    We came back twice in one night because it was THAT accommodating. Our servers name was Kimberly (Kim) she was attentive and thoughtful. She continuously checked on us the entire night and made sure we felt seen! The food was a 9/10. I’m not big on hookah but it’s there if you want it too. You will need a reservation because this place gets packed. Great atmosphere, even better customer service.

    This place is one of a kind in Manhattan. I’m from out of state and I was super impressed. The food was spectacular. The mushroom truffle pizza is to die for. The lamb cops and chicken was fresh and cooked excellent. Clean and cozy atmosphere. High class spot with awesome hookahs. Pretty pricey but your posting got the quality and service. Very nice staff the girls did a a great job.

    I’ve been to NYC a few times, but it was my first time here and everything was amazing. Ida was the perfect server! She answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations. The food was amazing (I had the red chili hummus and Lobster pasta but the lamb sliders were my FAVORITE) and the hookah was spectacular! Will definitely recommend and I’ll be back.

    Came here for a night cap after some wine. Very cool decor on the inside with like a sexy jungle vibe. We got a hookah and some cocktails. Our bartender was able to make us some off menu drinks like an X-Pat and he was very creative. As the night got later, it turned into more of a club vibe and had good music. I do think we got over charged for a couple things but we didn’t wanna make a big deal out of it. All in all it was a good time in NY with my girls.

    Vibe : My favorite hookah and happy hour place in the city. It’s always so much fun when we go here! Music is always on beat and the people are friendly. I always make new friends when I go here.Food : Get the lamb burger and thank me later. This is literally the best burger I have ever had (and I’ve had a lot). Is so juicy and packed with flavor. We also enjoyed the hummus with meat and pita. Again, packed with flavor. Get those two dishes.

    Very rustic place. Also a hookah lounge. Interesting menu. Good appetizers, try meatballs and hummus. Good avocado toast. Greek salad was chopped in really large pieces, like half of tomato large. Good ingredients just wrong cooking, I also added chicken for $8 and it was completely dry. Good service and friendly staff. Hookah looked good, but we didnt try it.

    Pergola is a sultry spot for a great time. The staff are dressed beautifully in black and the music is usually great. Come here for amazing hookah, cocktails and food. We ordered the Love 66 hookah, I got the Short Rib (has a sweet potato puree) and lychee martinis. The short rib is so tender and delicious, I get it for every dinner

    What can i say, a gem of a place in new york, from service to food, to ambiance to music and hookah (or sheesha as we say in Middle East) We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with hookah. The place is hip. Highly recommended. Read some negative reviews on management but didn’t faced any. Would i come again, yes

    This place is AMAZING…!!! I went there for my birthday 12/26 and I enjoyed it. From the service to the food. Best experience ever. Only thing I regret was leaving. I should have stayed. I left to go to A Pink Wonderland Pop-up Bar got there at the time I was supposed to and was denied entry due to the individuals who scan tickets left early. Nevertheless, I should have stayed at pergola and gave them my money. Definitely going back and staying for a bit longer then my first time there.

    100% Halal, however they do serve alcohol on the premises. We also ordered Hookah, and surprisingly long lasting and packed really well. The best item was the pergola sliders. We ordered the mixed grill for one, pergola wings, branzino fish & on the side was the crispy pita. The pita was delicious. The food was a bit dry for me but overall still good. The service was great and the bathroom was clean. Def recommend a visit!

    I have been to Pergola many times and all I can say is I always have the BEST time! I went this past weekend for my birthday and big thanks to the manager for taking care of us. The table, waitress, DJ, hookah and food were amazing! I was so relieved when I pulled up and they offered valet parking! I couldn’t thank everyone more for such a great night! Thank you!!!!P.S. Thank you for taking good care of my Range Rover Sport! Haha

    My fav hookah place in New York City. I have been here zillion times. It’s always easy to get a spot if you book in advance. They have good food, good drinks and great music and vibe. Definitely recommend this place for a romantic date, Group or any event.

    The restaurant is very nice but a little warm in my opinion but we were sitting by the door so it made sense why it was warm. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. We got our food right away which was surprisingly because of how busy it was inside. I got the moroccan lemonade and the grilled shrimp. I personally love shrimp and this was very good with avocado!! I wanted to order the margarita pizza but it was not available but next time ill come back just to order it. The inside is dim since it was still bright outside it was fine. 10/10 experience.

