    I’ll never forget my experience at Hôtel Chantelle in NYC. Despite it being a busy night, they graciously let me in without strictly enforcing the dress code. The hospitality and atmosphere were incredible, making the evening truly unforgettable.

    Attended a Halloween burlesque event here. The show was amazing and the food and drinks were perfect. I absolutely loved that each table had a small dish of candy on it. The white truffle flatbread was decadent. I loved the paella and the chicken dish was very tasty and fresh as well. The strawberry margaritas were on point.

    I took my girlfriend on date night at hotel Chantelle and it didnt disappoint. I wish I could take away .5 star for no live band on Friday nightThe foods & cocktails were great, especially we got a great online deal. The ambience was to the point, great bar flowers decoration, love the classic lamp post.The dish highlight was charred octopus (starter) I would say 75% was cooked well the rest was chewy, but they were tasty. I tried pineapple express (it was great summer cocktail). The entree: Branzino and steak were good but not that special.Overall highly recommended for the cocktails.

    Food presentation was on point. Eggs were perfectly cooked, and home fries well seasoned. The steak was decent, but overall the meal was good. The ambiance was charming, it effortlessly transports you into a quaint setting surrounded by beautiful decor, and the live music was a nice perk. Definitely recommend coming here whether it’s for two or a group. Service was spot on, and the drinks were decent.

    First time visiting here for an after work rooftop event, and I totally loved it. Fully stocked bar. Rooftop is spacious with ample seating. Dj played all the right hits to keep you grooving. Restrooms were always clean, which is a plus for me.

    This place is very well done. I promised myself Id have a sober Sunday but the second we walked in the vibe was too fun to not order a drink.The menu felt a bit limited, but it was was well focused with some solid options.Nothing blew us away but the food was solid, our waitress was great and the vibe is fun.Would definitely come back.

The restaurant at the top of the hotel is particularly charming, with a cute and cozy atmosphere that makes it perfect for a romantic date or a night out with friends. The cocktails here are particularly noteworthy, with pitchers of delicious drinks that are perfect for sharing. The food is also excellent, with a great selection of dishes that are sure to satisfy any appetite. Overall, Hotel Chantelle is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a fun and memorable night out in New York City.What my friends and I order are the Tuna tartare cigars and two of the vegan ceviche. Delicious.Keep in mind that their menu doesn’t have a large selection, but it has a great atmosphere and delicious drinks.

    Good for a group brunch - with great drinks and appetizers. Pretty area with flowers to take pics. While you probably need a reservation, be careful that all your members come - they do charge a no show fee. Theres also a $250 deposit. And an ID check and bag check at the entrance.

    Such a wonderful place to visit. If you have reservations, make sure to honor them or you will be charged a fee per person if youre late! Loved the fact they have a rooftop area that can be enclosed. It was great until a few raindrops decided to show up smh Dont get me wrong, it was still good; just kinda hard to have a conversation since it got louder due to the music and other patrons. The drinks were good and the food was great. Would definitely visit again!

    Had a great time there on halloween this year. Almost lost my purse but thanks to Shelby, the bouncer he was super friendly and helpful. He made the night better super grateful he was there!!!!

    Nowadays, when I go out at night I like to go the the place that have seats rather than dancing empty floor. Hotel Chantelle has such a wonderful rooftop seating. I came to this place twice, one was late night partying with tons of people and hard to find a table and another time a little bit earlier and again no table available at that time. My group still okay with that, we just enjoy drinks and talking.

    This place is picture taking worthy. Nice for brunch. But be careful to have to much fun, you will be told to relax--even though our party was getting the whole place happy. Mind you this is the day before Halloween, let loose a bit.The food was good besides that breakfast pizza. That needs to not be served ever again in life. The chicken waffles--- DO NOT FEAR THE COTTON CANDY it actual meshes will with the bite.The individual mimosa at the bar was amazing vs the group mimosa at the table was lacking. Definitely not the same.Also be sure to eat fast because the servers will literally take plate with food that is still being worked on. You would think the servers wanted the food for themselves. I was taking a chicken and waffle and the server was pulling the plate and left with the waffle. I was there for 5 mins with the chicken on my fork in shock. Like did we just fight over the food.Also brunch is FAMILY STYLE-- everyone dig in style.Parking is tough. But its in the city so what you expect. There are stairs too. If you plan to drink drink, think about the stairs.

