    Fun atmosphere! Good music, loud. Maybe not ideal for a quiet dinner. Service was good, food was awesome! Black bean burger is homemade. Ordered my burger medium rare and it actually came medium rare, bonus!! Would go back for sure.

    Great place to go late night when everything else is closed. They brought the DJ back which is great and with mixed music and sports on numerous large screen tvs and a projector, its the best bar in Manhattan in my opinion. Food is always great and people from all over travel and are very friendly. Ive been going for years and always have a great time.

    My husband and I were in town and had to try this hookah and chill type spot that I found on tic toc. First, Ill start with the bigger light skinned guy sitting at the door who was very unwelcoming. He never said 1 word to us, just held up his hand to see our ids, then threw his hand to go in. That was really rude! But once we got on the inside, this tall dark skinned guy (maybe african) was super nice and very welcoming! He made sure we had the table we wanted and found us a wonderful server... he even offered to take our picture by the iron bar sign. He was sooooo awesome! The food was good, especially the onion rings, and my waitress was awesome and the hookah as well. Everything about this restaurant was a vibe, just like tic tic said except for the rude guy at the door. If Im ever in NYC again, I would definitely return to this bar and grill.

    Stopped in here for food after a matinee show and everything was absolutely wonderful. Had the iron bar lager which was fantastic, make sure you try this if youre there. I got a Reuben and my friend got a burger. Both were wonderful and came with fries. Service was great, but unfortunately our server looked like he was running around to almost the entire dining room so it was a little slow when we were trying to leave, but I think thats to be expected in a busy restaurant! Restaurant! I would absolutely go back here next time Im in the city.

    Decent bar in the Times Square area of NYC. They offer food, drinks and Hookah. We ordered a few drinks, service was good but it was odd the servers share tables so they would double check on you. Drinks were good and vibe of the place was cool. I found it odd they had people in the washrooms offering soap, towels, gum and more… it gives it a seedy 2000’s vibe when you went to a nightclub. This could be removed.

    I really liked the vibes here. High ceilings. Not far from time square and plenty of tvs to watch any of the games. They have table and high top seating. Prices are reasonable and there’s a nice mix of crowds here

    I’ll start off by saying I don’t eat burgers, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Pretty happy to find a Black bean burger. It was one of the BEST I’ve had. Tender and topped with avocado and tomato and crispy, tasty fries. My friends all had the iron burger & said it was equally delicious. Great atmosphere and short walk from Times Square. Great vibe and place to watch the game.

    Popped in here for a pre-show burger and beer. The lady on the door was incredibly sour faced, but the rest of the staff were friendly and service was quick. The burger exceeded my expectations, really moist and tasty. A good pre show spot.

    Iron Bar is a cozy, well-decorated bar. I was impressed by the drink menu as well as the fact that they have a hookah menu. The hookah is priced reasonably at $30. The drinks were delicious. I deducted a star because our server was pretty rude and acted like we were bothering her by asking fora hookah menu. We would have stayed for another round and ordered a hookah had it not been for the big chip on her shoulder.

    The music is amazing. The service impeccable. They even have a bathroom attendant to help out and I love that because it gives job opportunities. Did I mention the music? I was on my feet dancing all night!!!!

    Food was run of the mill but well priced for times Square. Coffee tasted like poo but cant expect them to do better. Moscow mule was served in a regular glass like you get at the diner for orange juice. Worst part was the manager or owner scolding the bartender girl in front of customers, could have done that quietly or in the back or not at all, wasnt nice words. Otherwise a regular bar with pub food at an ok price. Wouldnt go again but its not bad, bathroom was cool.Also no gluten free breads but wasnt expecting it.

    Fantastic Hookah spot. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was incredible. The service, even though swamped, still managed to be impeccable. T.V.s with all sports playing.     I love this place! Our go to bar to have beers (23-25$ for a pitcher) and some wings. Great place to watch sports (NBA and American football), they have a huge screen in the back. Good music and overall great service.

