    Awesome bar to go to while visiting. Everyone was so welcoming and great atmosphere. Will definitely come back when back in NYC.

    Stayed in the area for a week and enjoyed visiting this local bar at night. Not pretentious, reasonably priced beers ($6-7) and always a nice pour of Guinness. I had 4 different bartenders in one week and they were all fantastic; attentive and polite.Definitely a locals place, with people enjoying all sorts of live sports on the TVs along with the darts. Music on the weekends from the TouchTunes jukebox. Tried the Irish Haven a couple times for comparison and the staff at the Tavern were far nicer and friendlier from my experience... Check this place out if youre looking for a quieter spot.Listed hours are incorrect and closing times vary based on capacity, days and bartenders. From what it seemed like typically midnight through 1am on weekdays and later on weekends, though not sure if the place stays open until 4am as listed.

    First time stopping in after living in the neighborhood for many years. Welcoming bar with affordable drinks and a fun group of people who play in a brooklyn dart league. Awesome bunch who taught us how to play and it was just a good time. Look forward to going back again soon!

    Great little pub in Sunset Park to have a beer, especially some Guinness on tap. Good spot to watch sports...or Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune between 7&8 pm.

    Soccer bar? its a Love Bar and Friendly Bar )) I was just walking and noticed darts from outside, decided to just get in bar and watch how guys were playing darts.Staff ? most friendly and positive,Customers ? Guys were playing darts and noticed how carefully I was watching them , after they finished asked me to play with them, I said - dont know rules, they come and teach me everything, then invite me to play with them, it was the amazing experience , so friendly environment and best people ,also they have the best craft beer🍻 Fully recomended 🥰

    A very decent gem. The bartender was very attentive and chill. Made it a great experience for my girlfriend and I. BYOF- Bring Your Own Food. I wish they had some more bar games. CASH ONLY ACCEPTED

    Recently with Copa games & euro games was great variety of ppl & fans of a lot of teams. Soccer always does great with showing all the games no matter what time. Also gave food a 5 because you can bring in any food from a bunch of places in area

    While I do not frequent the Soccer anymore I do like to visit the fantastic owner. This place is old school yet modern as well as comfortable. One of the few long time original taverns still around. Recommend the Soccer Tavern highly!!!!

    Absolutely love this place!!! Great bartenders especially Kate! Shes very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of any drink you wish to try. Lots of enterntainment, lol. You wont be bored. Stop by Soccer Tavern and enjoy, 😊.

    Always adore the ambiance at Soccer Tavern! The crowd is fantastic, and even when I visit solo, I find myself engrossed in delightful conversations. The drinks never disappoint. A shoutout to Kate, one of the owners I had the pleasure of meeting last year – shes simply the best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I would call this place my Cheers bar. This is the kind of place that when I go to NY, I will definitely ALWAYS be coming back to. The owner, Kate is so friendly but with a no holds back attitude. She will tell it to you like it is. I love it!!! She even got my husband to sing karaoke! The atmosphere of the place is so fun and friendly, literally you will make friends there immediately, with the people that you just met. We met Mac and another guy there that I didnt catch his name, but all very friendly and down to earth.

    Great Irish dive bar in the middle of Brooklyns China Town. Ive only been once, but I had a blast. The bartender was wonderful! The other costumers were a good mix of ethnic groups. I did notice that there was only one other woman there, not I didnt feel like I was unwelcome.

    This is the old man bar to end all old men bars. The bartender is a very sweet woman, the people are a mix of barflies who have been coming here since 1974 (the place probably looked exactly the same back then) and people from across the neighborhood from Chinatown to the Latin side. Theres sports on the TV and Freddy Fender on a Wurlitzer jukebox that is even more beautiful because someone kicked one of the speakers in. Well see you there next time, hiding in a corner.

    This bar is in the middle of what we call Brooklyns Chinatown. The crowd tends to be on the older side along with the music. It has a very small back area to smoke and darts inside. Drinks are inexpensive its a great bar to stop by for a drink.

    The owner Bredan is the nicest person ever. Him and his wife Kate surely know how to make their customers happy. It is like one big family there. Bar patrons so very friendly.
