    We went there for dinner before a show and the food and service are excellent. We had the nachos and the loaded burger. Both were good size portions and tasted great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The decor was perfect to feel like a cozy neighborhood bar that you would want to go to and hang out and have a few drinks without any pretentiousness. We will be back!

    What a cool bar with fun vibes! We were meeting friends for lunch next door on a Sunday afternoon but had some time to kill and stopped in for a drink. When we found out they were running late, we were getting hungry and ordered some onion rings. I wasnt expecting much from bar food but the onion rings were pretty good and definitely hit the spot. Plus, drink prices are reasonable, and the place feels clean. We actually ended up popping back after lunch for another drink. There was a football game going on, and the staff was playing some kind of contest to engage the crowd.If I knew about this spot back in my youth, I can definitely see it as a bar I would have frequented.

    We didnt eat here, Just drinks. Service was excellent. John, the bartender, was pleasant and good at his job. We admired the Santa Claus balloon behind the bar and the cook in the kitchen came out with a balloon dog for my friend. It just made her day!!! The assortment of old beer taps as decor is amazing.

    Tommy is the MAN!! Come for the games, stay for the vibe, such a great place to grab some brews and some food! The sliders are FANTASTIC!! And the boneless wings! And the fries! Don’t think twice, come and hang out!!

    This is becoming one of my favorite neighborhood Hangouts. Pizza is amazing. Great assortment of beers and cider, and really friendly fun staff. Thursday night is Singo, its like Bingo but with music and prizes. Check it out its a blast!

    Im enjoying a cold soda in a Kiabacca glass purchased several years ago during a trip to NYC...Cowboys vs Giants game. The food at this restaurant was incredible! Pizza and hot sandwich. Hope to someday return to NYC.

    Buffalo wings are legit. Id dare say some of the best in Manhattan. Place has a real hometown atmosphere and plenty of screens to watch games. Restaurant is split up between a more game watching area and a sit down restaurant. Well be back no doubt.

    The wings are great. I’m not sure they are exactly old school Scruffy Duffys I remember from my youth, but they were definitely decent. Very plump and juicy. The only thing is..the blue cheese was awful. Standard blue cheese dressing, and nothing special. This is important when serving quality wings. To me at least. But maybe I am alone. Their bet selection was fine. And the bartenders were friendly and attentive. I’ll be back.

    Visited New York with my mum and we came here for dinner one night, the music was great, good amazing and staff very attentive. We ended up coming here almost every night of our holiday. If I’m ever in New York again. I’d definitely come back. Highly recommend the chicken with garlic parm sauce

    Look like a great atmosphere, i was jus passing through. Everyone was enjoying the baseball game, and it looks like a great sports bar, i was actually looking for the steelers vs. Jets game. I didnt want to bother Noone and change a television jus for me, so I walked down a little further to watch football games. Ill definitely be returning to get a full experience.

    Great spot....good food, good beer, really friendly and helpful service. Happy hour drinks from 4pm to 7pm. Showing sports including soccer but screens are behind the bar so not at all overtaking the atmosphere if its not your thing. Loved it, will be back next visit to NYC!

    4.5 Initially came over to this area to check out Pony Bar next door. Their tap list was ok but pours were pricy ($7) and short (14oz max). This bars tap list and happy hour ($5) caught my eye. Pizza was excellent. Ample seating. Great music eclectic mix of indie rock and classic rhythm and blues. Service was prompt and friendly.

    Love the happy hour menu here! Great place to visit on a Friday night as well. Prices are great and the pizza is even better. The owner is amazing and the staff is friendly. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

    Wings were great! They need to move the pool table to allow for people to sit without having random pool cues invading their space but thats a problem for any place with a pool table..so thats not a knock against the place at all.

    Im so happy to have this place around the block from my apartment. This is a great bar to go to to have a conversation and relax if you are not in the mood for fighting crowds on hells kitchen. Tons of beer and pizza on the menu, plus some tasty mixed drinks means everyone will be happy here.

    The pizza is pretty good. Its surprising and how weak the beermenu is given the association with ponybar. If you pick something at random from the menu at pony bar, Ill probably like 80% of it. Here, its probably closer to 30%. Lots of light beers and macro lagers. They do have a few nice beers too though.

    My Monday night spot as they have pizza specials: $9 for their pies. Bring a friend and share in the goodness.I celebrated a birthday here and everyone had a blast. They have good beers on tap and cider. The bartenders are really cool and they let you sample the beer before you try it.Pizzas they sell them by the pie. Many insteresting flavor combos. The Alexander Hamilton i highly recommend. Also the Conflicted and Bro heavy. All the flavors ive tried have been delicious. They are about $12 per pie. Cool and chill place to just enjoy a drink and good pizza. Their wings are meaty and really good i recommend them! They also have sandwiches although i havent tried them.Prices are what you would expect for the area. Around $8-$10 for apps and $10-15 for pizza but the great thing about Kiabbaca is that each item is big enough to be shared so it lessens the blow if youre a BOB like myself and want to split with another cheap bastard. Same owners as Pony Bar next door. So if Pony Bar is too crowded get some good grub and beer here. Or go to Pony Bar if you just want to drink as they have a larger beer selection.

    Pretty large place owned by the same people as the pony bar next door, with a similar set of taps and slightly upscaled pub food, specializing in pizza. The pizzas are smaller than ny style, more the size of an Italian style pizza, usually consumable by one person, especially if your drinking beer. I dont like the pizza at all, the crust tastes like frozen pizza crust, it is crunchy more like a cracker than crispy like pizza crust, and a little too thick for the size of the pie. The music here is always playing very loud, so even if there arent too many people you have to shout to be heard. I dont understand why this is necessary.

