Only drinks, no food. Nice view of downtown and the Statue of Liberty. They could do some damage if they served snacks and/or finger foods. Nice setting at night after dinner.

Yes!!!! Fun and great place!!! The Prosecco with the ice pop is their signature and it is definitely a must!! Yes it’s expensive, but they poured these large glasses generously, and the ice pops have alcohol in them too. This rooftop is small, cute, and cozy, and excellent for anywhere from 2-10 people groups. We went with a group of 9 and had a blast. The hummus was also delicious and staff was great. We were all really glad we came here and would certainly come back again in the future! Thank you Loopy Doopy! For more NYC and tri-state area reviews, check us out on Instagram @andiamoadventure

Looooved this rooftop bar that was quaintly advertised to me as The Best Rooftop Bar in Battery Park!Located in the beautiful Conrad Downtown hotel, Loopy Doopy has stellar views of the Hudson River and some seriously delicious POPTAILS to boot!Poptails are their signature drinks partnered with Mom and Icepops which is comprised of a boozy popsicle and your choice of either Prosecco, Rosécco, or Moët et Chandon Brut. I opted for the strawberry daiquiri popsicle with Prosecco and it did not disappoint! The partner opted for the $18 I Cant Even cocktail and enjoyed that one as well. When we visited, reservations were required due to limitations from Covid. The only reason why our time here was cut short was because it just so happened to be extremely windy on the night we decided to come here! No worries, as we were hotel guests and we simply took our bevvies and enjoyed it back in our room.If you are a Gold or Diamond member of Hilton, you can utilize your food and beverage credit here as well.Overall, I would love to return to Loopy Doopy whenever Im back in town and would find it best to do so during sunset. Seriously, what could possibly bebetter than cocktails with your friends at golden hour?

  • Review 4 (2021-09-23 - Rating: 5)

Conveniently located in the Financial District. The rooftop area was a bit tight-spaced (it was a group setting shared with another party). I absolutely loved the view of the Hudson River looking over into the backyard of downtown Jersey City (sunset view)... which provided an unforgettable ambiance. Appetizers and drinks were okay (my personal favorites were the lamb tips, cheeseburger and chicken salad sliders). Service was good, bartender friendly and professional.

  • Review 5 (2022-05-24 - Rating: 5)

The staff was so nice and the atmosphere is great. Amazing vibes. Definitely a place to relax and look at the city!!! Their popsicles were also to die for!!!

  • Review 6 (2024-07-26 - Rating: 5)

Great rooftop bar on the 16th floor of the Conrad hotel. Amazing views of the Hudson River and Statue of Liberty.Wasn’t that busy on a Wednesday night.Hilton Diamond food and beverage credit was used here and deducted from my final bill with no issue.

  • Review 7 (2023-07-20 - Rating: 5)

Drinks were great. Cute place on rooftop. The view was really awesome. Amaizing host. I will visit it again.

  • Review 8 (2022-08-31 - Rating: 4)

Its a small cute rooftop bar overlooking the water. The location is nice and had nice warm cozy feeling. The boozy popsicle on prosecco was fun to experience but the popsicle wasnt boozy enough. It needs more alcohol to taste like were eating alcoholic popsicle.

  • Review 9 (2018-07-29 - Rating: 4)

Pretty tight and not the best organization for seating but the views of jersey city are nice with the sunset.

  • Review 10 (2024-07-27 - Rating: 4)

This was my first time and it’s deff a location to repeat. Wendy was my first waitress who i don’t recommend for her lack of professionalism. None the less Mariela did an amazing service and were very pleased otherwise. Miguel as a security did an amazing job , very comfortable and such a vibe.

  • Review 11 (2019-10-01 - Rating: 4)

Ah nothing like an overly priced drink worth the picture with not so overly zealous taste!Try it once :)Tip: go off hours to avoid crowds as the place is small, however worth it to relax & grab a drink!

  • Review 12 (2017-04-30 - Rating: 4)

Beautiful view, nice environment, good drinks. Service could be a little better. There could be more options of appetizers.

