Amazing view, which this lounge / bar is definitely living from. We spent time on the rooftop until it got too cold, then moved downstairs to the inside bar, with the same stunning view. The cocktail menu is great and with $20 NYC average Id say. There are not that many seating options unfortunately, if you want to stay longer than for just one drink, you should look into reserving a table (but not sure if it comes with a minimum spend, I havent tried it).

Harriet’s lounge has a special place in my heart as I proposed here. We had lovely service and they worked around the weather giving us the private room since the rooftop was unavailable. The drinks are very good and the food is solid - expect to pay New York prices but for the view and the experience it is definitely worth it. We’ve been back a few times.Only thing I would recommend/critique - make sure you get an actual table as there is a corner of a bench on the roof that is a “table” but half your bottom is falling off as there’s not enough to sit on.

Amazing views, delicious cocktails and food. Went in a Tuesday night and had reservations for a large party. Be mindful that there are no tall tables for large parties... we were a party of 9. I really love the bathroom as well although there was no hot water. It is a pricey venue but its to be expected.

Visited March 2024Come for the view, stay because you havent hit your $75/person minimum. We didnt have an issue hitting the $75/person min with the high prices.The view is amazing, the drinks are tasty, and the food is pretty good too. The prices are reasonable for an upscale cocktail bar with a view. The one problem with the bar is that its way too dark to even see the menu. Would certainly go again.

This is a very elegant & classy venue, youll be listening to great music here like Finally by Cece Peniston. The cocktails are so well thought out and they taste amazing. Henry the Bartender was so professional and he took very good care of me and my lady. The views are unbelievable and thats coming from a native of New York City 🏙️ Henry is an irreplaceable bartender and this lounge is one of my favorites 10/10 👍🏾❤️

The best views of Manhattan Bridge, luxurious experience and wonderful service!The inside area has bar and tables seating areas. Our hostess Jalene was very lovely and hospitable, our waitress was super nice too.The oyster mushroom bao was delicious (and filling, comes in 2 buns) and my friend enjoyed a Dumbo roll. The cocktails are above $24 but the prosecco was only $15 (and decent). Later we went up to the open air rooftop and enjoyed the views and chill vibes. An amazing place and must visit when you are in Dumbo area.

Arrived at 6:45 for our 7:30 reservation, and we we seated without any fuss for a drink before our food. Nice quiet spot, not too loud. Cocktails were excellent, staff were very attentive. Food arrived and was really good as well. Sat with some more drinks to watch the sunset. Best view ever of the Manhattan skyline. Highly recommended. Would definitely return.

This roof top located on the roof top of the hotel is very nice if your looking for a view look no longer ! Please be noted u must have a reservation the food prices are slightly high more than average but not bad my salmon kale salad was $30 the bottle of Saratoga water was $10. Drinks average $12 and up. There is also a beautiful park behind the hotel that is pretty as well. There is parking garage a block over which was great anything over 4 hours $50 overnight is $90 also the roof top opens at 10am closes 10pm.The lounge opens up at 5pm which is inside closes at midnight.

Let me just say - the rooftop view (if you’re on the good side) - is great! You can see Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Skyline, Hudson River, and even the Statue of Liberty from this bar (it’s the size of a dot though), however, it’s unnecessarily pretentious. It has a rooftop pool only for guests, totally understand. However, when we approached the hostesses, even though we had a reservation, they looked at us and told us that they were completely full. After explaining our reservation again, something “suddenly opened up”. Anyways, the cocktails tasted fine, but they were brought in plastic cups as if I were at some college pool party (when you pay $15-25 a cocktail, I expect them to come in a cocktail glass). But, worth checking out. 4/5 solely for the views.

If COVID wasn’t ruining everything I would be a bit more harsh with my review, but I think that Harriet’s is doing the best they can given the tough circumstances. The issues I have with my experience weren’t really the restaurant’s fault. They have to bring your food up from the kitchen in to-go containers which is not what you’d expect from a nice/expensive place like this. However, that’s because it’s their COVID policy so that makes sense and expectations need to be adjusted.Aside from that, my girlfriend and I had a great time here! The view is incredible, so soak it in! While we were there, they had a $75/person minimum. I don’t think that’s unreasonable given the restaurant’s surroundings - but some people think otherwise. I think your best bet is to eat a meal before coming to the restaurant and then order mostly drinks and a snack or two so that you can maximize how many drinks you get. The Parmesan fries are really good, by the way.My only two complaints with Harriet’s Rooftop are that the service was a little slow and that they ran out of a lot of things on the menu. The service wasn’t bad, or anything like that, they were just crowded and spread a little thin. Nothing to discourage me from coming back, just something of note. I think they had run out of a few beers and something else. Again, not a deterrent, just something that I noticed.All in all, I had a great night here! The views are gorgeous, and the drinks are good, too! It’s the perfect spot for a romantic night out or a spot to catch up with some friends.

