    We booked a space for a college graduation party. All conversations with Aaron, the owner were great and reassuring. Upon arrival for our party we were met with an amazing young energetic host who took care of our every need. She was absolutely amazing!In no time we had several platters of food that looked beautiful. Throughout our party we had wonderful hospitality and service.I don’t think we could have chosen a better place for the value. I recommend Ten Degrees Bar without any reservation for any gathering. Many of our guests stated what a great place it was for our celebration.We are so grateful to Aaron and his amazing crew for delivering a great event.

    I am a regular who used to be at Ten Degrees much more regularly, at least prior to COVID-19!Yesterday, I was with seven to nine beautiful women and my boys… We never had reservations so I called the owner who was so accommodating of 7️⃣ - 9️⃣ people. Although short-noticed, we were given a « section » and happy hour was extended because we arrived at 5PM as it was ending. We were given complimentary food as well as that extended hh. I’m telling you that we were ALL speechless. Like what?Last night proved WHY my boys and I love Love LOVE Ten Degrees. It’s a ten out of 🔟 also because the bartenders have always been excellent as well as attentive. Although there is no Dj, the music has always been TOP Top top.

    One of the best happy hours in the East Village! The owner is a great man and I can tell his staff loves him. He is always very welcoming to everyone bar. The service is fantastic and atmosphere is dope! I will try the food next time

    I recently visited a bar and was served by Kristin, who was the nicest person on earth. She paid extra attention to her drinks, and it truly showed. I loved the experience; she made me feel important! If youre looking for a great night out, definitely check this place out. Kristin is there on Tuesdays and is an expert at making drinks! Plus, they have great music too! Highly recommend!

    This place has great food. Their cheese selection is about the best Ive ever seen outside of a cheese shop. They have amazing charcuterie as well. Drinks are a mixed bag, the same drink is never the same if you order it twice, but they are a decent price during happy hour and usually pretty good. A major downside if you stay past happy hour though, the music gets louder and louder throughout the night. By eight its hard to talk and much later than that you really cant have a conversation. Service is ok, the kitchen is glacially slow, but the drinks come quickly.

    Had such a great time here. My friend hosted his going away party here, and it’s a queer crowd, and staff and customers were so friendly and accommodating. Definitely coming back and considering my own events here.

    This is the best bar!!! The owner and managers and bartenders are the best. Sacesha and Dalton are my favorite. He’s leaving but she is still here!!! Cannot recommend this place enough.

    This place is an old stomping grounds for me when I used to work in the city. I reserved the front of the bar for an event and it was truly amazing. Staff were great and Aaron was friendly and great to work with. My event ended up going a little over the head count and went past my time frame. A little communication with Aaron went a long way and he was very accommodating. Hands down would have another event here

    Booked the back room + Astor Hall out for my girlfriend’s birthday here and it was nothing short of incredible. The staff was amazing and Aaron was so accomodating to any of our needs for the group. The drinks were phenomenal and the food was great as well. I’m new to the East Village so definitely will be back here for the months/years to come.. a new go-to spot for great drinks on a nice day.

    Had my 28th birthday here- rented the back room out and I can’t say enough how unbelievably catering the staff was… kept the drinks flowing, were so friendly and accommodating to all of my friends, let us have control of the music so we were dancing all night. if you need a private space I highly recommend!!! best birthday ever.

    Ten Degrees is the best!! My friends and I have been to Ten degrees a couple of times now and they never fail! Aaron is incredible and extremely accommodating when planning a party. He greeted us at the door and made sure everything was good. We had servers constantly coming into the room to take drink orders (shoutout Tyler), and to make sure everything was going well! The drinks are always strong & delicious and never disappoint. Everything about this place rocks, the staff, drinks, and atmosphere.

    All of the bartenders are super super friendly and helpful. The owner was one of the most accommodating people in New york! If you have a massive party then definitely rent this place out.     Most IMPECCABLE experience at a bar ever!!! I came in with a party of 8 on Halloween night last minute while there was a huge costume party going on inside, and the owner ensured we had a tremendous experience. He made sure we had wonderful seats, the food and drink service was out of this world, and I had the most unforgettable night. A thousand thanks to the owner Aaron, this night was one for the books!!!