    I was there on a Sunday afternoon for the first time and it was surprisingly very good, the drinks are very good, it has plenty room so you dont feel like you are on top of each other, I could do without so many monitors with sports but it is a sports bar after all.     So friendly, all staff waited on whole dining room. Sat near the sidewalk, lots of people watching, and awesome thriving music. No fights, No aggressive language, Attracts a very amiable crowd looking for fun and ease. We were never ignored or unattended though our check was small. Will visit there again, and have recommended Iron Bar already to others.

    Great food. Fried calamari is delish, Buffalo wings were good (perfect sized and cooked crispy but juicy). Margherita pizza was excellent (thin crust with fresh toppings).     Stopped for drinks and light snack (Margherita pizza) after our Broadway show. I had the Iron cocktail and the Iron martini…both very very good. The bar had a fun atmosphere and played the best party music!! We enjoyed Manhattan for a bit longer before heading back to the hotel.

    Great place! We had reservations at Il Forno next door and though we had a reservation they could not accommodate us. The manager took really good care of us and got us to our show on time.     This place was awesome great service and the ladies manning your tables really make you feel like they want you to enjoy yourselves. They really have a great selection of tap beers as well as the conventional alcohol you can delve into. Try the tequila sunrise with amigo tequila really great drink to get there. Not far from times square and prices are about average to the area. Worth going to this bar.

    We ran in here to get out of the cold on Christmas day, and we were so glad we did. This place was large, open, and inviting. Our food and drinks were great, and the staff was very nice. The back area had a ton of seating for watching live sports and relaxing. My fiance and I agreed that if we lived in the area we would come back regularly for delicious fries and burgers and a fun place to hangout with friends.

    Overall - Great.- My initial thoughts were rocky, I came in on a Monday afternoon, its dead, sat down at the bar and got immediate service, but the beer selection wasnt that appealing. My waitress Catherine didnt seem to amped to be there either. All of that quickly changed, the food was great, I order a Jucy Lucy with fries (and a blue moon cappuccino stout). Everything was perfect. While here, another customer apparently lost a bag and was told to come and get it, but they couldnt find it. Catherine quickly found the bag and provided service with a smile - she really is an asset as I see it.Everything else went quite smoothly, I got prompt service, prices werent bad but above all else the food was good - and to top it off, the waitresses are very pretty. Only thing holding it back was the beer selection for me, and the bar tenders could use some pouring etiquette.

    A Great location just off Times Square and the theatre district near Broadway. A great place to stop in and have a quick bite to eat before seeing a play, which is what we did. The calamari is a sweet and sour mix that comes in a Chinese food box, and I had the Reuben sandwich which was full of meat and sauerkraut, the way it should be. Very tasty. Not a bad little place if you need a quick bite to eat and a drink.

    My partner and I got drinks from here twice while waiting on shows. The vibes were good inside, it wasnt too crowded, and the bartender (whose name I cannot remember unfortunately) was the absolute best. She took care of us, talked to us, convinced us to stay in the AC until lines for the shows died down, and she was the reason we visited more than once on our trip when we normally like to try new and different places out. We didnt get the food but the service was great.

    Went here last night for a girls night out. The staff is very welcoming and they really do take care of you. I give the service an +A. We had the wings and fries, and they were also on point. The only thing is shots were $12. I understand its midtown, right by Times Square, but I wouldnt pay that much money for a shot any day. Their signature cocktails were $14 which I understand again the prices are because of the area. At least a pitcher of beer was $21 for all beers across the board. That was pretty good because they had some import beers and craft beers, so $21 for a pitcher wasnt bad. I would definitely go there again for food and beers.

