    I went to this bar 10 years ago and one of my friends wanted to meet me here so, it was good to see how this place goes. I mostly came at late night but this time it was late afternoon, so it was different vibes and energy. We enjoyed live music and the band played very well. We had couple drinks before we went to next place. This bar reminded me when the time, I went out party almost every night.

    Mason was amazing! Beer was great and the beef fat fries were the best fries I’ve had in my entire life. Mason gave us great service and gave us tips for what to do after we left and how to get there!

    I had a good time here. On their brunch menu,I had a pretzel and lager beer. I enjoyed the pretzel, which came out hot with some sauces. The beer (lager and dark), of course was on point.I tried their kielbasa ( a type of sausage) on their grill menu ( you had to get up, order and pay separately, which I thought was inconvenient). But I enjoyed the smokiness and how juicy it was. It came with crispy fries and horseradish. The horseradish didn’t have the kick I was expecting, quick mild.We later came back to try the bone marrow, first time, and it was sublime. To be honest, I was unsure of the texture, but to my surprise it was smooth and creamy with a lot of juices. Great to spread on toast and top off with their relish.We sat outside and enjoyed our meals. The service was polite, friendly, efficient (because it can be very busy at dinner time) and they wore masks. The price was worth the experience and quality.Would come back!

    Went here with friends for brunch! Was able to easily modify a salad and the avocado toast to be vegan - it would be great if Radegast could put this on the menu as an option, would set it apart from other beer halls. The atmosphere was nice, it was pretty quiet when we arrived but started to get busier around 2pm. The beers were really good!

    It was a lot of fun! There were 9 of us and the quickly brought our beer and appetizers; there was very little wait. The beer was great - just what you would expect from a beer garden! And the food was excellent too. We tried a variety of brauts and all of them were good. Will definitely go back when Im in the neighborhood!

    Fantastic spot to have a beer and relax. Servers were very attentive and friendly. We went mid afternoon on a Friday with 9 people and it wasn’t that busy. Grabbed a few pitchers and ordered food. The food was the best part of the entire experience. Absolutely amazing sausage and house made dipping sauces.     One of my favorite places in Brooklyn to have a beer during summer time, its been probably around 6 years since the last time I was there and the service was even better now. The 2 bartenders during the Euro 2024 Germany game really amazed me how well they served in such a busy environment.

    Best place in the neighborhood for watching sporting events and rowdy nights. I came here for the Eurocup game between England and Italy, it was an amazing time. Long, solid wood tables that are perfect for getting a large group together.The entire hall was filled with people cheering and hollering, so expect a lively atmosphere. Other notes? Service was good, but they can get overwhelmed on big events: get there early and be prepared to save a spot and get your beer/food early. You might not be able to flag a waiter after.Food wise? Delicious! We’re shared the giant Bavarian pretzel, fries, and more. My friend ordered the currywurst and died/went to heaven upon first bite. The french fries were also made to perfection.Bottom line? Add this place to your Williamsburg Bar Hop NOW

    Really fun place with cool-vibe. Huge selection of beers and other drinks, nice food menu with desert options, also there is a grill corner where you can get amazing sausages or burger with few kinds of different mustard. Crispy fries and really good sauerkraut.Our server Nour was super friendly and cool, place was busy and very fun, even though it does get pretty loud in there.Great place to visit f you’re in the neighbourhood.

    Theres always a great vibe at Radegast! Our last visit was a Sunday afternoon and there was some great live music, plenty of seats, and amazing service. Most of the beers are great, but Id recommend the Spaten Lager for a classic European Lager taste. If youre in need of a snack, the loaded fries with bacon and paprika are a great shout! The place can get quite busy during the weekend evenings, but it all adds to the fun atmosphere.

    Authentic German Biergarten with an outstanding beer selection. You can order beers in one liter steins. Radegast features long family style tables which add to the atmosphere. They also have a grill which prepares a variety of German sausages. Great option for larger groups or watching soccer games (the atmosphere is perfect for soccer).

    The grilled sausages can be made better if they are not so charred. Good thing is there are plentiful of beer to go around and a live band to cover up the charred sausages. They still taste good but it could be better... There are so many beers to select that you can spend forever just looking at the menu. It’s a huge place with long communal tables which makes a great place to hang out with friends. The whole place reminds me of the HB keg house at Munich.

