    Had time to kill before a reservation and sat at the upstairs tequila bar. Service was incredible, our bartender was fun, attentive and even fulfilled a special drink request. Had a blast, loved the vibe and music. Spent a good 2 hours relaxing and would’ve stayed longer.

    Food, service, and atmosphere are all good. My only complaint is the forced tipping on top of the auto gratuity. Its just criminal to pay $20 tip on top of the 20% auto gratuity for a party of three who ordered 1 meal each. Otherwise, the food is great, and I will probably come back.Bonus: Bathrooms are very nice and clean.Enjoy!

    Its definitely worth visiting if one is a Parrot Head. Ive been to a few other Margaritavilles, and the vibe wasnt the same as the ones on a beach.

    The atmosphere here is amazing. The top of the hour light show and music were so much fun and beautiful . The service was wonderful. Our food was delicious 😋. We did have to wait for a table for 45 minutes so if you want to eat here make a reservation or plan ahead.

    Went to this place with my family, and we had a great time. The place is so spacious and beautiful. Well decorated with beautiful views of the city. The ambiance is nice. We were seated right away. Our waiter Ron was amazing. He took care of us. The appetizers and the drinks came out pretty quickly. The food also came out on time, and everything tasted good. Greate customer service, beautiful views, good ambiance, and family-friendly. I will definitely recommend this place.

    Visited on Saturday May 18 2024 around 6pm. The atmosphere is amazing here. It truly is. Ample waiting area, because there will be a wait. But it’s worth the wait. Asked if we had reservations, we didn’t. Took less time than projected. Bonus. Although there was an entire section of about 20 tables there was still a wait. I’m assuming staffing issues, very common these days unfortunately. There was a party upstairs too so that could have been where the wait staff was pulled to. All good.The food was great. I ordered a double cheese. My son ordered a regular cheese, no tomato but extra lettuce and pickles. Apparently there was a 75 cent up charge for that even though we saved them on the tomato and the extra really wasn’t extra. But anyway the burger was great, like really delicious but very scarce on the fries for the $25 they charged.The waitress was friendly and prompt. The prices were a bit embellished, especially the alcohol but it is NYC.Would definitely suggest for the atmosphere, just be ready to pay.

    We came here for my daughter’s Birthday and the food was ok, but the server is what made me give this a 5 star. Her name is Leah and she as wonderful! She was personable, down to earth and always had a smile on her face. Nicest waitress we encountered in our week visit to NYC. We’re glad it was our last stop!

    I work in the area, and I really wanted to check out this location, so I stopped in for a quick breakfast this past weekend. Upon arriving, I was greeted very warmly by the gentleman downstairs who held the door for me, leading me to the escalators. As soon as I got to the restaurant level, I absolutely loved the ambiance of this place. It seems like such a fun, great place to just stop in after work to grab a drink with co-workers or friends. My server was Larry, and he was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast menu seems a bit minimum, and the prices are a tad high, but the Key West Omelet I ordered was pretty good. They also serve cocktails during breakfast, which is a hugh plus in my book. The service is pretty fast, and the establishment is kept clean. Overall, I was happy with my first experience here and will definitely come back in the near future.

    It was ok until I was seated for 30 minutes and NO WATER OR ANYTHING and then an African American server (Carl) noticed we were still waiting for our server and came and actually asked did we want to move to his section so he could take care of us💪🏽Mind you…. a 6 party Caucasian group walked in and was seated in our section as well (same waitress) and was attended to within the next five minutes. I have video but don’t have an option to upload it 🤷🏽‍♀️. But don’t be leery. It’s a great restaurant with the best Caribbean egg rolls EVER👍🏽Update 6 months later**someone reached out ON HERE but once I provided my email no one has contacted me since giving me the feeling they only reached out for “appearances” only because they’re certainly not in a rush to see where they dropped the ball that night but if only I could upload this video of that night!!!!***Update 09/2024***I went in again and had a VERY great experience. It has been a few years since I previously visited and I must say the entire restaurant and atmosphere has done a total 360. I really like the Cajun pasta. The chef actually came by the table and brought my food and made the experience even more pleasant. The portions are a nice amount (I was unable to finish my food as you can see from the pictures). I will most definitely be coming back with a few friends to try more items and of course a margarita!

