I brought my boyfriend here to celebrate his birthday and it was also our first time visiting. We made a reservation and were seated promptly. Service was excellent. We enjoyed the bottomless mimosas and the server made sure to keep them coming. Food was delicious and the restaurant it spacious and super nice. I really appreciate the clean bathrooms as well. Overall 10/10 and will definitely be back to try the dinner menu!

Harlem’s Rarest Gem! From the ambience to the hospitality and the food we were floored. Everything was delicious!! The staff seemed to move seamlessly. This is a definite must go. Our host Ben was a true sweetheart. Add this place to your must do list!!

  • Review 3 (2024-12-23 - Rating: 5)

Beautiful restaurant with some awesome staff. The brunch menu was an experience. Everything was delicious and beautifully plated. The staff was attentive. Definitely try the espresso martini. We had mimosas while waiting to be seated and that was a great welcome in our opinion. The bread pudding with ice cream was warm and moist. We had a great time.

Lido has been one of my favorite places to eat in Harlem for a good 3-4 years now. I love the clean feel of the space and I enjoy how quiet it can be during the week… great for dining alone! All items on the menu are created by author Chef Serena Bass who creates delicious menus , which change with the seasons, and everything, including desserts, are made in-house by Chef Bass and her team. The Spaghettini Arrabiata I can have all day everyday, of course I won’t but it’s delicious. Those noodles are perfection and the grilled shrimp are actually grilled 🫶🏼The basil really completes this dish for me✨The creamy Parmesan garlic bread is also delicious, the crab cake delicious (it’s unique).. we just need like one more portion of each 🤞🏽😂 The calamari were fresh and although fried they weren’t hard but airy… we like that over here! The was the best white sangria I ever had btw, just saying !

  • Review 5 (2023-08-28 - Rating: 5)

We did the Brunch menu and the unlimited mimosas for $20 each 90mins . Wife had the Smoke salmon Benedict, I had the Braised short rib hash. Both dishes were delicious and plated well. We also split an order Blueberry pancakes delicious. For dessert we ordered the warm bread pudding and molten chocolate run cake. Each dish was delicious and priced right. We will be back to try dinner

We had an amazing experience. The food did not disappoint, and the service was top-notch. Our food arrived quickly and hot. The smells were crazy, I had my food but wanted everyone elses. The biscuit was delectable, I wanted to bring 100 of them home. Will definitely return.

  • Review 7 (2022-10-08 - Rating: 5)

Top notch BRUNCH!Went with a group of 4. Service was absolutely amazing. When you first enter, they are quick to greet and seat you.Our waiter Elijah was courteous and very knowledgeable about the menu items. We ordered his recommendations. Food comes out quick and hot! Quality of the food is high. We ordered bottomless mimosas with our entrees. The staff would top them up often. Its $18 with an entree. Prices are good here. They have free wifi and there is lots of paid parking in the area.Would definitely recommend this restaurant and visit again!

  • Review 8 (2022-06-20 - Rating: 4)

Good Italian place with a nice vibe reflective of neighborhood. Starters were ok, but the main dishes were very good. Truffle gnocchi were too mild in flavor, the ink squid linguini with scallops and shrimp was really good.

  • Review 9 (2024-09-26 - Rating: 5)

My first time here. Everything was excellent. The food was awesome, great atmosphere. We had a retirement party for a group of 25+. Suzanne and her team were patient and accommodating. Will be back.

  • Review 10 (2022-03-07 - Rating: 4)

Great customer service, from greeting to exit. We thought we were beating the lunch rush but it was still busy when we arrived. Nonetheless, the staff was great. We had mussels, spicy spaghetti, sorbet and bread pudding.

  • Review 11 (2022-01-11 - Rating: 5)

Totally enjoyed the beets salad. Not crazy about their wine selection but the foods are amazing. My friend and I had the Cod and the spaghetti with meat balls. We got so full and couldn’t have desert but definitely coming back. Everything was great just the tv that we couldn’t stand.

  • Review 12 (2022-08-27 - Rating: 5)

Fantastic brunch. Friendly staff, absolutely delicious food and surprisingly fast service! Plus reasonably priced.Highly recommend the short rib hash eggs benedict. So flavorful!

  • Review 13 (2019-02-24 - Rating: 4)

Mimosa brunch was delicious. French toast was sweetened and didnt need syrup. There was also no syrup on the plate. Crispy bacon and good service. Short rib was tasty but not hot. Arugula salad with pear was pretty basic, ordered the parmesan on the side and it was like plastic. Would go back again.

