    We decided to finally try this place and we were not disappointed. The name is apropos-- The Last Stop! It is at the last stop on the one train heading to Van Cortland- in a centralized location, with plenty of parking on the street, you might have to walk a block or so, but nothing we couldnt benefit from. The initial impression of this place was WOW! I walked into beautiful pulsating music that was not deafening, I could still hear the conversations around me. The decor was like a flower garden -- beautiful, but not overdone, personally I would go a little brighter, it was a bit dark inside, but overall nice! The person on the phone, taking my order was very well-mannered and prompt. When I arrived the host immediately addressed me and pointed me to where I should pick up my order. The service was quick! Now for the actual food impressions:The salad was fresh and crunchy-- loved it!Mac and cheese was out of this world creamy and soulful and good.The jalapeno samosas were on the small side, could be bigger, but truly delicious.The wings were big and tasty, but had too much sauce on it, which took away from the taste of the meat itself.The chicken platter was incredibly delicious and filling, it was perfect!The fries were meh, too wilted and oily.The Cuban sandwich was Amazing! It had crunch in the places that should have crunch and the meat was eyes-rolling-in- the- back-of -your-head good! It was layered beautifully and the sour dough bread was mmm good! Just a bit oily.The churros were crunchy yet doughy at the same time . They were nicely done and they traveled well. Some places serve authentic vanilla ice cream, even to go, with their churros. Excellent food overall. If you have not yet tried this place, please give them a try.

    First time here. So we came for the regular menu on a Saturday afternoon but was met with the brunch menu. We started off weak because we wanted the regular menu but decided on the new Masala chix sandwich and the chorizo egg tacos. The food took a little while but not a problem because we had drinks. We were very pleased with the look and taste of the food. Definitely way better than we expected. The place packed up real fast once we were there and was almost full when we left at 115pm. I dont know if we will make it back because we were just in the area but a nice place to go to if we find ourselves in my old college area again. So the pics are of her Masala Sandwich and mine is the aftermath of me DESTROYING the tacos! They were that good. Too bad I didnt get a before to post. Lol. I forgot how cool the check holder was! That added the last star to my review.

    Excellent place to have a good time with friends after work or night out. Delicious food and drinks🤩 Great athmosphere. Music so enjoyable but you are still able to have a conversation. Will 100% recommend💯

    My girl wanted to try this place out from social media. We went on a Friday night, parking was super easy across the street which is a huge plus in nyc. Walking in the place was beautiful.A little smaller than I expected. We ordered tacos and drinks. The tacos were some of the most delicious tacos I ever had. Music was fantastic.Only downs was service was a little slow. The girl was working non stop perhaps just needed an extra person. We got our tacos and waited another five minutes to get are dining ware. Waiting for the bill took about 15-20 min of trying to get her attention. They add gratuity while also having a suggest tip at the bottom. Careful or they’ll get you if you been drinking.I would come again.

    This is my first time here and the wings/drinks were amazing. I am coming back next week with more people and to catch Happy Hour. I sat at the bar and the bartender was amazing he was interactive, social, and the perfect amount of friendly!

    This is an excellent little spot in the Bronx that I would not have expected to be so great. The staff hospitality is exceptional. Isabella is extremely professional and her ability to remember recurring patrons is an added benefit. Ive been here for brunch and the food and music makes this a spot, I would continue to visit. The last stop is definitely a gem.

    The Bottomless Brunch here was grat. The drinks kept coming and thats always great. The wings were amazing and they also have a really affordable brunch menu. The place is really cute and right off the 1 train. The services was also really good.

    Enjoyed a Friday afternoon treat at The Last Stop. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and attentive. I enjoyed a classic mojito (yum!) and a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Fries. It was delicious. Even looking at the photos now makes my mouth water.

    Amazing place to gather with friends, love their taco Tuesday specials and mixing our authentic Indian cuisine with bar food. Would definitely recommend everyone pay a visit.*Update*The interior of the establishment has been completely renovated and improved. It’s awesome to see that The Last Stop isn’t resting on their laurels and continue to strive to offer the best experience to their customers. Love the scene her and the food remains a “go to” for me.

    The last stop had a whole make over … and you have to check it out! The waiters and the bartenders are so friendly and accommodating. The DJ Jason tonight is great… if you’re looking for a chill fun vibe this is the place to go. Daniel, and the bartenders are amazing!!!!

    This place is really small and cannot accommodate even a small crowd. The bartender / host was so nice and accommodating that he maid room so he can seat us at the bar. I had the tuna on a tostone and it was very good. I had the chicken and waffles the waffle was good but, the chicken was dry and flavored list and I suggest they put their sweet chili sauce on it. The sweet chili wings were good with a nice kick. They could have been faster with the unlimited bellinis but the one bartender/waiter was taking care of the entire restaurant and he was doing his best while being kind and generous..

