    I came here Saturday night with my partner and we were so impressed with everything. Shoutout to our super star waitress Kiara for going above and beyond for us(she deserved a raise). I’ll keep this short and sweet you need to make it your business to come here. No disrespect to all the steakhouses in Manhattan but this place has a vibe no where else can replicate. I started off with the onion soup and knew right away I was in for a fantastic evening it was so delicious. My steak was perfectly done at medium rare oh and I had the cote de bouef. I wish they made baked Mac and cheese but the Mac itself was delightful. The whipped mash potatoes and garlic sauce were immaculate. Ask for an old fashioned if you are a drinker you won’t be disappointed!

    Came for a birthday party and had a great time. I ordered the Beef Bourguignon. It was flavorful and melted in my mouth. Everyone had something different and I heard no complaints. We were a large party and they accommodated us nicely

    The food was amazing, for appetizers we had The crab cake and burrata salad which were delicious. I had the porterhouse steak with whipped mashed potatoes. The steak was made to perfection. The service was impeccable. Great ambiance. Im definitely coming back and highly recommend.

    My first time there and the decor was nice. Music was playing and I was told that on Friday they have live band. The bartender was amazing. She was professional and made great drinks. The restroom was clean and nice. Will return again and recommend to friends.

    Honestly not going to hide the truth I was a little skeptical about trying this place being that it took so long to open.We had the zucchini dip and bacon to startThe dip was very good, nice texture and nice flavor. The bacon was ok, it was missing the black pepper but had a descent taste.The entrees were amazing. I had the filet and my wife had one kf the specials. She said her fell off the bone and the risotto had a great flavor. The filet was probably one of the best i have had in a very long time.Since I write reviews I had to have dessert and the apple tart was not to be missed. Yes they have S&S cheesecake but I live in the neighborhood and could get that anytime.Overall nice place to come on a date night with good food.

    So dark and gloomy. If you like to eat in the dark, this is your place soon as you leave, you’re gonna feel more alive. The food is really good. The atmosphere was not for me. You have to get reservations for this place. I would suggest go next-door after you’re done to upbeat yourself they’ll have great music and cheap drinks.

    I have been at the Home BX Steakhouse to celebrate my sons graduation. I would start with the call for reservations with Irma very patient and helpful. The extraordinary service of Tober Polanco full of energy, patience and love for his job and customer service and very caring manager Nathan. The food amazing. All of it with a distintive flavor of freshness. Every item we tried very delicious. The beef with pasta, the salmon, the churrasco with mushrooms, the ny strip steak with mac and cheese, the lamb chops with salad and yuca chips. Everything so delicious and so unique in flavor. This place made us feel like home! I recommend the place to everyone! If you need to go a a great place to eat go to Home BX Steakhouse!!!!

    First but not the last time I come here!! Loved this place so much, the employees are very welcoming and accommodating, friendly, attentive, very good service!! I went on a Friday night and they had a Live band at 10pm (really started at 11 lol) .. but it was GREAT! Will be back soon! Really recommend this Place, for a Friend’s date, romantic date, family dinner lol.. Really recommend it!

    The restaruant is a great time. They have a really nice vibe and it’s a family friendly place. I’ve been several times with my Duaghter for daddy Duaghter dates and they never let us down. The burgers they have are really good. Be prepared to make a mess due to the cheese suace they have on it. The mess takes nothing away from the flavor. The waiters are very nice and professional. The bar scene also looks like a great time. The music isn’t to loud for you to hear your company and they told us that someone plays the piano live on Wednesday nights. I look forward to returning.

    Excellent food, service and atmosphere. If you’re looking for a yummy restaurant to have dinner at, this is the place! We had the filet mignon carpaccio, seafood pasta, and the ossobuco. They were all delicious!

    We went there on a Monday night. They played sports on their tv that you can watch. The place has a good atmosphere, like a mysterious and romantic atmosphere at the same time. The waiter was very attentive and made us recommendations. We ordered a picadera or platter of various meats such as steak, shrimp, chicken and sausage with fried green plantains and fried yuka. The food was on point. We had a good time there

    I am a regular here! I come at least once a week, the service is amazing Jonathan is flawless at what he does from beginning to end , Vivian is the best bartender I have met better than me! It only allows me to give 5 stars if I could I would give them 10 in every aspect! The chef the atmosphere the service is so amazing I brought my queen to Celebrate her fabulous 60 blessings and endless success to this business The home BX Steak house !!!!

    Amazing. This place is truly one of the best restaurants I have been to in NY. Jonathan, my wonderful waiter, made sure that me and my party was well taken care of. He accommodated to all my allergies and my entire family. My food was great as well as the drinks. And to top it all off, the artist performing that night sang Happy Birthday to me. An amazing experience, amazing workers. 10/10 recommend.

