    We ordered a few drinks tonight, and my favorite was the salt air margarita. The salt air was fun and the drink was good. The melon cloud was nice, too. The downtown view was spectacular. Too bad the uptown view was very limited. East and west side view was quite good, unfortunately the balconies weren’t open. The music was a bit too load for me, and too crowed. I was hoping for a quieter and peaceful environment. It was a good place to hang out and enjoy the view, but not a good choice if you just want to enjoy a nice drink and have a quiet time. Didn’t try any of their food this time. The servers were nice, but forgetful. They kept bringing foods ordered by other tables to us.

    Absolutely loved afternoon tea here. The design of the bar is beautiful, as is the view. The chairs are so plush and comfortable! Tea service featured a nice pot of tea (with a variety of tea choices) and a tiered tray with a selection of savory and sweet items. I ordered the Bellini as well, and it was refreshing. It is pricey, but worth it as everything tasted great. Only minor issue was it took a while for my table to be ready (had a reservation).

    We were very impressed with the ambiance, service and cocktails at Nubeluz. Our server Elizabeth was very helpful, kind and made great recommendations for us. She also helped us get a reservation downstairs because we were really hungry and their menu only offers small bites and appetizers. My girlfriend’s favorite drink was the Matcharita, and for the record, it ended up being my favorite as well. Initially, I was hesitant because it contains dairy but it is a clarified cocktail, it was light, a little sweet and had a very prevalent flavor of Matcha! Very unique and very good. The oysters, tuna roll and grilled cheese were also very good! Loved the presentation of the oysters with the dry ice. We would definitely recommend going here for incredible views and incredible cocktails! One side note though, we previously mentioned, not a very hearty selection one the food menu, so we recommend going after dinner. I also recommend making a reservation in advanced as we visited on a Monday and they were pretty busy, there was no space at the bar either.

    Great rooftop bar in Nomad, atop new Ritz Carlton. Fantastic view with amazing cocktails. A bit pricey compared to the other rooftop bars around the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

    I went here last night to celebrate a friend’s birthday and enjoy the sunset. The view was breathtaking—easily one of the best in the city. The cocktails were flavorful, and the lobster roll was the best I’ve ever had—absolutely unforgettable. The staff was attentive and professional, which is no surprise given it’s part of a Ritz-Carlton property. A fantastic experience all around!

    Nubeluz is the cocktail rooftop bar from the Ritz Carlton in New York.Lets start with the good.- it’s the best rooftop view in NYC. It literally has a better view than the Empire State Building.- the cocktails are great. Especially the Melon cocktail.Let’s talk about the possible improvement:- the prices of the cocktails are way too high- the amount is very low. The melon cocktail was literally 1 big ice cube with 4 sips of drink in there. And that for $30- there isn’t much food on the menu and again the prices aren’t matched by what you get.Don’t get me wrong. The view is great and the price could be as it is, but then at least make the portion/amount bigger.4/5 ⭐️

    Unfortunately, my experience was tarnished by poor service from our server. The receipt had two different names (Raven G and Mary C), and she never introduced herself, so I’m not sure who served us. Service was a 1 out of 10, and the only reason I gave a 1 is because we received our drinks. She didn’t check on us, didn’t ask if we enjoyed the food or drinks, and didn’t smile once. To top it off, she served me my last drink while stating we had to leave immediately because they needed the table. I would have appreciated being informed of the time constraints before ordering.I also had an issue trying to make a reservation. When I called last night, the host was unhelpful and said there was no availability. However, when I called again today, I had no trouble securing a reservation.Despite these hiccups, the table was beautiful, the views were breathtaking, and the cocktails were excellent. I value great establishments and always visit top-notch places in every city I travel to, which is why I feel this feedback is important.I hope this was an isolated incident with the server, and I will gladly update my review to 5 stars once I receive a response from management addressing the issue.     Views here are insane. Service is okay. I would still recommend just for the views and experience. On weekdays it is quieter if you prefer that, on weekends it is very busy and you may have to wait even up to 2 hours on the waitlist.