    Portions are HUGE. Loved the location, view, food, etc .. Only negative was a slow waitress that spent more time hiding on her phone than serving. Def will return. Kids said best food they had in 3 days at NYC.

    One of the best hotels in Manhattan. The staff was well trained. Very service-oriented. Super kind and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Food was amazing. The freshness of the food was incredible. Best fish tacos I have ever had. I definitely will be coming back.

    Crystal at the bar is awesome. We came back for a second night just because of her. Had reservations elsewhere but canceled them. She took care of us and held a conversation the whole time with everyone at the bar while tending to everyones needs. The drinks were great. The food is delicious. The ribs fell off the bone. 10/10. Will be back at least one more night while in town.

    I had high hopes for our visit. We had walked past this restaurant on several occasions but it was the giant statue of liberty head that could my eye and I knew we had to visit. The guy on the front door was super helpful and made us laugh. Very welcoming. We heard him radio for a table of 3 guests. When we got to the top of the escalator the lady on the desk wasnt as kind or helpful. She looked at us and didnt greet us with a smile. We asked for a table of three and were seated promptly. Then we had the best waitress from Ireland. Shared her experience of working abroad and took our order quickly. I opted for a mango margarita and ribs. The drinks took a little while to arrive even though the restaurant wasnt busy. The cocktail was fantastic but the ribs werent anything special. They were tasty and hot but I dont feel this reflected the price we paid!Overall a good visit.

    Jimmy Buffet would be proud of this Margaritaville. The food was delicious, the margarita, perfect, and the service from David made the entire experience. Thank you again David for making this visit to Margaritaville a phenomenal one. FINS UP! (As Jimmy would say) if you’re stuck on what appetizer to get, get the lava lava shrimp every time.

    Went for a late lunch the server was very pleasant. The atmosphere was also nice. Some of the meals were not that great. Fish and chips were definitely one of them. Upon watching others definitely a good place for kids. When ever you are in a busy place being patient with kids is great

    This restaurant was a highlight of our trip to NYC. It’s the perfect view of the city. I had a strawberry Margarita with fresh chopped strawberries. It was sweet, tasty and potent. The bbq wings we had were delicious as well. Price was just above a Chili’s type restaurant so not bad at all. I took a lot of pics because the decor inside was so detailed. There’s a huge lady of liberty in the center of the roomholding up a margarita glass that lights up & changes colors!!! Super duper cute. It all went so well with the beautiful lights of Times Square in the background through the large glass windows. I’d love to come back in the evening one day. I’m sure the chew is breathtaking.SN: My waitress was very sweet and made me a list of things to do and check out while we were there for the visit. I can’t remember her name but had short brown hair & told me she lives in Jersey. I hope she gets recognized for her service.

    We came here after a day of walking around NYC. We only had drinks and did not eat. We had a bunch of different margaritas and they were all pretty delicious. The 5 oclock somewhere, Tranquil Waters, and Dont Stop The Carnival were amongst the favorites. Our bartender was also amazing. This is my second time here and will be returning when in the area.

    Chicken quesadilla was delicious. The waiter was very attentive. Great views of Times Square from the second story restaurant. Very open restaurant seating with plenty of tables. Large bar area. Great drink selection. Elevator and escalator from and to the street level. Customer restrooms. Average prices for the area.