    Ive been up and down St. Marks street many times over the past three years, but Id never stopped into this place. I shouldve. The staff is friendly and the food (small plates) are excellent.A friend of mine booked their private room for a surprise Going-Away party for my former roommate. Everything went off without a hitch. It should be noted that this was one of the few venues in the area that had a private room available. If youre wondering about the size, we had over 20 people in there comfortably (some standing some sitting). Its got a television, and dedicated restrooms.The wine options are extensive since thats their thing, but they have beers and make cocktails as well. You should definitely check them out (Especially during happy hour).

    10 Degrees Bar is the spot to be, whether its for happy hour, a date, or any event. Under new ownership, Aaron has elevated the ambience of this bar to a new level. Great bartenders, excellent service (even when packed, which is most of the time, especially on Th, Fr, Sat nights), tasty cocktails, and a new food menu that I can safely say will keep anyone satisfied (Vegans, carnivores, etc). Brand new lounge area in the back, where live DJs set up and perform. Never a bad experience, if you cant take my word for it, give it a try yourself and you wont regret it.

    I met my staff there yesterday to celebrate a birthday, the bartender called out so the server Dalton had to cover for him and his server position, despite Dalton never bartending before, he did awesome and handle the whole debacle incredibly well! Kudos to Dalton for saving the night for everyone!!PS: Ten Degrees doesnt need a bartender! They have Dalton!!

    One of the best happy our deals in town till 8pm TWO for ONE! On top of that they dont mess around and make their drinks strong here. My drink of choice is the Black Ginger. Since the place is rather narrow, it always seems to be crowded and finding an open seat is quite a task.

    This place is my new go-to. I brought 6 coworkers here last week for happy hour and every one of them mentioned what a great spot this was. 2 for 1 drinks is like... the best thing ever - not to mention that they dont skimp on the booze. My mojito was muddled to perfection by the extremely friendly staff. Music is always great, some good up-beat electro going on to keep the party vibe but not be overly intrusive on your conversation. Gets quite crowded as the night goes on, but if you go there for happy hour youll probably be sloshed by 8:30 anyway and itll be time to move on.I almost dont want to recommend this place because I want to keep it to myself, buttttt... sharing is caring. Ten Degrees of awesome.

    St. Marks is filled with great restaurants and bars and 10 Degrees doesnt disappoint with its upscale vibe, great drink menu and plates of tasty tapas. It has a very modern decor with lots of boxed and square lines in grays and white. Servers are constantly milling about in muted gray shirts and always there when youre ready for another. The cheese trays are spectacular. The fig, mustard and large bread dish served with the cheese was the perfect pairing for our wines.

    Need a party venue? This is a great option. Reserve the back room, no fee. Only a $500 spending minimum. Meaning if you expect at least 20 friends to show up, then youre golden (Assuming they each gets an average 2 drinks). They can all pay separately throughout the night. Easy pease. Just be sure that when your guest order that they mention they are with the party. One thing, its not the most trendy and bougie decor, but definitely a good vibe.

    Had a private bday event in the back room, and it couldn’t be any better. The space was amazing, the staff was just great and of course unbelievable food and drinks. Aaron, took care of anything we needed. That’s definitely the place to host your party. You can control the music and decorate as you wish.

    We had a reservation and Tyler made the entire experience worth it. He was an amazing host for us and made sure that every we needed was taken care for us.The drinks at this place are amazing during happy hour, and the cheddar cheese board was really good as well.     Our experience here was far better than anything we experienced in the other (more renouned) bars in town. Abby, our bartender, was exceptional. I will most definitely hit up this small bar any time Im in the area. They truly have their ingridients and staff perfectly picked out.

