    Last night I was at mystique with my friends, we had a great time. the waitress was so amazing. The service she gave us was great. She was on time with the drinks and she was very polite and nice. The way she talked to us made us feel really comfortable. The hookah was great. It was on time. I have been to other places, and the hookahs are not good. This place the hookah tastes great. It tasted like the flavor we ordered it gave a lot of smoke. It was never harsh. When we had a question about the flavors, the manager helped us out to choose what we wanted. He was very polite and answered all our questions. Help to make the decision on what we smoke. So, in conclusion. I recommend this place if you want to have a great time, a great environment to smoke, drink and have a great time with your friends. And the price was not too much being to other hookah bar, and they being to high price for a hookah. So I highly recommend this hookah bar.

    Update : Spoke to the manager he is so kind and generous, Today its on clock before i even ask for it he took good care of it.Hopefully I wish the same service allthe time .Good Hookah + Great Atmosphere + Good ServiceThis is one of the best place around for a hangout,been here all week but today i.e on Friday eve the service is bad of all time , I literally had to wait for 25 minutes for the change of coal.I wish the owner focuses on the service , you guys make a great hookah but the service sucks i.e even on thursday I was seated for 10 minutes than I had to walk to counter to give my order .The two girls I asked each of them twice or thrice on Friday eve for change of coal. They completely ignored my request glad the guy in black hoodie just did it on single request i appreciate the buddy out there .Owner please focus on service

    Hands down the best hookah experience I’ve had recently! The guy making hookah Ruben made me an amazing ladykiller with mint! Even recommended the ice hose which made everything sooo much better. Super attentive here with coals and checking on an customer

    Been going here very regularly the passed year and it’s become my go to spot for Hookah!!Not only is the location perfect the staff will truly keep you coming back for more.Terrence the manager is very attentive and always making sure you’re being taken care of, Osmund who also manages is one of the nicest workers there, very respectful and he’ll always make you feel comfortable, and Ruben is definitely one of the best he always makes an amazing top and keeps me and my friends coming back.Atmosphere during the week (mon-wed) is very chill perfect spot to just chill, maybe have a drink, they typically play some chill lounge music these days.Atmosphere Thursdays-Sundays are LIT ! Djs like Charlie and Shiarooz are always sure to play all the songs to get the crowd going!!Vivian the bartender is amazing also ! Drinks are always perfect and don’t take too long. She is on pointThere’s still always room for improvement but you’ll definitely have a good time if you come to this establishment.Overall:🔹Drinks are great and the prices are perfect 👌🔷Hookah is the best around especially in comparison to other local lounges.🔷Music will get you dancing🔷Atmosphere is perfect for winding down or turning up 👌👌🔹Staff = AMAZING !!Come check it out !

    Good place to go, I have been a regular at this place now comes every weekend or almost every other weekend. Liked their hookah and of course belly dancing. Its crowded on the weekends but worth a wait. Been to other places in long island but nothing comparable to this place, love it !!

    This place has been very professional , Ruben has been a very pleasure to me coming here for my first time and satisfied all my needs , he makes great hookah and aldo is a great manager as well , they have been very helpful, ivan is also a great help makes drinks right away and you don’t have to wait long , I definitely suggest coming here

    Loved this place great atmosphere and awesome music. Reasonably priced and the service was excellent. Bar was beautiful and the bartender was very knowledgeable about her drinks. And the ice tip changed the way i smoke hookah. i would absolutely come back to Mystique again

    This place is fresh opened and can I just say this it is breath taking of you are looking for a hookah spot look no further this place is absolutely beautiful and the Atmosphere is so relaxing and botanical.Such a hidden gem and the employees are so lovely and such excellent service beyond happy with my experience here . You have to check it out you will not regret it I’m coming back every night of my stay here .

    Went there for a friends birthday, it was a pretty dope place. Wouldnt recommend for large groups but the manager(or owner) will make sure you guys sit together lol. Go early though and you will avoid that problem

    So it was a rough Monday as always and i came to mystique hookah lounge with a friend of mine and couldnt have ended the night off any better. The decor is beautiful the hookah flavors are amazing i suggest the lemonade strawberry and mint or the mango peach..honestly the most relaxing place ive been to in a while not to mention reasonably priced with friendly staff memebers. I will be back here often to enjoy some good hookah and laughs with my friends

    The place is good but too dark for me. I like a well lit place if only there was an option. Wish there were attendants to check on you for ordering menu items - mostly drinks. Add more food items like Burger and fries to dine in. I removed one star as the service could definitely use some improvement. No one came to ask what I would like to order.

