My family (we are landlords in the Bronx and Harlem) has done business with WRS on occasion for a number of years. Victor aka “Flaco” is all about 99.9%... His father,Victor is a master of anything metal... Privately, and recently (JUN2020) I had a catastrophic experience with some young white boyz who were “hanging their shingle” who I fired, half way into a deck build... “Flaco” & Victor came to our rescue in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Dad just simply gets sh!t done... leave him with some watermelon (this man LOVES watermelon) and some good tunes... and just be patient... MAGIC HAPPENS in a MAGICIANS HANDS... Rome wasn’t built in 3 days... so whatever makes sense to you, and whatever makes sense to the 2 Victors... JUST BUILD IT! Please private message me, for any real detailed questions...
