Beautiful venue! Attended a holiday party that the group went above and beyond with their entertainment budget!! Loved the whole experience.

  • Review 2 (2024-11-05 - Rating: 5)

Ive been to plenty of venues across the country to see many of Acts. This venue is definitely one of the best indoor venues Ive ever been to. From the ambiance to the food and drink everything was amazing. The sound quality in this place is A1. I definitely will be checking in frequently to see what upcoming shows are at this venue. The venue is conveniently located a block from times square so theres always something to do after a show at this location. Definitely recommend to anyone who has not been here yet.

  • Review 3 (2024-08-20 - Rating: 5)

The first time here, it was a great experience. Went to see Maysa Leak, jazz singer. Seating is great, pretty much anywhere. This venue is beautiful. The sound system was really nice. At one point, Maysa actually sang without a microphone & you could still hear her clearly. I would definitely return.

  • Review 4 (2024-12-31 - Rating: 5)

An amazing place for concerts, a great atmosphere, and food and drinks are also served to the tables during the performance, which is a real plus.

  • Review 5 (2024-12-26 - Rating: 5)

Great atmosphere, original floors and lots of personality. Food was great staff friendly and attentive. Restrooms even had concessions for sale.

  • Review 6 (2024-08-23 - Rating: 5)

Truly beautiful inside. Came for a candlelight concert. Didnt know this is a sit-down dinner and a show kind of place. Food/refreshment purchase isnt required though, since you have to buy a ticket to enter for the show. Assigned seating. Very lovely. The postmodern jukebox playing as background music until the performance starts is just icing on the cake.

  • Review 7 (2024-11-05 - Rating: 5)

The evening was truly remarkable; the atmosphere and sense of nostalgia at Sony Hall were invigorating. The waitstaff was notably busy, yet they maintained a commendable level of attentiveness. Additionally, the restroom attendant exhibited exceptional hospitality and a warm demeanor. I ordered the shrimp Caesar salad, which, although modest in portion size regarding the shrimp, was flavorful. Given that Sony Hall is situated in the heart of Times Square, the pricing was quite reasonable. I was thoroughly captivated by the performance of Kirk Whalum and his band. I look forward to returning in the future.

  • Review 8 (2024-10-31 - Rating: 5)

Sony Hall is welcoming, and the sound quality is good and the fifties vibe on point. What really impressed me was how well clean kept were the bathroom stalls. Also, the kindness of the restroom personnel. The waitress was not the fastest but yes the nicest. Also, considering the amount of people that were there for the Cimafunk show, I considered a plus she being able to get us cold drinks to the table.Overall a great New York night experience.

  • Review 9 (2024-08-15 - Rating: 4)

Its a great place for live music, dating nights, and girls nights. The per drink costs around $20 without tips.

  • Review 10 (2024-05-04 - Rating: 4)

Came here the other day for a work event, space was nice. The food/snack were decent but mostly bar food and bite sized, got some yummy spring rolls, fries and other stuff. Still left hungry though. Bars are super busy and slow.

  • Review 11 (2024-05-04 - Rating: 5)

I loved Sony Hall’s bar section, in which they provide excellent customer service, delicious food and drink, and a chill, comfortable atmosphere. When I asked for more ketchup, the bartender went out of his way to get more from the other side of the bar. Sony Hall itself is the seat of live events, hosting from late night clubs, fashion week, concerts, and even boxing events. Feel free to network with Sony Hall and enjoy the good atmosphere. Oh, and Sony Hall is located downstairs from the bar I dined in. Excellent place to unwind. I would come over again for another bite.

  • Review 12 (2024-02-13 - Rating: 5)

Beautiful event venue.I had presented my collection at NYFW with Runway 7.It’s also connected to Paramount hotel.Location is very prime in Times Square .The hall can be used and decorated in many ways, depending on your needs. Highly recommended.