    Went to Hotel Chantelle on a Pulsd coupon that covered 2 sides, 2 entrees, 2 drinks and a dessert. My friend and I got the steak and a pasta dish that were both amazing. Honestly, the pasta is some of the best Ive had. The rooftop dining was a nice view and the place had an overall good ambience.

    The best chicken and waffles I have ever had. The setting is amazing and brunch drink prices are unbeatable. Theres live jazz music and the setting is extremely cozy. Definitely a spot to go with friends, drink and eat your Saturday/Sunday away.

    Came here for a dinner via a groupon and we had the opportunity 10 Dollar Pretzel and the cotton candy waffle chicken both really awesome. For our entrees we got the diver scallops and wild mushroom raviolis also great and filling. The service was fantastic, would love to go again. Fortunately the groupon made it worth it for sure.

    This place rocks!!!! We came here for my mother-in-law‘s 70th birthday and it was the best decision! The food was good the staff was great and the mimosas were superb! After we left there was also music and dancing downstairs which made the perfect end to our day.

    Enclosed rooftop dining experience. There is a bar as well as tables for dining. This place is super cute and super chic. The area is considered a hot spot for clubs so it’s a good place to start your night to fuel up before. Parking is scarce, I recommend not driving though sometimes we did get lucky. I’ve been here a few times and the service is consistent. Downstairs they have burlesque dancers sometimes which we saw once and upstairs is the dining area. The bar gets pretty filled and the drinks are great. They participated in a travel zoo deal which we were happy to take part in because it was such a good deal. We had the deviled eggs and 4 cocktails. Other times I had the octopus and other apps which were all great. This is a good place for ladies night or a date.

    Hotel Chantelle... the building, the entrance, the indoor bar... nah... BUT walk up the stairs and WOW!!! Such a beautiful terrace!!! And yes!!! Drinks and party!!! Great experience! Food is delicious, drinks are fresh and chic. We didnt get the unlimited drinks for 1 hour and 1/2 cuz we wanted to try the beautiful cocktails. We had fun and great to be out with your girlfriends. Highly recommend for brunch.

    There are a lot of other places you could go for bottomless brunch, but they probably wont be as fun. Definitely make a reservation. The music is generally decent, the food is good, and the overall vibe is great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. You never wait too long, and the drinks are good too!

    I had my very first brunch experience on the rooftop area of Hotel Chantelle and could not have been more delighted. It was the picture perfect experience I was looking for in NYC that Ive only read about. The Bloody Mary was the best tasting one Ive ever had. One thing about the bottomless menu youre meant to have a whole lot so dont expect the bottomless menu to be the strongest. Their cocktails however you really get your moneys worth. Cant wait to go back to this amazing place. Oh and lastly the food was spectacular. Presentation, taste and for how busy it was it didnt even take that long. They also had a live jazz band they played really great relaxing music. Could not be happier with this place if you get the chance please go!! And check for reservations its hard to get in!!

    We really enjoyed our anniversary dinner here! The atmosphere was cozy and very chic. I had the braised short rib and is was *chefs kiss* phenomenal. My husband had the MOAB burger and was a little underwhelmed. Our waitress (julie?) Was very helpful and kind. Overall a great experience and would visit again.

    Great atmosphere, and friendly, helpful staff make this a cool spot for drinks or dinner. The rooftop dining area doesnt offer spectacular views (its only one flight up), but the lighting and open air are still delicious when the weather co-operates. As a bonus they have a retractable glass roof for when it doesnt. The food is good and the portions adequate, but the prices seem a bit high for all that. All in all worth a trip.

    There were some decent, but not great deals on the happy hour menu for both drinks and some food (though Im a beer drinker and there werent many choices there). But we tried a few different things and enjoyed them all.The bartenders were both personable and attentive so we never had to wait long for the next round of drinks.     The Jazz Brunch here is amazing! Check their schedule to see when the band plays and make sure to make a reservation! Ever since they opened the rooftop about a year ago they have been absolutely packed!The 92 cent cocktail menu has been trimmed down to 2 options, but they are good and there is a more robust $3.92 cocktail menu as well. The food is really a wonderful experience! The stuffed french toast is decadent and everything on the menu is delicious and served with flair.The wait staff are friendly and attentive even when the place is hopping with customers, dancers and a live band!