    Was my first time visiting from out of town and let me tell you this place isnt huge or big but the customer service I received was sublime especially my bartenders Brittany and Alia who werent nothing short of amazing and courteous and attentive. When receiving my bill though I notice it was a 18% service charge which is standard these days I have no issue with but i was disappointed to find out that the bartenders receiving NONE of the 18% which I think is ridiculous and unfair so on top of %18 that already on my check I have to tip extra because to ensure that those who served me are taking care of is ridiculous that policy needs to be changed. I Would definitely would revisiting to visit my two new favorite bartender soon !!

    Come here sometimes to just chill and vibe.. the music here is sometimes just chill and sometimes turnt! But regardless of the day, Ruben, is always on point with his service and professionalism.     This is my favorite hookah place to go on Long Island, the service is professional, the music is always good, the hookah is reasonably priced, and they offer a wide variety of drinks and hookah choices. The atmosphere is relaxed but can also get exciting late at night. Also the server Tarif will always take care of you when you go!

    This place is like home for my friends and I.. we are always here because the service is amazing and the hookah is always good. We do all of our events here and dinner is never a problem because of the gyro cart outside.. The chicken and rice cart outside of Mystique is definitely better than the one in New York City because the food is always fresh and made to order. I have celebrated every event at this lounge from my birthday to New Years Eve to Halloween.. This lounge is definitely the best lounge on Long Island!!

    Ive been to a lot of different hookah lounges in the tri-state.. but this lounge is definitely the best in service and atmosphere. This place is always the best for anything from a causal night out to a event (party). My friends and I can always be found in this lounge for any occasion.. the staff is always friendly and the hookah is always fresh... This is arguably the best hang out spot in long island!!!!

    Mystique is great. Great selection, good staff, laid back atmosphere. Full bae but no food. In the later hours they crank up the dance music and it becomes a night club like scene attracting a hip young crowd, so come before 9 if thats not your scene.It can get very crowded especially at night but if you arrive earlier in the day you can get a seat easily.Parking is tight - you may have to park on the side road and walk a bit. Avoid using the side of the building because you may get blocked in.

    Coming from a business owner myself, people who wont justify spending at least 15 dollars per person when going out in new york should just stay home.Ive been going to hookah bars in New York State for as long as I can remember and there is only one other hookah bar that match with the quality hookah, decor, music, and service which is superb!!! (The other hookah place is La Sultana which ia not even in long island)Sure you can find a cheaper hookah bars in queens but youll get inferior hookah and horrible service.Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for having the best experience. After all you only live once!

    Beautiful place to hang out with great people. The owner is right there in the mix. Excellent staff, wonderful entertainment and eclectic music. Belly dancers are always very entertaining and their hookah is the best in Long Island. Will return sooner than later.

    Definitely the best hookah bar in long Island, very clean and comfortable and the hookas are great. Only complaint is that the music was VERY loud, even for a Saturday night. If weeknights are less noisy or if very loud music doesnt bother you then very highly recommend.

    Took my daughter (just turned 22) here w my sisters and daughters friends for her birthday (Im a young mom LOL). We had a great time. The staff was very courteous and friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was cool and trendy, however, it was ALOT more expensive then I thought it would be plus there is a 2 drink minimum for everyone that doesnt get a Hookah and its 2 to a Hookah. We got 2 which were cool n different and lasted all night being shared between 6 people then add on the 4 drinks that were mandatory PLUS you had to pay to just get in. Bill cost me over $200. It was a cool time but the bill was a bit crazy!!

    On the weekdays is a good place to just chill and relax with friends, a great atmosphere. On the weekends they have a DJ and play really good music, people dance, you can bring your beer/liquor bottle is a great hooka lounge!!!!!!! Very good place!!

    Hi my name is sunny and I was at mystique hookah lounge for the first time and I must say it is by far one of the most well managed hookah lounge. I have been to a lot of hookah lounges and this is a very impressive establishment with a very up to date environment and a welcoming staff.     I have been coming to this place for almost a year. This place has the best hookah in the area. I have tried a few in this area and astoria.. but their hookah beats all the others. It is busy even during week days which speaks for itself. Only thing is music can be loud sometimes and its pretty busier on weekends. But there are new DJz at this place and music has a lot variations too. All the staff Fahim, Terrance, Shia, mallory, Tara, Jay, Ruben and others are really great and accommodating and will try to help as they can! Definitely recommended place.