    Interesting that my initial review was hidden. I will rewrite it because why are you discrediting MY personal experience. Anyways went to the bar for a drink, wasn’t acknowledged after 15 minutes of sitting there looking stupid. I left.based on the reviews it’s a hit or miss.EDITED: went back and service and drinks were very good! the male bartender with the beard was on point with the margaritas! will definitely be back!!     This spot is definitely a chill with your friends or date night spot. We went with our children and there were others there with their kiddos too, only down side to that is there are no high chairs at the time, they have updated and have highchairs now. Slow but friendly service and the space is small so wait times are long. The waiter was very accommodating with seating and bringing children beverages in covered cups. It is dim lit but the ambiance is again great for friends getting together or dates. We went on a Wednesday and they had “wing Wednesday” with $1 wings and $2 sliders. Was a great price point to try different flavored wings on the menu. The star of the show was the butter chicken sliders. They are soooo good. I’d go back just to grab a bunch of those. We didn’t have drinks but I would guess they’re good based on how others were ordering them. They lost a star because the wait time is ridiculous and it’s due to service being slow and the space being small. If you’re trying to get the special pricing on whichever day you go do not go around seven unless it’s only you and one person. You’ll get a seat at the bar or at a 2 person table faster than if you’re trying to sit with a family or group. The pricing is not honored past the time even if you have been waiting over a hour and you’re not allowed to order to go to get the pricing.

    Atmosphere - the aesthetics were very beautiful it’s giving chill, romantic, hip hop vibes and good music.Food - the Mac & Cheese and chicken sliders were everything! So much amazing flavors I especially love the hint of curry. Not really a fan of the tacos it was a little bland but still good.Customer Service - the customer service was really great the gentleman really broke down the whole menu and recommended some great choices. He was friendly, funny, and took into consideration our allergies when helping us picking out food.Cons - we paid cash and our change was $44.47 a women gave us $43.00 so my wife’s addressed it and she gave us $1 and forgot to give us the 0.47 back. It’s not a big deal but future reference I think it is important to give people there exact change back.Overall - I recommend this place to anyone especially for date night. Love it!

    Food was so good! My sister and I first ate the buttery Mac and cheese and it tasted so good. Tad bit on the spicy end since it was Indian but it wasn’t too hot. The beef burgers and chicken sliders were cooked well and nicely seasoned. Finally, the desert was hella good. I opted for the carrot cake while my sister had the fried Oreos with ice cream and it was phenomenal. Overall, my experience was a solid 10/10 for the environment, food, and amazing waitress!

    Taco Tuesday was a great time! Went out with some friends for dinner during the week and this place has prices that wont be beat on food and drink. The tacos were absolutely delicious and full. The vibes here are beautiful and inviting too. I came here one time before with my wife for a drink and loved it and knew we had to come back for dinner. Unfortunately because of the cheap drinks and food around the corner from a college, this place was packed and the staff was running around. This made ordering things pretty lengthy, but all the staff members were still great. You also cant make a reservation, so next time we definitely have to come earlier. Overall, wonderful place and cant wait to go back.

    Visited Sunday: 1/21/2024 @9:30ish 10pmMy order: 2 orders of WAFFLE FRIES , Side Salad, 8 piece KTOWN AND Garlic Parmesan Wings. With their House Made 2 Butter Sauce, Chipotle Mayo and Ranch…I know I’m honestly taking time with reviewing spots I’ve eaten at. I’ve been busy.I must say the ambiance is actually of a hybrid between a dive bar and a spot to take a date on(because I visited this location during the KC vs Buffalo Bills game). The service was perfect to my point of view. All the staff I interacted with were professional and displayed a strong work ethic. The bathrooms were definitely clean as well as the dining area. I don’t drink so I didn’t sit by the bar, but I can tell it is well maintained. I ordered 8 pieces of wings but were divided by the flavors I selected. The garlic Parmesan wings and the Korean flavored fried wings (KTOWN). Each wings has the perfect amount of meat so there was plenty to eat. They were both especially tender and cooked! Not a sight of it being spoiled or undercooked! The garlic Parmesan wings… I give it a 3.9 out of 5. Don’t get me wrong! I LOVE GARLIC PARMESAN! it’s like they were perfect but I wish I at least had some garlic pieces in it. They seemed a bit too salty but definitely packed garlic flavored. The KTOWN wings 4 out of 5. Captured the essence of Korean Fried Wings. A blend of sweet and savory of course! Each wings were crisp and cooked perfectly. I also ordered 2 sides of waffles fries(perfect amount of seasoning and CRISPY)! Plus a side salad with was just beautiful! Their house made butter sauce was just perfect so I had two cups of those! Plus my usual chipotle mayo (needed that)! I definitely see myself visiting this place again soon.So please support the locals !