  • Review 14 (2021-10-18 - Rating: 5)

Lido is the perfect spot for brunch. The restaurant has both an indoor and outdoor area with additional seating at the bar. The brunch selection is plentiful with pasta options as well as traditional brunch items. I recommend the veal meatballs. Absolutely divine. The truffle gnocchi was another highlight. Order the side of Parmesan bread and dip it in the gnocchi sauce. Lido is a must in Harlem!

  • Review 15 (2024-12-10 - Rating: 5)

The smoked salmon was ok. Not good, not bad. Service was quick and the atmosphere was pleasant.

  • Review 16 (2024-09-26 - Rating: 4)

The food was good and the prices matched my expectations for Manhattan. The service was rather slow in the night we went.It was a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, but it got rather loud as the evening went on ( we got there at 5:45)

  • Review 17 (2019-10-12 - Rating: 5)

Atmosphere is modern and casual, food is amazing and the service is spot on. Unlimited mimosas means constant top off and our server Wesley was top notch. Food portions are decent for the price, flavorful and upscale considering the casual atmosphere. Make a reservation if you want to be seen in a timely manner, if you don’t, there are things to see and do in the immediate area.

  • Review 18 (2023-02-20 - Rating: 4)

Lido is a nice spot but I find the menu to be limited.Pictured is the Chicken Burger w/ chipotle aloli, apple carrot slaw w/ honey, sherry vineager and zucchini fries. It was tasty though it seemed like there could be more slaw and a less sauce. The zucchini fries were great.

  • Review 19 (2021-10-20 - Rating: 5)

Very happy with my dining experience. The outside seating area is in a very well decorated private space and the wait staff were highly attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. The warm pear salad was a great palette starter. I shared the chicken marsala and gnocchi with my husband. The sauces were so yummy that we ordered a side of bread to enjoy it further. I highly recommend this restaurant. A must visit in Harlem.

  • Review 20 (2024-08-27 - Rating: 5)

I had the pleasure of DJing a Bar Mitzvah here back in May and I was so pleasantly surprised with everything at Lido. The team is amazing, the food is out of this world and they made everything seamless for me and the client as well. Shout out to Suzannah for being easy to work with and making it easy for me to set up. I cant wait to go back whether for an event or personally for some more food!

  • Review 21 (2018-01-28 - Rating: 4)

Came here for RW, the food was pretty good. I had the Brussels sprouts, short ribs, and my friend had the salmon. The short ribs came with scallop potatoes and glazed carrots. I tried my friends salmon dish and thought the salmon and the mashed potatoes were really good. The salmon came with onions which I could do without but overall the food was really good. For dessert we had the bread pudding and crepes, I was not impressed with the bread pudding. It really didnt taste like much of anything, we didnt even bother to eat it and just focused on the crepe which was very good.

  • Review 22 (2024-09-10 - Rating: 5)

The atmosphere was vibrant with patrons looking happy to be nestled into their seats, enjoying food, drinks and fellowship. The wine was lovely and the eggplant parmesan was light and cheesy with a bed of tangy tomato sauce. I really wanted to try the grilled kale salad but shared a Caesar salad with my mom instead. She had a simple but delicious spaghetti and meatballs. We liked our short but enjoyable visit to Lido.

  • Review 23 (2023-06-28 - Rating: 5)

Affordable lunch special of $14 for quality food. The “alioli” needs work in my humble opinion and the chicken sandwich needs lettuce and onions to give it a crunch.

  • Review 24 (2024-04-03 - Rating: 4)

Loved the atmosphere in the venue. Servers and staff were great overall.

  • Review 25 (2024-12-27 - Rating: 5)

They made it easy to settle on just getting a salad for lunch. It was delicious creative and fresh.

  • Review 26 (2020-08-26 - Rating: 5)

Service was great! Mimosas could be a bit stronger. Food came very quickly but the flavor of my omelet was reserved. Could have had a bit more seasoning. Overall- great ambiance and experience.

  • Review 27 (2024-09-25 - Rating: 4)

The food was really good. I attended a retirement party. The portion is small though.Medium sized restaurant and a good atmosphere.

  • Review 28 (2024-08-21 - Rating: 5)

Was able to have a few friends here for a 21st birthday brunch and all of the staff was incredibly kind and attending! You definitely get your money’s worth at this place.

