Such a cute pop up!!! I loved it! It had such nice decor and good food. Everyone was also really sweet and friendly. This is definitely a great place to take pictures especially if you are looking for an instagram worthy venue. I would recommend. -

Upscale bar feels with great views of Brooklyn. I had the espresso martini and it was very good. If you’re looking to get dressed up and have a drink somewhere nice, this is a great option! -

Beautiful view to the Brooklyn bridge. Been there day and night time I recommend the sunset and after the evening. Huge place to have fun with your family and friends in cozy atmosphere. -

Perfect waterfront view! The food was good! The staff was nice! Im giving 4 stars to my egg sandwich, the combination of bacon, gruyere & Thai chili exploded in my mouth when I took my first bite however, the bacon and the egg that was part of my sandwich were cold! My friends coffee was good but cold, my friend ask for her coffee to be heated and it was still cold. The Giant Cinnamon Roll I give 10 stars! It was soft but not undercooked, and it was not overwhelmingly sweet, This is what all Cinnamon Rolls should aspire to be! I will give Dante Seaport another try, the next time I go I will request my Egg Sandwich be hot -

Great spot for a drink and some bites. We went during the weekend. Great ambiance and vibe.Host was trying to be friendly but came off as quite arrogant. Server at the table was very good, they were clearly understaffed and he was managing to get to everyone pretty quickly.Overall really liked the drinks and the bites. Dining options seem a bit limited, so don’t think I’d come here for a full meal. -

I am not sure how a spacious spot like Kokos remains somewhat of a hidden Gem, but here we are. This place caught me by surprise and Ive been coming back regularly ever since. There is ambiance, a view of the water, multiple bars, a pool table, cabanas, arcade games tucked in a corner and a great live band on Fridays. Kokos is an absolute go to spot with amazing staff like Liam, Nini, Bjorn and others. -

After making our way through the cocktail menu, the Sour Cherry Mezcalita has become my go to!Passion Fruit Daquiri is also a dont miss... love literally everything on the menu!UPDATE: Dante Winter House Pop-up is gorgeous! Dante has added flatbreads & affogatos to Pearl Alley food trucks, as well as transforming the back bar area to a Negroni bar! The truffle flatbread was and swipe to see us try out the WHOLE Negroni menu! We loved them ALL! Dont miss the live music every Thurs - Sun 5:30 -11 -

If you can’t make it to the Bahamas or Mexico, then @kokosatpearlalley is the perfect tropical escape right in NYC! 🌴✨📍 Kokos by Pear Alley / 89 South St, Pier 17 NYCI stumbled on this gem, and it’s giving full vacation vibes without leaving the city! The Seaport’s Pier 17 just got a serious upgrade with Kokos’ beach-inspired menu, tropical cocktails, and a laid-back atmosphere that instantly transports you to paradise. 🍹🌺What to try:🥥 Jerk Chicken Sliders: Tangy BBQ Sauce, Coleslaw on Martins Potato Rolls (yes, they are that good)🥥 Dominican Hamburgers: Chimichurri + Slaw (flavor bomb)🥥 Rum Cake: Dessert goals 😋🥥 Cocktails: Sip a Koko’s Painkiller in a coconut or try the Spicy Watermelon Margarita served in a fish glass (Instagrammable AND delicious!)This spot is not just about the food, it’s a whole mood. Think cozy cabanas, lush greenery, and that killer waterfront view. Plus, the ceviche cart is a nice touch if you’re looking for something fresh!💫 Pro Tip: Hit up their happy hour! Monday-Friday from 4PM-7PM or weekends from 12PM-2PM. Cocktails for $10? Yes, please! 🍻 Beer for $5-$8, and wine at $9. You’ll feel like you’ve escaped to a tropical paradise without the price tag.✨ And don’t miss Sundays—when they whip out the live coconut cart! They slice and prepare coconuts on the spot, and you can sip straight from the source.Whether it’s a chill date night or catching up with friends, Kokos is a seriously stunning spot. The vibes are unmatched, the drinks are strong, and that sunset over the pier? Unbelievable. 🌅 -