    Went there for brunch with some of my overseas friends. The New Orleans style band was awesome and quite frankly made the whole experience much more enjoyable. The place is lively attracting a very nice crowd. Food was okay. Oh yeah, they also serve $2 martinis for brunch. They were surprisingly good.

    The first time I went here was around 12:30 am and it was packed. The music on the main floor was awesome. Downstairs was even cooler and a completely different vibe. The second time I went was for brunch. The live jazz is unlike any other- its beautifully chic and the food is beyond clever, delicious, and served in a wonderful fashion. The cocktails are perfect and their price is even better- I recommend getting a carafe if youre going to have more than 3 though. Definitely worth another experience.

    The food was really good, the place was really nicely decorated. They had a live DJ. The place is a little loud But you can still enjoy your time here. I went to celebrate my brothers birthday. If you are going to celebrate a birthday let them know when making the reservation so they tell you about the birthday packages. Price was it was $$. You can come here with a group and have a good time

    I had my birthday brunch here and the staff here worked with me ahead of time to make sure we had a spot for our large group (we had over 20 people). Please note, a credit card agreement is required ahead of time, but does not get charged. The brunch pre fixe is required for larger parties, but the brunch cocktails are so cheap that it is completely worth it. I wouldve said I loved the venue, but they messed up multiple orders and some people waited over an hour for their food after others received theirs due to mix ups in the kitchen and their food was still not cooked as ordered. They made up with it with comped meals at the end.

    Did the Bossa Nova dinner package. At first it was all about the band and hoping the food was good. The band did an awesome job. However to me, they took a back seat to the food. FOOD WAS AMAZING. Did not care to much for the cocktails. But the FOOD?... wow. The muscles, the tuna cigar, the steak, the fries and the Salmon were the attraction for US... compliments to the chef. That batch was GOOD.

    The food was amazing and the options were creative, something different from the usual. The place itself is cute, very cozy and intimate.     Came here for the launch of Sunday Lobster Night. Good looking crowd, great atmosphere on the rooftop, perfect place to unwind and prepare for the week ahead. For lobster night, you can order the Lobster boil which comes with lobster, mussels, clams, and potatoes all cooked together. The lobster was buttery, and seasoned lightly. Everything else was just as good. I paired my dinner with a glass of white chardonnay and a vodka pineapple. After 11PM the DJ downstairs plays some awesome music though its a bit of a younger (early 20s) crowd.

    I was here for Sunday brunch and loved it. We were seated on the patio with a sunroof, so we got all of the gorgeous sun with none of the outdoor annoyances. The decor is really cute - pastels, florals, and black & white design, and you could hardly tell that it had been a packed frat-house style mess the night before. (Ironically, they scan your IDs when you arrive and they can tell if youve been there the night before......)The food is average, but the drinks are great. I recommend mixing the two signature cocktails (strawberry-lime rickey and easy passage) if youre going to be getting pitchers. The rickey is really sweet so adding the EP makes it taste perfect. I heard the bloody mary was watery and bad, so avoid if possible. Theres an upcharge for sparkling or bottled water so be aware of that. We were charged for it even though wed been drinking tap, and I can only assume our server thought we wouldnt notice.The devilled eggs are very bland, the lobster bisque is great, and the eggs benedict were good. The chicken and waffles are also bland and the chicken isnt quite fried enough to satisfy this southern girl.Definitely come here for the experience and the photo ops, grab some delicious and refreshing drinks, and dont expect too much for your meal.