  • Review 13 (2024-09-12 - Rating: 5)

It was a great experience here. I went to a meeting with Vyacheslav Nichik himself. The seating is excellent, almost anywhere. This place is beautiful. The sound system and acoustics were really good. At some point, Vyacheslav came out, and it was something that was clearly audible, every note, the people were in complete admiration. I will definitely come back, only stars come and perform here.

  • Review 14 (2024-08-30 - Rating: 5)

Lovely experience witnessing the candlelight concert. The venue surrounded by candles gives that warm vibe and well completed the music.

  • Review 15 (2024-08-25 - Rating: 5)

Great venue. We saw Eliades Ochoa and was completely surprised how incredible it was to see this great artist here. The atmosphere was perfect. The food was delicious.

  • Review 16 (2024-11-29 - Rating: 5)

Great experience we loved the show and the venue just wish it were longer

  • Review 17 (2024-11-27 - Rating: 4)

My boyfriend and I attended the Candelight Concert: Best of Hip Hop at Sony Hall presented by Fever. We had tickets for Section A. The process to get in went smoothly. You have to go down some stairs to get into the venue. It’s nice. The staff were friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous. The musicians were phenomenal! The venue does serve food and drinks for purchase. The only reason I only gave the experience 4 stars is because the setup for seating was way too crowded. I couldn’t move in my chair without bumping the person behind and next to me. My boyfriend who is tall had to sit on the chair at the end of the table because there was no way he could fit on the inside. Every time wait staff passed by the aisle he had to turn aside to let them through because of how close the tables and chairs were set up. The food was good. Drinks made well. Overall a good experience.

  • Review 18 (2024-12-08 - Rating: 5)

I’ve been trying to get back to this magical venue for over a decade and trying to also see The Ocean Blue for forty years. I accomplished both in one night! Great acoustics, drink service was even provided on the floor away from bar! Alcohol and water prices were super reasonable for NYC. Cool historical venue that is just priceless nostalgia! The venue and the band were stars ✨

  • Review 19 (2024-07-31 - Rating: 5)

An excellent venue for a concert. Thoroughly enjoyed the Edddie Palmieri show.

  • Review 20 (2024-05-31 - Rating: 5)

We stumbled into this place on accident and it was really cool for what it is. The bartenders were really nice and took care of us, you just got go downstairs to use the bathroom I think 2 flights. All in all chill place to stop in. Had some cool memorabilia downstairs!

  • Review 21 (2024-10-14 - Rating: 5)

Saw a comedy show here and it was great. Nice layout and good ambience. Got some food and felt it was a bit overpriced for the quality that we got but overall it was a good experience.

  • Review 22 (2024-04-17 - Rating: 4)

Hello, My readers, My Sister and I stopped at the bar called The Bar which was located in Sony Hall. The food was pretty good to be Bar food. I was impressed. The bartender and bus guy were supper sweet. It was my sisters birthday. Here are the pictures.

  • Review 23 (2023-07-23 - Rating: 5)

Awesome venue! Beautiful building, service was great! Vilma, the server, was friendly, energetic, and friendly and was on it! Best steak and SERVICE Ive had in AWHILE! Hope to be back one day! GREAT COMEDY SHOW!

  • Review 24 (2023-10-27 - Rating: 5)

Been to Sony Hall twice so far and each time I enjoyed the concerts and the food. I wish this place had more of an extensive food & drink menu though. Aside from that I get the best seats in front of the stage. First come first serve. Get to the venue early and you will always get good seating. Also depending on the show this place fills up pretty fast. Depending on where you are sitting the table seating can be a little tight. Cabernet style seating. VIP seating on the couches are Ok. It’s too far from the stage for me. However I know I will be back soon.