    I was having a solo date and picked this amazing place from my list , and let me tell you ITS AMAZING. The view is incredible but more are the drinks, the service very professional and kind, the bartender Luis made me feel very comfortable. I tried Taken for granted and the flavor is perfect for summer days, then the espresso martini was perfectly made with delicious foam on top🍸🍸💕 Would love to go visit again on a sunny day and try some food.     Very cute spot to catch the sunset and get good drinks. Highly recommended to get a great view of the Empire State. It’s hard to get a reservation at sunset time so I recommend booking ahead of time.

    This was my first High Tea experience and omg, this was amazing.Our server was super attentive, informative, with the perfect amount of warmth.     Great spot for a party or fancy drinks. Their cocktail list is phenomenal. Wine list needs expanding, especially for red bottle offerings. Wine needs to be cellar temperature too...Food menu needs a lot of help... Very small bites only. You will need food after, even if your spend $200 on food.The view is fantastic, this is why you come, as is the interior. We recommend a sunset timed visit. It was not too busy, not too noisy. Highly recommend to visit at least once. Plan to spend $100+

    The best rooftop bar I have visited in nyc ! The view is breathtaking with large glass floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. The indoor seating area is beautiful . The bar tenders concoct each drink with a lot of energy and are pretty skilled. As expected, the prices are a bit steep.

    For our first time experiencing a rooftop bar in the city, Nubeluz was a perfect choice! Such a suave interior that created for a great and intimate experience and ambience. And the drinks were amazing too! Shoutout to the pomegranate and whiskey drink. And special shoutout to out amazing hostess Cecilia who accommodated us despite us not having a reservation. She is charming and witty with an impeccable sense of humour and guided us in the right direction for an unforgettable night in the city.

    Before I share my view - I want to say that the low average rating on Google maps is NOT deserved at all. People complain about “high prices”?? Did y’all forget where you are? It’s a bar in the heart of Manhattan, New York with one of the best views of the city. Every cocktail in this city costs >$20. Stop downvoting the place for that, skewing a deserved rating. Anyways…Atmosphere 10/10This is it - the perfect New York bar atmosphere. Rooftop. Incredible views of Manhattan. Beautiful upscale interior and well dressed staff. Nothing else to add. Perfect.Drinks 10/10Delicious cocktails. We had Apollo 3 and Corpse Reviver (yes, obscure name). Great mix and good amount of liquor for a cocktail. Both highly recommendedService 9/10Didn’t experience anything outstanding - just good service! We were helped with everything we neededPrice 6/10Yes, expensive. But for New York - normal. $25-30 per drink. Considering the views and atmosphere, the price is appropriate IMO

    The fact that I am writing a review a month after I went here should be a shame because this place is 100 out of 10! I took my spouse to celebrate his birthday here, and he absolutely loved it. The ambience, atmosphere, and the rooftop view are absolutely amazing! The vibes were vibing! The food was so tasty and the drinks were so flavorful. I definitely recommend getting a drink here because you are getting your money’s worth. Laurel served us and she was super sweet, kind and so attentive. She took pictures for us and was just such a wonderful soul to meet. The rest of the staff were all so pleasant, kind, friendly, and just superstars I tell you! The bartenders are rockstars, and super attentive! They have magic in their hands to make such tasty cocktails, all while smiling the entire time. To be on your feet all day in such a busy place and keeping a positive attitude at all times is such a great skill I tell you. I have worked 15 plus years doing retail, food service, hostess, dealing with the public, and etc. So I know just how it is. I thank you all so much for your service. Can’t wait to go back!

    Absolutely loved Nubeluz! This had been on my list for a while and I finally got the opportunity to go. It is a beautiful rooftop with breathtaking views of the city. The food offerings are mostly small bites - apps as well as small sandwiches that are shareable. We got the lobster roll and a ham and cheese which were both delicious. As for drinks, they were okay. I prefer sweeter cocktails but I had to opt for the Instagrammable drink just to try it! The service was good - our waitress checked in often and was helpful. Our table was not ready at our reservation time; however, once our time limit was up, they were quick to try to get us out. Didn’t love that. Overall it was a nice place for a fancy night out.