  • Review 29 (2024-11-10 - Rating: 5)

The food was delicious, the staff was lovely and the bread pudding was AMAZING!New favorite spot in Harlem ❤️

  • Review 30 (2024-08-30 - Rating: 5)

I have been going to Lidos for at least 5yrs and I have never had a bad experience! I always start with the garlic Parmesan toast and then the spaghetti with the spicy sauce that I cant pronounce or spell; but, its so good. And, then I head to Brixx next door to tap off the night with their signature Luciee Martini, and, I have to order it topself with Titos or Greygoose! The married couple who owns the spot; are really friendly. Two Aries! Love them!

  • Review 31 (2021-10-05 - Rating: 5)

Wonderful, experience. From the hostest to the servers. The customer service is outstanding, the attention. The Food, the drinks...hmmmWorth every penny.Highly, recommended...will go back for dinner as the food was delish

  • Review 32 (2024-06-04 - Rating: 4)

The dish I chose did not have much flavor and unfortunately I had a considerable amount of stomach upset immediately afterwards. My dining companions all very much enjoyed their brunch. We sat in the enclosed patio which was lovely. Our server was excellent.

  • Review 33 (2019-04-16 - Rating: 5)

Very pleased with Lido! Great food and friendly service. Good vibes all around. Thank you for making my pit stop in Harlem a good one!

  • Review 34 (2024-11-09 - Rating: 4)

I absolutely love Lidos, however i dont know what it is but i strongly feel that management changed, plates are smaller, prices increased, and food quality is a lot different.

  • Review 35 (2021-05-01 - Rating: 5)

Make sure to make a reservation.Edit Review April 2021I previously rated 1 star because I was highly upset I didn’t get a seat when I came to visit. I now understand why it gets so busy. I decided to come for brunch and the food was amazing! I ordered the gnocchi dish and added chicken for an extra $. I was not disappointed, the food was so amazing and tasteful. This bottomless mimosa is great. Their outdoor seating is beautiful! Great place to come for brunch.

  • Review 36 (2024-10-05 - Rating: 5)

First time at Lido and I loved everything. I’m lactose intolerant, request a cream-free spaghetti and they were great to offer me a yummy version. Wine list is great and the music is perfect to enjoy a beautiful evening. No reservation needed.

  • Review 37 (2020-10-11 - Rating: 5)

I have a soft spot for this place. Almost everytime I go to New York, I go to Lidos not only because of the bottomless mimosas but also because of the atmosphere. Lidos understands a classy yet fun brunch and nothing exemplifies that more than their french toast which is brilliant

  • Review 38 (2021-11-18 - Rating: 5)

Taste explosion. The place was vibing out of its mind. Very busy, great atmosphere and I quickly got a seat even though I hadnt made a reservation (lucky).

  • Review 39 (2021-11-21 - Rating: 5)

This is a nice and easily accessible spot for a weekend brunch. The omelet was nice and when they mentioned bottomless mimosas they werent kidding.

  • Review 40 (2024-01-19 - Rating: 5)

Lido is literally one of the best restaurants in Harlem, let alone NYC. My partner and I have gone for brunch twice - both times the food was incredible, the vibe is great, and everybody from the host to the server was so friendly and attentive. Weve also ordered dinner for takeout and it was incredible. Their Chicken Marsala was insanely delicious. You also get a bang for your buck, reasonably priced and great quality. Also highly recommend the squid ink linguine! Cant wait until the next time were back!!

  • Review 41 (2024-05-31 - Rating: 5)

Delicious. Needed a meal stat and got my hands on a steak and some calamari. The owner was obviously in charge and ensured my meal arrived on time. All seamless. So often I find myself ready to be disappointed but not here. My food was piping hot and delish. Would def come back.

  • Review 42 (2018-11-04 - Rating: 4)

Nice spacious restaurant for brunch. Not a cheap place. The food was fresh and tasty. Ask for dessert menu :)

  • Review 43 (2018-08-20 - Rating: 4)

Definitely make reservations! service was amazing + they are very good about bottomless. everyone was welcoming and warm. the food was good but i would try something other than the short rib.

  • Review 44 (2024-05-28 - Rating: 4)

Most excellent. A gem for anyone living in UWS. Very nice ambience, great service, and terrific food. The squid ink pasta was nearly perfect.Great to dine with friends or even a date. Will be back.