    My review is purely based off of the dining experience. Id like to come back for some music and dancing later. So take that as a grain of salt.My companion and I both arrived early (cause you know, If youre early, youre on time. If youre on time, youre late.) The hostess was professional and the bar staff very welcoming (I was asked to wait at the bar until my buddy arrived). While I waited, I tried the Theyre Playing our Song cocktail (Kaffir Lime Vodka, passion fruit, grapefruit, lime and ginger)... so good.Since we were both early, we were seated early and our waiter took our orders in short order. We gave him the appetizers and mains at the same time thinking that we would receive the apps first, followed by mains after we were done with the apps. Instead everything came at the same time, which we thought was odd. Oddity notwithstanding, the food was REALLY good. It was all filling and rich!For appetizers, we had the tuna poke cigars (which actually came in a cigar box) and the Truffle Fondue. For main courses we went with the Pan Roasted Salmon and the Manischewitz braised short rib. The Short Rib stole the show! We were stuffed halfway through but stayed for dessert (Nutella-covered bread pudding).Bottom line: The whole experience was pretty pleasant. The food was heavy and filling. Even the decor seemed kind of cool with a slight old school touch. They cleared the tables and chairs for what one would assume were some late-night lounging activities.     Great food! Friendly staff! I didnt get to go up to the rooftop because I went during the winter but I hear its really nice. The Decour is also very nice. I went here for an engagement brunch and it was a great spot for it.

    This spot is great to meet up with friends or just get a drink. The second floor ceiling give you a nice skyline view. The first floor has a live dj and a full bar. The crowd was great and active the entire night.

    I’ve heard about this place as one of the popular brunch spots, decided to try it for a late Saturday night dinner. I enjoyed the customer service and ambiance. The decor was quite different from what I saw online, they did step up their game with just a touch of floral roses around the restaurant. But, enough of the ambiance. The food was great. I had the Pan Roasted Salmon (with mashed potatoes) and Deviled Egg Tasting. I also ordered the truffle tater tots, which were bomb. The drinks were great. You’re actually able to do a 90 minute bottomless drinks for about $40 per person for dinner time. (They also have a 90 minute max to occupant policy) The disclosure on the price is why I gave this place four stars. The drinks were delicious, I had the Pineapple Express which was spicy and sweet. My waiter was able to even give us to go cups for the drinks we weren’t able to finish. Also, a little bit of disclosure the restaurant only has cooling fans and I did go on one of the hottest afternoons this year so it was a little humid. I recommend going sundown or on a cooler day. As for COVID precautions, the tables are cleaned before you are seated. They also give you antibacterial wipes as well as the workers keep their masks on the entire time. In the humid weather, I respect the workers for always keeping their masks on and I truly appreciate the work they do to contain a safe environment.

    A staple of LES, definitely a must see spot if youre around delancy street at 11pm+ Friday or Saturday. Theres three levels to it, all playing different music. Havent tried the brunch so cant comment on that. Only con I can think of that can actually be a pro is it gets pretty crowded. So depending on what youre looking for, it can be a very good time

    Such a lovely spot. So romantic. My fiance and I went there for a show and dinner and it was so nice. Food was excellent. We had the salad, burger and chicken and waffles. Definitely will revisit soon. Excellent customer service as well.

    I love Hotel Chantelle. It has three levels, so it is a nice size with lots of variety in music and atmosphere. Everyones favorite is the rooftop. In the summer the roof is open and in the winter months, they close the roof, but you still get the sense that you are outside. They have live music events and great foods here! If you go once, you will most likely visit again.

    Went here on a nice romantic saturday evening. The cocktails are very good, I had one with gin and rasberries that was incredible. We shared a great flatbread style pizza with goat cheese, sheeps milk ricotta, and parmigiano, so many delicious and interesting flavors! The entrees were an equally good chicken and branzino. Downstairs was an interesting afterwork crowd (even on a Saturday) and the bar scene was not my cup of tea, but just up the stairs is a little food oasis in the LES.

(Jim Beam Honey, apple liqueur, ginger, lemon, egg white) and order the shareable White Truffle Pizza. Travel up to the open roof this Summer and take advantage of the Happy Hour which goes until 8PM. Stop by on the weekend for the $28 Brunch Pre-fixe accompanied by a live Jazz band.

    Love the vibe and music. Staff was very friendly and attentive even the bouncers/security were cool. The food was spectacularly delicious. Those onion rings were well done and my steak was exactly how I wanted it ( mid-rare).     I was actually apprehensive going here bc I looked over the menu before going and I didn’t see anything that really caught my eye. Initially, I got invited to go out bc my sister in law had a group on. She also mentioned that it was a roof top so I decided to try it. I’m so glad it that I did! We had the Brussels sprouts, salmon and avocado toast. All were delicious! The scenery is also very New York-ish and a DJ comes later in the evening. It’s a must try !