    Me and the family ran into this place while on Spring Break. It was happenstance; we found a flyer advertisement while at Grand Central Station. We ventured out during the evening. There was a huge guy at the door with a walkie talkie. He asked if we had reservations. Turned out this guy was incredibly nice. He let us in and we were simply amazed by this place! Its similar to a Disney like resort, but in the heart of Times Square. Very safe, entertaining and family friendly. God, I wish we would have known about this place sooner, and we would have booked hotel arrangements as well. Its kinda pricey, but man its the best of both worlds. The restaurant gives you a birds eye view of Times Square while being safely tucked away in a very family friendly environment. Next time I visit NYC with the family we are booking here!

    This place caught our attention from the outside, the statue of liberty decoration is amazing! Even cooler that you can sit inside of it to eat!Wait for table was arround 20 min. Theres this photografy thing were they offer free pictures while you eat, but at the end you pay for them if you decide. They arent the greatest pics, plus its just a waste of film because they print tons without even approving the pictures. So if you dont want them, I guess they throw them out

    I gave food a one-star only because we didnt eat there so I cant judge the service was excellent. We sat at the bar my friend Debbie ended up ordering a margarita I had just water I wasnt drinking but it was nice atmosphere.     Had drinks here. The bar is super easy to get to and the bartenders are super nice as well. Laid back atmosphere with Jimmy Buffett music on blast. It is truly unique and amazing get away from the hussle and bustle of NYC which is right downstairs. I will go back for sure to check out the food next time. Enjoy!

    Are you a pretentious New Yorker like me? Do you enjoy a great view but dislike bouncers? Are you a fan of people watching and general Florida style nonsense, misery and debauchery?Do you want to go to several bars in one building? Wear a novelty hat and/or glasses with impunity?Well, then meet me at Margaritaville - a great place to get hammered before heading to Korea town for some grilled meats.Enjoy aesthetics of a bygone era and affordable, garishly colored drinks that come in collectible plastic cups shaped like a blender (a great vessel for washing make-up brushes, Ive been told).No joke though, staff is nice, drinks were fine, and the surreal vibes are a rare treat in this city that takes itself too seriously. I dont remember eating anything there, but one of the servers warned that whatever we did, we should not get the shrimp gumbo! So, be warned.(Also I visited a friend staying at the hotel once and it was actually clean and decent)

    Food and ambiance was great. My server was amazing. I got the strawberry daiquiri which was delicious as well as a burger, New York strip steak and mac n cheese. Their mashed potatoes are great, smooth and flavorful. I asked for a medium steak but I got it very dry and rubbery. Told my server and I got another one which was better. All in all it was a great experience and I cant wait to go back.

    My boyfriend and I went to Margaritaville for dinner on a Monday night at approximately 9pm. There was a 30-min wait for a table, but once we got our table, the server Moises was fantastic. He was so genuinely kind, welcoming & accommodating. My boyfriend and I have been to many places in the US and Canada, & Moises was definitely one of the best servers weve met so far.The food was good too. I ordered the appetizer trio (chicken tenders, spinach & artichoke dip, Caribbean chicken egg rolls) and my boyfriend had a burger with fries. We ordered the Feelin Peachy mixed drink & a Samuel Adams beer to drink. The drinks are a little pricey.Overall we had a really nice time. The music was a bit loud and the atmosphere appeared to be family friendly. Thanks again Moises for making our last dinner in Manhattan so lovely.

    I loved the ambience of this restaurant. The food was pretty good. The coconut shrimp was my favorite. They take professional pictures of you and you can purchase the photos. The restaurant is beautiful with great views and floor to ceiling windows. Staff was really nice. Great service!