  • Review 45 (2024-10-12 - Rating: 4)

This is an updated review. First let me say that Ive been coming to Lido for 4 years now and everyone that works here is so pleasant and the vibe is always amazing. However I have noticed in the last few times that Ive come, things have changed over time...for example the bottomless used to be $16 but is now $25 which doesnt include the entrees. Also I noticed the waiters and waitress changed which is understandable. But if Im paying more for bottomless then I should be getting a good amount of pours and not just 3 or 4. I understand that maybe they want to keep the environment more classy and not have people ridiculously drunk and load but there has to be some kind of give and take a long with the changes. Also, great that they make the food fast but also feels like were being rushed sometimes to eat, pay and leave. Theres nothing wrong with fast pace but I want to atleast feel like Im not in a rush and enjoy the good and company. Other than that this place is great, music is great and food as well. Again this isnt to down play the place because it is a great restaurant, its just little things Ive noticed over time.

  • Review 46 (2023-09-17 - Rating: 5)

Overall an excellent experience at Lido for their Bottomless Mimosa Brunch. Reservation was made and although the rest of my party was ~25 minutes late on a Sunday afternoon, they were very accommodating.Food was good, not impressive but was well suited for an afternoon brunch. Food was served quite promptly even though restaurant was very busy.Service was great, as the bottomless mimosas were true to their word. Rarely was the cup less than half full, even towards the end of the 1.5 hours alloted for the bottomless drinks.Would definitely recommend their bottomless brunch if youre looking for an experience in Harlem or anywhere across NYC.

  • Review 47 (2021-05-15 - Rating: 5)

One of the best restaurants I have ever been. The food was so good. Amber, our waitress was awesome. And the Crostino was scrumptious. We will back again for sure. Plenty of choices on the menu.

  • Review 48 (2024-04-09 - Rating: 4)

Good brunch place. It is really not Italian food, more Italian inspired as they have some Italian ingredients (such as polenta). Food quality is ok and they have a bottomless option for 25$. Service is quite attentive.Overall recommended

  • Review 49 (2023-10-16 - Rating: 4)

Good was amazing. Great portions and flavors, came out super quick as well. I come here especially for their cilantro infused tequila, I am obsessed. The space is beautiful but unfortunately the kitchen and the management were arguing for the first half of my meal. This was in the middle of the the lunch dinner switch over (management said it was on to order and the kitchen didnt seem ready or maybe didnt appreciate the decision.) Totally understand work disagreements but there was only 4 people in the restaurant and you could hear everything from the kitchen. Not great on the female manager or the cook she was arguing with. This is mainly a comment for the staff and Im sure not a everyday occurrence. Definitely stop by if youre in the area and get a cilantro tequila drink and tuck into a good meal thats worth the $$

  • Review 50 (2024-10-25 - Rating: 4)

Very nice business lunch. Friendly and competent service. Tasty food.

  • Review 51 (2024-01-17 - Rating: 5)

Been here on a couple different occasions and I would rate as top notch. Food, drinks, service all very good. We are in town this time for a week and I would literally hit this place at least a few times if my wife didnt want to try different places. My plan is to at least hit it one more time. Everything is so good!

  • Review 52 (2024-05-14 - Rating: 5)

We had best waiter serve us food which was also good. A very happy place, many were singing. Highlight of our trip here. Thank You

  • Review 53 (2023-11-14 - Rating: 5)

Everything was gourmet quality from the appetizers to the entrees to the desserts. The staff was accommodating and attentive on a Friday afternoon. The atmosphere was comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend Lido and will definitely bring more of my friends back.

  • Review 54 (2024-12-23 - Rating: 5)

I would have loved to dine in but needed to takeout.

  • Review 55 (2024-09-22 - Rating: 5)

I usually choose to eat out more exotic food (aka Asian food since I am completely incapable to prepare it myself). However, my daughter wanted to take me out and had no doubts that I will like Italian food at Lido. She was right. Every single dish or cocktail was a level above ordinary. La Pera cocktail had a strong pear scent, tomato sauce had orange zest (which was surprisingly appropriate in squid ink linguine), kale salad was amazing, olive oil that came with baguette was scrumptious, the rum in tiramisu made it the best tiramisu I have ever tried! And please make sure to try garlic bread (if you are not counting calories)!

  • Review 56 (2023-01-03 - Rating: 5)

Good place, good music, a lot of variety of food to choose from, they have very good and reasonable deals, in general it is a good place to enjoy a good time.

  • Review 57 (2023-09-30 - Rating: 4)

The place has a fun vibe and the ladies that work the reservations were sooo nice! Food was good but the bloody Mary’s tasted really weird; some strange spices in them so we didn’t drink them. They should just do a regular Bloody Mary. Also French fries should be a side dish

  • Review 58 (2024-08-14 - Rating: 4)

The best mussels in the city. I would come back here again and again and again. Busy most of the time and less servers. That’s - 1 star.