    Stunning views, upscale service and luxurious ambiance, a perfect spot for a birthday, fancy date and celebration dinner. It was completely full on early Friday night (around 5pm) so it is good we made a reservation. You have to order those steamy cocktails and take a video, super fun:) But the cocktails are also delicious and top quality not just visual effects.There are 2 terraces on the both sides, make sure to check out views from the both.Apps are expensive and labneh dip with potato chips provides the biggest portion for your $$$ (see photo), but I wish the chips were homemade not from the bag (though it is Jose Andres bag:)

    This remarkable bar and rooftop are on top of The Ritz Carlton Hotel. Once you get out of the elevator on the rooftop floor the whole aesthetic of Nubeluz is enchanting. The bar itself is gorgeous, food and drinks are good. But the view from their rooftop balcony is priceless 🤩Food portions are small, so make sure to order a lot. We ordered the grilled cheese, Lobster Roll, Anchovies stuffed olives and a bagel and lox cone (enough for a bite 😉).

    Great job promoting diversity. Not many places do it in this sort of high end environment.     This is a really nice place. I did not rate the food, as I didnt order any food during my visit. I only ordered a drink, which was a non-alcoholic cocktail, and it was delicious. The staff here are friendly and the design is really cool. Its like art deco with a modern twist and something more. The views are in my opinion easily the best available from a top floor bar/restaurant in New York. River to river and unobstructed southern views down to lower Manhattan. Its crazy how stunning the views are from here. Overall a great spot and I recommend.

The take on margarita was very interesting. A salt foam instead of salt rim was novel. The rooftop bars end up being less substance and more style but this was both.

    Cody is the best bartender I’ve interacted with in years - he went searching for a specific ingredient for me throughout the hotel and when he could not procure, offered a great comp.     What an amazing experience! This place is a must. 180 views of NYC skyline including One world, Empire State, Chrysler building and so much more. The drinks are creative and fun.     It is a spontaneous decision to be in a rooftop bar tonight in NYC and it happened to be this unforgettable one- no booking (normally not possible to get in during the peak hours) but the kind doorman let us in (he asked me if I am an “international” :). Great conversations with a couple of local groups, breathtaking views on 50th rooftop and artisan cocktails- it is truly one of the most memorable moments in life about New York and travelling. Covid experience has made these human interactions and beautiful things in life so cherish-able. Though the reviews are on 3.8/5 but it is definitely better than that. 😎

    I return here again and again. It is my favorite spot to bring my jaded Native New Yorker friends to blow them away with the experience of walking into this room decor, which then sets off the fab views. For NYC, the prices are on-par with any high-end bars. I always order a Foggy Bottom cocktail, and the oysters which the presentation always sets the tone for the evening. The Labneh with salmon caviar is delicious and always a popular choice. Also for splurges would always choose the caviar, and of course Bellota (the melt in your mouth Jamon Iberico). Ive also brought clients and we have rented the entire venue for birthday celebrations which were huge successes. The service is always EXCELLENT by both the service staff, and the amazing sales & management event staff. Cannot recommended them highly enough. A final note: another reason I return here so often with friends and clients over other spots is that I love the idea of supporting Jose Andres high-end endeavors considering all he does for humanity with World Kitchen. Bravo!

    Nubeluz is located at the top of the Ritz Carlton in Nomad and its a scene for sure. You enter into the lobby and take a hard LEFT where a large, tuxedo clad man takes your name and confirms your reservation. Then youre whisked skyward nonstop to the top where another team of exquisitely dressed folks (re) check you in. The room is stunning and only bested by the uninterrupted views of downtown. There is a large bar, two top tables with swivel chairs and several large banquettes where our crew held court. The cocktails (dry ice and full presentation included) are unique and chic though brace yourself for the price point. This is NOT the place to go on a budget. We didnt eat but post a few cocktails each, the bill was eye-watering. I guess inflation hasnt affected these folks or driven down the price of dry ice!Unexpectedly, there is a smallish terrace off the far end that was not crowded on a steamy summer night. We really enjoyed that area and stayed there. The views from the terrace are terrific as youre pretty much in the shadow of the Empire State building.For a special night and/or if youve got a ton of cash burning a hole in your pocket and you want a banger night - this is your spot. Its pretty all that and more. Good looking crowd - well dressed and high fashion starts with the staff and just rolls on from there.Its a modern Sexy and the City moment for sure. This is NYC!