    So just spent 2 day there and it was amazing. We checked in early Thursday January 13 and the ladies at the front desk were wonderful, polite and accommodating. The rooms were really nice … very similar to the Hollywood Florida property but smaller (it is NYC). We ate at Margaritaville twice once for breakfast and once for dinner. Breakfast was excellent with mimosas and multiple types of Bloody Marys. The dinner was the typical margaritaville menu, volcano nachos and more. One of the highlight was the landshark bar with Astin the bartender who was awesome making great drinks and conversation. This is where the pool is and I did go in (30 degrees January) and the water was warm and inviting. The pool man was so nice brought me towels and had hot shower waiting when I got out. Finally the 5 o’clock summer bar on the 31 floor was impressive, Great music and DJ with spectacular views of the city. I did not get her name but our dark haired waitress up there was over the top nice and remember our drinks from the first night and gave us get information. (My daughters loved the cucumber drink) … the only downfall of that bar it is very expensive. The location was time square where would you rather be. Shout out to Robert who said “Welcome to the best place on earth” as soon as we walked in the door and he may not be wrong …inside the resort you felt like you were at St Thomas and then hit the streets and you were in NYC. Lastly the wonderful older women at the gift shop who found everything we wanted in our sizes. Definitely will be back.

    The place is super cute. I loved the vibe. Me and my girls had a reservation for 5:45 unfortunately we werent seated until about an hour later and we werent able to Dine in and had to order our food to go, after we were seated. The food itself was fantastic. I ordered the volcano nachos and the wagyu steak sandwich. The quality was fantastic. Very tasty and cooked to perfection. My sister ordered a drink at the bar and she thought it was good as well. Maybe next time we can Dine in and get the full experience. The waitress and the manager were very nice and accommodating.

    Wow! Where to begin? First, the food comes out in massive portions, so it’s a great deal. The drinks were good, could be a little stronger, but that’s a preference. The decor was outstanding and there was a little dinner show with lights and music. It’s a great restaurant to stop at before a play or musical! Our waiter was also super nice and friendly and gave great suggestions, like the Mac and cheese, but beware: it’s rich af! There was also an on-site photographer selling pictures if you wanted to commentate your time in heaven!

    Wait for a table (even with a reservation) was lengthy. However, the manager and hosts were gracious enough to offer to seat us at a sister restaurant a few floors above us. I looked up the reviews and menu, saw that they were subpar and declined the offer.Once seated, everything was great! Drinks were delish, food was fresh and hot, servers were great. My toddler loved the ambiance and the hourly Statue of Liberty song/light show!

    Great place, feels like Key West in the heart of Times Square. The atmosphere was awesome, love the decor. Cant wait to try it in the summer when I can really enjoy their rooftop setup. Their store carries great merchandise. Dont forget to bring your proof of vaccination.

    Hidden gem alert! Jeanie at Margaritaville Times Square is incredible. She made me a blueberry pomegranate margarita and it was hands down the best drink I’ve had in a long time. Her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched. CJ snapped on the margarita as well. He transferred from the Kissimmee location and that’s where I used to dine with him at which made me come to the Times Square location. If you’re in Times Square, make sure you stop by and ask for Jeanie or CJ —you won’t regret it!

    Ive never had this type of experience before, and to say Im genuinely terrified and speechless as to what unfortunately took place in this restaurant is just what i can come up with to describe my uttermost disgust and discomfort. I had an alright dining experience, food was good, but service was a tad slow. (Understandable considering it was busy) After I dined my daughter asked if I could go with her to the restroom, we went to the restroom and waited since both stalls were occupied. I was astonished when a full grown big man came out of the stall. This man gave off THOSE vibes, if you are a parent, work in child services, or just an educated person in general you know what I’m trying to out across. Who knows what couldve happened if my daughter didnt have me come along with her. Unfortunately a girl around the age of fifteen came out of the stall(tinier one) absolutely terrified and with the color from her faced drained. She left the bathroom immediately, who knows how long she could’ve spent in there waiting for someone to come inside so it would be safer for her to come out. The issue is this restaurant has WAY too many workers just standing at the front when they could be monitoring the restroom, since they dont want to close it for only the dining costumers! Margaritaville, it only take seconds for disaster. As a woman myself, I know I can speak for every woman that just wants their child to be safe, but even that is too much to ask for even if they are 30ft away.This happened at around 5:15, on Sunday, July 23rd.