  • Review 59 (2024-07-20 - Rating: 4)

Food was great and they had cocktails and mocktail options that were good!

  • Review 60 (2023-12-19 - Rating: 4)

Lido is an Italian gem in Harlem, offering a plethora of seafood and vegan foods. With an accessible front of house squad, mouthwatering entrees, and upbeat ambience, its the place to be for a memorable night uptown.

  • Review 61 (2023-11-11 - Rating: 5)

We had an amazing experience at brunch! Delicious white polenta, poached eggs, truffle oil, mushroom ragu was exquisite. Biscuit with honey, grilled, and scrambled eggs with bacon was a hometown delight and the braised short rib hash was raved about by our friend and dining companion. Friendly, fast service, an amazing hostess, whom I suspect was the owner, completed our delightful brunch. I can’t say enough good things about Lido.

  • Review 62 (2023-08-12 - Rating: 5)

I had the best time at Lido. Met a good friend for dinner. The food was amazing, my goodness. The chef is superb! The vibe of the restaurant is immaculate. Such a chill yet professional spot. Visit youll love it!

I cannot recommend Lido Restaurant enough, Weeks later and I’m still remembering the food, ambiance and overall experience. There were some delicious Italian dishes that were seasoned and proportioned well. It’s on an easily accessible corner in the west side. We were seated indoors however I noticed a covered outer area. Check out their menu and make your reservation. We may be there at the same time because I’m definitely going back!

Very good place with great food and drinks. I would highly recommend. From pros it has a good vibesFrom cons it’s very difficult to get a table, but make reservations in advance and you’ll enjoy good food. And place can be sometimes very loudLast time we went it was a funny event when someone table catch a fire and it was whole situation of firefighting.

  • Review 77 (2023-06-04 - Rating: 5)

A busy spot on Harlems restaurant row well know for the bottomless brunch offering. Always packed during weekends, reservations is highly recommended. The salmon benedict is goid, but my fave is still the short ribs hash. Can be a bit crowded elbow to elbow, but service still good paced with free flowing mimosas. A definite add to brunch spot lists.

I wanted to sing some well deserved praises to Susanna. From the moment we walked in it seemed like a hope and a wish to be seated for a party of two with no reservation (during restaurant week, turns out) She took our number and suggested we grab drinks at their sister restaurant Bixi. Drinks were fab and it didn’t take long before she gave us a text. She is grace under pressure and adds to such a wonderful experience.

  • Review 82 (2022-11-26 - Rating: 5)

Bright and inviting atmosphere, one of my favorite places to eat in Harlem. They can pleasantly seat medium and large parties without fanfare. My go-to for a quick, but delicious meal; zucchini fries, calamari, and a La Pera.

  • Review 83 (2024-11-23 - Rating: 5)

Absolutely excellent time with me and my friends. Alex was such a gracious waiter, very attentive and such a kind soul. Looking forward to coming back!

  • Review 84 (2023-04-22 - Rating: 4)

Lido has one of the great outdoor seating areas on Frederick Douglass blvd which makes it an attractive option during the warm months. For lunch, we started with a delicious and fresh caesar salad with a nicely grilled piece of chicken. after that, the veal meatballs and spaghetti and the squid ink linguine. the linguine was replaced with GF pasta to accommodate a guest. that was nothing special. the spaghetti/meatballs were tasty but also nothing profound. we would dine here again for the outdoor seating and vibes! it was our second time giving Lido a shot.

She was engaging, helpful an absolute jewel. The FOOD was delicious, beautifully presented, generous portions. Needless to say, I loved it. In fact, Im taking some visiting friends to dinner there tonight.

Everything is authentic Italian my friend got their birra which is beer 🍺 she loved it. Great place to chill inside or outside to eat.

Best pasta arrabiata that Ive ever had 👌🏻🍝 great plating, service, and ambience. Indoor and outdoor seating. Consistently quality food & service. My only complaint is wishing that they had more vegan and vegetarian options, but this is a common shortcoming with Italian restaurants.

  • Review 89 (2021-06-01 - Rating: 4)

Came here for Sunday brunch, luckily we made a reservation. Great vibe and ambiance. Unlimited mimosa option was the way to go and it felt like they went past the 90 minute limit on drinks. The food was really good, I had the polenta with poached eggs and mushrooms.Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Lunch time with girls. Food was amazing from appetizers to entree. Didn’t get a chance to eat their dessert, but I’m sure it’s fantastic. The service was superb. Didn’t feel rushed at all. The vibe inside the restaurant was great. It was my first time in Harlem and we had a chance to chat with the chef, which made our lunch extra special. The chef, Serena Bass, is a James beard award winner and author. This is one my best meal experiences ever. If you’ve ever in the Harlem neighborhood we highly recommend this place.