    Went to this place on our second visit to New York and absolutely loved it. It became our favorite spot as we befriended one of the bartenders and always got great service when going there.I do see its permanently closed which is a pity because for me it was one of the great bars of Hells Kitchen.

    Delicious!!! The pizza is killer! I brought friends here to visit my favorite bartender (Jeff), they had no intention to eat (I did!!!). They said that didnt care for pizza, BUT after one bite of my pie they promptly ordered three more. They havent stoped raving about it since. Personal favorites are the CPR, the Clamdigger, and the Greek Peak. Also bartender makes a killer Manhattan!!!

    Great place to go with large groups of people or for a nice night out in NYC.I came here with one of my girlfriends. There is outdoor seating. We ordered the boneless chicken wings and onion rings, which were pretty decent for bar food. After eating, we enjoyed a round of darts inside. There is also a pool table inside the bar and great music. They had a selective variety of music, mostly songs that are currently popular in the mainstream regardless of the genre.The only experience I did not like was the service. Our server smelled like alcohol and forgot to serve our water then pretended like we never mentioned we wanted a beverage. Maybe he forgot to tend to us because we were sitting outside and not within the workers purview. Still not a good excuse for poor service.

    Stumbled into Scruffy Duffys one evening and had a blast with my staff. Its got a variety of bar games and some of the best bartenders in the city. Definitely a dive, but thats what makes it great.

    A bead of sweat drips off davids forehead. i take another sip of my high noon. works done and 78 degrees in early april is a welcome surprise. the boys are ready to rumble (9 guys, 1 felixs girlfriend) and theres only one spot in the big apple that can quench our big thirsts. Vito grabs the menu, scans, smiles; its philly cheese steak time. Beers? next question. chocolate ganache? youre at the wrong spot lib! Only thing i didnt like about this spot was my wife got the bars phone number! cant blame em for that (i guess)! Time to finish my beer and get back in the dog house

    On a business trip and first time here. The craft beers are awesome. I ordered the wings (hot) and they were some of the best I ever had. The guys behind the bar were experienced with the craft beers and great customer service. The IPA I had was great and watched some good football at the bar. Thanks!

    We caught happy hour which was great and affordable. $5 drinks on tap and margaritas. Great wings for $0.75 a pop! The place had a good atmosphere and people kept the darts flying constantly. For a Friday night, it actually wasnt too crowded.

    The extra hot wings did not dissapoint. Super flavorful, and at first I thought they were mild, but about five wings I started gettin the kick. I was like, these arent that hot, and then I was like, oh no, yes they are. So good. I ate all eight, my lips and fingers were numb. The Guinness also superb. I sat by myself at the bar and had an incredible late lunch (5:30pm). Should eat healthier but Hey. they said the wings were well respected so I had to try em. Cheers

    We (a group of four friends) showed up a little late on a Saturday night after leaving a nearby party. We were a little loud (nothing too unruly!), a little raucous (the conversation got pretty political - but never uncivil!), and we ended up being the last ones in the bar. We were never hurried or hassled or even looked at, askance, in any way, just greeted and served courteously and efficiently for the two (or was it three?!) rounds of drink we had, until we were good and done! Got to hand it to the most patient and accommodating bartender in the neighborhood, if not the entire city, who nevertheless had a sly, wry look and devilish glint in his eye the whole time! Its a sports bar, so there are apparently several large screen TVs throughout, but I dont even remember what was on them or if they were even on (though they must have been)! We only drank, so I cant speak to the food options, but the craft and other beer selections were great. Overall, excellent place for an after-party pint or two (three?), and much more, Im sure. Highly recommended!

    Great spot I frequent on Friday afternoons. Happy hour specials are top of the line with a variety of beers and mixed drinks. Food menu is on the slim side, but my friends have enjoyed their meals. Garlic knots are killer! Also, last time I was there they installed a Super Nintendo emulator on one of the TVs for customers to play. Jacqueline, the usual Friday afternoon bartender is friendly, inviting and overall a master at her job.

    I first visited the bar on its original site circa 20 years ago, so couldn’t resist checking out Mark II whilst back in NYC with my wife and son.I’m delighted to say it is still the same fantastic, friendly, fun bar I remember.The selection of beers was superb and the guys behind the ramp were more than happy to step you through the list to help make a choice- Merman from Coney Island came out favourite with me and my son, but competition was stiff!The service through out was brilliant, the attentive but never over baring bar tenders spotting when your beer was getting low just a the right minute.The food was also still delicious, a hearty juicy cheeseburger for my boy and - of course- 2 flavours of the awesome wings for my wife and I to try (sweet chilli and spicy BBQ both as fresh and flavoursome as your own back yard barbi).All this served up to a drop dead classic sound track, covering rock classics from 70s-80s (GnR; Creedence; The Who; Rush to name but a few) pitched at the right level to keep an old fella rockin but still able to chat with the family.Guys thanks for an amazing evening, God willing it won’t be another 20 years before I’m back.CHEERS 🍻

    Ive been coming here regularly for 3 years, and I love it. Their baked wings are perfect and their Buffalo dipping sauce is delicious. I love the bro heavy pizza, but their margherita is great which is a good barometer. The staff are always super friendly, they have a huge selection of (cold!) draught beer, and their wine selection is surprisingly good for a pizza bar. The ambiance here, though, is even better than food and service. It just feels like a super comfortable place to hang.