What to say… The drinks are some of the tastiest while overlooking the water. How can it take 1 hour to serve a drink when there’s no customers in the establishment? If you are not in a rush, I will recommend this place. But not if you don’t have the luxury of painfully spending 1 hour for your carefully crafted beverage. -
Review 11 (2024-08-03 - Rating: 4)
Food can be expensive relative to the portion size but the ceviche was really delicious! Loved the fresh coconut too. The staff was also very attentive and even gave my dog some water without asking. I live in the area and has seen Pearl Alley evolve from Dante’s to Koko’s. View will always be spectacular. -
Review 12 (2022-02-15 - Rating: 5)
Pearl Alley bar at the South Street Seaport is a great place to go and have nicely crafted cocktails, even though they don’t have a full food menu at the moment, they offer a selection of flat breads that are quite nice. The place has a fantastic atmosphere and and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Brooklyn Bridge and downtown Brooklyn. -
Review 13 (2023-02-25 - Rating: 5)
A good spot for a drink with a view, they don’t have a lot of food options but the pretzel is a good option for a snack, it came warm and tasted great. It is more popular during summer but for me it just as nice during the winter, less crowded and more intimate, I have been two times and staff has always been really nice and friendly. -
Review 14 (2021-08-31 - Rating: 5)

What a great place. So many things to do.From the various arcade cabinet games (including mortal), big Jenga, billiards, cards.Huge space. With a view, by the water. Theres just a lot to love.Solid staff and service. -
Review 19 (2023-07-31 - Rating: 4)
Fun place for the family with beautiful views. Great food and drink options. The DJ playing yesterday afternoon (Sunday) was on point and infused the space with some energy. The only thing lacking was low visibility of floor staff/service and the bathroom situation—- there were no toilet paper rolls in any of the bathroom stalls! -
Review 20 (2022-04-23 - Rating: 5)
Amazing view, exceptional flavours! Pistaccio pizza is one of a kind. Definitely recommend to try. -
Review 21 (2023-10-09 - Rating: 5)
I only had the oysters and Pickle Guys pickles but they were delicious. Otherwise, the menu was sort of basic with mozerella stick options and carb stuff. I love how fresh & yummy the oysters were though . The key win for Pearl Alley is the vibe & views of the water + piers inside. Id go back to just have a drink with an appetizer facing the water. -
Review 22 (2021-11-27 - Rating: 5)
I had the pleasure to go there yesterday while I waited for my wife and daughter to come back from the Van Gogh immersive experience. I was greeted by The manager Jason and the bartender Chris. I had a few beers while I waited. I must say these are the nicest persons I have met in a long time. It was one of my most pleasant experiences in a while.I live on long Island and I did not expect that in NYC . It was clean and the decor was beautiful, and you can see the Brooklyn Bridge and the city skyline from the bar.I highly recommended Pearl Alley if you go or are near the south St. Seaport. -
Review 23 (2021-12-13 - Rating: 5)
Amazing place! Great food and drinks plus an amazing staff who were so catering during the busy holiday season. The manager who I think was called Jason was beyond amazing and helpful. He came to see if we were okay and talk to us which I thought was great from a manager. -
Review 24 (2022-09-03 - Rating: 5)
One of the best kept secrets in NYC. Mostly locals frequent here even though its not far from world trade center. Bike lanes, spacious area with strolling and see magnificent Brooklyn Bridge. The bars and restaurants are pricy unless you know where to go. Check out Fresh Salt. Beautiful area. Love it. -
Review 25 (2024-09-20 - Rating: 4)
Food is not worth the cost.Cocktails and wine were good. The service at the bar was excellent and the atmosphere is the reason you go here, views are spectacular -
Review 26 (2022-09-20 - Rating: 5)
Stopped in here after a concert at Pier 17 (you get 25% off if you bring your ticket day of!) and had a nice small bite to eat before bed, but had to come back during negroni week to try the bar. All the negroni’s are excellent , the golden spaglioto was *chefs kiss* but it’s only available during negroni week (I’m sure you could ask?). But generally, this Dante is a huge location with absolutely killer views of BK and the bridge, can see the fire boats go by and the old boats load passengers right outside. -
Review 27 (2023-06-16 - Rating: 5)
The atmosphere and the view from the restaurant are great! If you just want to have drinks and enjoy a conversation with your friends or significant other, this is the place to be -
Review 28 (2024-02-27 - Rating: 5)
Massive space, so nicely decorated/designed. I went on a Thursday night and it was pretty dead, which is a rare treat for Manhattan. -

