    This review might be a bit biased since I was here for a work event but I had a lovely experience. I have never been to the boathouse before, out of all the times Ive been to Central Park. It was a Tuesday afternoon at around 3 pm and it was pretty crowded for such a weird hour. You should definitely try to sit outside if you can because thats where youll get the best view of the lake and all the boats. The cocktails are pretty good and are a nice addition to the view.

    Nice and relaxing bar on the lake in the middle of Central Park. Beers are $9 and cocktails are $14. The pineapple mojitos are fantastic and so was the peel and eat shrimp. Only bad thing is; it could be hard to get a table since its seat your self and there were several people sitting by themselves at a table of four. People were walking out since they couldnt find a place to sit.

    Its on the water in Central Park parade what else do you really have to say? Service, food, View and everything was great. Obviously pricey but a very memorable experience in the city.

    Walked by Friday evening and the lovely sunset drew us in. We had aperol spritz and the roast beef sandwich. I agree with other reviewers that say skip the food (mediocre at best), but the vibes are unparalleled. Great place for a relaxing evening drink pre/post dinner.

    Had a burger there while enjoying the sunshine. Reasonably priced, portions are ok, tasted good too.Worth to sit in for a half an hour and rest a bit while out in the park. Will visit again when in NY.

    My absolute favorite bar and martini spot so far in NYC. The view is absolutely beautiful and the martinis are very well made. But some of the food has disappointed me (mind you Ive only had small plates and not a full meal there but still). Burrata and asparagus plate is good, pressed octopus not so much. But definitely recommend going and seeing what they have to offer. Ill always return for those martinis 😍

    This place is nice.Rich the piano player plays soothing music on the keys. the beers are ok. Make sure you get a bartender that knows how to pour a drink. The breeze is so soothing right after rowing next door.havent tried their food in a while but what I see going out looks good. Lots of tourists which makes for an interesting afternoon. Friendly staff.