  • Review 13 (2024-06-21 - Rating: 5)

I ordered the raspberry popsicle with Prosecco and it was delicious and such a great idea for a summer drink! I went with my friend on a Monday and of course everyone was coming after work for drinks. Loved the space and the view was beautiful!

  • Review 14 (2022-07-02 - Rating: 5)

Always spectacular service! I actually went on a rainy day and the managers Joe and Daniel were very accommodating in relocating a perfect spot inside the hotel for my friends and I. I will continue to go as many times as i can.

  • Review 15 (2023-09-14 - Rating: 4)

Great views and amazing staff. Just not my personal scene. Louder and when the wind kicked up everyone in the bars drinks went flying along with tipping umbrellas. Not their fault and the staff was quick to help remedy this for everyone. The food was ok. I tried their signature popsicle drink - not a fan. People loved it. I found it made my drink taste weird due to melting. Not making the drink taste better at all.

  • Review 16 (2018-04-25 - Rating: 4)

Great location to see the NYC skyline. Hard to get seating but perfect location for a cocktail on a nice day. Definitely worth visiting to try one of the popsicle drinks

  • Review 17 (2019-09-16 - Rating: 5)

Great idea and a nice view... I’d go early afternoon tho as it tends to fill up. Puns colada was my fave popsicle flavor!

  • Review 18 (2018-10-03 - Rating: 5)

Lovely place with a nice view, I was early around 1pm it was just me and my friends we enjoyed it. Ill go back for sure again and see it at night time too!

  • Review 19 (2019-10-01 - Rating: 5)

Love the cocktails and the view! Get ready to pay, because those 25$ prosecco ice pops are just gonna be calling your name over and over!

  • Review 20 (2017-09-25 - Rating: 4)

Its nice, a little pricey and personally there are better views than this particular rooftop but its nice and small ⭐️

  • Review 21 (2023-10-17 - Rating: 4)

Nice rooftop in financial district. The view was decent and drink was interesting. You get to choose champagne and flavor of ice pop so you end up creating drink unique to your own taste.

  • Review 22 (2020-04-25 - Rating: 5)

We can here for a birthday with the intention of having a quick drink before our dinner reservations. We ended up missing the reservations because of how cool the spot was. It’s literally on the rooftop of the Conrad Hotel...making it easy to miss if you don’t know it’s there/hard to find even if you do! You’ll enter the hotel and take an elevator up. (No need to be a guest at the hotel!)The bar is lively! A well kept secret but certainly known by plenty of young, area locals. We were told we had to try the specialty which is a glass of wine that comes with a fruit ice pop in it (check the pictures others have posted and you’ll see what I mean.)I recommend going off the beaten path and taking a trip here if you have time. With a beautiful, and nice weather, you can’t beat it.

  • Review 23 (2023-08-23 - Rating: 5)

Been going here off and on since 2016Drinks are good staff is always attentive. This year they had no appetizers or food what so ever in recent years they did. It is a pretty small area it’s not a very large roof top but still a nice spot regardless.

  • Review 24 (2022-05-31 - Rating: 4)

Ill be honest. The only reason I really wanted to come here was so I can drink their signature Popsicle in a Prosecco drink and then get a really artsy picture with the view in the background. The drink was $22 with $3 tax so it came out to $25. You read it right. TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS. Was it worth that cost? No because I could make it at home. Everything else was average and typical NY prices.I wont be back but I would say to anyone who hasnt been there to go and fulfill your dream of drinking the Prosecco Pop drink.

  • Review 25 (2019-03-05 - Rating: 5)

My fav spot to hangout with friends and must try for people who want to explore few different options.

  • Review 26 (2023-06-16 - Rating: 5)

You need to focus on their amazing ice cream cocktails and the view. The rest are just irrelevant. Simply amazing

  • Review 27 (2018-07-14 - Rating: 5)

The perfect place for a summers evening! Glorious views across the Hudson. Gorgeous ice lolly prosecco cocktails and bar snacks. Not cheap and not somewhere youd spend all evening. But the atmosphere is great and its small enough to be cosy. Great if you want something a little bit special with good friends. Highly recommended!

