    Went for Oktoberfest. Fantastic experience. Lively feel with upbeat music and events going on such as the stein holding competitions.Beautiful area with views of the water and nearby Tin Building. Several communal tables are available and the open air design capitalizes on the wonderful views. Besides the tables one is able to go over to the water as well.Burger sliders were smaller than expected for price but delicious.

    Went during lunch time (1:30pm) to Santa’s Winter Wonderland for the holidays with my family. It was such a fun day and the food was better than expected!The kids absolutely loved the burger and the fish and chips were regular (but good!).The decor was definitely a holiday vibe but I took off a star because I feel like it probably looks much better at night.I definitely recommend renting a private igloo because general admission looked crazy and chaotic to be honest.Even though I think it would look so much better and more expensive at night, the day time views of the river and bridge were a great consolation to that.But the sunlight showed some of the flaws in the decor.The hot chocolate is NOT GOOD so I recommend the hot cider (spiked with whiskey if that’s your thing!). The cider was eleventy billion times better than the hot chocolate.My family and I had so much fun taking pictures and the small kids loved playing in the play area they had set up.Definitely a great, kid friendly, holiday thing to do!

    The staff were all so friendly and kept everything on time.bartenders were so friendly, Santa was there, lots of photo opportunities and where else can you find a firepit in NYC? The weather was beautiful we had a great day. I do wish there was some shopping we could’ve done or known about shopping at the pier next to us before our meal. The meal was good and little extras for the customers were beautiful finishing touches that added some Christmas spirit. Thank you for a wonderful day.

    Omg what experience! Loove it. Staff very friendly, amazing. Food quality the same as high class restaurant, delicious. Drinks are fantastic, i wish i could had drink one of each. Very magical place for all ages. Probably going back again.

    I had a great time at Watermark - its decorated for Christmas now and the photo opps are endless. They change themes periodically so this is the 2nd time that Ive been there. The 1st time that Ive had a pretzel that Ive really enjoyed, Soft and fresh. You can have food in an enclosed decorated space for additional fees. Great place for kids of all ages...

    I was here specifically for Santas Winter Wonderland which was fun. Loved the decor and my Gingerbread Man cocktail!! Sadly I left the drink in my hotel fridge and they threw it out before I could get it back 😭

    This place was really nice, I didnt get any food this time, I went there mostly for taking pictures which I got some really great ones, but next time Ill get food the menu items look really good. The atmosphere is great very cool, fun and relaxing. Theres a fun vibe there. Theres also games to keep everyone entertained. Will definitely visit here again!

    We ate dinner in a private igloo, saw the sunset while having drinks, and then ate. The add-on was very expensive, but if you buy tickets ahead of time and just get what comes with it, it would have been ok. There is a lot to do and see, and take pictures with Santa, a snow globe backdrop with snow shooting out at you.Its a great holiday experience.

    I went here for the pink pier event and it was so cute. We didnt eat in one of the igloos because we just had dinner somewhere else, but we still enjoyed the whole set-up and photo opportunities and the beautiful view of the bridge. I just wish it was warmer that day. They did have a fire pit that helped, but we ended up smelling like we were in a fire. We got some cute pink glasses that light up and 2 little macaroons and a drink at the outside bar. I would definitely have stood and hung out longer if it wasnt so cold. I still enjoyed it despite the cold weather.

    Santa winter wonderland !! It was great ! The VIP ticket is worth it for only 3-4More dollars. You get free hot chocolate ( spiked or not ) , churro or pretzel, and Santa hat . Times were staggered so it was not too packed ! you can even buy smore kit and enjoy roasting marshmallows by the fire pit !! The kids can meet Santa too !

    I really recommend this restaurant, I had a great time, I loved the vibe, music, 🎶 the view was amazing 🤩, the food was great 👍🏼 overall I enjoyed it. One downside is that the bathroom 🚽 was too small and far away from the restaurant and it was portable bathroom 🚽 other than it is great place to be with friends and family!!

    Watermark is truly the vibe ! Last September, I went to watermark randomly during Septembers Oktoberfest for the very first time and that was a amazing experience, so when I knew I was going to much for my birthday I said watermark is the spot I need to experience again !!! the weather, the food, the service, the staff, the music, the view !! It was a true New York City experience. A huge shout out to the waiter we had Caio who’s Energy and vibe was so amazing who also shared a birthday with my friends and come to find out we were all Geminis!! The party of six that I had after leaving, I made sure I asked each one what their opinions were of the restaurant and everyone was raving about it !! thank you watermark for such an amazing birthday experience!!!! 5 stars!!!!