    Visiting from another state, I was thoroughly impressed. This place is a true gem in Manhattan. The food was extraordinary. The mushroom truffle pizza is simply irresistible. Both the lamb and chicken were fresh and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is immaculate and welcoming. Its a high-end spot with excellent hookahs. Although its somewhat pricey, the superb quality and service make it worthwhile. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the women provided outstanding service.

    I went here at 1am on a Wednesday morning after a work gig.The vibe in this place is superb. The lighting, atmosphere, and decor are spot-on. The DJ is phenomenal.     Reservations are preferred depending on how busy is the night they will let you in or not. This is a busy place with high profile guests. I had the meatballs, couldve been better. Fries are to die for. We mostly went for the hookah and my husband loved it (Pergola Dragon was his choice) Mocktails are very good especially the Moroccan lemonade, must try. We went every night during our stay and the vibe was great, music on point and the staff is on top of everything. The hosts are amazing. Doorman was not very nice but you will avoid inconveniences by making a reservation. They also have Halal options.

    Romantic, intimate vibe perfect for date night in NYC. Lamb chops, sweet potato mash and grilled shrimp were top tier. Service is mediocre. Don’t expect phenomenal service. Hookah was smooth and great. Music 10/10. Highly recommend Pergola. It’s really dark so you need your phone light to see/eat your food which was the only down side.

    The hummus was fantastic. Its a must have if you like hummus. I got the shwarma, had good quality meat, very filling, with a lot of veggies.     My friends and I had a great experience at Pergola last night. Even before walking in, the gentlemen at the door were very respectful, our waitress Veronica did an excellent job so did Miguel. I was here a few nights back and met a few more of the staff: Lalo, Alex and few others…. Absolutely incredible venue. It’s definitely a place where you can celebrate your birthdays, go on a date and impress your lady with a remarkable experience as well as ball out with your boys and create amazing memories.I’ll definitely be coming back very soon.     Always a good time at pergola. Crafty drinks, premium hookah. Honestly the best hookah Ive ever had. All of them use pineapple bowls. The food is pretty good too. It gets packed pretty quickly so if you want to secure a seat, be sure to get there at the beginning of happy hour!

    Not sure why the ratings on this place are relatively mediocre. I’m a hookah fan, and this place might be the best lounge I’ve been to. They have large hookahs, which I think is key. None of the hot, throat burning smoke you get with these cheap little hookahs elsewhere. They pack a massive hookah and are attentive and generous in replacing the coals. We legitimately smoked our hookah for 2 hours without noticing any drop in quality. It is definitely a “club” type vibe late at night, but it still managed to be a chill environment where we were seated (upstairs). Great experience, and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a hookah lounge in Manhattan.

    Pergola is probably my favorite hookah spot in the city. I enjoyed the ambiance and the setting. The music was also good. The hookah and the food were also really good. Our hookah was constantly refilled and we only needed one throughout. The grilled lamb chops and the grilled salmon were my favorites on their menu. The service was good, but a little slow. Only thing to keep in mind is that it can get really busy. If you prefer quiet, then upstairs is probably best, but if you like a good vibe and maybe dancing, ask for a table downstairs. I definitely recommend this place.

    Loved it here. Me and four of my girlfriends came here last night and the experience was good, I can’t wait to come back. One from our group arrived late and they kindly accommodated us at a bigger table. I had the salmon and rice for dinner and I was happy. I would definitely Come back. Keep in mind that they’re at about a 2 hour limit at the dinner tables, which we’re aware of and completely fine with.

    Best hookah lounge in the city. Best hookah lounge I have ever been to. There is a club/lounge feel on the weekend nights. People are not afraid to get up and dance. I have been a few times and was beyond happy with each visit.Not a spot for the best food.Hookah is great .I have not had one issue with the service there. With or without a reservation they try their hardest to seat you no matter how slammed they are. Mona is an excellent human being, hope to be graced by her presence when you choose to go here.Bottom line, if you can reserve and get in, its hands down the spot to be to smoke some hookah!