  • Review 28 (2018-08-13 - Rating: 4)

Service was great. We got our drinks quickly and enjoyed the view of the statue of liberty

  • Review 29 (2013-08-26 - Rating: 5)

I cant believe Ive worked across the street all summer and I just went here for the first time last night! This place is amazing! A bit pricey but for the location, view (Hudson and Jersey with a Lady Liberty all lit up) and clientele they cater to its not an issue. Champagne on tap makes for great prosecco cocktails and prosecco sangria pitchers (a must try). Not in a busy part of the city so a great place to unwind and relax.

  • Review 30 (2018-07-22 - Rating: 5)

Spectacular view at the top of the Conrad Hotel. The service was great, thank you Mari and Michelle! They had to keep up with a full house, and did so with their beautiful smiles. Would definitely go back.

  • Review 31 (2021-07-28 - Rating: 5)

Great drinks and friendly staff, the sharable drink from the conche is a unique experience as well

  • Review 32 (2022-11-24 - Rating: 5)

Loopy Doopy is definitely a great summer rooftop to visit as the weather get nice out. The view is beautiful. Service is attentive and the drinks are refreshing. Most come with popsicles as pictures but regular drinks are available too!

  • Review 33 (2022-06-24 - Rating: 4)

Liked it but didnt really love it. One time experience yes place is a bit little. So its just a one cocktail and go.

  • Review 34 (2022-09-16 - Rating: 4)

Opened later than the listing but great place to meet

  • Review 35 (2014-09-11 - Rating: 4)

A hidden, rooftop bar near the Freedom Tower/Battery Park with a beautiful view of the Hudson River and Jersey. Interesting, diverse crowd of all ages and backgrounds. Definitely heard other languages being spoken! Try the Peoples Pops drinks they have for summer in which theres literally a popsicle upside down in your drink!! SO fun and pretty for a picture!

  • Review 36 (2016-10-09 - Rating: 4)

Great view , nice cocktailes but a little bit pricey...

  • Review 37 (2022-08-25 - Rating: 4)

    Nice rooftop bar

  • Review 38 (2019-03-06 - Rating: 4)

The view is beautiful, during spring or summer, but the drinks are overrated 😂 I had the classic famous ice cream cocktail and it wasn’t even that good and was so expensive. Anyway it’s a good place to go with friends and enjoy an after office.

  • Review 39 (2021-08-16 - Rating: 5)

Always enjoy having a popsicle drink at Loopy Doopys when I visit NYC. The staff and manager are professional and the customer service is great. The setting and views are what keeps me returning.

  • Review 40 (2019-06-05 - Rating: 5)

I did not have any expectation about this place, and I had no idea where I am going to. Well, The Loopy Doopy was a very pleasant surprise for me. I absolutely loved it. We watched the sunset over New Jersey Skyline - it was magnificent. The music is stylish and moody and our waitress was very nice. It was Sunday after 6 PM and I cant say it was not too crowded. The ice lolly in the prosecco was delicious and this place is very photo friendly

  • Review 41 (2022-01-02 - Rating: 4)

  • Review 43 (2021-06-09 - Rating: 4)

Rooftop bar at the Conrad Hotel. Go there for one drink to start the night and for the Instagram posts. Expect +$20 cocktails including their signature pops. Its more about the scene than the mixology.

  • Review 44 (2023-06-14 - Rating: 5)

Great rooftop with a beautiful view. Nice place to grab some drinks before going out to explore the city. Excellent service at the bar.

  • Review 45 (2018-07-10 - Rating: 5)

Nice small place, crowded, but the view especially during sunset is outstanding! Cocktails with ice-cream are great!

  • Review 46 (2024-07-05 - Rating: 5)

This place is so great: View, customer service, and popsicle drinks! My friends got engaged and even though they were full they let us in; & on 4th of July!

  • Review 47 (2019-07-10 - Rating: 5)

Small rooftop... Wasnt crowded on a holiday weekend but Im sure it could get a little tight. Expensive drinks but fun view of the statue of liberty

  • Review 48 (2018-05-27 - Rating: 4)

Great service, with an incredible view. The drinks are creative and well balanced. This is a must go if youre visiting NYC.