  • Review 25 (2023-03-07 - Rating: 5)

Visited Sony Hall twice in one week & had an amazing time for each [VERY different] event! One was the 40th anniversary for The Center NYC, the other was a K. Michelle concert. At the cabaret, we had VIP table seating at the main stage. Music concert was standing room mainly & tables off at the sides. The venue seems pretty flexible to accommodate various setups.Gender neutral restrooms are clean & serviced by an attendant who has any and everyyyy toiletry you could imagine. The upstairs bar is a nice place to hang & burn time waiting g for your event to start. The bartender was nice. Calamari, fries, buffalo cauliflower were delish... I did not like the chicken sliders. The bar downstairs I side the venue also has the same food menu.

  • Review 26 (2024-11-18 - Rating: 4)

Came here for a concert and was super happy with the venue overall. Very spacious standing room. Stage itself was a great size to see/hear all the performers.Security was kinda rude to me when I was trying to wait on someone after the show, but other than that I had a great time!

  • Review 27 (2024-11-28 - Rating: 5)

A great venue and grand place for David Sanborns Tribute Concert! The food and hospitality from the staff made it an unforgettable night!

  • Review 28 (2022-07-27 - Rating: 4)

Wow ... my forst time here did not expect for it to be so good. Love the fact that they have a bar and food. Drinks cna be vetter quality for sure. They tasted cheap. Food was about right giving that you are for the event not the food. Services was good. General admisión had a little too many chairs but managed to enjoy the show regardless ! Ann fkn wilson ! #heart

  • Review 29 (2022-12-29 - Rating: 5)

Perfect! I went to see Joey Diaz on Dec 28. The bar staff were spot on and the level of service was great. The drinks we decent. I had a classic burger medium rare and it was spot on. I highly recommend checking this place out.

  • Review 30 (2023-10-14 - Rating: 5)

Great show by Hiromi at Sony Hall on October 13. Amazing performances by all musicians in the band, but Hiromi herself is just from another planet. Sony Hall is a cool New York jazz club with friendly staff and good menus.

  • Review 31 (2024-09-24 - Rating: 5)

Had a very nice time. Ambiance was very nice, food was good drinks were tasty. Good vibes

  • Review 32 (2024-10-11 - Rating: 5)

Absolutely amazing! 10/10. the venue was gorgeous. The food was exceptional, and the musicians were out of this world.

  • Review 34 (2024-09-23 - Rating: 4)

Came here for a comedy show. There was plenty of seating still when we arrived by 7pm for an 8pm show. I was concerned that we wouldn’t get a table but I think we arrived at a good time because shortly after it started to fill quickly. There is a $20/person minimum. I had a lemon drop martini. It was just ok for $18. It was set up with rectangle and square tables in the floor center then vip tables slightly elevated on the sides and some booth tables at the back for a group of people. The view sometimes was awkward trying to look around and past heads and moving to do so. Other than that it was a nice venue and clean bathrooms with an attendant. I didn’t have cash to tip but they don’t take venmo either.

  • Review 35 (2024-09-25 - Rating: 5)

What a great experience. The venue, service and food was fantastic. The performer Stella Cole was fantastic!! Plan to return for another performance. They could use a little help in the mixology department.

  • Review 36 (2024-12-30 - Rating: 5)

What a magical place to see a show!

  • Review 37 (2022-05-03 - Rating: 5)

Five Stars? Luis is the main reason for this high rating. Bartender- mixologist extraordinaire! Luis goes above and beyond to make sure the patrons he serves here are 100% satisfied. He knows his stuff and he is generous with imparting his wisdom to others. I enjoyed a espresso martini and my husband had a Pilsner. We split a order of truffle fries which were delicious. The environment is clean, sleek and modern. Wonderful place to take a break and treat yourself to high-end cocktails and snacks.

  • Review 38 (2023-04-29 - Rating: 4)

Nice chill atmosphere, nice bar, friendly staff, VIP or regular seating and still a place for people that like General Admission to stand in front of the stage, inches from the Artist.

