    I was looking for a celtic themed bar but came across this historic unicorn. The tap selection is excellent, and the lines are cleaned since I experienced no after effects, if you know what I mean. Hopefully, the city commie beauracracy and code requirements wont kill another small business trying to survive in the anti business state of new york!

    Love this place, I first discovered it when they were down the block. Now they’re on the the north side. But same great vibe, reasonably priced beers and food. Just a great local.

    A perfect place for a big or small gathering with friends for a low key night. The food was delicious and dangerous (meaning your diet is out the door). The empanadas are classic here and much loved by many who walk into this place to order food. The one caveat of this place are the bartenders. Either you have a nice one or someone super unfriendly.

    Havent been to the new location, but my father had an apartment over the old location for years. Loved this dive bar, and I mean that with love. Need to hop over the river soon to check out the new diggs.

    I used to go to the original location many years ago when I lived in NYC, so I was eager to check out the new location on a recent trip. Its still a classic New York dive bar with great service and great prices. As long as the Subway Inn still stands, Ill make a point to visit every time Im in the city.

    Old school hole in the wall bar. If you are going for a dive bar you found one if you wind up here. Awesome people watching, local easy going crowd that can get a little rowdy but always entertaining. If you go often the bartender gets to know you and doesnt mind buying you a round or three. Cheap but strong drinks. Solid solid solid place.

    Really good food and great service is from the staff that were so patient with our group. The boneless mango habanero wings are probably the best when it comes to getting full. Drinks are on point and are mixed well. The overall atmosphere is cozy and an overall excellent place to unwind and catch a game.

    Cheap prices and above average to strong drinks.At times it may seem like they are being rude, but most bartenders come across that way when things are super hectic.     I dont usually like wings, but hands down, their wings( mild and teriyaki) are to die for. So crispy and delicious. You can also get the sauce on the side of thats your preference.     Not only do they have great bar food and a nice selection on tap but theyre customer service was shocking. Like 100 other times I asked to charge my phone and completely forgot it. They located the charger and stashed it away for me. Johnny is beyond great in my book!

    I love this place! It was the best hamburger I have ever ate!It was the best burger I had on my trip to New York. The hamburger with juicy meat and real American whiskey was the best. The cocktail that the bartender made just for me was also delicious. I want to go again!The most convenient fort in my travel destination! At this time, a very orthodox beautiful country beef hanpo was born, and a very traditional beautiful country was born. There are a lot of rare kinds of sake, and the wine chefs taste is what I ordered... Love is here!
