    Intimate and classy speakeasy. The cocktails were pretty good, and theres a fun menu option for you to describe what you want to the bartender and theyll come up with something for you. Would recommend as a date spot. We got lucky as a walk-in but you should likely reserve ahead of time. We just missed the live jazz portion of the night by a bit, but will consider coming back for that!

    Everything you could want from a speakeasy. We absolutely loved the live band and the craft cocktails. Perfect chill intimate vibes.

    I had reservations for a Saturday night. When we arrived, our seats were ready for us.The place was very clean and the lighting and ambiance was cozy. We ordered about 4-6 drinks total and they were all generous with alcohol. We had made a request for a specific type of drink and the staff was very accommodating and sensitive to our needs.I was there for my birthday and the staff made it a memorable way for me to cap off the night with the great service and attention to detail. The service was maybe a bit slow at some points, but still had a great time and would visit again if in NYC.

    We were able to walk in here around 8:30 on a Friday evening. The host greeted us at the street level door, and guided us on a long descent down several staircases to the space underground. We sat at the bar, and enjoyed a few drinks of their cocktail list. The space is intimate, and has a very exclusive, clubby feel. We weren’t able to stay long enough for the live music, but will be back on an evening when we’re able to enjoy that as well.

    This is a drinks only bar with small bites like cheese, olives, etc. The atmosphere is incredible, the entrance makes it feel like a true speakeasy. The band was so talented, hoping they have a residency there! The drinks were incredible, we had the Peruvian Flower and the Baby Grey.Were definitely going to be coming back to this spot on future NY trips - and hopefully stay in the Walker Hotel!

    Pretty good speakeasy - the menu had the classic drinks and the bartenders can craft something based on your interests. But I was a little underwhelmed with the overall experience given how difficult it typically is to get a reservation / get in here. Note: there was no live music while I was there, so I’m sure that would add to the experience.

    Enjoyed my first experience at Saint Tuesday. Came in on a Sunday and it was like a quiet chills vibe, which I absolutely love. I hope to come back again.I ordered something from the ‘Bartender’s Choice’ where the bartender makes a drink based on your taste. Definitely a good move.

    Went for the Maccabee pop up and it is so nice to see something full out Chanukah for a change!! The Ocho Candelikas drink was delicious! Service was great too. Not sure how it is for regular bar, may have to check that out in the future.

    Strong drinks good music. I had a great time and pro tip They have a couch cushion by the bar that you can sit on.If you get in early enough, you can sit on the couch cushion and watch the live jazz music. Had a great time!

I’m so torn to review because I really really don’t want this to hit mainstream 🥺 it’s such a great spot!I am so confused how the ratings are so low and I’m pretty sure because they tried to walk-in. In a post-Covid world, you need a reservation.. While this is in SoHo, it’s a very intimate spot.I would come here with 4 people max. It’s not for those that are looking to pregame. Go to a dive bar around the corner.I would recommend this for any date you actually like & would like to get to know and flirt. The music is also very good but chill enough that you can have some conversation over which I really like as well!Highly recommend for those that are open & looking for a different activity than you’re run of the mill NYC.

    Quintessential NY ambiance here. A literal underground jazz club that takes reservations and has jazz nightly. No cover or drink min! Very sexy vibe.

    Saint Tuesday is a hidden gem, emphasis on the hidden; the door is unassuming, and directions are hard to find. We found the entrance only by asking the small crowd of 10 or so people all waiting to be let in. Being so short on staff, there is often no one available to open the door for guests on busier nights. We waited maybe 15-20 min past our reservation time in the pouring rain, wondering if we had even come to the right place.Once we were inside, however, all was forgiven. The bartenders choice was a great surprise! We asked for a twist on a whiskey sour and got possibly one of our new favorite drinks. The live music was also amazing. If you love jazz and cocktails, you cant go wrong with Saint Tuesday. Its up the first set of stairs on Cortlandt Alley coming off Walker St. Just be patient.

    Very speakeasy esque. drinks are ok but flatbread was actually really good??? service was quite slow though - drinks and food both took a while to getdrinks - didn’t love the peruvian flower even though it’s apparently their most popular.the laphroig in the blackberry & mild was too overpowering.pineapple paradise punch was ok.the bartenders choice was actually decent. martinis i asked for something similar to a penicillin and it was actually really goodall the seats are like next to neat other (as opposed to across the table) so very good for a date lol.

    Very cool speakeasy bar in hidden away in the basement of the Walker Hotel. Impossible to find on your own—you’ll need to follow their host to get there. Amazing cocktails and a cozy, hidden vibe. Perfect spot for a unique night out.