    We stumbled into this place after seeing Kinky Boots right around the corner. Got seated quickly. Service was ok. Nothing to get excited over. We both had the 8th Ave Burger with fries. It was good. Huge. Very thick. Fries were good as well. Cooked exactly as we ordered which was nice. The place is a bit loud but thats because its more of a bar setting so thats understandable. Wouldnt mind coming back. Bathrooms werent as clean as I had hoped. Best part.... you know it... say it with me... Coca-Cola! YES!!! #PepsiSucks

    The Iron Bar & Grill is by far one of the friendliest and coolest places to visit when in the area. We stumbled upon it as we were looking for a place to grab some lunch after visiting Times Square.As soon as we walked in we sat down right next to the sidewalk and ordered. The server was very friendly and his suggestions hit the spot. He was also very friendly and we had a nice conversation. The food and beer were excellent as were the prices and service.Whether youre a local or a visitor its worth visiting the Iron Grill for a nice, relaxing time. You can bet well go there again the next time we visit NYC.

    Iron Bar is one of my favorite happy hour spots. Whenever I go to see a Broadway show after work, Ill stop at Iron Bar for a happy hour sip and snack. The staff is always super friendly and attentive, and everything is served in a quick and timely manner. In the winter, the seats by the door can be quite cold, but the venue is large enough that its not too hard to find somewhere else to sit if you need to move.

    Great bar/restaraunt with delicious food. Not to overcrowded which is great in New York. I came here with the family and the food was hearty and reasonably priced. Ideally located in the theater district, you can stop in for a quick drink, a lingering conversation or some really good food. It instantly became a MUST stop on every visit to NYC. The nachos, btw, are very unusual and oh so good! Sliders are excellent. And all drinks very well done.

    Great food with open air seating on a warm day. The wings are good and the burgers well cooked; Iron Lager is a hit too. The waiter and bartender were quick and efficient. Good crowd picked up really quick at 12:15 on a Saturday - so arriving a little before lunch is recommended. Enjoy the day!!

    Its nice for people that want to come in the afternoon and enjoy the food, light music and open screen window doors for a nice view of people walking past and in your face staring 🤣🤣 At night this place is lit for people that want to chill with a bunch of friends, drink lots of liquor, wine, or beer; do hookah, all while dancing and watching sports on a big ass screen. Plus not to mention 7 or 6 flatscreens in the front. The food is so worth buying. The waiters and host are very welcoming and attentive. Doing a birthday party their (I SO RECOMMEND IT).

    Iron Bar is a great vibes place all around. Music, sports, and plenty of beers on tap!All of which is complemented with the always attentive staff!     Not a official Ohio State Bar but this place was loaded with Buckeye fans.They have a Buckeye flag flying and we had a good time.So if you need a place to watch the Buckeyes in NYC Iron Bar is a good spot

    I was wandering the area with some friends and we decided to go in there after I said how I felt like this location used to be a pizzeria that served alcohol. Now its a bar that serves good food, good craft beers and has a large space for big crowds and big screen TVs to watch games on. Definitely would recommend going here if you want a decent location in the area.

    Fridays and Saturdays the bar has great music, good food, great atmosphere, and hookah. You can sit at a table, at the bar, or in the back in VIP style couches. Watch the games on big screen TVs by the bar, or a big projection screen in the back. Bartenders are hip, and on point for the most part. They dont make the best cocktails, but overall, best Bar in Time Square area.

    A good spot for a quick meal. Usually low wait time and good prices make this a great choice. Prices are not that bad. Most menu items between 10-16 bucks.     I just recently visited for the second time. This is a nice chill place two streets away from Times Square. They stay open late and have several screens to watch the game or fights. Theres also a lounge area with a massive screen and you can partake in hookah if you choose. Not too loud but not uptight. Perfect if you want to grab and drink and relax a bit.

    One thing must be clear when eating here; this is a burger place and a hooka bar. The only reason this restaurant is losing a star is because my party foolishly ordered a pizza here and we experienced the one weak spot of this restaurant. The margarita pizza was a dry crust flatbread pizza with cheese and arugula. No part of this pizza was margarita. But the BURGERS! The burgers were out of this world. The California burger was big and juicy paired with an explosion of flavor. The acidity of the guacamole paired perfectly with the savory cheese and burger. Definitely recommend FOR BURGERS, not pizza.