    CHALET REVIEWWe booked the chalet for two for 6:15 but it ended getting cancelled. So we had to rescheduled for 8 which was annoying BUT actually going later in the night is better. Barely any people which made it relaxing. We checked in 10 mins early and went into the heated chalet. We placed our order for the food that was included. I got the grilled cheese it was pretty good and my sister got the burger and fries. Both meals were filling and good portions. The hot chocolate was good too! The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to pay 18% gratuity which I think it should’ve been included in the price already. If I buy a ticket I want everything to be included and I shouldn’t have to pay extra in the end. Anyways, we also got a snack ticket to use after we were done. It was pretty cold once we got out of the chalet so we took pictures walked around and left. The 90min reservation was definitely enough.BTW I guess the chalets are free after 9pm so if you don’t want to spend too much you can get a cheaper ticket and then chip inside for free!!

    Santas Winter Wonderland: It is great only on these conditions:Monday, 4:30 pm, general admissions($22), is the best time and day to go.1. Theres no crowd and no lines you can take as many pictures and sit at the glass house with tall chairs (for general admission ticket, it does have a view of the Brooklyn Bridge).2. Sun sets around 4:30-5:00 so you get to see the beautiful sky and both the day and night view of the Brooklyn Bridge, without too many people.3. Complimentary hot chocolate is spiced, so it is delicious. Red velvet cookies were warm and yummy. Other options looked fine as well. Afterwards, visit the Tin Building next door for dinner!4. All the staff members are super friendly!

    I’ve been here a few times for their Oktoberfest menu! This is a really great place for the waterfront views and vibes. Food and drinks are good, we always end up ordering the turkey leg and wurst sampler. I also really love their mac and cheese! The seating can be tight, so I do wish their tables were a little bigger.Pro tips: Definitely make reservations and try to go early on weekdays/weekends to get good seating and avoid the crowds. Going earlier during weekdays also means happy hour!

    Very nice and unique experience. Great vibes! Definitely recommend. I came here after Christmas on a Saturday in January , but I still loved all the decorations. Great atmosphere and ambiance.🦋 The food was delicious! My favorite was the mac and cheese in a waffle cone appetizer. Highly recommend!🦋 the Spanish wine bottle was a bit bitter for my liking.🦋the salmon was delicious.🦋my partner got the burger & it was average , nothing special.🦋hot chocolate was delicious!🦋the smores package was a large quantity and it was great ! Definitely recommend.🦋the room where we ate and drank had its own space heater. That was very nice.🦋outside of the eating/drinking room, it was freezing! It would be nice for the future if they could incorporate those outside heat lamps. It would make the experience so much more pleasant.🦋Some of the staff here were completely clueless or had a language barrier or something. I asked them simple questions about what this place offered that i saw online and all, and their answer was I dont know and so on...🦋the bathroom was in a very inconvenient location outside of the restaurant and experience. Definitely didnt like this.

    Went for the incredible Christmas experience with my friends! The food was AMAZING (highly recommend the Fish and Chips, Salmon, or Spaghetti and Meatballs). The service was great and the ambiance was phenomenal. I recommend going before sunset to see the beautiful views on the water. 10/10!

    Went to a July 4th event at this gem of a place. It was easy to find following GPS, just a little confusing getting to the actual restaurant. Making way through the cruise crowd was a little difficult make sure to keep walking into the tunnel before you end up on a line for a boat LOL.The place was packed, we didnt RSVP for table reservations so were in this standing room table area. The food was ok forgot to take picture! Chicken Sliders 8/10. Burger 7/10.Paloma Paradise Pouch drink was pretty good. Jalapeño Casamigo 10/10.Super photo friendly definitely content worthy.Definitely recommend.

    A fun place to go with a group of friends! Especially during the summer. The views on the water make it a beautiful place to enjoy. The food is also delicious, especially the truffle fries and coconut shrimp! The drinks are also good. They have an extensive menu which is awesome - there’s something for everyone. The service was great as well, which is very important. I have been there 3 times now.They have fun decorations according to the season/holidays. Right now, they have their Pink Pier for Valentines Day and it is gorgeous!

    Excellent customer service. The food was good. My favorite were the stake tacos and the chick sliders. The coconut shrimp were good too. The drinks were ok. Could add more alcohol lol. The ambience was amazing. Love the music and the view of this place.     We had a fun family time. Our daughter was so happy with the kid’s games, activities and photo opportunities. We had tickets for 12:00am but Santa didn’t arrive until 1:00pm so we were not able to see him because we had a flight to take. Overall, we recommend it. We didnt eat at the place.