    We did not eat here so food comment is only about the beer.Vast open biergarten set in an old warehouse, we went for beers on a lazy Sunday night.More expensive than Brooklyn Brewery but a lot nicer atmosphere inside.     Beers were great and the atmosphere is amazing. Probably super fun during Oktoberfest. They have a bratwurst stand in the back that has great brats and sausages and the bartenders were super nice. Later on in the night things got roudier and people were standing on top of the tables dancing. Super awesome vibe

    Had a great time at Radegast. Came here for lunch and a beer with family. When we got here the place was empty so we had our pick of seating. The waiter was very nice and considerate. He turned the music down when he noticed we had a newborn with us. (Even though we did not ask!)Our group tried the Avocado toast and the Curry Bratwurst with sweet potato fries and a prrtzel. I would highly recommend all of the items.Would def recommend stopping in with friends. There is plenty of large tables for big groups.

    Loved the atmosphere. The live music Saturday night was fun.     We came here on Saturday around 3pm, 3 pre-made aperol spritz and a couple shots deep which is lowkey a lot for me at this point in my career. Im on the back 9. I dont have the same lift I once did. Father time is truly undefeated.I walked in here blown away at the energy that couldnt help but remind me of the atrium at Lambda Chi Alpha in my glory days at USC. Patrons standing on benches with their drinks, guys needing one more drink before they try to talk to that one girl, a few people WAY too drunk where youre thinking damn his homies gotta get him home, heads bobbing to some live music that is loud enough that you need a light yell to communicate, all as the natural light from the sun floods in through the skylights to illuminate all the faces in the placeAt the ripe age of 28, I was on my Im lowkey too old for this... until I went and got a $25 Stein that took me all the way through the end of the day.On another note, day drinking has become FAR superior to night drinking in my twilight years. You wake up with no hangover, you can get all cozy in bed knowing you already hit your socialization quota and get no FOMO, you can see what people actually look like, and something about aperol flooding my veins when the sun rays are hitting my Mexican skin just feels right.My only regret is that I didnt get a pretzel because my one true love in this life is a good ole soft pretzel, and I saw one go by and it was looking at me CRAZY.     I was randomly walking by on a Saturday night on the way to the L when I saw people dancing on the tables and benches to ABBA in a completely wholesome way. My friend and I had to step in to see what was happening. 2 hrs later we emerge. My friend ran into his long lost high school classmate from San Diego while discussing a cockroach in the men’s bathroom. I was reborn after dancing to the top 50 from high school. What a magical place.

    Radegast Hall has always been one of my favorites in NYC. The beer hall and restaurant are so big they can accommodate big or small groups. I had my last minute birthday celebration there and it was the perfect spot for so many reasons. (Youd understand if you live in NYC). I wish they would waive the cake cutting fee for a large group that spent a substantial amount of money.

They have the regular german sausages like brats or currywursts, but also a delicious wagyu sausage worth trying!And their fries are top notch!Tip: avoid going on a weekend.     I did not realize that there were excellent Biergartens in NYC. Radegast is definitely up there in terms of service, atmosphere, and food.We were able to get a giant eight Cedar table outside of the restaurant, and there was a QR code on the tables that let you individually open tabs in order food. Note that if you want any of the grill options, you have to physically walk inside to the grill and order separately from there.The grill has a lot of good options ranging from different types of sausages to sides like French fries. They are freshly made delicious. You can buy an aïoli to go beautifully with the grilled items, or you can grab any one of the free condiments on the side of the grill. I would also highly recommend getting their french fries. These might be some of the best french fries you will find in New York City!We also got their pretzel with beer cheese, mustard, and a pickle. My only critique would be that the beer cheese is lacking. It needs something more because in its current form, it is pretty flavorless and too watery.The pitchers of beers for $20 is an excellent price! The pitchers are easily at least 60 ounces! It filled up over 3 glasses. Their wheat beer is excellent and pairs really well with the foods they serve.

    Radegast is awesome, but for a beer hall, a social location centered around an activity that only people over the age of 21 can partake in, there were way too many children. Just a warning to those who may think they are going to experience an adult-centered drinking experience. For reference, we are mid-20s adults and it was early April. I would really appreciate a child-free hour, like how pools have adult swimming time. We left because of this and went to another beer spot nearby, which was also littered with children.

    Have come here with friends and family and always have a great time! The drinks are great and big in size. The food is delicious. And the service is fantastic. Love Carlos the bartender for always being so sweet and providing amazing service. Definitely a go to spot.

    Most proper German beer-hall I have found in the city. Great selection of German beers. Awesome vibes with large community tables. Prices are on the higher side but they do have good beer+food specials on certain nights that are a great deal. Frequently offers live music, which often times brings in local dancers enjoying the music. Weekend days and nights are always crowded but if you find a good seat or spot to hang out then youre in for a good time. They do have a full bar as well but to me the entire appeal of a German beer hall is the bier so I have yet to try any of their bar drinks.

