    I stumbled upon Rose Room, NYCs first-ever espresso martini bar. It was a busy Saturday evening, but I managed to snag a seat. The cozy, classic interior and perfectly balanced espresso martinis were so delightful that they warmed me up despite the cold outside. This place quickly became my new favorite spot!Ill definitely be back soon :))

    For the past six years, I always go to the speakeasy style bar and restaurant next door to Rickey’s. However, the service there seemed to be going downhill. This time when the host there wouldn’t even turn around from his conversation after I was standing there for several minutes, I decided to leave and try Rickey’s. I’m glad I did. The drinks were fantastic. The atmosphere was nice and the bartender was friendly. I’ll be going to Rickey’sfrom now on.

    Best cocktail spot in New York City. Hands. Down. From the drinks to the service to the ambiance… we could not have been more pleased with The Rickey. I’m not sure we’ve had better drinks since the pandemic. The attention to detail is exceptional. I’m also not sure we’ve felt like the only people in the room and more welcome even though the place is packed. *The place is packed because it’s AMAZING!Steven the bartender is the man.Don’t t miss this spot if you find yourself in midtown. Also… $1 grilled cheese @ happy hour?!?!?!!!! Enough said.Go.And be happy :)Thank you The Rickey!You found yourself a regular.

    They have the coolest cocktails - if you check out their social media page you can find out how to unlock their secret menu which is pretty cool. My favorite is the secret stash which is a flask that comes in a book!

    We came here after a night out in Hell’s Kitchen. The location is prime, and it was a welcome change from the packed bars we were in earlier. The drink menu was diverse and well balanced for our group, which included a pretty diverse taste palette.The vibe is very chill; and the dim lighting sets a mood for intimate conversation. The decor is understated but tasteful, with particular compliments to the wall paper.

    Always like coming to the rickey when Im in this part of town. Great cocktails and this time the bartender was happy to make any of them virgin without the alcohol for us since we werent drinking that night. So much better than places that have just one or two non alcoholic versions!! Highly recommend!

    Nice bar, to enjoy a delicious cocktail. It is not very loud, so you can have great conversations with friends. We end up here because all the other bars we tried had a long wait line. So if you are in NYC and want to have great time, please give The Rickey a try!

    I visited this place with a few of my friends and fiancé. It was great! The cocktails are top notch, they’re expensive but worthy. The bites they have are also tasty, my favorites were the grilled cheese & kale and artichoke dip

    This place is a hidden gem and Im so happy a SAG event in the area forced me to dive in and explore. I used to bartend as did my bestie in the photos. But watching Hassan (12 years+ experience) was like being in the presence of a #Master . I have never seen so much care put into any drink in my entire life. Every glass was a work of art, and so amazing. The 2 days we spent there was the most fun I had in a long time. I wish I was in the area more. Stop by and treat yourself to a show as your exquisite drink is being crafted in a way that Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. 💯💯 . Hassan showed me you can put drinks in a cup or you can create a drinkable work of art.. 🍷🍸🍹🥂

    EJ was an amazing bartender. He asked us what drinks we liked and he made amazing gin/cucumber cocktails out of thin air. Ambiance is amazing, 10/10 recommend for a date or intimate night.

    Wife and I went with the recommendation from the bartender on a signature cocktail and some tapas. +1 on the meatballs as well as the artichoke and lobster dip.Great starter bar, especially if youre staying at the dream. Come in close to 5pm for a quieter atmosphere

    Absolute hidden gem. We found this quant place on New Years Day and stayed in place for hours since we were soooo comfortable. This trendy lounge type bat is located inside The Dream hotel. Service was amazing and the drinks were absolutely the best! Five stars. Our server was very attentive. Drinks are hand crafted and it shows. A must stop in for a quiet and very equiste and beautifully decorated lounge.

    OMG!!! THIS PLACE IS POPPING!!! Upscale, but u can come casual. Seriously... electricity is in the air. Huge, quality, TVs everywhere !!The staff was friendly, and you u can get something to munch on. Its a great venue !!!!!

    Loved this place! The ambiance was everything! The vibe was so laid back. Everything from the lighting to the music to the speakeasy furnishings put my husband and I into a very low-key vibe mode. We love visiting places like this!     We stopped in for drinks prior to dinner, we ended up finding this awesome lounge, located in the boutique hotel across the street from ours after leaving the rooftop bar due to the humidity and heat.After walking into the bar I truly felt as if we were going back in time, the interior has a wonderful old world charm, it is quaint, more intimate than anything and extremely comfortable. The bartender was very personable, easy to talk with and had a great personality.I was hoping to find a very dark stout and followed a recommendation from the bartender. The stout was extremely dark with note of chocolate, it was on draft and extremely smooth.They were playing quite a variety of music, it was quite relaxing until the rap music came on, listening to rap music in this environment was like throwing gasoline onto a fire to extinguish it.Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this lounge and will return in the future.

    A bit of a hidden gem of a cocktail bar in midtown NYC. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations based on our preferences. I highly recommend The Cartel - they use a coconut water ice cube that enhances the flavor of the cocktail as you drink, and the cracked coffee bean provided such great fragrance to the whole cocktail. Since I really like egg white cocktails, the bartender also recommended the Lavender Girl which was a great frothy cocktail balanced with hints of tartness and mellow lavender fragrance.