    I am an Executive Assistant and have been planning events for many years. Team building events and celebrations are super important for collaboration and motivation and I work hard to pick good venues. Watermark was one of the best celebratory events I have planned! The service was INCREDIBLE. From start to finish we were taken care of in every way. I was greeted by the manager upon arrival- Stephanie - she was so hospitable and amazing. Then she introduced me to our server, Caesar. He was absolutely incredible. His energy, his ability to serve us all drinks efficiently with a smile on his face, and his attention to detail were all impeccable. He went far and beyond to make sure we were all happy. Being a team of 60 people that is not an easy task and he did it seamlessly. I really hope Caesar is acknowledged because that kind of service doesnt usually exist, especially in NYC. We were all having the best time and it was truly due to Caesar and his outstanding service. I am receiving so much team feedback about how great the party was last night at Watermark. Also! The foods amazing! 10 out of 10!

    Went for the pink event for Valentines Day. Sat in a challet due to picking the wrong thing, but thats on me. The staff was good, very attentive. The food was basic, pink for the holiday but basic. I had the burger and Mrs. Gingie had the salmon. There is nothing to write home about, like I said basic. The atmosphere was pretty damn cool if youre into taking pics. There are lots of spots for the insta shots.Is it worth the whiskey?........ehhhh not really. Save your 💸 💰 and go somewhere else. So, no, this spot is not worth the whiskey.

    I bought the tickets from Fever app for the Glass house for 2 at the Santa Wonderland. It was a last min thing since the Target Wonderland was crowded, but the WaterMark still had tables available. $100 plus fees. The food menu was ok. The vegan mac n cheese was good. I had hot apple cider spiked. Great photo apps, two tickets for snacks and drinks, portable potties with 3 stalls. I only had to pay the taxes and tip of the food and beverage in the glass house. Christmas events in NYC are the best.

    Had a blast at the pink pier for valentine’s day! drove all the way from MA - we got the chalet package for 2 which included tea, an appetizer (charcuterie), 2 entrees and 2 desserts. the tea was delicious as was the food (we got the mushroom ravioli and the burger) but since I’m not a fan of charcuterie, i just wish there was an option to choose your appetizer like you can choose which dessert you get. i tried the macaroons and my boyfriend got the cheesecake - both were good! the ambiance of the pier was cute and cozy and i loved all the decorations - i just wish there were a few more areas to sit outside of the chalets to enjoy the set up they made. there is a fire pit but nowhere to sit and enjoy it so we ended up walking through everything after our meal and deciding just to head home since we couldn’t sit by the fire. just an idea for the future!! 10/10 date night experience right on the water - totally worth it to us :)

    Thank you so much to Henry. He was very nice to us and helped me arrange the proposal for my brother-in-law and my sister. The staff was very welcoming to them and made them feel very special. The proposal was magical, and Santa did a wonderful job. We were so excited!! The only thing is that I wish they could have put an extra seat for me. Since it was winter, it was very very cold outside.

    Pink Pier at Watermark was a great experience!Group of 4: Two adults and two teenagers.We ordered the French Chicken Breast with wine caper sauce, garlic mashed potato and sautéed green beans; Wild Mushroom Raviloi in a Cognac cream sauce; Charred Tomato Soup & Pesto Gruyère Grilled Cheese; and lastly the ever faithful Chicken tenders and fries!We were served a delicious tea with a delicate rose petal as garnish. I believe the server stated it was Koalo Tea. Please dont quote me on that as I do not remember the name, but it was warm, comforting, and delicious!For dessert, the kids chose hot chocolate and SMori, pink marshmallows with Hershey chocolate and graham crakers. I chose the pink cheesecake! All was delicious!The ambiance was great for everyone, from family-friendly, groups celebrating life events or just for two, enjoying an evening out!Thank you, Watermark and Fever NYC, for creating a wonderful experience!

    My boyfriend and I had such a great time! It is definitely a great date idea and I was surprised at how lovely the whole place was. Its best to go at night in order to enjoy all the light decorations. The service was very good, had to wait a few minutes to be seated for our reservation and it was cold but the hostess was so sweet and gave us champagne on the house while we waited. Waiter was very attentive and the food exceeded my expectations. The drink was a little expensive but worth it considering the experience. They give you a cute little macaroon to start out (which was delicious!), hot pink tea and an entree. I had the cheese ravioli and it was super cute, pasta comes in heart shapes and in pink sauce. Overall, it was a great time! Definitely worth going

    We went on the last day! This place was more about experiencing the experience than the food. I had the Pier 15 burger and it was good, decent for what it was. Wish the fries werent extra but it was tasty. Our server was super fun and a pleasure from start the end of her shift. Great conversation. The layout was a lil tight but very cute setup.

    I celebrated my birthday here, and I was really excited because they had a pink pier pop-up going on and everything was Valentine’s Day related. Definitely a really cold day but as the ice melted on top of the igloo, it was really nice to see the sunset and enjoy our birthday celebration that the staff put on for us!