    Loved my experience here! We went pretty early and were able to snag 2 spots at the bar without having a reservation - usually it is expected for you to make a reservation because there is high demand here. It is pretty hard to spot the entrance - the only indication is a little ST on the glass door and the host standing at the door. The drinks were amazing, and we didnt even order from the menu! We just asked the bartender to make us something based on our regular drinks, my friend even asked for a drink based on a FEELING, and they were able to nail it. Live jazz starts around 10pm, I believe. The music was great and the place is so small it feels really intimate. Definitely recommend for a fun but relaxed evening plan

    Beautiful, moody, intimate, romantic spot to listen to jazz and cozy up. A great way to end an evening out. Drinks and food options were lack luster. Keep in mind you cannot order food from the restaurant above while there. Totally recommend going out to eat prior to coming here. Great date night spot

    We had a great time here yesterday!The bar itself is hard to find, and it was easy to miss. If there wasn’t anyone standing outside, we could have not known. And yes, it’s exactly where it is on google maps.We were brought down all the way to the basement and were welcomed by a dark, cosy ambiance. Candles were lit and the lights were dimmed.The drinks were all fantastic! I loooove their in house cocktails vs a classic (i ordered the martini and felt like it wasn’t too mindblowing, but still good, decent).Would come back.

    I think this is a pretty underrated cocktail bar. But it’s pretty tiny and it’s a really creepy/ weird maze to go down to this basement to get inside. And not in a cute speakeasy type way. But the vibe inside is really cool and the drinks are pretty good so it’s worth it when you make down the random stairs.

    I almost would rather not write a raving review of Saint Tuesday to keep this new speakeasy a continued hidden gem, that only people in the know would discover. But my experience here on Valentines felt very special I have to share it with others.The staff catered to our request to be seated by the booths, and offered an alternative Valentines menu. They made our customized cocktails so well. This is a beautiful hidden bar in a basement with jazz all night long. If you bring your date here they would be totally smitten by you.

    Sit at the bar and tell the barkeeper what your taste is. Have a an excellent time and discover new drinks!I came without any prior knowledge of the place. And left with a few pro tips on how to make great cocktails and made a few new friends along the way.(Five starts for food, but I mean the drinks. Did not have food.)

    We were received by an exceptional host named Aleshia. Incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We got there early but she mad it work. And my partner and I were sat very soon after arriving. The bartender was friendly, made great cocktails, and served quickly. The venue was clean and well organized in my opinion. The music was great. And the vibe too. Intimate setting with jazzy tunes. Would recommend for a date night or even going single and chilling at the bar. Saw few singles mingling at the bar which was cute.

    Ive been to St. Tuesday about a half dozen times now over the last several years, and I can say this about very few places in New York: every single time has been top notch. From the warmth of the host to the skill of the bartenders to the conversations with strangers at the bar to the architecture of the space itself, St. Tuesday has become a really special place to me. Still the best negroni I have ever had in my life.

    Cool little speakeasy! Walked in without a res on a rainy Wednesday around 8 and they had a few spots. The doorman and host were friendly and the bartender, Mikey, was exceptional. Generally speaking it seems like they have a cool cocktail list but will also make you a drink based on what you describe you like. Mikey made us awesome drinks and even wrote out the recipe for us. Right around when we had to leave they were starting live jazz. Recommend!

    Low key speakeasy, intimate vibe. It works so far. I was glad I visited a quiet, half-empty speakeasy, enjoying just what they are intended for.It didnt hype out yet with a 100 tourists line outside the place like all those not-so-speakeasy places from top10 list.Enjoy it. Music was live, but meh. Just ambient music, but I am sure they have different bands rotating there.

    Great speakeasy bar, tucked away in one of the centrally located hotel - Walker Hotel Tribeca. I ended up going there twice because of the amazing cocktails, good bartenders and live jazz. This bar has a very exclusive feel. Highly recommend this bar, and ask for bartenders choice of drink

    Loved it here. Great speak easy vibes. You should definitely make reservations online. Its an intimate space and highly sought after. You enter in a sketchy graffiti lined alley. There is almost no signage so look for a line. You have to wait for the doorman to come greet u but once inside it worth the wait. Drinks were great. Will definitely be back.

    Nice live jazz and great bartenders choice options. Very satisfied with some smoky whiskey mystery drink and the more traditional Moscow mule (but in a glass rather than copper mug). Didnt have to wait too long for a table, maybe about 10 minutes. Very unpretentious compared to other concept bars. Would come again.

    The ambiance is great. Feels hidden, good jazz band, pretty people. If you took someone there, they would be impressed. Specialty cocktails nothing special, just order your normal drink. Also did not see any food on the menu. Go, have a few drinks, have fun.

    I had to make a reservationIt was difficult to find the entrance. Same goes for the exit.I think its located on the 2nd or 3rd floor underground.I went there to listen to jazz music, but they said the performance starts at 10pm 😂