    I had the jumbo pretzel, which I shared with my friend, delicious. They had this cheese beer sauce to dip the pretzel in. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, it was great. I accompanied that with a rum and coke. They used this American made rum that was one of the best rums Ive ever tasted. My friend ate the bratwurst infused with cheese and jalapeno and said it was delicious.

    Got a bratwurst from the grill, absolutely delicious. The bartender also recommended a beer since I wasnt familiar with any of them, and he was spot on, wish I remembered the name. Light and Crispy, perfect after a day of traveling. Will definitely try coming back next time Im in town!

    Excellent service! People are very helpful and willing to recommend food and beer if you are interested in exploring new things. The environment is very comfortable. Great for anything from a date to a group gathering. However, if you are taking a group its good to be there early as it gets packed. The food is absolutely delicious. My top favorite was the tartare and the lentil soup. Both a must!!

    Large indoor beer garden. Servers are pretty busy but you can pretty much seat yourself. There is a station inside that grills amazing sausages. The beer there is great and has a wide selection of European beer. They usually have live performances often. Overall its a fun place and I wouldnt hesitate to bring any friends there for good drinks and food.

    Saturday afternoon live brass band is such a fun time! A few tips:1. It gets hot in there - dress accordingly. Little to no AC and weak fans. In summer/fall you (and everyone else) will sweat.2. Likely that for the live performance all of the tables will be reserved by large groups in advance. If you’re 2-4 people, likely to be able to just squeeze or dance your way into a table or group. Every reservation of 25 people is bound to have flakes.3. Grill in the back is awesome - delicious meats and fries and quick orders.

    I’m in love with this place! I don’t live near by but I’ll definitely come back often especially now during the summer. The beers are amazing and the food (veal schnitzel meal is my favorite) is delicious! The environment is very cool and love the playlist playing there. The service is also 5 stars for me.

    We found this German beer hall after a last minute, quick Google search and although from the outside it looked a little dirty (like most places in New York) inside was a delightful surprise. It was very busy, the crowd trendy and music was delivered by a cool instrumental band. Our visit was during mid day and we only ordered a pretzel, which was good but the other food served to the people around us looked really good.

    Cool beer hall - I loved the ambiance and my giant pretzel. I am not so into German beers, but if you are dont let the only 4 stars deter you.     If you like Bier Gardens, youll love this place. Either go with a group of friends or a casual date, obviously the spring summer weather is best. Super great atmosphere, the food is amazing beyond amazing, and they have a huge selection of beers. If you want, they have someone come over with a list and explain the different beers, gives you a few samples to help get you exactly what you want. Its really a great place to go and enjoy and relax and just have a good time.

    The actual place is unique, feels like you are drinking at a barn with a retractable roof. Sausages are made in an open grill in the back with good selection most raging around $10. Great draft beer selection where youll find the usual delicious German beer. They also have a full bar with good cocktails. Live music most of the week.

    This place has become our new favorite beer garden! Our server (Jonah) was fabulous! He treated a group of 7 of us so great! We got the pretzel and it was delicious. We arrived at around 1:00 on a Sunday and it wasn’t packed so we were seated right away. By 2:30 it was packed and people had to stand in some areas so maybe arrive a little earlier than that if you want to sit. But definitely a great experience and I know I’ll be back

    The food is actually really good, and the fries are nice with the homemade, house mustard. I dont particularly like mustard, but this mustard is pretty awesome and addictive! Good atmosphere, lively crowd and bands playing at the entrance of the beer hall. Hooks on the wall for coats, friendly staff walking around to take drink orders, a bit loud for conversation.

    Lively and fun beer hall with a wider selection (including Shandy beer cocktails) and live music! Natural light and fresh air made this establishment not as dark and stuffy as other bars. When coming here with a group, it may be a challenge to find a table but we managed. Service at the tables was a little slow but mainly because of how busy the place was!

    What a fun place! I guess we got there early, on Saturday at 1pm. There were plenty of seating available and we were able to enjoy our beer to cool down the heat. Excellent music.     First and foremost, this place is huge. It definitely has that German bierhall vibe that it’s going for. Every time I’ve been here it’s very crowded in a way that makes you feel comfortable. Like you’re in a social gathering space. I didn’t get to try any of the food other than the pretzels which were not bad. Only thing is it’s kind of messy. There’s beer everywhere and empty glasses on every table. Otherwise definitely hit the spot

    We were visiting NYC over Christmas and staying at a flat down the street. We popped in on the 2nd night (1st night was Christmas and we tried!) and came back every night for a nightcap. Such a European feel with the friendliest bartenders and patrons! The pretzel was fabulous and when the kitchen was closed you we went out back where they were grilling the best Brats! We also caught a fantastic reggae band there! We highly recommend! Ask for Joe and/or Zach and tell them Ft. Worth sent you!