    Wow what an experience. This is a very busy and crowded venue and I can see why.     Sheesha bar in a really nice location and great decor and vibes. Aesthetic is very beautiful.The milk base Sheesha was horrendous and made me feel sick (I believe the flavour was Pergola Nights). Got it replaced with the double Apple mint that was one of the better double Apple mint’s I’ve ever tried.Tried the espresso chai-tini which was a 7/10.Will be back to try the lamb burger that looked fantastic!

    The food here is so good! I got the hummus with pita bread, regular/fried & for my main dish Lamp Chops with mini potatoes and sautéed spinach.Me and my friends loved the food but the music was not for us lol which is why I gave 4 starts, if they played better music this place would be a totally different vibe. They also have hookah which was nice and they always came around to change the charcoal. You’ll spend about $100 per person but it’s worth it for the quality of food. My friends loved the pizza they served and Lobster pasta/crab cakes.

    Staff is very professional and polite. Mixed grill is a must the hookah is normal nothing special and very expensive but your in the city so your paying city price so it doesn’t hurt this review. Atmosphere is nice and elegant does get loud at times.

    Such a great spot to hang out! Equally a great date spot as well as a group dinner spot. The wait staff is very attentive on the 1st floor, not too much on the 2nd. Definitely a vibe here. Definitely recommend the fries especially during happy hour - to die for! The truffle mushroom pizza is also really really good. Never have anything bad to say about the lobster pasta either. The wings are only ok - not worth. Definitely recommend.

TBH, don’t bother paying for the premium one, it’s nice but not worth extra 10 bucks. Regular hookah will hit as well. Hookah was well made, lasted 1.25 hours after being smoked constantly by two. They charge 5 bucks extra for the plastic hose, it’s compulsory so that will add to hookah cost.Fun discovery - they only have “bottled water” so be ready to see that charge tooThe music and noise is quite loud in thick of the evenings. But before the rush hour it was pleasant in vibe to enjoy music. Heels or fancy footwear are mandatory after 9 pm for women.Also paired a glass of wine with it, Apps and Hookah.Might go back again! To try other hookah flavors, but with my own ‘water bottle’ though this time. Haha!

    Really great place. Very delicious food and amazing hookah. Drinks are on point. Our waiter Mona was beyond great, checked up on us every few minutes despite the fact that the place was very busy. My new go-to place in the city. Highly recommend this place.

    Whenever we hear about a bar with decent hookah, we have to try it! This is how we ended up going to Pergola as well.It has a really nice ambience. Like many other lounges, this Lounge is quiet and bland on weekdays but springs to life on weekends. It has two floors. The second floor is chill and has a good spacious seating area with low floor tables. The music is loud enough for you to stand and dance a bit and also is low enough for you to strike conversations with your buddies. When you are buzzed enough, you can head downstairs for an epic night of dancing. The music is thumping with the DJ dropping one bomb after the other.Drinks are decent but nothing extraordinary to write home about. Friends fries are good and Hummus-Pita are decent. Hookah is why we come here for. Though nothing can beat the hookah that we make at home, this comes second to it. Sparkling ice is my favorite. It has champagne base and ice filled hose. However, they have a tendency to mess it up sometimes (flavorless). Orange mint is really good as well.Why did I take away one star? I dont know. I feel that this Place has a lot more potential than it showcases. Put some friendly servers and add some more finger food and I might give you 5 stars!P.S.- Always make a reservation on the weekends.

    We were late for our reservation, but it was fine the waitress was able to accommodate us and told us we would have to finish eating within 1.5 hrs. However, they lose 1 star because we had to wait a very long time for anyone to take our order. They gave us a time limit to eat, but didnt send anyone over to us. We were concerned that our limit may be up before we even got our food. I ordered the vegetarian cauliflower dish & it was DELICIOUS. The pomegranate seeds and pine nuts really gave it a unique taste. Loud, party like scene. Hookahs available, but way too overpriced and not great quality.

    Good food and drinks.Worth noting that food and hookah are served in the same space, which surprisingly, was not a bad or overly smokey experience because hookah smoke is different than cigarette or cigar smoke. I dont like cigarette or cigar smoke when eating, but this was fine.
