Ultra high-end, cocktail bar. Hidden in the lower level of the Lotte Palace Hotel. Go down the main stairs of the Lotte Palace Hotel and make a U-turn to the left to find it. Named after Leona Helmsleys dog Trouble (in which she left a trust worth millions to have it cared for). This is the place to have a perfectly made cocktail. Great place for a date. Contemporary and romantic decor. Comfortable. Top notch service. Prices more than par, significantly. Very cute cocktail bar, it is on the lower level. They have great cocktails, but are a bit pricy. My favorite is the Gossip Girl cocktail.

Tucked away in the bottom of a hotel, the bartenders here make some great drinks and the pours are extremely generous. And the bar snacks are really good. Easy to ruin your dinner.

I stayed at Lotte Palace hotel, and this place was just off lobby area. Great service, friendly staff. Servers went out of their way to give me what I asked for. You step down into the small, dark intimate space, bar on one side and tables on other side. I will be back.

Cool, sophisticated bar inside the Lotte Palace Hotel on Madison Ave and 52nd. Excellent hand crafted cocktails. Great atmosphere. The name of this bar is after Leona Helmsleys dog Trouble. Its pricey, but you are paying for the ambience of the hotel. You can bar hop to the other 3 bars in the hotel as well.

Stayed at the Lotte Palace. After three tourist days in NYC was looking for something low key and not hurried. Great place. Amoncio and Greg both were excellent. Had a decent Malbec and a rieslng from NY state.Recommended, especially if you are staying here. A great place for a pause.