Me and my friends came in for brunch it was really crowded and had to wait about 20min to be seated ... I guess thatll be the bad part but not really since is a well known place makes sense they are busy. Overall experience great. We had bottomless mimosas and the food was really good. Service wasnt bad at all. I mean our glasses were full all the times so we were happy. Will come back for sure!

  • Review 92 (2021-09-04 - Rating: 5)

At first we went around 2pm but they only had their brunch service, we decided to make a reservation for dinner instead (after 4pm). It was worth the wait. We ordered their Fried Calamari, Fresh Squid Ink Linguine, and Four Cheese Sacchetti. The Sacchetti was the most amazing thing I’ve ever tasted, I added shrimp to my order and I’m still thinking about how perfect it was. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Would certainly visit again.

Wonderful food, great service, easy location. Went for bottomless brunch with a large party. Lido was very accommodating and friendly. Literally the best french toast and pancakes Ive ever had, and great cocktail options if you dont want bottomless. Definitely going here again!

  • Review 94 (2020-02-23 - Rating: 4)

Ive gone for both dinner and their Happy Hour (which runs through 8pm, making it a better option than many NYC venues). The cocktails are both strong and delicious! I do feel their dinner menu was better a year ago due to recent small tweaks. For example, the snapper option used to have a crust that was to die for. No longer. They also recent converted their crab fritters into salmon fritters, and we much preferred the cod. Still, its a must do when in Harlem.

  • Review 96 (2018-01-15 - Rating: 5)

Went here for brunch on a Monday afternoon holiday weekend, and was pleasantly surprised at how fast we were seated, the quality of the service and the food! For two people we got the unlimited mimosa and entree deal which was amazing, I dont think my glass ever went more than half way empty before I was topped off. Great service, food was bomb. Definitely going to go back, and recommend it to all!

  • Review 97 (2021-12-22 - Rating: 4)

Excellent service and great food. The employees are friendly and we didnt have to wait too long for our order despite the place being very busy. However, the cocktails we got were only okay. E.g. my Old Fashioned was far too sweet.

  • Review 98 (2017-03-04 - Rating: 5)

I always take my visiting-from-out-of-town guests to Lido. Great for either brunch or dinner, the restaurant offers a cute atmosphere with a seasonal menu that never fails to please. No matter which dish you choose, you really cant go wrong. My friends and I usually order different dishes and end up sharing everything because we all love all the different plates. The staff is usually pretty helpful, and the prices are super reasonable for the incredible quality food you get. They have a great bottomless mimosa brunch option. Lido also has a mean lunch special if youre around on a weekday.

  • Review 106 (2024-08-08 - Rating: 5)

The food and service was excellent. Our waiter was extremely friendly, too. However, some of the other people dining there were talking and laughing loudly at the bar and some at individual tables. So, trying to eat, talk and listen to the music playing at our table became challenging at some point. Other than that, Lido is an excellent restaurant.

The waiter service was good although the food wasnt as good as we expected. The red sangria I had was good.

The best restaurant in Harlem for Saturday or Sunday brunch. . Unlimited mimosas at brunch are my favorite. Spoke to their lovely executive chef, Serena Bass about adding alternative breakfast meats such as turkey bacon or chicken sausage to their brunch menu. Be sure to go early and definitely make reservations! During the week its a very quaint venue for first dates. Pasta dishes are delicious and cooked to perfection. The squid ink linguini with seafood is so spicy & yummy. Dont laugh but the restrooms are amazingly clean. We love that!

  • Review 110 (2021-04-05 - Rating: 4)

I quite enjoyed the food we ordered here. Although its been a while, I remember the Italian chorizo sausage to be quite flavorful. Having sausages in the omelette was a plus too. My friends ordered the egg poutine (?) and spaghetti for brunch. Definitely very filling.