This is the best place we are at on our trip to New York! Weve been to a handful of well known restaurants but this place won our hearts! Its worth the minimum $100 per person spend! Just the view itself is AMAZING!!! We decided to come around sunset time so we can take advantage of the day and night view.Food was good. I like the asian fusion. All of the food we ate was good so you reqlly cannot go wrong!. drinks were refreshing as well.The staff is amazing! We felt taken care off by everyones attentiveness.The whole experience will forever leave a special place in my heart. Cant wait to be back!

Chic rooftop in an up and coming neighborhood with great views of lower Manhattan!Be prepared for a $20 cover and you must ask for the Harriets rooftop elevator since it’s easy to get lost and take the wrong hotel elevator that only works with a hotel room key card.This rooftop is busy so I recommend arriving an hour before sunset, grabbing drinks and standing near a group of seating until it opens up. Great views, chic, mature vibe.

Possibly my new favourite view of the city! Rooftop is very close to the Brooklyn Bridge and water. The first time I went the line was very slow although the place was not at capacity. You can make a reservation (with minimum applicable) if you want to skip it. Drinks are on the lighter side. Kitchen was closed, will try the bar menu next time.

I had an AMAZING night with my boyfriend here the other day. the food we had was great and filling; we both had the burgers and the fries were addicting they were so good. We also had a couple of well mixed drinks thanks to Sam the bartender. He was so good to us and was so kind and patient. He recommended me the Frozè, which was so delicious. He served us all night and was so kind. This spot is a very fun with an amazing view. The music was consistently good. Elvis the manager sat us at a great table right by the pool. He gave us a tour of the rooftop and checked up on us a few times. Overall the service there was great and the food was great. This is a perfect spot to go for a date will definitely be coming back again.

Had some clients from out of town and figured i would bring them here for the views, which exceeded expectations . Seriously - the views, especially if you have out of town guests this place will definitely impress! The vibe is upbeat and lively but still pretty chill. But initially the service was not great and the first round of cocktails were average. I was starting to get a little nervous, but then i complained to this other waitress, Marina, who took over and from then on the night went great. She was friendly, attentive efficient and the cocktails she recommended were a hit with my clients. I ended up spending way more than my approved budget but it was worth it!

This place is everything you need or want to appreciate the view of Manhattan from Brooklyn. The rooftop bar is quiet, is away from the crowds and they serve cracking cocktails that let you relax and sink in your surroundings.The spot is not cheap, as the cocktails are around $21 including tax and service, but it is well worth as you can enjoy and excellent view away from the crowds. If you got during the sunset that cocktail starts looking like a bargain.

I get the mixed reviews of this place, so Ill preface with: do a quick menu search and set up realistic expectations! There is a min spend, which was $50pp on a weekday. Basically 2 drinks and a few plates to share will hit that min, and imo it was worth a relaxing 3 hours with a spectacular view.The view is stunning! If you dont love sun, plan to go a bit later - umbrellas just dont cover everyone in the shade. The lounge sofas are comfy, lots of cushy pillows, and spacious enough for me, my hubby, and my baby.COVID precautions: tables are spaced decently far apart, half the servers wear masks. Its outdoors so we felt very comfortable and safe!

This place has an unbelievable view of lower Manhattan and a gorgeous bar area to match. There is a roof deck where you can bring your drink and sit and relax under heated lamps (wintertime).I highly recommend stopping by here if you’re in the Dumbo area. The only caveat is that drinks run about $20-25 a person after tax and tip, so drink slowly.

Great place. Probably the best view you can get of Manhattan. Statue of livery, lowar Manhattan, Brooklyn bridge even midtown are visible from the rooftop. Prices were steep but I guess normal for NYC with that kind of view. Only thing is we ordered drinks at the bar and tried to sit on the couches but werent allowed because the waitress told us we had to sit and wait to be served. Sunset views are excellent on this rooftop.

Wow. Officially the best view in all of New York! Rooftop bars are nice in Manhattan but to see the whole of Manhattan from Brooklyn is just special. Cocktails are obviously not worth the price but if you take in the view it probably evens itself out. Staff were very friendly. Will need to ask for a staff member to let you onto the roof from 10am. Think it was 10r when you get in the elevator.

We spontaneously went to the bar. The view is amazing. You can just sit and look out at Downtown NYC and the Brooklyn Bridge. Music is very loud, but it just fits the ambience. One star deduction for the taste of the cocktails - we didnt like them at all. Price of $20.00 is certainly ok for this view. One floor above is the rooftop terrace. This is huge and certainly awesome when the weather is nice and warm.

Amazing experience on the ferry. We thought we would see the sunset from this roof, however, we took a ferry to get here which turned out to be the best. The ferry crosses from Manhattan to Brooklyn and costs $2.75, the same as the subway with Metrocard. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to take this ferry, since seeing the sunset from the boat is spectacular. We made 3 stops, Dumbo, South Williamsburg and North Williamsburg where we took another ferry back.The rooftop is located inside the 1 Harriets hotel, to go up ask at reception first, it is a bit confusing. The cocktails are $18 and they include your tip at the end.

Very beautiful evening with a breathtaking view of the Brooklyn Bridge. The cocktails are very good, with the prices charged in New York rooftops. Very good atmosphere. One thing is certain: I will return there during my next stay!