    Ten Degrees has a great happy hour (2 for 1 till 8 PM), and a nice selection of whiskeys, so they already have a special place in my heart. The tapas are tasty and the layout of the place is good for everything from catching up with a friend or doing a drinks date. If you stay there late, walk to Yaffa afterwards for a late night snack.

    Hands down - THE BEST HH in NYC!! 12-8p everyday AND they do a heavy pour??!! Weve spent A LOT of time here - whether it be for an impromptu rinse after work, to celebrate a birthday or New Years Eve (which weve done both of), or just a funday Sunday. Theyve definitely perfected their menu over the years too (their 3-cheese plate or chips & guac are our favorites), which makes this the PERFECT spot to spend your hard-earned dollars. We LOVE everyone on the staff too - from the servers to the bartenders to the bar backs.

    I had an amazing time at Ten Degrees. It was my first time at the bar and I went with my book club. We booked the big back room which because we have 12-20 people in the group. Tyler, our server, was great. The cucumber gin gimlets were excellent, their happy hour deal was awesome (2 for 1 as long as you order your first drink before 8). I had their pita and hummus, absolutely delicious. Afterward, I ended up meeting Aaron, the owner of the bar and he was so kind and friendly and wanted to know if their was anything else he could do for the group, like a specialty cocktail or food for next time. It was a great night and would recommend to anyone.

    Very nice place. Any drink is two for one. Therefore drinks were surprisingly cheap. Service was very nice too. Havent tried food.

    Aaron, Tyler, and the entire Ten Degrees team went above and beyond for our event! They were so flexible about dates when an unforeseen emergency in our group necessitated a change in date several days out. On the day of the event, they gave us more than the previously agreed space, even though our turnout was lower than expected. The drinks and food were both scrumptious- between our entire group many drinks were sampled. Aaron even donated to our raffle and supported our cause (parent mixer for a public school) which was truly appreciated! I cant recommend Ten Degrees enough and we plan to use the space again in the fall. Beyond the wonderful service, the space itself is very cool with a downtown vibe. Thanks Aaron for everything you did!

    Serious happy-hour with 2-4-1 on basically all beverages. Try the Bluepoint hoppiness and get off with a serious IPA. Loud and noisy with tipsy atmosphere

    I love this bar! i was originally recommended to choose this bar from my cousin and i have no regrets! I had my birthday party here a couple years ago and all my friends enjoyed their time! We were allowed to make a shared playlist for the bartenders to use for us for the duration of the night which you can’t do at a lot of places! The drinks, atmosphere and over all vibes were amazing. So much so that I planned another event recently and had no complaints! Originally we had the couches and Aaron had gone ahead and upgraded us to the back room. The back room is where the party is at! We had our own servers coming in and out making sure we were never empty handed and also had control of the music in the room. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I will most definitely continue to come back and host more events here! We loved Aaron, Lucia and Sassy who were so interactive and made sure everything went smoothly for our party. Definitely recommend this bar to anyone thinking of hosting a special event!

    If you like to day drink in a pretty calm environment, this bar is excellent for that! My friend and I stopped in for a few drinks around 4 pm, and there were only two other people there. The crowd started to grow around 5:30/6 pm. The bartender was very nice and gave us various wine recommendations based on our tastes. The bar is also well lit, clean, and airy. Really good atmosphere! I would definitely revisit.

    Visited this place randomly on Friday evening while walking through! It looked great from outside and inside don’t disappoint either! Loved the General’s drink!     I was on the hunt for the perfect place to host my close friends birthday soiree. As the attendee number climbed I found it hard to find a good option in the neighborhood. I was passed the info for Ten Degrees and it was such a boon. From top to bottom, Aaron, one of the co-owners, made my experience absolutely fantastic.As someone who works in events, I have high standards. Aaron and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had the back room which was gorgeous, had its own music capabilities and restrooms. Everything we ordered was delicious and speedily delivered. Also, we collaborated prior to the event on a custom cocktail which they made a Ten Degrees version of and was dang tasty! I am so happy I know about this place and look forward to having many more memorable functions here.