  • Review 111 (2016-07-15 - Rating: 4)

I will definitely be back for their New York Cheesecake that they are so famous for, but as it was the middle of the afternoon my stomach wasnt completely prepared for something that heavy. I ended up sharing a Red Velvet ($3) and Brooklyn Blackout ($4) with my sister. Milk was also $2 for a small cup.I give the Brooklyn Blackout 5/5. I call this cupcake chocolate perfection. Usually when theres this much chocolate in a cupcake it can easily go horribly sweet and horribly wrong. That was definitely not the case with the Brooklyn Blackout. This cupcake was a perfect blend of sweetness that was comfortable to the palate, yet chocolate-y enough to satisfy any cocoa connoisseur.I think the Red Velvet deserves a 6/5! I absolutely love the cream cheese frosting. Im not sure if Im pinpointing the flavor right, but I seem to taste a subtle hint of sourness in the cream cheese which I think pairs perfectly with the rich flavor of the cupcake - a truly divine combination. I want to say that I could actually taste the flavor of eggs in their cupcake (if that even makes any sense), which I think is what plays a huge part in bringing out its tastiness. While the cupcake itself is delicious, I do believe this cupcake only tastes as good as it does when eaten together with the cream cheese frosting. So yeah, I highly recommend that each bite has both frosting and cupcake!I also feel like its the first time Ive enjoyed a cupcake that wasnt from an Asian bakery. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Came for #restaurantweek lunch. Had a delicious tequila cocktail. Not a fan of mezcal, they substituted casa amigos + jalapeno syrup and pineapple juice. Our first course was the fried tomato and mozzarella with balsamic dressing greens. Salmon fritters. Omg both amazing. For second course we got the four cheese mushroom sacchetti and steamed muscles with catalinni beans. The best mussels Ive ever had and over two dozen of them. Service was great cute ambiance. It got busy so make reservations. Will definitely revisit.

The olive oil, tomato and toast it came with just perfectly commenting the burrata. The steak I had for entree was very rich in flavor. A _tiny bit_ tough. (To be expected for the price.) But it was completely infused with the amazing butter-garlic-thyme combination.Very friendly service. Good beers on tap and extensive wine selection.Atmosphere is really cozy.

I stopped in with some friends on a Sunday afternoon for drinks and apps. The garlic bread topped with cheese is heaven manifested. Came here for a friends boozy birthday brunch. I arrived 15 minutes after my party was seated but they were accommodating nonetheless. They took my order immediately so I could get my food with the rest of my party which was really thoughtful! The staff was super attentive and our waiter was a total sweetheart! Lido is certainly not kidding about the bottomless part in bottomless mimosas; those were flowing! I dont think a single mimosa glass or coffee cup or water glass was empty for more than 2 minutes!!I ordered the Grilled Chicken Panini with roasted garlic, tomato, pesto, gorgonzola and romaine lettuce with a side salad. They were delicious! Highly recommend!

  • Review 129 (2013-09-04 - Rating: 5)

Beautiful setting and very friendly staff. The side salad was amazing-- I know that sounds silly, but the dressing was a homemade vinaigrette with fresh garlic blended in. It was just delicious. The rest of our entrees were good too. I had the egg, goat cheese panini, and my friend had the salmon benedict. I was having serious brunch envy when I saw her plate come out. We had a chocolate mousse concoction with olive oil and sea salt drizzled on top--- divine!! Seriously-- come just for that if you want to.I came with a group of girlfriends who were all catching up on summer trips. We got the bottomless mimosas for $13. Our server was so attentive and a good sport considering we were a group of girls drinking bottomless mimosas. Will definitely go here again.

On a Sunday was looking for a bottomless brunch and found this place on Open Table. While we werent able to make a reservation, we decided to walk over anyways. Just a short hop across five avenues...and four streets..made it to the destination ready for some drinks. We grabbed seats at the bar and had Conner as our bartender. Right away started with bottomless mimosas and it really was bottomless. Every time my partners glass was empty mine was filled up again...so was never empty!Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and the French toast with a side of bacon. The spaghetti was just ok, really bland. The French toast was delicious, didnt need syrup on every bite..but Ive got a sweet tooth so the more the merrier. Bacon could have been more cooked for my taste. While sitting at the bar, I saw two bottles of Harlem Standard and inquired to where they were made. Thinking there could be a distillery in Harlem, Conner read the label and they are made in non-other than...Indiana?!?!Next time will plan a bit more in advance to grab a table, overall great experience.

Lido is one of the nicest places around this neighborhood (and there are a lot of dope spots on this strip). While it’s not a turn up spot, it’s a good place to eat and have great conversations. Dan really took good care of us & the food was great. The salmon Benedict and their potatoes are bomb. Definitely give it a try. Bottomless mimosas are a good deal too… they’re not 90% orange juice like most places. Also. Tip your servers people!!!