  • Review 49 (2022-07-08 - Rating: 5)

Great views. Cocktails are okay. Wish it were open more of the year.

  • Review 50 (2018-06-17 - Rating: 4)

Small and awkward, as pricey as you’d expect for a hotel roof top bar. You not exactly spoilt for choice in the area. I’ll have to come back during the loopy doopy hours to asses that aspect of it.

  • Review 51 (2023-08-12 - Rating: 5)

Cute rooftop bar with awesome views of the city, loved the popsicle drinks 👍

  • Review 52 (2017-12-07 - Rating: 5)

The prosecco popsicle drinks are pricey but delicious! Definitely worth it for the amazing view and photo opp!

  • Review 53 (2018-10-31 - Rating: 4)

It was pretty cool but I deducted a start as they had absolutely no food, they could at least have finger food to go down with all the alcohol youre consuming there lol

  • Review 54 (2017-10-10 - Rating: 4)

Great drinks, nice views, but fairly small space. Definitely worth a visit for the Ice Pop drinks.

  • Review 55 (2021-10-19 - Rating: 4)

Bar wasnt very pricey. Music was good. People are friendly. Skyline view was just good for what it is. It wasnt a great open space of a rooftop but it was best from where it can be. Drinks with popsicles are something new to try.

  • Review 56 (2021-09-19 - Rating: 5)

Great view, friendly service, tasty drinks. LOVE the name LOOPY DOOPY. Were still chanting it like a mantra...🤣

  • Review 57 (2019-10-14 - Rating: 4)

Great spot to head up to & chill. Your able to see the Statue of Liberty National Monument from a distance. Pricey drinks but worth the view.

  • Review 58 (2018-05-28 - Rating: 5)

Awesome views, hip vibe in an upscale hotel! Cocktails are pricey even for NYC, so be prepared for that. They are however delicious and unique! The roof is also very very small so do not recommend if it is packed. Overall though, fantastic view of Battery Park and the water. Recommend!

  • Review 59 (2018-08-23 - Rating: 5)

  • Review 65 (2019-05-19 - Rating: 4)

Was there on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy but not too crowded so we stayed by the bar. We tried the rosecco with an aperol pop - was delicious and really fun to eat/drink. The view is nice too.

Loopy Doopy is a nice rooftop with good drinks. The views are pretty.

  • Review 67 (2018-11-05 - Rating: 4)

Expensive drinks and small space, but altogether a really fun experience and would go back. Brought some friends who were visiting the city and they all loved it. The popsicle cocktails are delicious! If you want a comfortable seat, you should make a reservation.

  • Review 68 (2019-05-05 - Rating: 5)

Great kind service.View is nice.Loving the vibes.Ice cream with alcohol drink was delish.

  • Review 69 (2018-11-22 - Rating: 4)

You’re paying for the experience. They are known for their popsicle in champagne drinks (which are good and instagramable) but that about it. The rooftop is also really small and the view of the Hudson is okay, but really, not my favorite spot to spend a summer day.

  • Review 70 (2018-05-18 - Rating: 5)

    Great views with creative cocktails!

  • Review 71 (2023-06-02 - Rating: 5)

Very cool vibe and views of the statue of liberty and Jersey skyline.

  • Review 72 (2019-05-11 - Rating: 5)

Really awesome spot to check out if youve got the cash and the craving for their signature drink: a giant goblet of prosecco with an alochol infused popsicle to melt inside! Awesome rooftop atmosphere with comfy couches lining the perimeter and fast and friendly service. Drinks will run you $18-25 so be prepared to money flex.

  • Review 73 (2017-09-18 - Rating: 5)

Chill here! Drinks are a bit expensive.

  • Review 74 (2018-09-01 - Rating: 4)

  • Review 76 (2018-07-13 - Rating: 4)

  • Review 77 (2019-09-06 - Rating: 4)

  • Review 78 (2022-08-06 - Rating: 5)

Surprisingly good. If you think itll be cooler because youre up high, well youd be mistaken.

