Friend’s Tavern is my go to spot in Queens! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. John always treats us phenomenal and is very good at what he does. The music is very diverse in the sense they play many different genres! Highly recommend.There’s hookah and lots of other entertainment that keeps me coming back for more!We celebrate many birthdays here and they always have decorations and cake available if requested.10/10!!!

Easily one of the most welcoming and fun bars in NY. The music, the performers, and the parties are all 🔥🔥🔥.What makes this bar stand out the most is how amazing the staff is. The security, the bartenders, the waiters, and even the manager walking the room all go out of their way to make people feel welcome.John, especially, goes above and beyond to take care of the customers and make sure they have everything they need. Even in a packed room full of customers, the drinks are always full, the hookah is always hot, and the party is always on.With service like that, its no wonder people come from all over the city (and further) to party at this bar.

I fell in love with Friends Tavern again after such a long time without going and seeing the renovation, it was luxurious. The service, as always, is incomparable to any other bar. 10 years ago, it was my first place that I visited. The waiter John served me and it made me happy to see him again, always with his good service and his smile to attend to what is missing in the bars in the area. Many successes, Friends Tavern 10/10. Stopped in for the first time over the weekend and the staff made me and my best friend feel very welcomed and very safe. We enjoyed the frozen margaritas (careful, they can be dangerous in a good way!) and the service was absolutely on point. And at $10 each, the price was right for what we got and it didnt break the bank.Will be back again!

Where to start…I’ve been coming to friends tavern for a few years now, at first I have to accept I was very Sceptical of coming here, but I have to accept that now they new client!the entire staff is so welcoming and make you feel Like you know them from a past life!Jain Pablo is the coolest guy,He even sing with me on Tuesdays karaoke (amazing voice btw) which is the day I come the most.But Andres, Cristian and even the quiets guy Brian*They are all super nice, and cero diva attitude!If you’re in the area, stop by and give them a chance!Also viva* next door is my super fav✨

Great gay atmosphere, mostly Latin American with a mix of Colombian, Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, Dominican, Spaniard, Costa Rican...etc. Friendly Hot Bartenders and staff. Small but cozy dancefloor in the back and the music is pumping to a mix of Latin & English Dance, Pop, R&B, Salsa, Reggaeton and Merengue with the occasional Cumbia. Plenty of spiced tunes and Electronic dance tracks to satisfy all cultures here. The weekends get literally jam packed so dont be surprised if you get fondelled or rub a few yourself as you try to make your way to the back where the restrooms are located which sometimes has a line waiting. On special nights youll be tantalized by a couple of hot gogo boys strutting on top of the bar. Fun is a definite at this bar.

Friends Tavern is one of my favorite bars not only in Queens but all of NYC! They really have the best events and staff! My favorite days are Karaoke Tuesdays with Juan Pablo. Always a good time! From Juan Pablo and Lexier bartending on Friday to Lexier and Esteban bartending on a Sunday with great Djs all the way through the weekend. Its a party! #IYKYK ❤