I have visited Lido in Harlem 3 times and I have enjoyed my meal. I absolutely love the service they are really personable and professional. Food delivery is always beautiful, unfortunately I cannot give it 5 stars because I think the food is good but not great. To be fair I like to visit several times before leaving a review. I did not leave having the best food experience my third time. Of my 3 courses only 1 I rate a 3 1/2, it looks beautiful in the photo I posted but I was not humming after each bite, it was good but not delicious. The appetizer and the dessert were a 2. I leave this review of a 4 because the hospitality was wonderful and with hopes that they will use this to improve. Remember, you never know how many people that one person influences.

It has such a great ambiance with nice staff members. I will definitely be attending again. I am grateful my friend introduced me to this establishment. Laurin our attendant for brunch on Saturday, thank you for the attentive service and warm authentically magnetic smile, You made a stressful day, beautiful and my wife and I appreciate it. Now on to the good stuff. Good Lord, Holy Cow and Wow! Four star service with 5 star food. Your temperature is scanned, your name recorded and your seated inside, quick and easy. After ordering your meal, its timely arrival is perfect (hot and ready to eat). The omelet, like most places my wife and frequent, is GREAT, but HOLY COW and HOT DAMN, there crispy French Toast is outa-this-world good! I have traveled the world and have never had better. I told my wife, I would divorce you and marry the chef, if he would have me as his or her husband (complimenting the chef). Next on the list is there bread pudding. I guess the chef must have graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. THE BEST BREAD PUDDING ON PLANET EARTH, and delivered, hot on the platter. Lido, thank you for your excellence in simple foods delivered with artistic flair at the right price, your establishment is a daters paradise and a clear hit for a man in his early fifties who just loves to take his wife out on weekend dates.

If you hit Lido in the evening, you’d just assume it was another reliable, slightly romantic neighborhood Italian place. And it is. But if you visit on a weekend day, you’ll find a bottomless brunch situation that people take very seriously. For $16, you’ll get two hours of all the mimosas you want, along with brunch food that’s certainly not mind-blowing, but also much better than it needs to be after an hour of never-ending mimosas.

So I went here with friends and had great time. Earlier that day I simply voiced a question about one of the reviews that I read . . And I took it down after the owner replied to my opinion . I agreed that it was not fair but there is not a place on the site to ask questions. Any way we had great time which I was nvr doubtful. I just wanted to know if ther was any other choice besides the mimosa or bloody Marys etc. I would have preferred a Bellini to the mimosa it was in fact dry and tart as previously stated in another rating. . But besides that everything great that has been written I agree with 100%the service staff and food superb. Would ho back but not do the mimosa. Continued success in your business. 👍🏾

It was restaurant week and I wanted to try some place new and in my neighborhood. Found Lido on OpenTable and made reservations and was seated upon arriving in a timely manner. We got seated at the 2 top behind the hostess stand which I think was the best seat in the house. Prime lighting for the awesome photos I am sharing with you all.For starters, they bring out this nice crusty bread with tapenade that I could taste hints of garlic in. For those who are not familiar with tapenade it is a dish that is minced or pureed olives, olive oil, and anchovies. Here is your warning now - IT IS ADDICTING!!! When ordering my appetizer, I did order from their regular menu for the fried calamari with chipotle aioli. This must be the most tender calamari I have EVER had in MY LIFE, and tasted great with or without the aioli sauce if you are not big on spice. The calamari was so tender it almost felt like it was melting in my mouth. For my entrée, I ordered the rigatoni with pan seared spicy Italian sausage, Holland peppers, onions, and fresh herbs. The rigatoni was a lighter pasta dish than I expected it due to the sauce not being heavy. The other person I was dining with ordered the pan seared red snapper with orange beurre blac, autumn vegetables, and mozzarella gratin. Being the good friend I am I did steal a couple pieces off their plate to try and it was cooked to perfection. It had a perfect crust but moist and tender as well.Overall I feel as if Lido is a great spot for a date, grabbing a drink at their beautiful bar, or a great casual dining experience. You got a new regular that is for sure!

Love it! Awesome brunch on July 4th at Lido. Sat outside on the north side of the restaurant. Looooved the pancakes and bacon, dont miss it and staff was very friendly.

Visited on Fathers Day, ordered the smoked salmon Benedict and absolutely loved it. Great service by Yema.

Excellent center cut pork chop. Drinks were good. Service was good. Alternatively, people I was with were not that impressed by their pasta dishes.

Lido is well known in Harlem for the excellent eats! Took my father in law here -> the place to go if you want to have a nice dinner. You literally cant go wrong with anything on the menu

I love this restaurant! The vibes, the atmosphere and the delicious food. Everything is high quality. They have the best French toast Ive ever had. The Italian sausage omelette is super yummy and the gnocchi is great.