    I tried this place for the 1st time tonight with my wife and kid. Ordered 2 drinks, and the bar tender was on point. We had the porterhouse, crab cakes, bacon, and the chimi sliders and it was all delicious. The vibe was perfect. Good for the fam and great for the younger crowd. The waiter was awesome, walked us through the menu, super attentive. The price was right for a Steakhouse. Stuffed and Happy. Can’t wait to come back.

    Our experience at BX Steakhouse was outstanding, thanks to Wendys recommendation. Joselito, our server, provided attentive and professional service throughout the evening, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was enjoyable. The live music by Johnny Bliss added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Additionally, the drinks were expertly made and paired perfectly with our meal. Overall, we had a wonderful time and plan to return soon for another memorable dining experience.

    A good place to grab a meal or date night but temper your expectations when visiting as Steakhouse cuts are not a true steak house caliber. I ordered the porterhouse and as you can see from the photos I was quite disappointed as this was not a $60 porterhouse steak, still enjoyable and the bartender was extremely helpful.

    I first Tried the NY strip and the porterhouse and they are one of the best ive had so far not to mention the appetizers pork belly and chimi sliders which I cant get enough and have made me a regular. The food , the manager and the crew really know their way around people. If you wanna have a great time, listen to really good live shows and spend a beautiful time with family and loved ones this is the place to go.The experience in homebx steakhouse is amazing.

    My husband and I have come by Home Bx a few times recently, were both from the Kingsbridge area and we walked by and figured wed give the happy hour a try. Service is fantastic, Vivian is an amazing bartender, her drinks are sweet but well balanced and the atmosphere is nice. We only ordered appetizers but they were amazing. The staff is very kind, took time to change the channel to a game we wanted to watch while they were pretty busy. We plan on coming back for a full meal.

    What a fun night!!!!I was a little skeptical about the place based on the location but I have to say it was fun, the food and service was amazing. Prices were reasonable. The decor inside the restaurant was very basic. We asked to be moved from our original location and they were very accommodating even though the place was packed. I highly recommend to make reservations. Parking was somewhat difficult.

    This is an update to my prior review:This restaurant has earned my respect.They fixed many issues that I complained aboutWhich made sense since they were fairly new when I came to eat here. I loved the live band only thing was the service was slow and the food was ok the chicken was a little bland and the spinach was salty the malanga mash was perfect. It was hard to find the waiter since she barely passed our way. I Had to get up to ask for water. The table we were given wobbled a lot. The good from this place were that the drinks were awesome! The staff are very nice too! the vibe inside sets the tone for a nice night out in our very own city with the big glass windows and a very nicely decorated restaurant I also loved the lit candles on the table.I was just a little disappointed with my first visit but I would definitely love to give this place another chance.It shows a lot of good potential.

    Neighborhood Gem!! Love coming here for Happy Hour before heading one from a long day. Today I ordered the Pork Belly & Calamari from the Happy hour Menu never ordered this items before but pleasantly pleased with my selection. The calamari is so flavorful every bite is crunchy and delicious it’s paired with two sauces but honestly one of them I favored over the other lol. My most favorite thing on the menu is the Baked Oysters. I have never enjoyed oysters so much the way you prepare them. I have to order the appetizer for myself i refuse to share lol.

    OK yall this ones gonna be a long one. I am so so happy I found this lil hidden in plain sight gem! We went for baes birthday and let me tell you this place did not disappoint! From when we walked in we were amazed at the instant vibe. Its a wonderful size restaurant and beautifully decorated. There were a few people but it was fairly empty and our waitress told us we could pick our own seats. We opted to sit as close to the fireplace area as possible. I mentioned to our wonderful waitress that it was baes birthday and she smiled and winked at me. From beginning to end our waitress was perfect! She showed the right amount of attention to us without being overbearing and annoying. She took her time explaining the menu and drink menu. (Were always looking for the strongest drinks on the menu lol)The menu has something wonderful for every ones price range. I went with the lamb chops and brussel sprouts(yall know how much I love the sprouts) bae went with the salmon and veggies with mashed potatoes. While waiting for our food the bartender came over with complimentary glasses of Rose(idk if they do that all the time so dont go there expecting it and being mad at me if they dont lol) and it was dry and delicious we were pleasantly shocked lol. Then the food came and everything was perfectly seasoned and phenomenal! They really show you love and take care of you in there! They have happy hour from 4-7 so needless to say we will def be checking that out very soon! While we were sitting and talking the waitress came by and asked if we wanted to take pictures by the piano(insert happy face) she even remembered it was his bday and brought him a complimentary piece of cheesecake which was also delish and sang him happy birthday all by herself. This place is a ten out of ten! Run dont walk to Home BX Steakhouse!