    Nubeluz offers an amazing view that is simply breathtaking. The cocktails we had were delicious and perfectly crafted.     I had no idea going in how great the service would be. It all started when the two doormen opened the giant doors of the hotel for us and said the elevator was broken and that it’s only 49 flights of stairs. Funny. It was not broken. I was not expecting the view to be so amazing. It was world class, best in my life. I had an old fashioned, which was great, and some wine. I was undecided between two options and our server actually brought out both for me to sample. I also had the almond snacks and they were good. Price wise, it’s the Ritz. You have to go in with the expectation that it’s going to be expensive. It’s worth it for the great service and world class views, though. If you’re lucky you’ll get a booth in the corner, with unobstructed views in so many directions.

    Afternoon High Tea!Its $130 which is a bit pricier than I would have spent, however it was a splurge that I justified for two reasons:1) I was only in NYC for 24 hrs didnt really have time to visit one of the high vantage points with other things I had planned.2) I am a huuuge foodie, and this was a great way to taste multiple things at once.I fit in brunch before I went to my Broadway play.The food is very, very good. Each item tasted vastly different than each other. I only wish they let me drink ALL THE TEA. Because I love tea.I ate breakfast at 7am on my train into the city, which I regretted halfway through my 11am reservation. I was afraid the food served wouldnt be enough, and boy was I wrong!

    This review is specifically for the afternoon tea service. The tea selection was great and a highlight, the savories, scones, and sweets were all above average; I thought our scones were baked nicely and the sweets were plentiful. Still, Im a tough critic on afternoon tea, and I think this is a half-tier down from the top few. The service was unfortunately below average. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the view, which might be one of the best southern-facing views from this part of midtown! Would return for a special occasion, price seemed fair.

    Impeccable service, the most friendly staff both up at Nubeluz and down at the Ritz Carlton! Tap water empty? No need to ask for a refill, they’ll do it for you before you even need to ask. Want some lovely pictures? Just ask and they’ll take amazing photos of you. Loved the grilled cheese sandwich and the signature cocktails were also amazing.     What a beautiful rooftop lounge and the view is breathtaking. They didn’t have a huge selection on the food menu it’s mostly small plates and snacks but it’s still delicious. The drinks are great and the service is top notch. I loved how the waitresses are all dressed in gold cocktail dresses which adds to the glamorous look of the lounge. Highly recommend this spot.

    It’s the Ritz. It’s gorgeous, well located, top service and quality. It also has one of the best bar views in the city. This means it’s expensive, the staff may not be accommodating if you don’t dress consciously, and you (usually) have to make a reservation. It also means it’s full of tourists angry at the bill, girls taking selfies, and a healthy amount of indignance from some patrons. Ignore their reviews.I highly suggest coming here for a drink and a stunning view at one of the best looking bars in the city. Know you’ll pay $20+ for a cocktail to do so and enjoy a splurge for a special nightcap. Get there before 9. Grab a very well done drink. Go outside. It’s worth it for an hour. It’s long enough to appreciate it, and not long enough to dislike your bill.

    One of the best hotel rooftop bars Ive been to in NYC!!! Its located on the 50th floor- above the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Made a reservation weeks in advance to celebrate my friends birthday. Tip: add a request to be seated by the window for better views. Love how the place was not crowded compared to other rooftops, since you need reservations. We went around sunset time, which was perfect! Had an amazing view of the NYC skyline. They have a great selection of cocktails and mocktails. We ordered the Continental Sour and Salt Air Margarita. The drinks were not super strong, but felt a good buzz after the second round. Both drinks were unique in their own ways and tasted amazing! The food on their menu didnt seem too appetizing and we were going to grab dinner after, so we skipped on that. The service was amazing! Will definitely come back again!

