    What a wonderful surprise! I love Spanish tapas and usually try this type of restaurant. I went there with my boyfriend and was extremely pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, how quick the service, how decent the prices and what cozy vibe with a full glass window view of a very quaint and vibrant street in the village. The decor was beautiful and so was the background music. The Sangria is better than at the most renowned tapas places in the city! Will be coming back here for sure!

    We just happened to stop here to eat and what a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious... So good my girl ate her whole steak which she rarely does. I also finished my whole meal with no leftovers. I had the filet of sole which was perfectly cooked. The staff was very attentive. We sat in the outside seating because it was a nice night. I would definitely go again for dinner.

    It’s rare when you find that a place not only has delicious food but an amazing staff and atmosphere. Stephan was the best and catered to all our needs with such exuberance. I will be back for happy hours and friend dinners. Great staff and vibes. I would highly recommend.

    I like the food, service, location and ambiance of this place. The food is tasty and I like number of options on the menu. The prices are reasonable and you will leave quite satisfied. Ive tried many fancier tapas or small plate places where the food tends to be more innovative and presentations prettier, but I never find the food to be particularly tasty. I much prefer a place like this for the good food and friendly service than to pay up to be seen in a fancy restaurant.

    Last night we were in this Excellent Restaurant for the first time. It is a place that looks very elegant, all our dishes were great and had so tasty. John was very attentive to us and made us feel at home. An unforgettable experience. My family and I will return. Highly recommended!!

    This spot is low key terrific! The service was super attentive and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. They’ve got a solid cocktail list and the menu offers a nice variety to choose from. My date and I ordered a bunch of tapas to split —chorizo, shrimp, and octopus—and everything was tasty and well seasoned. Very satisfied with the portions sizes. Its a great place to grab a bite and drinks before heading out for a night in the area.

    A packed day in busy NYC, with no restaurants; or so it seemed. Tio Pepe turned out to be the nice surprise, with a relaxed atmosphere and delicious food. The Tapas and main course were both delicious - their Arroz Con Pollo may be richer and tastier than you’ve had it. Will definitely be back when we’re in the area 👍

    We had the Paella and it was worth the 3-35 mins cooking time, it was simply the best I’ve had in years. There was a good variety and amount of seafood to please anyone appetite. The Chorizo was also very good, and it added really nice flavour to the rice. We will definitely go there again next time we are back in NYC. Cheers

    Jorge was extremely helpful & nice. We had fried ice cream, a strawberry margarita (5 STARS!!) & 2 shots of cucarachas (Also 5 stars!!). The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Definitely coming back!!!

    It’s been awhile since I had an experience that was amazing from sit down to payment. We sat outside since the weather was mild but each table had two heaters (just in case). Appetizers, drinks and main course were phenomenal. The best part however was the service. Not only did our waitress check on us but so did the other waiters and manager. It was busy and good to see considering current events. Def returning and recommending.

    I love eating here. The menu has good options. They make the guacamole by your table. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Staff is very attentive. They have an old fashion cash register by the bathrooms. Brought back memories of my childhood.

    Food was amazing. We got the paella and a few tapas. Came with a group of 6 the waiter was very attentive and friendly. The manager checked in on us a few times and made sure everything was in order. We even got a round of free drinks from the bar tender who was testing out a new mix. Hopefully it’s a new menu item soon. I suggested the name cabana breeze but it’s still unnamed but ask for the blue/green drink

    Ariel, the owner of Sangria 46 is the new manager. Amazing food, very friendly atmosphere and best drinks ever. I recommend to everyone to go to try the traditional Spanish food. You will not regret it!!!

    What a great spot!! We stopped in for a quick drink but ending up staying way longer. The pitcher of frozen margaritas sold us, but the delicious guacamole made us stay! Friendly and attentive staff…any time we stirred our pitcher our smiling server came over before we knew it and insisted to pour our drinks.

    We had a great experience food and service wise. The servers were very attentive, provided options and politely answered questions. The manager John made sure everything was up to par, built great rapport with us and checked on others. Also very convenient being right beside Washington Sq Park.

    Service was very attentive, came on a Sunday when a lovely group of senior people kept singing throughout the night, I think that some of them were well-known jazz musicians in the city. Food hit the spot just rightThanks to the manager Jhon for checking up on out table and making sure we had a good time, would def recommend to stop by if you are hungry and are looking to be comfortable while eating and drinking, take a visit!

    We wandered past this afternoon and decided to stop for brunch. I opted for the $20 extra for bottomless margaritas and initially I thought they were very weak ( couldnt taste the tequila) but they hire me hard afterwards! Excellent service, couldnt fault it, very attentive and super friendly. The food ( omelette and eggs Benedict) were just fine, not amazing hence 4 stars not 5. Would probably go back for the service alone.

    Amazing place all around. Went here to celebrate a girlfriends birthday. Party of 15. Service was excellent to accommodate us all. The food was delicious too! Very fresh and tasty all around. We did the bottomless drink special for brunch for an extra $12 a person. Drinks were made well and not cheaper out on. Highly recommend to all! Great place in all aspects.

    Good brunch spot with good food and good service! The gambas were delicious, and we did the bottomless deal with their blood orange mimosas. The coca in particular was delicious, and the pancakes were simple but good! The vibe is casual but fun, would definitely recommend for a chill brunch.

