    Love the ambiance in this place. Super chill, intimate and cozy, perfect for date night!Yummy drinks and fun games. I just found out they have themed nights like martini Mondays and trivia Tuesdays (which I want to go to!)Its a safe bet going here any day of the week.

    My favorite bar by far, vibe super chill, small cozy with great happy hours all week long! Staff super friendly. Recommended 100!FYI they have a very limited food menu, more like to grab a little something while you enjoy your drinks.

    This was our first stop while bar hopping in Harlem. It was really busy but we found bar seats. The drinks were good and strong and the bartenders were really nice! We stayed for a good while and ended up ordering some guacamole. We had some interesting and almost intrusive guests that wouldnt stop talking to us but other than that, we had a pretty good time. Id come back next time Im in town!

    2nd stop on a night out exploring the area. The old fashion was good, executed as it should be.Venue is quite small but was cool that played home alone 2 on the wall through the projector. My bill was incorrect and had to take some time for it to be corrected which made the experience a little frustrating.

    Honestly, as I move away from this neighborhood, Im kind of sad I wont be closer to the mess hall. The cheapest shot/beer combo in the city. (Trust me, I know). Some of the best bartenders. With some regulars who dont act like they own the place. Ill miss being so close and leaving at 8PM absolutely bonked to go back home. Plus, they have darts and other cool little games and a backyard space. A gem in harlem. Also, theres a ramp for those with issues walking and wheelchair bound.

    Great little bar with a good selection of beer and whiskey and a down-home vibe. Funky and rustic combine with old school jams to create a good atmosphere for drinking together or alone.

    Great atmosphere and moderately upscale bar and eatery. Happy hour is a good deal, and they even have a couple normal deals which are solid. Disco tots were amazing - crunchy and drizzled with all sorts of sauces and bacon.

    Just moved here and think this might become my go to spot! Excellent happy hour. The cocktail menu is robust. Plus they have trivia Tuesdays and karaoke Wednesdays. Great atmosphere all around. My only gripe is that there’s not a TV to catch a game.

    This place is a fantastic neighborhood bar! 🍻 Mess Hall has a wonderful selection of beers 🍺, cocktails 🍸, and alcoholic other drinks 🍷 - definitely get the Negroni Sbagliato! 🥃 Staff 👨‍🍳 is super friendly, service is quick ⏲️, and the ambience 🎶 is great! I wish I knew about this place earlier!

    Great spot! They used to have the best hotdogs. I wish they would bring them back. I keep coming back for them but no luck.

    Everything about this establishment was amazing, from service, cocktails, decor and ambiance. My only reason for not giving the last star, is that my husband asked to swap the tequila in his cocktail for one of his preference. They were glad to do so but neglected to make us aware of the $50 price tag. The drinks were delicious but be sure to ask before making our same mistake.

    I was unsure about going to this bar, but I ended up going with my friends and it didn’t disappoint. The service was really good, as well as the beers. The only thing that wasn’t of my liking was the music selection.

    This place is really nice. Not too small not too big. The drinks are really nice and a ok price. The bar tenders are really friendly and always willing to help not like in others bars that they kinda ignore you. I been in this place a few times. Some with my friends and others with my girl.     Nice little local bar.. They have a good selection of beers and some snacks. Check out the patio in the back: its very nice and cozy.Only flaw: it gets loud when its very busy but otherwise its a great place to have a relaxed beer and chat.

    Adult Happy Meal. That will be enough to get you through the door. Movies projected onto brick walls. One restroom in the entire bar, but to be expected for its size. Hot dogs, cheese puffs, and popcorn oh my... Very slim sustenance menu but worth the price of admission and comparable to the size of the establishment. During the warner months an outdoor area is available. The crowd is different depending on the night - ranging from the college crowd, after work set or anything that resembles what the neighborhood residents currently resemble.

    I watched the Super Bowl their tonight where my team The New England Patriots Won and Marie and her staff was Excellent Dewight was a delightful very attentive to me and my sisters and I will return for the slam dunk contest on Saturday. Will I Recommend? I sure would hands down

Ordered the Guc and chip so we wouldnt drink on an empty stomach and was blown away...by guacamole!! So good. (I personally dont care for avocados...just a fyi)

    We got coffee next door. Since the bathroom was out of order, they told us we could use the one next door. When we came in, we waited a while before someone helped or greeted us. It was unclear if we had to order at the bar or if there were servers. Ended up getting hot dogs! I enjoyed their Bahn mi and my boyfriend had the Harlem Dog. He said it would’ve been nice if the cheese was melted.

    Great cocktails. Great selection of alcohols (found one of my favorite rums) and the food is all great. Cant stop thinking about the pizza with peperoncini in it. It was incredible. We went as a group of 4 on Christmas Eve and the bartender, David, was amazing and really helpful. Ill definitely be going back soon when in the neighborhood!

    Visiting from out of town and my friends brought me to their favorite local watering hole. It didnt disappoint and we finished the night here. A good mix of people, with space in the front and back and some bar seating along the middle. The drinks were strong and the beer was smooth. The hotdog was a nice touch and hit the spot too. They had table service, and our waiter was a character who added to the wonderful night. Highly recommend and if Im back visiting Ill be back too.

    Stopped in here after work for happy hour with coworkers and Im so glad we did! The bartender was so friendly and made a point to learn each of our names so that he could get a hold of us when the volume level was high. They have complimentary cheese balls (!!!) and have board games. They also have happy hour every day with great deals. Overall great place, will definitely be returning.

    One of my favorite bars in Harlem. Great casual atmosphere. The bar tenders are all super friendly. They offer cheese balls with drinks upon request. And they serve and adult happy meal for $10 which includes a can of beer, shot, and hot dog. Seriously...what more could a gal want?

    Narrow space with some additional seating in the front and in the back. Darts and projectors for entertainment. Complimentary cheese puffs and nuts as bar snacks. The food menu is mostly hot dogs, but they offer some good deals. $10 for a beer / shot (options for both) and a hot dog. The beer and cocktail program are good (not great), but with that said they are among the best in the neighborhood. This is a cool spot to hangout, when its not too crowded.
