    Had a quick pop in at the bar on Xmas for some pasta and cocktails. Bartender was really nice guy, even though he was really busy working solo he was still attentive and took care of us. Pasta was pretty good, not like really next level or anything but pretty good. Truffle tagliatelle and a carbonate we got, not bad.

    I went with a group of 6, and so we were able to try at least 6 dishes on their menu. We tried pasta carbonara, penne a la vodka, lasagna, taglioni beef ribs, ravioli porcini, and the chicken kids meal. Everything was very good and came really fast to the table. I especially recommend the raviolis and the taglionis. The lasagna was a bit too acidic for our taste, but it was good nonetheless. I think the restaurant could use an upgrade as the top floor seems old style. I didnt like that we had to ask for a bread service to the table, usually thats a given.

    So happy to see Serafina’s is back to its old self. Good food good service great location. An adorable spot for good quality (and a little bit trendy) Italian food. Nice big bar and “hip” downstairs area with a lovely upstairs area that is a little quieter and more family oriented. Unfortunately the food was too good for me to take very many pictures, but it was all delicious. very good martinis as well with a nice selection of gins

    We had a nice experience here for lunch. All the food was very tasty and came fairly quickly. We walked in from the street without reservation. We sat outside were it became really hot with the sun baking so we asked for the waiter to put on the selling fan. The service was nice but a bit slow.

    Their Tagliolini Tartuffo Nero is the best Italian dish I have tried. DO NOT MISS. Overall it’s an expensive place but definitely worth the price. Surprisingly even the fries at the place had some personality. Will go regularly.

    The food, service and atmosphere were all amazing. The staff were very nice and attentive. I had the cacio e pepe, which was delicious and very filling. Unfortunately I also came here for tiramisu, but it turned out they were out of it, which was disappointing. Other than that it was good.

    Great food in a great place. Bruschetta is a good start, I had gnocchi and my wife a tasty salmon. Gnocchi seemed overcooked but still in the positive side. We also ordered a caprise salad that was a little bit too expensive for what it was… overall, positive experience.

    Went there with my wife and daughter. We started with spinach salad and the grilled octopus.... Then my daughter ordered the lobster ravioli and my wife and I had the steak and fries... The salad was excellent and the octopus even better especially with the condiment paste which seemed to have horseradish which gave it a nice freshness. The octopus was perfectly cooked too... The ravioli was good and the steak was very good. We finished with espresso and rocatta cheese cake. Had a full meal and I would repeat... Good stuff.

    Friendly staff, great food, large portions, cozy atmosphere, for family, couples or alone. Plenty of seating.I have been to over 53 countries, and they have the best fried calamari I have ever eaten. I also love their Fafalla al limoncherio. I come to New York once every couple of months. This is the one staple stop I make every time I come.

    Pomodoro spaghetti is delicious, though it appears the dish was prepared and ready, but not served promptly since its served warm.Roasted potatoes is good 👍 also the margarita pizza .

    Awesome service, and very good food!I go every time I am in nyc and I am never disappointed.We took a Buratta (very good but missing some seasoning and more cherry tomatoes..),The tuna tartar which was good and fresh!And a Fughi pizza (excellent).The wine is always good ( red and white)

    Popped in for dinner on a sunday night and thankfully we were seated downstairs right away without a reservation. menu has a lot of variety and of course all the classics. the host(i didn’t catch his name) was so jovial it was very nice to see. we had pizza and salad, which were both very good and served quickly. the fig vinaigrette was amazing! i do wish they had bread baskets with the meals but no other complaints! would recommend to a friend and would go back

    Serafina Always was a wonderful alternative to the Serafina we originally planned on going to that was booked for a private party.Mateo, our server,was the main reason for the good vibes and service of our Friendsgiving dinner. I highly recommend coming here after work for dinner with friends or coworkers.

    I popped in on Sunday evening and there was an amazing bartender working there. Turns out she was Ukrainian , and her name was KsenIa. She concocted a Manhattan for me , and I swear it was the best Manhattan I e ever tasted. She was super friendly, and engaging also. What a pleasant surprise, and it’s great to see that attentive, and competent bartenders still exist in NYC !!!!

    Beautiful setting, great service, and impeccable food. We came in off of the street from touring around the city and were not dressed for the place, but starving. They didnt bat an eye and served us with smiles.

    Serafina Always hosted a group of 22 of us in a Saturday evening. The service was phenomenal, the food was fresh and delicious and the ambiance in the semi-private room was perfect! Thanks so much to Milan, who helped me plan this diva themed evening! I look forward to visiting again. Neighborhood gem!!! Highly recommend!

    I hate I didnt post a pic of the food we ordered. My husband had angel pasta Alfredo with grilled shrimp. He graciously allowed me to try it, and it was absolutely amazing! I ordered old faithful lasagna! This pasta was authentic as it gets. The tomato sauce was obviously homemade, coupled with a meat sauce to die for. The lasagna had the perfect portion of cheeses (not too much and not lacking enough)! The atmosphere was so warm and cozy ( the lights were just dim enough to be a romantic spot or light enough to still enjoy with friends. I suggest u give this place a try! Youll love it!