  • Review 39 (2023-09-15 - Rating: 5)

Saw Runway 7 designers (including my daughter) during New York Fashion Week. Great employees, get a booth, and take plenty of money for the drinks.

  • Review 40 (2019-03-29 - Rating: 4)

Went there to attend a show. Decided to have drinks and bite to eat. The drinks were strong and very good. Much better than expected. Had the avocado toast and the cured meats and cheese tray. It was tasty as ne more th as n enough for two. Prices were reasonable and met Chef Webford Simpson who be on the Food Network. Prices were reasonable.

  • Review 41 (2019-01-27 - Rating: 5)

The choir is FANTASTIC, with lots of classic Gospel favorites as well as get on your feet, foot tapping selections and audience participation! Theres an ample buffet to satisfy everyone, with breakfast offerings as well as lunch items. A wonderful afternoon event with fun for all! A great family friendly show. The performers really engage the audience, getting people up on the and involved, what a fun performance!

It could not have been a better place - I was so close to the stage and got to experience the show, beautiful music - the whole vibe, up close and personal! If you ever have the opportunity to catch a show or your favorite band at Sony Hall, don’t pass on it, Sony Hall is the place!

  • Review 45 (2023-04-13 - Rating: 4)

I saw Kevin Ross here the other day. Great performer and really nice venue. I loved the set up and the ambiance. Great place for a date night for sure. Service was fast, food and drinks were good. The only thing I didnt appreciate was that the service did not inform us gratuity was already included in bill (I was not able to see the break down of bill because he was using handheld machine and just saw the total) so I gave Jim double the gratuity. I did think the bill was high at first but was annoyed to know he did that. He shouldve informed me before I swiped. But other than that I had a nice time. Cant wait to go back here for another concert.

  • Review 46 (2023-06-29 - Rating: 5)

Saw a music act here that was very good but warning the drinks are horrible. Stick with something like straight Liquor on ice because theyre mixed drinks are the worst Ive ever had and the prices are ridiculous! They cant even make a simple seabreeze, vodka cranberry juice and grapefruit juice. Theirs was horrible they use sour mix and carbonated water. I dont know what the hell that was

  • Review 47 (2024-09-18 - Rating: 4)

This place is amazing since it is close to Times Square, there are always important events here, I usually come as a videographer to record events, this time I was at the runway7fashion fashion show during the week of the wedding, a large place for events, I recommend going early since there is not much parking here, we are in a central area, there are paid parking lots around, remember that parking costs more than $50 a day, there are some options where you can park for less but you have to arrive before 10am, generally this place always has security and it is a clean place with good organization

  • Review 48 (2024-12-18 - Rating: 5)

Personally I felt the venue was perfect for the Candlelight concert by Fever. I would definitely dine there next time. Thought it was more of a cocktail and small bites type of a venue. The food that was around us all looked delicious.

  • Review 53 (2024-09-16 - Rating: 5)

Gorgeous venue! Attended a NYFW show there and was blown away at how gorgeous the room is!

  • Review 54 (2024-06-20 - Rating: 4)

Nice hall. The acoustics are fantastic. My only ding is that the seated section should be raised a bit so people can still see the show seated. It’s tough to see with people standing in the middle of the room.

  • Review 59 (2024-10-12 - Rating: 5)

I felt like being in a time capsule for 75 min. Pure bliss. I have custom piece of Tupac I made that honors his born day and also death day. My mother was as great as they come and I’ve been blessed. Sadly in 2009 she died in a car accident after being fatally struck by an oncoming vehicle. She was up late finishing up with a patient. There will no one who is more dedicated to her patients and craft than she was. She was all in. Just like PAC. Just like the performance tonight. With a Yankees win and ending the Tupac Biggie medley just in time for me to put a ring on it. Right at 10.10 on World Mental Health Day at exactly 10:10pm. I’d say this is a New York story to remember. You only get one shot! In life sometime. I think I got a second chance tonight through a difficult 2024 but it’s just what I needed Today. Thank you performers staff the Yankees and the Mets and thank you to crowd. When you find good energy just breathe it in. Simple. The staff got the order right was super courteous friendly and not too distracting.