    The food is so good. I had lamb chops and my fiancé had Churrasco steak. Both meats were well seasoned and the sauce was amazing. I had lobster Mac and cheese it was good but too mushy. They had happy hour up until 8pm. Overall experience was good and the waiter was attentive and friendly.

    Found this little jewel on Instagram and had to try it so I took a friend out to dinner for her Birthday. My friend was quite pleased as was I. The food was amazing!     Absolutely one of my favorite places to spend time and money in. Not only are the drinks and food affordable but the staff always makes you feel like family. Irma and Adonis absolutely always make it a point along with the owner!     Great brunch spot (will be trying dinner another time). We had a cafe con leche martini and a mimosa which were delicious and strong. The charcuterie board had a nice variety. The summer salad and cheeseburger were very good. The music was excellent. Perla, our waitress, was wonderful and helpful. Excellent service. This is a great addition to the neighborhood.     I always find myself driving so far down into Manhattan or Brooklyn to find a good restaurant. So one day I decided that I wanted to find a good restaurant in my area and saw this restaurant. The prices were great the server was amazing. The drinks were creative and tasty. Ask for the Lychee drink for sure, Johnathan the waiter was TOP TIER, was honest and gave great recommendations!. I have Zero complaints the ambiance was amazing. The food was perfection and now I think that I’m going to be a regular I feel great, supporting a local business.

    Great ambience in a small setting. Live music was too loud for the space so holding a conversation over dinner was nearly impossible but, on the bright side, the bartender made good drinks so at least you could sip and enjoy the vibes. Service was slow but the staff was pleasant. As for the food, first item I ordered was not available, no problem. Second entree selected left much to be desired. After concluding with dinner and our party of 3 were finally able to hold a conversation, we all agreed that each of our meals were cooked well but flavor was lacking. With added attention to the food or perhaps a new chef, this would definitely be in the weekly rotation of this foodie.

    Always a good meal here, everything is a hit for me and my family of 6 but tonight I want to recognize Kiara who took care of us. It was a lot going on and she still made sure we were good and she was very pleasant. I appreciate good service and it goes a long way.     Tonight was my first time visiting this location . I’m a steak guy and I was absolutely surprised how good the steak was . Great atmosphere but the number one reason I will be returning is the service. Our waiter Johnathan was absolutely amazing!! Extremely helpful and made our experience great. I highly recommend this place

    Beautiful decor, romantic especially when its not crowded you can see the ambiance and appreciate it. I went during daylight on weekday. Perfect for a date or a one on one business meetup, when its not crowded. Radio playlist was traditional Salsa music playing in background very lightly, not loudly, perfect for conversations. Avoid busy nights to get this vibe. Food: food was delicious, made with love! drinks were great! Prices worth it! Staff: Some staff were kind and attentive like the women hostess, women bartender and the male bar back. I hope YOU get a waiter that is a trained gentleman, patient, with a smile, well-mannered towards Latina women and doesn’t get irritated or talk rudely to you because you are a woman. Patience is a virtue, knowing how to speak to people warmly kindly professionally is a virtue. Women customers should be made by servers to feel comfortable and valued so they can enjoy the fine dining experience.

    I visited this place for the second time, and the food is delicious. Last night for Christmas, the customer service was everything and more. Perla and another young gentleman were super attentive and asked my partner and me if we needed anything. We started with crab cake and lobster mac and cheese, our two favorite starters. We weren’t really hungry, so we continued to order more appetizers. We ordered the baked oyster and the chicken wings. Both are delicious, but chicken wings can be quite too spicy. For drinks, I suggest the Classy AF (its a beautiful drink). Also, the filet mignon exceeded my expectations in the past and for that price! So I highly recommend it.

    Went during the soft opening and really enjoyed the whole experience.The restaurants aesthetic is warm roomy yet cozy with a good diverse mixture of easy listening music. The service was kind, friendly and helpful, as for the food it was great.We had the churrasco and the NY Strip along with mac & cheese, creamed spinach and whipped potatoes. There were margaritas and beer involved too. :)Its a nice welcome to the neighborhood.

    The atmosphere of this place is very good, the music, the workers are friendly but the food is not recommended, I have gone many times because it is actually a very cool and quiet place to talk and have a good time but I have made the decision to eat before going. First time I ordered steak and potatoes 5/10, second wings with potatoes 5/10 it lacks that touch of flavor. It would be the perfect weekend place if they improved that part. Apart from that I highly recommend it. They have good prices 👍