    A true Italian with an amazing history!Founders of this legendary restaurant got lost at sea in a small boat and pledged to open up a restaurant which makes the best pizza if they could survive.And then, this place born in Upper East Side, New York City.Our visit was fabulous. Kids love the Tennis pasta and I just fell in love with their white pizza - Tartufo NeroThis location is a bit small and the entrance is narrow but they have plentiful of room in upstairs.Calamari is a must to try and also they serve Bruschetta pretty quickly - gyi

    Great iced tea. The pizzas are fantastic. This is one of the better Sarafinas. The prosciutto with mozzarella on bread is a must have for anyone who likes prosciutto.

    Stopped by for dinner on a friday night. Cozy and inviting restaurant. The mushroom ravioli was great, had a slight cinnamon to it which was surprisingly tasty. Chicken parmigiana was delicious, huge and crispy with a side of tomato pasta. Meatballs were also large portioned and had a great blend. Would recommend and come back for other dishes.

    Great food and service! They have one of the best tiramisu I have ever had! We had gnocchi di mama, paglia e fieno, and bruschetta. No complaints on any of the items! Everything tasted well! We couldnt try the tagiolini tarfuro Nero because it was over. Booking a table is recommended, but walk-in can work (less crowded time and day)

    Wanted to try Serafina Always since I had been many times to Serafina Broadway in Midtown West. It was a cold February night and we were lucky to get a table here for 8:30pm (other locations fully booked). We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space here. We requested a table away from the door and were seated upstairs which was perfect. Service was very good (for those who read reviews about bad service which had made us skeptical as well before). We got some beers, the lobster and crab ravioli, Margarita pizza and vodka sauce special pizza too, burrata and meatballs. Everything was delicious and served quick. Pizza was thin crust and really good. Ravioli was delicious as well as the appetizers. I suggest that management add complimentary bread as well to start which is usually a given at any Italian restaurant and we were surprised to not get offered any here.

    I ordered there penne alla vodka in vodka sauce with chicken.... loved it and the atmosphere was dope as well. Food was great truly. Service was very good and friendly and accommodating also. Its definitely a must try to those who havent been there yet dope spot right by Lennox hill hospital area... well be going again soon too.

    You can sit and relax for hours in Serafina. Its as if each dish is prepared just for you. Everything on the menu delights your senses. The staff is family with warm smiles and careful anticipation. This restaurant is easily one of the best restaurants in Manhattan. Always a delicious event, you will not be disappointed.

    While giving full stars for everything may dilute the value of a five-star review, Serafina deserves the marks. Their Italian restaurants are all over NYC, and every New Yorker we spoke to agrees its a regular Manhattan haunt. Less pricey than other Italian restaurants in the City, Serafina deserves a nod as a New York staple for pasta, wine, and anything in between. We always share plates and order as many different options as possible to make sure were not missing anything.

    Well situated with friendly service the seating was comfortable and the menu was varied. We enjoyed some appetizers including fried calamari tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella and basil both where delicious as well as the pasta carbonara had just the right amount if sauce and was perfectly cooked there was a wide variety of pizzas to choose from and our were delicious. Would definitely go back to this location again!

    Came in for lunch had a chicken salad it was very good. They gave me bread to start with and water. I didnt drink any alcohol because I was going to an appointment and I didnt want to ruin what I was going to do so that part I cant say if drinks are good but will come back for more. Its a very small place but classy. And come with money prices can be a bit high for your choice. For me it was normal as it is located in the city.

    I wasn’t really in the mood for anything else so when we got to this Serafina Italian restaurant on 61st street I ordered a portion of French fries. Wow, they were so delicious. Thin and crunchy, they made me want to eat them all at once. I would like to note that they were not salty, but I didn’t mind because I like them that way. Also, they served them with ketchup as a dip, which enhanced the flavor and made them top-notch. I definitely recommend trying them if you visit this nice Italian restaurant.

    Very reasonably priced. You get friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, good portions, and delicious food. The Farfalle al Limoncello was exceptional--deliciously lemony with many shrimp. I would definitely return.

    We were ready to eat pizza in New York, and we found this great spot near Central Park. What a delicious pizza we shared!It surprised me. I thought the four ingredients would be all over the pizza. Instead each quarter had an ingredient...the prosciutto quarter, artichoke quarter, mushroom quarter and another I dont recall...all with tomatoes and a bit of cheese.

    I had the pasta All’Arrabbiata and it was delicious. Never had it before so I wanted to try something new. But the best part of the meal was the bread. Amazing bread. Best bread I have had in a very long time. Definitely will be back one day. The hostess was the nicest and sweetest person ever. She knew we were walking there from the hotel and held my reservation.

    Hosted an Office Holiday Dinner here. Carlos and Milan were incredibly attentive. Chloe did an amazing job in coordinating the event and accommodated our dietary requests. The most reasonable venue in the area. Food and drink options were great!

    I had the pleasure to visit Serafina Always last evening NY’ers can be a tough bunch rating quality, however I believe Serafina is one of the dependable standouts in the neighborhood. (Food, Service, Atmoshere)Last evening was another example of a satisfying meal elevated given the exceptional service we received from JESS. I was incredibly impressed with Jess, given she was responsible for managing a very full bar as well as serving food. I noted, Jess made sure to personally connect with each individual to meet their needs.The atmosphere was calm and the food was excellent. At a time when attentive servers/ combined with great food that is reasonably priced is tougher to come by, I appreciated my night being made perfect by the exceptional service delivered by JESSI look forward to my next visit!!!     Waw my favorite location. Yummy pasta, straight to the point. Beautiful hostesses....Waw Veronica was sooo helpful and natural and also a beauty!!!! I enjoyed sitting outdoors and the honest recommendations of the manager.