Beautiful old school place. Very intimate, everyone is close to the stage, sitting around tables. Great prices on food and drinks. I definitely recommend going!

  • Review 65 (2024-05-13 - Rating: 5)

Saw the Martin Barre band there and the venue was amazing. Definitely one of the most intimate concert venues Ive been to. All of the photos are taken from the back of the venue, so even at the last table, the view was perfect. Service was wonderful and prompt, though (as expected) it was a bit difficult to get their attention mid-performance.The front desk workers even directed us to elevators to use for someone in my party with a cane, so dont be too daunted by the stairs.I would love to go see another show there again!

  • Review 66 (2024-07-28 - Rating: 5)

Great venue with that special touch for an up close and personal experience.Norman Brown was the headliner and nor he and the staff here disappoint. Centrally located in midtown Manhattan with plenty of things to do before or after the show (ate at Carmine’s right around the corner before). Looking to come here again and again and again

  • Review 73 (2022-04-20 - Rating: 5)

GORGEOUS VENUE. I was here for the first time this week to see the Lila Downs show and it was spectacular. Its small-ish with table seating. I was in the VIP section which is basically the two rows of tables closest to the stage. (I had brought my binoculars and def did not need them!). They open at 6pm for 8pm shows and most people do seem to come early and order food and drinks here. Will definitely come back to see more shows here.

  • Review 74 (2019-02-16 - Rating: 5)

Great venue, just the right size to feel like you are right up close no matter where you are. Of course VIP seating is the true way to go, but if it is too $$ for you, no worries. Not a bad seat in the house!

  • Review 75 (2018-12-09 - Rating: 5)

Sony Hall took care of the audience during the event and made sure everyone was safe throughout the show. They checked on us several times for snacks, drinks and our general well-being. Keep in mind, they have about 1,000+ people in the room to look over as well. I would definitely come back

  • Review 110 (2024-06-26 - Rating: 4)

Watched Yo La Tengo and Sun Ra. Wonderful concert hall. Service is a bit slow but must say the place was completely crowded

  • Review 111 (2023-07-17 - Rating: 4)

My first time here to see the amazing Brad Williams. Place is beautiful, cocktails are delicious. I was a bit concern about wheelchair accessibility but it wasn’t too bad. The wheelchair accessible entrance is different than the main entrance, but the gentleman who was checking tickets guided us through. Inside wasnt too bad to navigate and roll around and the staff there helped us have a clear path for us to get through the crowd. However, if you have a very VERY wide wheelchair or a power wheelchair you may face limitations and challenges. I have a compact manual wheelchair so it was easy for me to move around but if you have a power wheelchair, I will recommend call in advance and go early. Other than that I had a good night 😊.

  • Review 112 (2024-01-28 - Rating: 4)

Great small intimate independent venue! Two thumbs up!👍👍 Been many times. Only reason it is missing a star is because I witnessed the hostess refuse entry at Fishbone and Dumpstaphunk because people in front of me had legitimate tickets from a bargain site like Groupon or Goldstar I forget. They were definitely legit because thats how I got into the UFO show.

  • Review 115 (2024-11-24 - Rating: 5)

Very cool venue. Other than the show starting 45 minutes late with no communication at all, we had a great night. Food and service were great.

  • Review 116 (2023-11-10 - Rating: 4)

They have a great line up of artists coming. Just saw Boney James Tuesday night. The show was great. But please get some better chairs. My back was killing me by the end of the show.🙏

  • Review 119 (2023-09-05 - Rating: 5)

Went to see comedian Maria Bamford here a few weeks and really enjoyed our first time at the venue. We ordered a bunch of things off the menu—salad, burgers, dessert—and were not disappointed. Good service!