    Beautiful view of the Brooklyn bridge and Dumbo. Lots of boats and water activities in the Hudson river. Good to get some 🍷 and 🍺 and sit at the outdoor seating. The music is upbeat and trendy. Nice young crowd at this place. Prices are bit high and 18% gratuity is added to your bill/check regardless of the services.

    Another restaurant Ive been introduced to because of week is Watermark. They were offering a 3 course meal at a deal so I made it my mission to hit up this hot spot.I came early to beat the rush and I figured this would be my best bet. I believe they have some indoor seating but I was sat outdoors. I ordered the coconut shrimp as a starter and it was amazing. It came out piping hot and was paired with a Thai chili sauce. I loved it I even took some home to share with my bf. Next up was the burger and fries. I had it cooked medium well and it came out just how I liked it, the fries were well seasoned and just as good as the burger. I couldnt even finish it because I was STUFFED & had to save room for the key lime cheese cake. I didnt really enjoy much of that but the crust but its just a personal preference. It was quite tart.I would still come back for the great service and the frozen margs.

    We came to the restaurant on Saturday, and it was packed. We had a reservation, our table was ready on time. Strongly recommend reserving a table if you dont want to spend time on a line. As you get in, you can understand why the line is long: the watermark is located on pier 15th, and there is a fantastic view of the three bridges area. The vibe and the atmosphere there are also great and remind me of some resorts by the ocean. The Hawaiian style of decoration also looks excellent and makes you feel all of the benefits of the summer while staying in the city at the same time. DJ, warm wind from the East river, friendly and professional servers... The cocktail list has a lot of options, and mocktails are also available for order.We started with chips and deep. Great start. Chips come with three sauces: guacamole, tzatziki, and tomato habanero. Very tasty, definitely recommend.As the main course, we ordered Lobster roll and Carne Asada Tacos. Lobster cooked very well: soft, light on a salt. The tacos also were fantastic and yummy.For the dessert, we ordered Snickers Sundae. Very good and the taste is even better with that view... :-)Summing up, I will recommend you visit Watermark. There you can take all of the benefits of New Yorks summer and have a great time with your friends. This place is loud, fun and summery. We have been there in the daytime; next time we will come at night to see the watermark in the nightlights.

We did the free reservation since we came by during happy hour which was 4-6, I believe the later timeslots are paid.Beautiful location and view of the surrounding area on the pier. The waiter was friendly and we were able to make our order quick. The drinks were good and we loved the food. We came around sunset so it was a bit warmer, but it also helped they had a heater within the space we were sat. There was an issue with my drink which was corrected quickly. Great service and lovely views, would definitely recommend.

    I cant say enough about what an incredible experience we had! We came here to celebrate my dogs (Edgar) 6th birthday and the staff was beyond accommodating. They made sure we had water for all the dogs and took pictures and videos for us as well as helped us celebrate with sparklers. Our server was beyond amazing. I didnt catch their name but they had stars in their hair and they were gracious, kind, timely, attentive, and had the best energy. The whole restaurant got involved with celebrating with us and it ended up feeling like one of the best community vibes Ive experienced in NYC.     Such an amazing experience! All of the food was delicious! I am obsessed with the cocktails that have a disco ball as a container (see photo down below). Everything was so worth it. They also had a heater inside, just in case you were cold. The customer service was great, the food came out fast and tasting better than what we anticipated! 10000 stars out of 10!     This waterfront restaurant is a fun hangout spot with views of Brooklyn Bridge and some skyline. The service was top notch. Servers were very attentive even the one who werent your main server. Santiago was our server and he made sure that we were good the whole time.. The drinks were also good. I gave it a four because I ordered the mango frambalee French toast but wasnt 100% impressed. I am a Caribbean girl so I am used to better quality of mango.

    I had the best time at Watermark’s Winter Wonderland. I enjoyed sitting in a cozy, heated glasshouse with beautiful views of the water and ordered some delicious crab cakes, coconut shrimp, and their signature burger.     Oktoberfest is my favorite time of the year and Watermark Bar did not disappoint. The beers were flowing and were delicious. We had the sausage sampler, the giant pretzel and the turkey leg. Everything was absolutely delicious. The pretzel was $20 but it was for six people. The service and staff were incredible too. We didn’t have to wait at all. I can’t wait to go back.

    Amazing fun atmosphere on pier 15! Part of the recent seaport renovation, there is a park one level up. On the ground floor is this awesome bar/ restaurant.The day we went they had swing dancing lessons and party for all!     Amazing vibes. The wait staff was quick and very attentive. The music and drinks were flowing. Food was great, you have to try the lobster roll. I will return again when I’m in the city.
