    First of all this is the best place to watch any California teams. I come here to watch Stanford football and theres always a good crowd. The staff is also super friendly. Theyve always been really nice, and this weekend I left my card there and forgot to close out, and when I came back the next day for it they were even more understanding and friendly about it than I couldve asked for. They have good drinks for good prices, and they let you bring in outside food which is awesome because there are great pizza places nearby. I come all the way down from the Bronx to go to Finnertys! I absolutely recommend this place.

    One of the best nights of my life. Had some down time. Found this place by accident and well being a Niners fan and sports fan, this place had the SF Giants game on. Met some great people. We had a lot of drinks and enjoyed the games. Bartender was outstanding. Turned the music on every time the ball game went to commercial. Brought it back up at the right time all while keeping the whole bar drinking. I won’t ever hesitate to go back. Niners!!!!

    This is the best bar to go to for SF Bay Area natives (if youre a San Francisco fan, that is). Still one of the few places where I can find Anchor Steam on tap. They play all the Niners, Giants, Warriors, and Sharks games, so its a good place to go when theyre not airing them on tv.Come early during playoff season!

    This place is your typical bro bar..not saying it’s good or bad. I liked the attitude of the bar tender who really seemed invested in his customers. I went up several times to ask about different kind of drinks they could make and they were very accommodating with me, patiently waited to hear what I wanted. They got me what I needed! So for that reason, I would go back.

    I am a 49ers fan till death! I love this bar, its SanFran all the way from the Giants to the Niners. I have met alot of nice people, even a former 49er. So if your looking to have a good time and roue for your team this is the place to go. They do not serve food here but you can bring in food from outside! Beers on tap are about $4 and mixed drink $6, credit card minimum is $15. I have brought my friends here and they arent big football fans at all and they have always had a blast here, so want to have fun with fellow niner faithfuls come to Finnertys!

    AWESOME PLACE!!! For any die hard 9er fan you need to check this place out.The owner is a fireman I think, but he is cool dude. They let you scream and go nuts and dont care. He is always wearing a montana jersey and they play the audio and every single tv in the bar has 9ers on it!!! no other games are being shown at all!!!Once you walk in there is a sea of red jerseys.. I have never seen more then 4 people with the opposing team jersey on.They always have drink specials. Usually $3 miller lights... Only issue I have ever had is there is usually only 2 bartenders and there is only 1 bar that covers the whole place. I wish they threw up a stand in the back because the bar gets packed...I make it my business to get to this place a few times a year. I went there for the Saints Playoff game last year and it was one of the greatest nights of my adult life!!!!

    If you are a transplant from Northern California you have to go here, it is a piece of home away from home. This is primarily a 49ers and SF Giants bar but they also show Pac12, Warriors and Sharks games. Ive been here countless times to watch 49ers and Giants games and have opted into their Keg Party services. Can get very packed on key 49ers and SF Giants games and the bathrooms could be bigger. The service here is excellent and the bartenders are the best. It is also a bring you own food bar, so make sure you go to KFC or Artichokes Pizza.

    Good sports bar, PAC 12 and Bay teams. Big front room and another big back room with a bar as well. Back room has TVs on ever wall making viewing easy

    The place for any homesick Bay Area native. The best thing is bringing in your own food. Recommend bringing in a burrito from around the corner - then itll really feel like home.

    Finnertys is a really cool sports bar. Their claim to fame is being a sports bar catering to fans of San Francisco Bay Area sports teams. Lots of Niners, Giants, Warriors, and Sharks fans flock here to catch the games. All the bartenders and staff are nice. I recent went to Finnertys to join in on the game bus that they tookto the Giants/Mets game at Citi Field. I got to meet one of the owners, Dieter, who took care of us on the bus. It was nice to meet other Giants fans who were NY residents as well as others who made the trip from other states. Thanks Finnertys for hosting a great event! Hope to visit again soon!

    My go-to no frills Friday Happy Hour spot. Bartenders are awesome (Im looking at you Brett!), the drinks are cold, and its mostly chill with no big crowds

    Nyc east village staple. Staff & mgmt are great, excellent happy hour. No kitchen but they have a giant stack of take out menus so you can have whatever you want delivered to the bar. San francisco giants bar -must visit for anyone visiting or from the bay area

    Nice bar for sport games and for their pub quiz/trivia night. Downside is they dont serve any food. You are however allowed to get food from outside and eat it there.

    Came for the Warriors game, stayed for the frozéThis frozé is not for the faint of heart! One is good, two is enough. I heard its a blend of liquor (like a LI) that is the secret behind the punch. Its always a little busy when I come by, but the service is great!BYOF!

    This is the Giants bar of New York. By which I mean the original baseball Giants, founded as the New York Gothams in 1883. With that being said, it is also the Bay Area bar of New York as well, and both are excellent things! You can get Anchor Steam on tap at a good price, watch Giants baseball, bring your own food in, enjoy the pleasant atmosphere, and receive warm and quick service. Cant ask for much more than that from a sports bar.

    This is exactly where I needed to be on my recent trip to NYC! It was great to be surrounded by SF sports fans, and every TV had a Bay Area team on (it was the perfect storm of baseball, basketball, and hockey seasons). Friendly staff, great beer selection, and plenty of space for all of the Bay Area fans. Definitely a must if you are in NYC and want to catch a Giants game!

    A great bar to go to if youre a California transplant. All Pac 12 games and West Coast sports teams on the many TVs. And best of all, West Coast beers like Anchor Steam and Racer 5 on tap! Only downside is that they dont serve food there, but you are allowed to bring your own.

    Its a great feeling to find a haven for Bay Area residents in the city. Watched an As game there, and it felt like I was back in Oakland. They serve all sorts of craft beers from the west coast; Lagunitas, Anchor, etc. Great ambiance and cool keg room in the back - definitely recommend to anyone from the Bay!

    Trivias a great time (8 PM on Wednesdays), and the bartenders are nice. Gets quite packed but rarely aggravating. They dont serve food but allow you to bring some in at your leisure, and theres a ton of great places to grab a bite in the area.

    Solid Californian sports bar. Friendly staff but I must admit, there is no sense of urgency behind the bar so be prepared to wait a bit even if there isn’t a big crowd. Trivia nights on Wednesday’s at 8pm. There used to be a dart board here but it’s disappeared. On the corner of 14th and 2nd. If Professor Thoms doesn’t do it for you (next door), you can always count on Finnerty’s as the next best thing!

    Finnertys is a California Bar now. You can watch the SF Giants, 49ers and Cal games here. They expanded the bar to have two bar areas. They still dont have food but you can bring your own or order in.It is really fun when there are games on.

    As an SF native, this is THE bar to watch every Giants & 49ers game. Been coming here since moving to NYC in 2010 and have seen it transform over the years...especially in terms of fans filling up the spot (I suggest getting there at least 3 hours early for BIG Giants games and for ANY 49ers games). The staff may not be ALL Giants/Niners fans, but they definitely show a lot of Bay Area love!!

    Good bar to watch the Canadiens play during the playoffs with fellow Habs fans. Altough it is officially a San Francisco bar, it transforms into a Canadiens bar once the playoffs starts (assuming no schedule conflict with the Sharks). Beer is reasonably priced and there are tons of TVs to catch the games.