  • Review 120 (2021-10-19 - Rating: 5)

Loved this venue. Great sound and classy atmosphere!

  • Review 121 (2024-10-21 - Rating: 4)

The space is really good I appreciate the talent they brought in. The sound was great. The bar tenders were terrible. One literally threw out my ear plugs told me to shut up when I was trying to communicate this as she was then already talking another persons drink order. Then try to say she didn’t, surprise she found one of them in the trash. Gave it back Started to help then tried to blame me and say it was my fault. Partially I said this it happens could you help me. They didn’t find the other one. 40 bucks. Then my boy orders us two long islands cause I am sad and a little annoyed the guy makes them with three kinds of liquor weak and like shit. I complain he grabs the check to charges my boy more. Like what the hell Sony hall great spot beautiful venue but straight up those bar tenders were rude. Like I get things happen with ear plugs but they were so rude and I tried to be understanding but I don’t appreciate that customer service and I don’t think that’s what Sony as a company would want. Over all great venue good sound thank you for having us but just no to those people. Please refund my boys bar tab savwan Gupta. I have never seen these sort of problems before from bar tenders do better please and thank you to Sony and Sony hall

  • Review 122 (2024-04-11 - Rating: 5)

This venues interior is beautiful. The sound is great. Tickets are priced really good for the area it’s in.

  • Review 123 (2022-12-25 - Rating: 5)

Sony Hall is a nice location near Times Square. The stuff is on point, quick and friendly. I just dont understand the VIP tickets. Looked like they were all VIP seats. Atmosphere in the room is warm and pleasant. The only issue is the seats by the stage are way too tight , Im sure they ll fix that . Everything else is fine.

  • Review 124 (2022-12-21 - Rating: 5)

Intimate dinner theatre with attentive service. We saw a David Bowie tribute (great show!!) and this was our first time here. Tickets were for assigned seating and we were lucky to have shared a table with some lovely people. A full bar and drinks are normal expensive for NYC, and they had a menu of bar food (burgers, fries, apps, etc.). Nice staff, great space.

  • Review 125 (2023-01-04 - Rating: 4)

Attended the Harlem Gospel Choir which was an amazing experience however it was frustrating that the bar upstairs only opened 15 minutes prior to the show, despite the bartender being present. Lots of people who came to the bar were disappointed by this however props to the bartender who made a great tea when it eventually did open. The location is very cool though.

  • Review 126 (2023-02-05 - Rating: 5)

Been there twice in less than a year. Venue is perfect for any artist. Intimate space. Menu previously wad better went late.night and the appetizers werent good but pricey. Bring back the meatballs and wings. Limit the croutons on the salads.

  • Review 127 (2024-10-11 - Rating: 5)

Venue was absolutely Gorgeously Gorgeous totally enjoyed dinner and cocktails! Perfect Mom and Son Date Night. Definitely will catch a few more Candlelight Shows this season

  • Review 128 (2023-09-13 - Rating: 5)

Beautiful hall in the Theater district. I went for a private event, so I have no idea how a concert would be here. The hallways are super narrow for my likings, but that is to be expected with older construction.

  • Review 134 (2022-08-01 - Rating: 5)

I went to see Will Wood in concert with family. The venue was beautiful. My pictures arent great because of the dimmed lights; however, you can see the lovely architecture and design. It felt like taking a step back in time, which was really cool. I am still in awe of the ceiling- i think it is art deco. Appetizers and dinner (as well as drinks both non-alcoholic and alcoholic) were available for purchase. I had the lemon butter salmon with asparagus and those cute little multi colored potatoes and those with me had the truffle fries. Everything was presented nicely, cooked well, and tasted delicious. The attendants were very friendly. Be mindful that people line up for the venue very early so youll want to be prepared to stand for a long time. I did not have the ability to walk down the stairs even with my cane, but they called for someone and they quickly arrived to escort me to an elevator. At some points early in the show, the sound was too loud, but they seem to have gotten things adjusted before the main event. No matter where one sits, you would have a good view of the stage. Please note that seating is first come, first served (even in VIP) so if you are going to some sort of event that is sold out you definitely want to arrive early to get a seat (unless you enjoy and have the ability to stand).

