    Fantastic little bar. Really friendly bartender ( Landon I think), nice reasonable priced drinks and free popcorn. The pocket bar Rose in particular was superb. There were a few other people in and being a small bar it was very easy to strike up conversation with everyone. What more could you ask for?

    Cute tiny bar, great atmosphere. The bartender is so friendly and was singing and dancing the whole time. Very cozy. Spent 3 hours with friends here just talking and the time went by so quick. Would definitely come back again! Great place for chatting/ catching up with friends or even a date with a special someone. Lots of fun

    We wandered in here after some plans fell through, AC was blasting beautifully and we were the only patrons there when we first walked in. The bartender Tiffany was so wonderful and chatted with us while the bar filled up. Warning to anyone looking for liquor there is none here, just mocktails, wine, and beer. Great Sangria though! All in all a great vibe bar, at one point everyone was just talking to each other as if we hadnt just met. Lovely bar.

    Incredible hole in the wall spot with attentive service and an “all are welcome” social environment. Definitely a neighborhood best.

    Meghan was the best bartender I think Ive ever had and its not even close (I myself am a bartender, you can trust me on this one). She was super knowledgeable about everything on tap and had the most infectiously positive personality. You can absolutely tell she loves her job.The space itself is small, so dont bring a huge group. Good beer, good wine, and not overly expensive (I got a Allagash Curieax draft for around $12, which is not bad for NYC prices). Oh, and free popcorn.

    Very small but cool place. I felt like a giant. A thirsty giant. And my thirst was slackened by the wonderful bartender. Unfortunately, I left just 60 seconds before a group of 8 beautiful women walked in. If I stayed, I am pretty sure they would have all fallen in love with my and my beard. I can barely manage one woman, imagine eight!?

    It’s called pocket bar for a reason! Super intimate space for conversation and meeting new people. Popcorn is a great snack and the drinks are perfect for a quick before or after show treat! Bartender was polite, receptive and kept the place orderly.

    I have spent many a night at this little gem of a bar having had great wine, great conversation and in great company. It’s a neighborhood spot that welcomes folks from any and all neighborhoods. The bar staff are all top notch — knowledgeable, friendly, just the right amount of curious and fantastically interesting. You want to be left alone with your Sunday paper, ain’t no thang. You want to strike up a conversation with a (soon to be) new friend, you’re in the right place. Easy and chill without feeling too, well, easy and chill. It’s an every kinda night kinda place. Oh, and did I mention there’s popcorn? Yeah. Yeah, there is.

    Such an amazing local find! A small neighborhood bar featuring wine and beer all on tap. The fabulous woman behind the bar might have been the highlight of our night. She was warm and welcoming. This is a great place for friends or a great date spot.

    We absolutely adore this tiny bar in Hells Kitchen. It possesses all of the elements that we love: fab music, friendly patrons, a chill vibe, lots of seats around the bar, dim lighting & an absolutely fantastic bartender.Since this place is so small the bartender is required to be the bouncer, card IDer, bar back, dishwasher & drink pourer. And no one does this better than Orlea. She has absolutely perfected customer service. She knows how to interact with a customer. She knows how to play terrific music. She knows how to wash glasses quickly (hopefully there is space for a glass washing machine some day).Starting your night ? Ending your night ? We did both & totally enjoyed ourselves.

    Amazing little wine bar. The Sangria is to die for. Owner is wonderful to chat with, really makes the place. Ive been here several times and its always packed. Its quite cozy but very much worth the wait for a seat to open up. Free popcorn is a nice touch!

    Went here with one of my girl friends yesterday and love this place! The bartender was super sweet. My friend had a really bad day and champagne with a side of shark totally helped to cheer her up. Well definitely be back in the summertime when unicorns are in season!

    Love this bar! Its just so much fun, the staff are amazing.Its a beer and wine only place just in case you where running for the tequila. But there sangria is a must try! You will even find a shark swimming around in your glass....As the name suggests its small so either get there early or be ready to squeeze in.Monday nights is free bingo with great prizes....just be ready for the dance off on a tie.

    We LOVED this place. Perfect for a beer or glass of wine at the end of the day, as well as a more raucous evening for Monday night bingo. We visited on Christmas Eve which was great fun and the hosts - Pip and Susie - were excellent, so much fun and even didn’t throw me out when I danced on the bar during a bingo prize dance-off. And for that: I am grateful. 😂❤️

    Youve really just gotta love this small friendly bar. Not really a tourist spot so youre sure to be able to relax and have your drinks prior to or after your theater experience. Its adorned in white tile so it gives off a lunch room/commissary vibe. Im looking forward to going back.

    Beautiful little spot to catch a few drinks and hear some good music. Suzy the bartender was super friendly and gave us some excellent ideas for the evening. Perfect levels of conversation and background tunes, nice options for both beers and wines, and Suzy also made us a crazy good shot that I have no idea what was in it.

    What a great place! Great vibe, great music, good drinks. Its simple, but it achieves just what it wants to do. Grace was amazing making us feel welcome and creating a fun atmosphere with everyone that came and went. Discovered we were basically neighbors in our home town across the nation. Highly recomment!

    Best bar in Manhattan. They have some of my favorite drinks - must try the sharknado! Great vibe each time I visit. The bar is lively and they’ve got an awesome playlist. The bartender is consistently attentive. Always can’t wait to go back!

    Just what we needed when we were early for our Rez at a restaurant in the neighborhood. My God this place is cute. Bartendress was so nice...always had a smile on her face, even when one of us knocked her drink over. We were able to get out of the cold, get a quick drink and start our night off right here.Highly recommended.

    I went on a weekend and it was decently crowded (which is not difficult to do since its a small place). They have a variety of drinks, from wine to beer. The bartender on staff that night was so friendly. Be sure to eat before you come here because they only serve hot pockets.

This is a tiny little bar where you cant help but get to know the friendly and fun bartenders, led by the owner Suzy who is a former Rockette and such a blast. Youll want to immediately come back.     Fantastic place. Great drink menu and super cool vibe in there. Wine list is really great with a few reds and a few whites by the glass and a few taps of beer with several different styles for whatever your taste. Oh and theres a good sangria, too. Staff was absolutely awesome as nd friendly. Made you feel at home even if youre from out of town.

    Found this little spot for a friends birthday. Lo was the best! She got the whole place to sing happy birthday to our friend. Drinks were great and the popcorn was a perfect snack while hanging out. Will definitely be here again next time were in town!

    Wow! Such a wonderful place. Just off the beaten path with an energy and Spirit that is uniquely its own!Not long ago, the place was named the #1 Bar in Manhattan. It then moved up to the #1 Bar in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx! Pretty cool for a new place. The owner, Suzy, is pretty cool too Id have to say.Ive been a couple of times now and no matter how many people I take...a dozen or even just one...we always have a great time! Ill definitely keep coming back!!

    One of the neighborhood gems. Tiny little pocket of a place that is typically full to overflowing and very loud. Friendly service, good set of taps (at least ten), wine and cocktails. Fresh popcorn, but no food.

    I just have to give this place 5 stars because of its quirkiness. I mean, in a place like NYC with skyrocketing property and rental prices, why wouldnt you love a bar that sneaks into a small little space and delivers awesome drinks!? Ive been here 3 times and each time Im greeted by smiles and cheerful vibes coupled with fun drinks. Im not sure more than 20 people could (legally) fit in this place, but im tempted to get a crew together and try! The close quarters feel intimate and although it can get cramped at times, you never feel rushed. Im a big fan of the red sangria and the staff always makes you feel important.