    Located on the roof of the new Ritz Carlton Nomad, Nubeluz is a beautiful rooftop bar. To get access, you have to check in with the desk by the elevators. Takes about 15-20 minutes of waiting before they send you up.The venue is beautiful with a large bar and lots of comfortable couches and booths. Reminds me a bit of the intricacy of Le Fleur room down the street. Amazing 360 views of the whole city. Empie state building on one side, clear unobstructed downtown guys towards the Freedom Tower, busy midtown looking north, and the Hudson River to the west. Two balconies on either end and floor to ceiling windows.The drinks were ornate and tasty, with unique ingredients. I had the Apollo #3 which started a bit sour but mellowed as the large ice shard melted. Drinks are expensive but to be expected.     Stopped here as a recommendation from the hotel I’m staying it. It has absolutely breathtaking views and a beautiful interior. You had a great view of the Empire State Building and there was a thunderstorm going on as we sat at the bar.The real show were the bartenders. Everyone was absolutely fantastic and friendly. The team was killer however we will say that David and Cody stole the show. Cody made some fantastic drinks and David kept us very entertained at the bar. If we lived locally we would definitely make this a regular stop but unfortunately we will just have to come here only when we visit!Highly recommend!!!

    We had really pleasant time here enjoying cocktails on my husbands birthday. The view is truly incredible, along with the ambiance. It felt super glamorous and unique. The drinks and small bites were also very tasty - Jose Andres knows what hes doing!Our main qualms were with the service - I indicated it was my husbands birthday a handful of times when arranging the reservation, but this was not acknowledged until the very end of the evening. Our main waiter also seemed irritable and did not demonstrate much knowledge about the cocktails on the menu (despite this being primarily a cocktail bar). I also dont think some of the things should have been as pricey as they were.I would come again if someone were treating me to it, but next time we do rooftop cocktails we may go elsewhere first.

I never got food so I cannot comment on that aspect of the experience, but the space is beautiful with incredible views of the New York skyline, including views of a distant Lady Liberty. The staff was very helpful and accomodating of my circumstances, and the drinks I ordered (off menu custom requests) were perfectly prepared and delivered with a smile. Truly lovely experience. This is my go-to with any of my out-of-town visitors.

    Rooftop of the Ritz Carlton. Wow. That is all I can really say. While it is expensive, I can see why. The drinks were to die for and the food was just as delicious. We caught the sunset and couple dirnks to celebrate a friends bday.From the minute you check in at the lobby the service is great and escorted to your seats.We didnt eat just had a couple of dirnks and enjoyed the viewsThey have recessed booth seating thats elevated, so get to see unobstructed views which was pretty cool.The cocktails range from $26 to $32.I had Polka Dotted Colemanold duff genever, sweet vermouth, fernet, amontillado, sesame.It was a little ferret forward.Wasnt for me.I followed that up with an old fashionedGreat spot to bring a date or just come to enjoy the view. Everyone does have the camera out as the view changes as the sun goes down.You can sit at the bar if you come solo.I will come back to check the food one day and for the view.

    Nubeluz is a 5-star experience. I made a reservation for a Friday around sunset as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday and stated in the reservation notes that it was for a birthday. Upon arrival we were greeted and my boyfriend was wished a happy birthday (very VIP!!). The host brought us to the elevator right away. We were greeted by another host at the bars entrance and seated within 2 minutes. The ambiance is swanky, classy, and the views make you feel like youre on top of the world. The drinks, while a bit pricey, are theatrical with fun colors, garnishes, and dry ice. The service was outstanding. At the end of the night, we were surprised with a complimentary tray of sweet cones as a birthday gesture. And trust me, I paid attention to it for a while.. We were there around 9:30 and it only got busy at the bar around 10:30.I do get that it will be packed on the weekends.