Theres general seating, VIP seating and Standing only types of tickets. Arrive early to get the best seats or standing spot. We went to Meshell NDegeochello. She was amazing 👏 😍

  • Review 142 (2022-11-19 - Rating: 5)

Really cool looking venue- love the design details in the floor, dance floor ceiling, side booths, and stairways.I was there for a designer award ceremony, so it was set up a little differently than a concert, but it was still memorable.I also loved that it is right across the street from Hamilton The Musical.

  • Review 143 (2021-10-13 - Rating: 4)

A bit compact with the seating arrangements. You either share tables with other people unless you have a large party, so the table gets congested with all the plates and drinks. It was a bit annoying as our plates were taking up a lot of space on the small table, and the couple next to us were also eating, and we wanted to respect their space also.Drinks are pretty good if you choose a simple option (gin & sprite) cant speak to the cocktails.Food options was limited, but chose wings and a salad which was pretty good. Next time will try the entrees.Boney James performed which was epic. His performance was off the hook. He entertained the crowd with some great hits. He gets six 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ for such an awesome performance. Great jazz!

  • Review 144 (2023-05-08 - Rating: 4)

Nice cozy venue with good accoustics and table seating. We had an excellent server. Food was good, high prices as we expected. No draft beer, but a nice wine list. Seating was a bit tight, but all in all a great venue.15% gratuity was automatically added to our bill.

The band was 3 violins and 1 chelo, amazing; bravo to the artists👏🚀. I couldnt stop moving my head during the whole concert. And the food was delicious, we really enjoyed it, totally reccomendable.

Great fairly intimate venue for live music, cocktails and food. Food is average but if you stick with pub type items its not bad. VIP seating is recommended. Service was good. Management made efforts to accommodate customers concerns and complaints.

I hope hes around next time I visit.❤️

  • Review 156 (2020-02-28 - Rating: 5)

Nice venue. Perfect location and easy to find. Drinks on point and food looks amazing. Not pricey for Manhattan. Bar service a bit slow with not many bartenders for that particular show. Waiters were uniformed and pleasant. Will definitely go back.

  • Review 159 (2019-07-16 - Rating: 5)

Great looking venue. The space was on the smaller side, which gave the event a more intimate feel. Fast bartenders. Clean bathrooms. Friendly and professional staff. It was my first time attending a show at Sony Hall and I would definitely come back. I have not even one bad thing to say about my entire experience here.

Went last night for the Samantha fish show. Decent food, great sound and staff. Not a bad seat in the place, only giving four stars because it was raining last night and the doors opened a little late. I think thats a time to get them open early. That said I would recommend this venue and look forward to my next visit

  • Review 163 (2024-08-29 - Rating: 5)

Beautiful venue... beautiful music with beautiful friends.

  • Review 164 (2019-10-04 - Rating: 4)

I would say this is a small hall, considering the fact that I attended for a celebrity concert. The bathrooms are great! Its clean and had everything you could possibly need. Theres a bar in the back, opposite the stage. There are tables and chairs on the right of stage for all, and on the left for VIP only. Also, if you dont want to lose your spot by going to the bar, theres someone that walks around with beer. I figured drinks would be pricey, so i filled up during happy hour! ;) Not sure how food goes. Overall I was happy with my experience, except I wish it was bigger and angled so those in the back arent blocked by taller people towards the front.

  • Review 165 (2022-05-11 - Rating: 4)

Staff very accommodating. Ticket holders: surrounded by lovely, patient, good natured. I mention this b/c my date stood up/danced thru out the performance. No complaints only SMILES from our neighbors.
