prices are very doable. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Sit outside and eat, have a drink, then walk your sweetie one block to the Hudson, where the pier has seating at the end where you can gaze at Jersey City and gloat that youre better than they are. Basketball pickup games, nice stroll on the dog free grass at the Esplanade. One of the best places in the City to see the sun set. Worth whatever train and brief walk you need to get here. Do it NOW, while the weather is beautiful. Youll score.

    Never that crowded, super chill place to have a drink at after work. Happy hour specials are great and until 8pm which is unheard of in NY. Staff is super friendly and attentive. In the warm months the outdoor seating is great to sit and people watch.

    I go to NY at least once a year and this is the first bar where the staff and the owner were so awesome that I actually ignored the ticket to the show I had and just kept watching the football games.     The Greenwich Street Tavern is the only bar of its style in TriBeCa. The atmosphere is always pleasant and staff always friendly. For a tavern, I would say that the food is very good and obviously the drinks are great too. They have a happy hour on the weekdays which is perfect for me as, my office is near bye:)... Additionally the tavern always seems to keep moving forward by keeping decor fresh, adding outdoor seating and always having a reliable staff that you get to know and trust. I would highly recommend going here.
