Went to this bar in UES for a private event. It’s a small and intimate bar. The bartender was quick and attentive while working alone. The cocktails tasted good and fairly priced (Tito’s soda was about $15), and they have a good selection of drafts. I don’t think they serve any food since food had to be catered from a different place. A chill bar to have a drink if you live nearby.

The Hunterian boasts a sizable menu of outstanding craft cocktails, as well as a smaller but great craft beer selection. The atmosphere is dimly lit, cozy, and rustic, making it an excellent spot to grab a nightcap, catch up with an old friend, or take a date. Lets face it everyone looks pretty sexy in that lighting. The bartenders are super friendly and care about the glass theyre putting in front of you. They are admittedly a little pricey, but at this point Im pretty sure Ive tried every cocktail on the menu and I failed to find one I didnt enthusiastically like. The bar is a bit hidden amidst the relatively quiet side streets of the UES, but it is absolutely worth the cab ride from another neighborhood.

Cool little spot with a nice ambiance. The drink menu is very interesting, I really liked the Penicillin drink that I got. Its pretty small and gets very hot quickly, s we didnt stay very long. But nice place to go for drinks after work or something along those lines.

A warm and cozy hole in the wall with a great selection of beers and whiskey! Great bartenders and service, as well as some really fun Karaoke on Thursdays with an energetic host who has even brought out capes and brooms for some big songs haha

Great spot. Very intimate atmosphere. The only bar I have ever been to with a very clean bathroom. The bartender is also super friendly! Would recommend if you are going out for a date or catching up with friends like I was!

A lovely upgrade to the previous bar. Craft beers and cocktails served to perfection. Also a nice varied whiskey collection. They also have a whiskey club if youre looking to try some rarer gems. Good professional vibe in the bar. Will come back soon!

A neighborhood bar with a nice and welcoming vibe both inside and outside. If youre looking for a local bar to grab a nice cocktail or some beers, then this is the place. Friendly bartender. We enjoyed drinks after work and found plenty of seating. We sat along the windows inside, some nice people watching!

Honest and compassionate service!!!! They truly care about your patronage. One of the only bars that is worth going back to time and time time again. When your there, you feel like your home.I have drank in the best bars on NYC, but this the one spot that i will reccomend to my boss, my best friend, my family and everyone in between.