  • Review 79 (2016-04-25 - Rating: 4)

  • Review 80 (2018-09-01 - Rating: 5)

  • Review 81 (2017-09-08 - Rating: 4)

  • Review 91 (2022-08-28 - Rating: 4)

Pricey drinks as you would expect for a TriBeCa rooftop, but the view of the Hudson is awesome. This is a super small rooftop, so don’t expect a huge crowd. It was a hit difficult to find the rooftop from the hotel entrance.

Cool spot inside the Conrad hotel. The rooftop is not that big and it is geared more to hotel guest, but it is open to the public. They are a bit on the expensive side, but the views are amazing especially at sunset and very delicious alcohol flavored popsicles. Definitely a great experience.

  • Review 104 (2018-08-09 - Rating: 5)

I got their signature wine with an alcoholic popsicle. The drink was sweet and refreshing. Its a rooftop bar with a nice view of the water but it is pretty small. I went after work with a friend and we were able to get seats at the bar but soon after I arrived it was standing room only. Overall it was cute and I would go again.

  • Review 108 (2018-10-19 - Rating: 5)

I am not sure why the low rating for this place, I had a great time! The cocktails aren’t cheap, but you are in the city and the bar has a fantastic view, so I am willing to pay for the ambiance. They have prosecco on tap which I loved along with boozy popsicles. They also have a fabulous cucumber martini along with a small appetizer menu and the wait staff was nice and friendly.

Great roof top overlooking the Hudson River in NYC

  • Review 111 (2019-10-07 - Rating: 4)

Rooftop bar onto of the Conrad hotel. The signature drinks are sparkling wine topped with a boozy Popsicle. If youre tall, unfortunately I am not, you can see the Statue of Liberty from the rooftop. The drinks were definitely overpriced ($24 each)...but it was all part of the experience.

  • Review 112 (2018-08-14 - Rating: 5)

  • Review 113 (2018-07-23 - Rating: 4)

A small but pleasant rooftop bar hidden away in Manhattan with good views of the Hudson. It’s worth a visit to get away from the flocks of tourists but expect to pay for the privilege when it comes to the drinks.

One of the few rooftop bars downtown. Younger clientele. I wonder if they all work for GS?

Boozy popsicles in persecco..what else one needs? Amazing rooftop for a girls night or a date. Enjoy the views and cheers! Loved it.

Great drinks and lovely rooftop location in good weather. Gets a bit cramped at the weekend so could do with being a bigger area.

  • Review 123 (2015-04-07 - Rating: 4)

Good view. Fun cocktails, though the food options are slim. Good place to start your HH tour though on a nice summer day.

Cocktails have a lollipop inside. Theyre pretty good and the concept is innovative. Just expect overpriced drinks in an area that is well known for, well, not being known very well. Not much action around but a good spot to start off.

Its a really nice chill spot that has an amazing view of the Hudson Bay. It can be a little cramped and it is first come first serve but if you want a nice view come towards sunset

Great little roof top bar! Big sun trap in the middle of the summer

  • Review 130 (2016-09-15 - Rating: 5)

Spectacular views. Beautiful music. Relaxing atmosphere.

Come have one famous prosecco/Popsicle drink with a friend. Beautiful views of southern Manhattan. Long waits on weekends. 🐰🍯

The view is nice and the drinks are good. Im just not sure theyre worth the insane wait

  • Review 135 (2019-07-27 - Rating: 4)

Classy but cramped. The prices are good and the atmosphere and view are amazing, but the place is much smaller than it looks.

  • Review 136 (2016-04-09 - Rating: 4)

Great scenery with pricey drinks and long lines

  • Review 137 (2016-07-03 - Rating: 4)

Great views of Hoboken. You can get drinks with frozen popsicles.

  • Review 138 (2016-08-14 - Rating: 5)

Ive been twice in recent weeks. The drinks are a tad pricey for what you get but the view and atmosphere make it worth trying at least once.

  • Review 139 (2016-08-01 - Rating: 4)

Space is incredible small here but the view is beautiful (partially obstructed by the building next door) and the popsicle drinks were actually good!

  • Review 140 (2018-01-30 - Rating: 4)

    Popsicle cocktails great but expensive

  • Review 141 (2018-10-16 - Rating: 5)