    This was my first time at a Margaritaville restaurant. The atmosphere was beautiful. Our server was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was the extremely long wait for our food and let alone the appetizers. That’s the first time I’ve ever waited to so long for food. Our server apologized, for the long delay, but definitely made up for the long wait times. They need to improve the wait times for the food to come out, especially for a restaurant so big. Otherwise great atmosphere and drinks!

    Changes in latitude, changes in attitude.I essentially came here for the joke because of Eddie Burback going to all of the Margaritavilles in the US and Canada. But it sure was fun. Me and my group just got nachos because we werent too hungry but we had a wonderful seat and got some pretty alright food. It was your standard chain food albiet super overpriced. Our server was also awesome. She was cool with me getting a blender cup without buying alcohol.

    Its more of a bar than a restaurant, in my opinion, so I was expecting subpar bar food, but either I was super hungry, or the food was some of the better food Ive had since being here. Take that with a grain of salt because most of my options have included whats available in Times Square. I had the Caribbean chicken egg rolls; the appeal was the spice, and they were pretty tasty with the sauce. Had I known the rolls would include a healthy portion, I wouldve skipped the Cheeseburger in Paradise. The burger was also scrumdiddlyumptious, the fries were just fries but certainly edible. This restaurant is on the property Im staying at, Margaritaville Times Square.

    I thought I already rated this place...I love it 100%! First of all everyone is so nice, Ive had Daven seat me and Shaniqua as well as (I cant remember his name) Kevin. Both were great. I shouldve asked the manager her name, she was petite build and just super inviting. She clearly lives and breathes hospitality. The nachos are too big even for 2 hungry people. However the burgers, I know who orders burgers at a margarita place... me cuz theyre AMAZING!!!!!! They taste like Pat Lafrieda patties and the fries are to die for. Im the cornball that will pay $15 for a souvenir picture and thats exactly what I did. Also they say us in front of Lady Liberty which was so much fun cuz every hour on the hour theres a mini show that I enjoyed very much and so did my mom. This is my new spot and I cant wait for my 3rd, 4th & infinity visit! Also the prices were pretty cheap for this type of ambiance, service and location. Also their margarita clearly spectacular! Go see them! You wont regret it!

    We attended an event this past week and it was straight amazing. We got to stay 3 nights, and costed all the venues. From the roof top all the way to Pool deck food and service was everything and more. The event food was killer, and service was impeccable. I can’t wait to host my daughter birthday here because the roof top deck is the perfect back drop is just breathtaking. We love this place!

    I just want to take this time to say everything we have come here the service is top notch. The food is great. Our server Dylan really does an awesome job. The crazy thing is he has served us every time we have come. He makes sure our needs are met each time. He comes by the table often to check to see how we are doing and if the food is to our liking. As world travelers Dylan is one of our favorites servers. He is an asset to this company. I hope they realize his value as part of the team.

    We came here with a group of 8 - 4 kids and 4 adults, didn’t have the best experience with the food but management did assist with helping correct the issues. Ron was a fantastic server despite the issue with the food (clearly wasn’t his fault) Main manager did try his best to satisfy us by adjusting bill for items we had issues with… which I did appreciate! Best part of the whole restaurant was the Statue of Liberty holding the margarita!

    At first, I went to the It’s 5 oclock Somewhere Rooftop Bar, which had a nice chill ambiance and indoor and outdoor seating on two different floors (31 and 32). The drinks up top are pricey (about $20 each), albeit top-notch. Went downstairs to the restaurant for appetizers and drinks. The Restaurant had an Atlantic City vibe, if that makes sense. The drinks are much more affordable ($12-ish on average) though the difference between the Roof Top bar drinks and the Margaritaville Restaurant drinks was palpable. Not that the second round of drinks was bad, they were as expected. 4/5 stars as there were not enough elevators to accommodate the hotel guests, bar-goers, and diners. This led to a line in a crowded-ish hallway.