    The Last Stop is the perfect brunch spot in the Bronx! You can take the train straight to it. The decor is very Alice in Wonderland picturesque with some homage to the Yankees, the subway stop and it’s original diner days mixed in. Staff and bartender were super friendly. The food is fire. For $35 you can get pre-fixed and $25 bottomless brunch. They have some Indian persuasion items like butter chicken wings (say less!) and aloo. We loved their adorable stack of pancakes with Nutella and their chicken and waffles. They also have some delicious churros to top it off. Go now before it gets crowded!

    I couldn’t take any pictures because I literally scarfed all the food down so fast. The Mac and cheese with chicken bits was probably the best Mack’s no cheese I’ve ever had in my life. And the wings??? To DIE for. ESPECIALLY with the blue cheese. The place also is such a vibe with great music and cool art work with a lit up bar. Drinks are YUMMMYYY too. And cheap on taco Tuesday hehe. I highly recommend coming here. 10/10

    The Last Stop is one of my favorite restaurants. I can come here with friends for dinner and drinks and I can come here with family for brunch and it’s always a great ambiance, great food and amazing service. I have had my birthday party here and had the best time partying and dancing. Today I celebrated a friend’s baby shower and we truly felt welcomed, the staff was friendly, paid attention to detail and the food was delicious. The Last Stop is truly a one stop shop restaurant and bar and I truly recommend it or any occasion.

    This spot is a gem. They have great music and the food is great! I would definitely recommend the butter chicken wings since they’re always fire! The drinks here are fire! They have different flavored mojitos and margaritas. I’d recommend the mango mojitos for sure. If you like tacos you definitely have to stop by on Taco Tuesday for a good time. The bartenders, servers and owner are all cool people. The bar itself has a solid aesthetic.Never disappointed whenever I come here.

    I always have a great time when I come here. The music is always good and they make sure to take proper precautions with covid.     Honestly once I found this spot it has quickly become my home bar/eatery. The environment is welcoming, the staff are all friendly and accommodating.     Wow, I am so happy this place opened up in my neighborhood. Its still in its soft opening stages, but even for its soft opening weekend the service, the drinks and the food has been exceptional. The owners of this place used to own the diner I frequented very often. The diner was in the neighborhood for over 30 years and was a huge part of our community. We are so happy this family is back, better than ever.I went the opening night on Friday and went back last night with my sister because I wanted her to try the food. Friday night, the entire bar was packed out with locals, family, friends all having a great time. People were enjoying the music and the company they were surrounded with.I went back last night to have my sister check out the spot. It was a bit slower than the previous night but again, its been a soft opening weekend so the neighborhood isnt really sure this place is open yet. We tried the paneer kati rolls, the butter chicken sampler and the butter chicken wings. Everything was so delicious. There was an explosion of flavor the minute you bit into the Kati roll. Ive had Kati rolls in the city but they were either too spicy, too messy or just not what I want. These Kati rolls were just perfect, they came with a side of mint chutney. The star of the menu though, is definitely the butter chicken wings. They are some of the best wings Ive ever had. The sauce slathered on the wings was just perfection, flavor was out of this world and unlike anything Ive tried before.The food was amazing, but the drinks were out of this world. I highly recommend Next Stop, Tequila and the Broadway Buzz. Both were equally delicious, refreshing and just what I needed.Highly recommend this place to everyone, once they are up and running everyday. A gem has been added into our neighbors. Urban meets Indian.

    My sister and I went impromptu on Friday (3/24) evening, close to 6:45pm. It was lovely and we arrived at just the right time. Diverse crowd, nice people, awesome bartenders/servers - Genesis and Andrés - made the most delicious margaritas; we especially loved the coconut margaritas! The yumminess didnt end there - we had the sliders and nachos and both options were scrumptious. The burgers were perfectly medium well, juicy with a slight char served on a soft buttery bun. Each and every nacho was covered - thats rare! Oh, Happy Hour is until 7pm, so we got 4 drinks in (orderd) and the meals before it ended. We appreciated Genesis reminding us to get another drink before 7pm if we wanted to - very thoughtful of her, and we definitely took advantage of it. Bonus - the EXCELLENT DJ who started his set just before 8pm. Good music, people, drinks, food. My sister and I had a blast and are looking forward to returning SOON!P.S.
