Ty Bar in New York

Ty Bar is one of the nicest and most sophisticated places to grab drinks after work or meet with someone during the day in Midtown Manhattan. Ive visited this establishment in the Four Seasons a number of times over the years. Ty Bar was unfortunately closed during the last 5 years due to the pandemic and other reasons. Thankfully, 2024 Fall in NYC has brought back both the Four Seasons hotel and the Ty Bar located within!

An exclusive 5 star bar lounge with all top shelf options. Be prepared to pay about $30 per drink, but the quality of ingredients topped with knowledgeable barristers makes it a valuable experience.

Super place to have a cocktail and relax The bar/cocktail lounge looks like it belongs in Grand Central Station in Washington DC. Super spacious with marble pillars and plenty of space to relax. The decorum of the bar is a relaxed atmosphere and the drinks are perfect for this type of bar. Not cheap but well worth the money to wind down and RELAX.

A gorgeous, luxurious place to have a glass of wine and chat. Felt very upper crust coming here - so it would be a special occasion only type of thing. However, if I can get a vat of their marinated olives delivered to my house, Id pay top dollar.

YOUR LIVING ROOM IN THE FOUR SEASONS HOTEL: What a great place to meet a few people for tea or for a drink. Sit in a living room setting....sofa for 3 and then 3 comfortable chairs around a table. You forget that there are other people in the room and just enjoy the space and great service. Food choices are appropriate and delicious. And yes, its a little expensive........but you ARE renting a living room for an hour or two.

Exceptional staff and amazing cocktails! We had a lovely late-night Christmas Day dinner at the bar and it was a classy, delicious experience. Not only was the ambiance on point—the beautiful tree and even the movie, Elf, playing above the fireplace—but the drinks were perfectly prepared. My Old Fashioned was so good! Our burger and truffle fries were fantastic and just the overall service and rapport we had with our servers and host was really nice. It was a cozy and special way to spend Christmas.

The drinks were amazing & the service was exceptional! $$$$ but, it is the Four Seasons after all… we loved it so much we would happily pay the price to grab a beverage here again on our next visit to NYC.

A wonderful place, simply perfect: great ambience, stylish and very inviting. In addition, incredibly courteous and friendly staff and very tasty drinks! Its a very nice experience that I would definitely recommend: A Home far away from Home! Thanks for the great service!