Review 32 (2022-07-25 - Rating: 5)
Great spot on the waterfront with amazing views! Its kind of and indoor/outdoor situation, great for summer, even during the heat wave. I was there for a friends birthday celebration and the staff was great, definitely recommend! -
Review 33 (2022-06-16 - Rating: 5)
As a huge fan of Negronis, this place is perfection! The view of the Brooklyn Bridge while enjoying a great meal and cocktails aint half bad -
Review 34 (2023-08-09 - Rating: 4)
Decent hangout spot. The walk way through kind of separates a lot of the action in a strange way though, like going between the table tennis setup and pool is difficult -
Review 35 (2022-09-06 - Rating: 5)
Great live music and wonderful atmosphere for enjoying weekends. -
Review 36 (2024-08-05 - Rating: 5)

Atmosphere was so amazing. Really cool vibe ! Food was delicous and the waitor was pleasant and accommodating. Its right on the water and the band was great also . They hae pool tablealso. Beautiful lounge seatimg with great breeze from the water. My sugar went down and they were very helpful in bringing me orange juice to get it back up fast . Very kind. Only thing i did not like was people sitting next to me with dogs while imtrying to eat was obnoxious. Women had her dog sit at table next to us on a long leash which the dog kept coming over to my table while we were trying to eat . I dont get why this is ok . -

We used the Negroni Bar area to host a Proposal Party after my son proposed to his girlfriend. It was absolutely magical. Decor was beautiful and very fitting for a snowy day. Staff was attentive and super nice. Food and beverages were delicious and staff was always making sure we were all having a good time and making sure all of our needs were being met. -

Review 53 (2023-08-07 - Rating: 4)
I visited this place after a concert for a quick drink. I ordered two of the Captains Quarters, both of which were much stronger than I anticipated. While I sat at the bar, there are tables to sit at right outside along the pier which has fantastic views. I didnt get a chance to try their food. -
Review 54 (2024-07-10 - Rating: 5)
Great 👍 -
Review 55 (2023-02-21 - Rating: 5)
This is one of my favorite spots downtown for drinks. The space is not your usual jammed packed nyc bar. If youre looking to hear your own voice and have drinks with the east river bridges in the back drop, come here. -
Review 56 (2022-09-11 - Rating: 5)
Ambiance and location of this place is absolutely perfect - would recommend to everyone! I was able to stop by while visiting from out of town and was so impressed. Some of the kindest employees as well!! Najee at the bar is AMAZING and I was in awe by his hospitality! Owner is also very kind as I was able to chat with him as well. Will be back next time Im in NYC! -

Review 58 (2024-07-08 - Rating: 5)
Nice cool place to chill 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻 -
Review 59 (2022-03-04 - Rating: 4)
This is a place strictly for looks and drinks. The space is beautiful and there good drink options. The food is more like small bites. This is not a dinner spot. Perhaps the menu is different due to the pandemic and time of the year. This is at the seaport. Its cold which means less people coming to visit. The waiter was nice. Its a great place to take lots of pics. -
Review 60 (2024-02-19 - Rating: 5)
Great spot for a date -
Review 61 (2022-05-01 - Rating: 5)
Fantastic extension to the expansive Dante Family here in the city. Open air or closed if the wind or elements present a problem with happy hour negronis and cocktail glam... happy this place has entered the seaport. -
Review 62 (2022-08-03 - Rating: 4)
The drinks and view here are really nice but definitely not the place to go eat. Go to Carne Mare or some other place instead. Youll get bar food like flatbread pizza, oysters, shrimp cocktails, and weird canned mussels. Not really all that substantial for a dinner setting. -
Review 63 (2022-03-26 - Rating: 5)
