    This has been my go to dive in nyc for several years. The food here is really good and has always been solid. One of my favorite wing places in the city. The staff has always been what stands out here. If you treat them with respect then you will always get it back.

    A FUN bar with 4 floors of seating, lots of TV screens to watch all your games during any sports season, and friendly bartenders/servers! They even have Karaoke nite and the talent in the room dont sing your traditional cheesey songs! They get serious!!

    I admit Overlook bar definitely gives the feeling of an old school dive bar. I went upon suggestion. At first glance once inside I was skeptical. But...the bartender was really cool. And the wings!!!!!!!!!!! Best wing and fries Ive had in a long time. Theyre open late too. I look forward to another night of wing and fries.

    My partner and myself were visiting from the UK and stumbled across this gem of a place as it was around the corner from where we were staying.The staff are so welcoming and friendly, had a great atmosphere and the food was so good. The most reasonably priced place we have been to on our whole trip. Would highly recommend anyone to come here.Thanks to all the staff who made us welcome and gave us a memorable time.

    Great bar to watch BEARS games. Was in town visiting from Chicago and it felt like I was catching the game at a neighborhood tavern. Owner and staff were fantastic. Looking forward to visiting again.

    NYCs home to the Chicago Bears and a great place to watch a heartbreaking University of Illinois game.Prices are reasonable.The blue cheese NYC steak sandwich is a winner and the Manhattan Chowder robust.

    What a find, this joint! First the bartender Kia and the doorman, whose name I forgot 5 star people, service and create a great atmosphere. We were looking for an early morning spot to finish off our night and let me tell you Yelp lies on hours but the Outlook does not! You may think to yourself “is it a dive bar” and to you I say, it’s a ridiculously fairly priced bar in NYC that is actually open after 2. Then you might think “are they salty and rude” and I say to you “no. But the fact that you asked makes you unqualified to go” . Kind, fun, efficient. Any 5 star place in the city would be lucky to have staff with this much EQ. If you’re a good human, with good intentions, who wants a great place to vibe and drink on after 2:30 on a Saturday in midtown, this is it.

    Pretty cool spot in a very crowded part of the city. The place was packed on the first floor, which is a good sign, seems desirable. We were at a private party on the 2nd floor. Nice space for a party of 20 people or so. The food was amazing, served buffet style. The staff made sure we never had an empty glass and kept the food warm and full the whole night. Kind of looks like a hole in the all, but its actually a real nice spot.

    Fun place. Regardless of what you see on the internet, this is NOT an STL sports bar. Blues and Cards were playing, but NY baseball and hockey on all TVs. Id say its a dive bar catering to a crowd in their 20s.

    They can get crowded, they can get loud, but even so Overlook is pretty great. They have karaoke some nights, which can be a lot of fun. Their drink selection is standard for midtown. Their outdoor space is very nice, and the staff are overall friendly.

    A solid bar even for a Bears bar (Go Lions) it is a bit tough to get to. It has a nice outdoor space and 4 dartboards. Drinks are cold, food is nothing special but thats the case with most pubs! Should check out if youre in the area!

    Without a doubt, Overlook serves the best buffalo wings in New York City. Id put them against anything. In my experience, they are a close second only to Duffs Famous Wings.     I got to Overlook starving on a Tuesdays night at 10pm. I thought it was my last chance to grab a bite and these guys really went above and beyond. I ordered the cheese burger with blue cheese and fried egg and it was absolutely amazing. I dare to say it was one of the best burgers I ever had. Congrats! Great place!

    If youre a Chicago Bears fan, this is the place to be on Game Day. Great menu, the food is fantastic, and they play the audio for the games, loudly. You WILL hear the call. They even go as far as to put music on during the commercials to keep it a lively vibe and IMMEDIATELY switch the feed back to game audio when the broadcast returns. I initially went for the Division clincher against the Packers and went back the very next Sunday. I plan on being there every time my schedule permits!! Bear down!!!

    Get the turkey burger! Dont let the appearance of the bar discourage you from trying the food. Its absolutely amazing; from their burgers to their fresh cut fries. Its almost like its a hidden 5 star restaurant in a bar. In the summertime they have an upstairs terrorist which is the perfect place to catch a drink with some co-workers or bunch of friends.

    One of my favorite places to drink and relax around east Midtown!     Dive bar extraordinaire! The place has been slowly but surely renovating, but it still maintains that perfect dive bar atmosphere. Has a wonderful roof deck to enjoy drinks and food outside, but unfortunately not much of a view. Food and drinks are above average - only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because they stopped their amazing 2 for 1 happy hour deal!

    An absolute blast during a Bears game. Some drink/food specials. Beers were average-priced (I paid $6.50 for a Brooklyn Lager). They played Bear Down, Chicago Bears after every Bears TD. Fun crowd. Will definitely be here next season. If youre not a Bears fan, I would call ahead to check that they will even play your game. As todays game was for a playoff spot, they didnt show any of the other 4:25 games. I had a great time even though the Bears lost. Highly recommended for Chicago fans.

    Great happy hour spot in midtown (2 for price of 1). They have an awesome deck on the second floor with two screens for whatever game is on. The service is quick and the staff is friendly.