    Excellent food in a great atmosphere!! The service is amazing and the price is much less than what you would expect. I cant speak well enough about this place which is one of my favorite spots in the city. They are following all the covid protocols and the place feels incredibly safe.     We went on a Tuesday night and everything was perfect, actually that night they had a jazz concert in the restaurant which makes our dinner more romantic. The paella was phenomenal, the cocktails were so refreshing and the churros was crispy and really tasteful. the sangria was good , and the service was really good too.

    Amazing sangria pitcher for a great price. 3 girlfriends and I came here and got the sangria pitcher. We each had 4 glasses and it was $42, a great deal ($3.50 per glass!!!)The staff was super friendly, we stayed a long time and chatted and weren’t rushed out. Servers also refilled our glasses, which was great because we would have spilled. Another staff member noticed our table was wobbly and immediately came over to put cardboard under the leg of the table.Highly recommend for a happy hour our GNO. I didn’t go to the brunch but seems like a great deal!

    We loved Tio Pepe! Ordered: octopus, chorizo, dates, patatas bravas, and empanadas. The white sangria was excellent and so was the Spanish coffee. The service was excellent. We loved every minute of our time here, and will come back soon.

    Loved this place! The service was so fast and efficient and the food was amazing. The drinks were gigantic too.I came here with a group of four. We started with drinks. I ordered a margarita and was pleasantly surprised at how big it was. We got a bunch of tapas to share. Some of the highlights were the patatas bravas, the shrimp and the meatballs.Ordered another frozen margarita and had some more patatas bravas before finishing up the meal. The manager/owner was nice enough to give us all pomegranate shots before we left!Really fun place. Would return!

    Amazing food, warm, wonderful, and attentive staff. Cozy atmosphere. This place is a neighborhood gem. I love that they make the guacamole right in front of you...the flavor is so rich, the right amount of heat, lime, cilantro, onion...its so good, it stands on its own....Another stand out dish...or two rather...my girlfriend had the small lobsters with prawns, and I had the vegetable piaia (sp) it was the best Ive ever had!

    Hosted a party there for over 100 people. Food was plentiful and delicious.There were several pass arounds and a large buffet of paella and fajitas with vegetables, chicken and beef.     Tio Pepes has been my favorite restaurant since 1983. Tio Pepes started with Pedro y Jesus and now Miguel has given this place the same care as his uncle. An engineer graduated with his master from Johns Hopkins. Presently, I dont know another great restaurant to eat in downtown Baltimore. Four Season is good but does not compare to Tio Pepes. The food and taste is the same since 1983! I wish we have Tio Pepes in Sonoma. California. Great competition for Della Santina, another great restaurant!

    Went there after an outdoor event to get a drink. I dont know how I missed this little gem in the past, but I will definitely be returning.We had sangria for the table. It was good, but a little weak for my liking...😉. The service was great and friendly. There were 6 people in our party.We all had various mixtures of the tacos. The pork belly ones were enjoyed by everyone. Several of us had the fish and spicy chorizo.We also celebrated two birthdays in our group with fried ice cream and shots of repasado.

    Amazing place with live jazz band! Although its prizy compare to Mexico where I currently live, what I love it that they are using Cuculi app, and I was invited by a friend who is also using app to meet with some new people who are on the app Whats amazing about this new app is that you can see manu, order thought app and pay on app without doing it with waiters. You order choosing on app, they just bringing all you order! Super cool and simple. Also such a great way to meet new people who are using app. I love that this restaurant has something new to offer that makes all proses of ordering and paying super easy!!!

    Every time we go to Manhattan we stop at The Taco Shop. This trip they were closed, so we went the their sister restaurant Tio Pepe. We were not disappointed!     What a lovely place. The service was attentive. The food was delicious. Appetizers we tasted: sardines, pulpo, and salmon were perfectly seasoned. The lobster ravioli had a creamy sauce that was subtle. I loved the local atmosphere on Sunday night. A jazz trio of musicians played whose leader on alto sax welcomed singers from the audience to perform. The whole night felt like a warm embrace at a family reunion.

    Stopped in last night for a drink and absolutely loved this beautiful spot. Espresso martini was great, and the churros were phenomenal. By far the best part about this place is the service, every worker was incredibly friendly and welcoming! You could tell they take pride in the food and drinks they make.     We went after theater and it was the perfect ending to the evening. Drinks with house cured salmon on toast. Perfectly roasted asparagus and garlic bread. The service was attentive and friendly. I understand it is under new management and it is an improvement over the old. Our new favorite hangout.

    Mabel invited me to her favorite Spanish restaurant. At the door we were welcomed by the Manager Senor Ariel who was warm and friendly. The place had a great ambience where one could carry a decent conversation without shouting at each other. The food was AMAZING! We had the calamares with their special dipping sauce, the paella Valenciana and the sopas mariscos. All so sumptuous with fresh seafood and ingredients. The special sangria was sooo great! The flan was to die for ! Light and not too sweet! Certainly a place I would not hesitate to bring friends and family over. Maybe next time we could listen to the jazz band too. Thank you Senor Ariel for a fantastic dining experience!
