    The Swan Room was everything we hoped for on our downtown venture. The venue was as generous as it looks in the photos. The staff and food was aamzing. Chanel in the front was so accommodating. We traveled here from Sweeden and come to NYC always around this time of the year. Cant wait to come back again before we depart back to Europe. Thank you for being so welcoming.

    We met our friend for cocktails at this swanky spot while we were in NYC for a long weekend. The decor was beautiful and the room was buzzing full of friends meeting for an after work drink hang at 5pm. We ordered a NY Sour, Alla Verde, and a dirty martini. All the drinks were very good! All the cocktails on the menu ran between $21-25. We also shared some oysters which were very fresh. I would be interested to try the caviar or martini service next time.

    Swanky spot for cocktails. Recommend making a reservation otherwise there’s usually long wait time later in the night. Also to note, they also do last call at midnight.

    One of the most beautiful bars in NYC. The restored interior is spectacular and the cocktails are well balanced and well perceived. The food menu was very disappointing, we ordered the burger which is $36 from the menu and it didnt taste anything special and we had to order fries seperately for an extra $18. You can try yourself! Better for drinks before your gourmet dinner somewhere else.

    I popped in right when they opened on a Friday (no reservation) and was seated at the bar right away. I had read the bad reviews about rude service and was a little nervous (lol) but I had a great experience! I just had one martini (delicious) at the bar. The host and the bartender were very kind and friendly! I will definitely be back soon to try some food. The room itself is magnificent.

    Stunning pre-war building, a true architectural gem from a bygone era of elegance and refinement. The high ceilings, adorned with intricate low-relief carvings, create a sense of grandeur. The opulence of the venue is evident in every detail. The panelled ceilings, meticulously crafted with rich woodwork, add a touch of boho. The drinks were ok, but the food was nice. Upon checking in for our reservation, I mentioned I found this place through social media, and the host scoffed, noting the irony due to the no photo policy, which seemed dated as if the restaurant was trying too hard to be what it was not. Its not home to celebrity and wealth; its a phenomenal building in an OK part of town with decent food.

    Located on the lobby of the nine orchard hotel. Your eye immediately drawn by the details of the ceiling thats 3 floors high. Found in the former bank teller room. This lounge take you back in time.The service is attentive, if you want to impress your group, try to order the martini service. It comes with lemon peel, olives and mixers in a swan container, and your choice of vodka or gin. You will mix yourself to your likings. Personally I dont like dirty martini so I was not a fan of this. I ended up only just had gin with lemon twist. Its a pretty set up but drinks was basic. I would recommend to just order individual drinks if you have a small party or not a fan of dirty martini

    Made a reservation here for drinks with friends for my birthday. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Note: they do not allow flash photography but were very nice about letting me know. Great service, beautiful space and chill vibe. Will be back :)

    This has to be one of NYCs most gorgeous spaces. The hotel isnt fully operational yet but Ignacio Mattos is doing F&B for the NINE ORCHARD hotel and for the Lobby Lounge and the Corner Bar (casual dining restaurant). At the moment it seems that you can just do a walk-in early (at 5:30pm when they open) and youll get seated. But by 6:30, the Lobby Lounge was pretty jammed. The Lounge has a very limited (but delicious menu of small bites). We had the oysters which were fabulous and the cheese plate which was SUBLIME (cheeses are from Murrays Cheese). It was so good we ordered it twice!

    Gorgeous historic building that they have beautifully preserved. Feels like a creative cocktail bar you would visit in a European city. Drinks were higher than other establishments in the area but they are very creative and it’s clear they invest time in explaining to you why all are special.

    The host said there were no photos which is fine; I dont need my phone out, but looking around, many people were taking pictures and videos, making the rule seem unevenly enforced. That same blonde male host, who insisted on no photos due to the places prestige, proceeded to lie down at a neighbouring table and on a customers lap to join their sarcastic banter making the site seem more casual. The food was lovely, no reinventing the wheel the wheel, but well done staples that tasted great. The room was beautiful. It is a place to see while visiting Manhattan.

    It’s a magical place and a wonderful place to take some much needed me time and read some poetry. I made a reservation earlier that week and was seated at the bar. I had such a great martini and everyone was very kind and mindful. Left a good tip!

    Architecturally one of the most beautiful buildings in the city. There is a no photo policy inside the bar which was a little disappointing, but it was nice to appreciate the space for what it is. Good drink menu and attentive staff. Recommended.

    It is a bit overpriced & service could get better.We arrived 10min early and were not seated right away, even though there were several tables available.The cocktails are delicious even though they are somewhat more expensive.Great atmosphere and music, especially later once they dim the lights.However, they might want to introduce a certain dress code. Nothing over the top, but at least jeans instead of tracksuits and baseball caps.

    Incredible renovated space and a phenomenal cocktail bar. Had reservations but sat at the bar and had cocktails and oysters rockefeller, all delicious. Our bartender Goyo was lively and kind, fast and talented, and introduced us to a classic cocktail that we hadnt had before. Certainly an incredible space to return to for date night or to impress out-of-town visitors!

    There arent many places that even try to earn the money you are spending-- but Swan Room does, and it delivers. I am not sure any cocktail is truly worth more than $20 outside of the countrys inflation problem-- but Swan Rooms gets close. Even their olives are a revelation. Dont bother going late-- go early, when you can appreciate how excellent it really is.

    My wife and I were in town for her birthday and decided to return to Swan Room for pre-dinner drinks. We had previously gone in January of this year and had such a great time. The last time we went we met up another couple and sat a table but since this time was only us we went for the bar.. and what a great decision that was. The bar is usually our camping spot whenever we go somewhere. If we are lucky we get an amazing bartender we can converse and have fun with and weve found that being closer to alcohol just makes for a better overall time. And we got lucky.. because we had Sean behind the bar who was an absolute beast. I sat there for a while in awe of how this guy completely handled the entire room alone with minimal help - constantly pumping out craft cocktails that take time to do all the while asking those around us if they were okay, what they wanted to eat and drink, and just checking in on everyone. He gave us amazing drink recommendations and after the first one I knew that this would be my camping ground until our late dinner reservation at Don Angie would come around. We ordered drink after drink on Seans suggestion and they were completely amazing. The guy really has honed in on his craft and he makes the experience so much more enjoyable. A bar regular sat down next to us and we had a pleasant chat with her (shout out to Rochelle!) that literally made time fly by. The drinks and food were outstanding but the company we had with Sean behind the bar (and later Rochelle as a guest) really made for a memorable night.. so much so that its Friday morning in Houston and I am having FOMO of not being there again this weekend as I type this. Swan Room has a killer bartender in Sean and I hope they take care of him so that when I return next year I can bother him for another 4 hours of drinks. THANK YOU SEAN!

    Great atmosphere and great cocktails.Service was a bit mixed. We did walk-in to the bar on weeknight at 7 pm. Was about to order a drink at the bar and was told need to check in with the hostess.The space was half full and about 6 open spaces at the bar and seating adjacent to the bar. We were told we needed a resy and there was a 45 minute wait even though it was half empty. They did take our number and called us 45 minutes to a hour later.Service was great at the bar when we returned and the bartender was great walking us through the cocktails.The umami Negroni was a superb cocktail and highly recommended it. Very complex flavors. Definitely would go back to have that.The burger was good but didnt get wowed.The space is great and chill. There are no photos allowed as per the bar tender so no pics of the space. Even though there are many out there.If looking for a chill spot, I do recommend the space but do make a resy.
