    I recently visited the Starbucks Reserve on 5th Ave and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance struck and it was chic, modern, and undeniably cool. They offer exclusive Reserve blends that you wont find at a regular Starbucks, and the brewing methods are next-level.     Did a coffee tasting of the empire reserve and then had a cocktail on the 2nd floor. The ambiance was great. The staff is friendly and helpful.

    After an awe-inspiring visit to the Empire State Building observatory, we stumbled upon the Starbucks Reserve in the basement—and what a delightful surprise it was! We decided to indulge in the Caramel Mocha Drizzle Affogato at the Experience Bar downstairs. Sam, our barista, elevated the experience by not only preparing our dessert but also explaining the intricacies of the flavors involved.Watching Sam pour the rich espresso shots over the creamy ice cream was a treat in itself. The affogato was incredibly smooth and indulgent—absolutely the best way to cap off our day. The ambiance of the Experience Bar was cozy and sophisticated, making it a perfect spot to unwind after the bustling energy of the city above.If youre visiting the Empire State Building, dont miss this hidden gem. Its a fantastic place to relax, savor some exceptional coffee creations, and soak in a unique atmosphere. Highly recommended!

    My favorite place. The staff was very friendly and I felt great with the service. The coffee is good and I recommend Apogato🤍.I dont recommend Nitro Cold Brew.I ordered Hot Honey Affogato in a hurry before, but I was surprised because it was spicy🥵

    I love the atmosphere and setting of their coffee cocktail bar lounge. It has plenty of seats and tables with a comfortable view. Unlike a regular Starbucks store, drinks are definitely the highlight along with its menu of pastries and desserts. i love their Toffeenut Bianco Latte, and it goes really well with the cinnamon roll and cheesecake.Overall, you’re here for the experience and its unique coffee drinks and desserts. The servers aren’t as attentive, so service may be a little slow.

    I stopped in this location for a quick drink. Johnny our bartender was thorough in answering our questions. He even offered a drink suggestion when they didn’t have the drink I wanted. The expresso martinis here are a must try!

    While downstairs regular Starbucks is a madhouse thi lovely upstairs hideaway is awesome. What a great place to get a specialty coffee - I had the Toffee Nut lattee with oat milk - and some food. My critique of the food is that the egg and tomato sauce dish only had one slice of toast which was VERY stingy. Upgrade that to 2 pieces and Id up the rating. The service is a 5 though because a) they were so friendly and on it and b) he scored me an extra piece of toast. Well done. Worth a visit. Ill be back.

    Why are some of the best dishes Ive had in midtown at a Starbucks. I got an absolutely excellent order of LASAGNA. Whats going on. What do I not know about this Princii collaboration going on here.Anyway - 2nd floor has a view of 5th Ave - and you can order most of what you could get on the also neat basement level. Plus more alcoholic drink options up here. Soak it in and also get the raspberry cornetti!

    The location is massive, the drink list extensive, and the aesthetic is nice. I would suggest going once if you are a starbucks coffee lover or coffee cocktail lover. They do have non coffee options for those in your party who do not enjoy coffee

    Went for the experience. First time to a reserve. Lots of space especially for New York. Did not receive the warm friendly service Starbucks usually provides. Actually the opposite and from 3 or the 4 employees we encountered. It was early and maybe they just needed a coffee.

    The best Starbacks Ive ever been to. The bar on the first floor is cozy, atmospheric and offers a nice view of New York. The service is first class.

    It is reserved on the first floor of the Empire State Building. There are quite a few Empire State and Reserve related goods. However, they dont carry the Been There series, so I recommend going to a regular Starbucks!

    Starbuck Reserve is a very nice bar and café concept on 5th Av in the Empire State. I recommend that you grab your pastries at the entrance and go down to order your drink. The third floor hides a lounge which was closed in the morning. The service is excellent and you can experience a bar atmosphere for your breakfast. The prices are high and its a shame not to order the whole thing once seated. A great experience to live!

    The people who serve are not very friendly, and its strange that it has the letter b in Manhattan. I recommend the other one that is a few blocks away, and it is much nicer and has more people.
